A comprehensive study was conducted to determine the soil to plant transfer factor (TFS–P) of K-40, Cs-137, Th-232 and U-238 in perennial plants from accessible areas of Mumbai, using high-resolution γ spectrometry. A total of 50 soil and 150 plants samples were collected from all over the Mumbai region where lithology is dominated by basaltic rocks. The mean concentration values for K-40, Cs-137, Th-232 and U-238 in soil was 170.06?±?65.36, 5.19?±?1.20, 25.72?±?6.262 and 10.21?±?2.82 Bq kg?1 respectively, whereas in case of plants the mean concentration values were determined to be 181.82?±?18.50, 0.44?±?0.14, 0.84?±?0.19 and 0.79?±?0.22 Bq kg?1 respectively. The mean activity ratio of Th-232/U-238 in plants is 1.06 while in soil the ratio is 2.5. The soil to plant transfer factor (TFS–P) calculated for K-40, Cs-137, U-238 and Th-232 are 1.05, 0.076, 0.071 and 0.031 respectively. Higher value of TFS–P for K-40, which is an integral part of stable potassium clearly indicates the physiological need of stable potassium, for maintaining the different biological mechanisms of perennial plants under tropical conditions.  相似文献

The 137Cs and 40K activities and transfer factors from soil to vegetables, grass, and milk from villages located around Tarapur Atomic Power Station (TAPS) were determined using high-resolution gamma spectrometry. A total of 32 soil, 21 vegetable, 23 dry paddy grass, and 23 milk samples were collected from 23 different agricultural farms from various villages around TAPS to determine transfer factors for natural environment. The mean concentration values for 137Cs and 40K in soil, grass, and milk were 2.39?±?0.86 Bq kg?1, 0.31?±?0.23 Bq kg?1, and 12.4?±?5.7 mBq L?1 and 179?±?31 Bq kg?1, 412?±?138 Bq kg?1, and 37.6?±?9.3 Bq L?1, respectively, for soil?Cgrass?Cmilk pathway. In the soil?Cvegetation pathway, the mean concentrations values for 137Cs and 40K were 2.15?±?1.04 Bq kg?1, 16.5?±?7.5 mBq kg?1, and 185?±?24, 89?±?50 Bq kg?1, respectively. The evaluated mean transfer factors from soil?Cgrass, grass?Cmilk, and soil?Cvegetation for 137Cs were 0.14, 0.0044, and 0.0073 and that of 40K were 2.42, 0.0053, and 0.49, respectively. Only 15 out of total 44 milk and vegetable samples were detected positive for 137Cs, indicating a very low level of bioavailability.  相似文献

Precise measurement of soil organic carbon (SOC) is essential for constructing regional inventories, developing best agricultural management practices, and modeling purposes. Currently, the automated dry combustion method is considered standard, but the method is both costly and time-consuming. There is a need for a simple, easy to use and cost-effective method of organic C determination in soil. A simple method of total organic carbon (TOC) determination in soil that involved wet digestion of K2Cr2O7-H2SO4-soil mixture in a commercial microwave oven followed by spectrophotomteric measurement of Cr (III) was evaluated. The method was compared with automated dry combustion and two other wet digestion methods. The method showed close agreement with dry combustion method (R2 = 0.90; root mean square error = 0.70) and the TOC measured with the two methods did not differ for a range of soils drawn from lowland and upland land-uses and varying in pH (6.2–9.3), TOC (2.8–14 g kg?1), and calcium carbonate content (0–6.7%). The recovery of the added organic C by the microwave method was 98.6 ± 4.2%. The results suggested that microwave-spectrophotometric method could be easily adopted in routine soil analysis as it is not only precise, rapid, and cost-effective but also produced small volume of reagent waste.  相似文献

The influence of differing soil management practices on changes seen in soil organic carbon (SOC) content of loamy Haplic Luvisol was evaluated. The field experiment included two types of soil tillage: 1. conventional tillage (CT) and 2. reduced tillage (RT) and two treatments of fertilization: 1. crop residues with nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium (NPK) fertilizers (PR+NPK) and 2. NPK fertilizers (NPK). The results of SOC fluctuated from 9.8 to 14.5 g kg?1 and the tillage systems employed and fertilization status did not have a statistically significant influence on SOC. The SOC content was higher in RT (12.4 ± 0.86 g kg?1) than in CT (12.2 ± 0.90 g kg?1). On average, there was a smaller higher value of SOC in PR+NPK (12.4 ± 1.02 g kg?1) than in NPK (12.3 ± 0.88 g kg?1). During a period of 18 years, reduced tillage and application of NPK fertilizers together with crop residues build up a SOC at an average speed of 7 and 16 mg kg?1 year?1, respectively, however conventional tillage and NPK fertilizer applications caused a SOC decline at an average speed of 104 and 40 mg kg?1 year?1, respectively.  相似文献

About 170 million tons of phosphogypsum (PG) are annually generated worldwide as a by-product of phosphoric acid factories. Agricultural uses of PG could become the main sink for this waste, which usually contains significant radionuclide (from the 238U-series) and toxic metals concentrations. To study PG effects on pollutant uptake by crops, a completely randomised greenhouse experiment was carried out growing Lycopersicum esculentum Mill L. on a reclaimed marsh soil amended with three PG rates (treatments), corresponding to zero (control without PG application), one, three and ten times the typical PG rates used in SW Spain (20 Mg ha?1). The concentrations of Cd, Pb, U (by inductively coupled plasma mass spectroscopy) and 226Ra and 210Po (by γ-spectrometry and α-counting, respectively) were determined in soil, vegetal tissue and draining water. Cadmium concentrations in fruit increased with PG rates, reaching 44?±?7 μg kg?1 formula weight with ten PG rates (being 50 μg kg?1 the maximum allowed concentration by EC 1881/2006 regulation). Cd transfer factors in non-edible parts were as high as 4.8?±?0.5 (dry weight (d.w.)), two orders of magnitude higher than values found for lead, lead, uranium and radium concentrations in fruit remained below the corresponding detection limits—0.5 and 0.25 mg kg?1 and 0.6 mBq kg?1, respectively (in a d.w. basis). 238U (up to 7 μg kg?1 d.w.) and 210Po (up to 0.74 Bq kg?1 d.w.) could be measured in some fruit samples by α-spectrometry. Overall, the concentrations of these metals and radionuclides in the draining water accounted for less than 1% of the amount applied with PG.  相似文献

The analysis of gamma emitters natural radionuclides, i.e., 226Ra, 232Th, and 40K, has been carried out in soil, vegetation, vegetable, and water samples collected from some Northern area of Pakistan, using gamma-ray spectrometry. The ??-ray spectrometry was carried out using high-purity Germanium detector coupled with a computer-based high-resolution multi-channel analyzer. The activity concentrations in soil ranges from 24.7 to 78.5 Bq?kg?1, 21.7 to 75.3 Bq?kg?1, and 298.5 to 570.8 Bq?kg?1 for 226Ra, 232Th, and 40K with the mean value of 42.1, 43.3, 9.5, and 418.3 Bq?kg?1, respectively. In the present analysis, 40K was the major radionuclide present in soil, vegetation, fruit, and vegetable samples. The concentration of 40K in vegetation sample varied from 646.6 to 869.6 Bq?kg?1 on dry weight basis. However, the concentration of 40K in fruit and vegetable samples varied from 34.0 to 123.3 Bq?kg?1 on fresh weight basis. In vegetation samples, along with 40K, 226Ra, and 232Th were also present in small amount. The transfer factors of these radionuclides from soil to vegetation, fruit, and vegetable were also studied. The transfer factors were found in the order: 40K?>?232Th????226Ra. The analysis of water samples showed activity concentrations values for all radionuclides below detection limit. The internal and external hazard indices were measured and found less than the safe limit of unity. The mean value of outdoor and indoor absorbed dose rate in air was found 64.61 and 77.54 nGy?h?1, respectively. The activity concentrations of radionuclides found in all samples during the current investigation were nominal. Therefore, they are not associated with any potential source of health hazard to the general public.  相似文献

A pot trial with acid yellow-brown soil was conducted to investigate the effects of molybdenum (Mo) and phosphorus (P) fertilizers on cold resistances of winter wheat. Molybdenum was applied at two rates (0 and 0.15 mg Mo kg?1 soil) and P at four rates [0, 100, 200, and 300 mg phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5) kg?1 soil] in experiment 1. Both Mo and P fertilizers were applied at two rates (0 and 0.15 mg Mo kg?1 soil; 0, 150 mg P2O5 kg?1 soil) in experiment 2. Seed yield, soluble sugar, water-soluble protein, ascorbic acid (AsA), malondialdehyde (MDA), and abscisic acid (ABA) concentrations were studied. The results indicated that Mo and P fertilizer increased seed yield, soluble sugar, water-soluble protein, and AsA but decreased the MDA. It implied that appropriate Mo applied with P application had beneficial effects on increasing seed yield and enhancing the cold resistance ability through changing biological substances concentration in winter wheat.  相似文献

Abstract

The effect of five rock phosphates with different solubility (from Algeria, North Florida, North Carolina, Senegal, and Morocco) and that of single superphosphate (SSP) alone or with lime was investigated on the root colonization of red clover with indigenous arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF). In a pot experiment, the phosphorus (P) sources were applied at four rates (0, 100, 400, and 1600 mg total P2O5 kg?1 dry soil) to an acidic sandy soil (Nyírlugos) and to an acidic clay loam soil (Ragály). The arbuscule content of the roots was more sensitive to various rock phosphates than the infection frequency. No mycorrhizal colonization of roots was observed in the Nyírlugos soil at the 1600 mg P2O5 kg?1 level of SSP or in either soil at the 1600 mg P2O5 kg?1 level of SSP+lime, indicating that the mycorrhizal dependency of the host was eliminated by the highest soluble P concentrations in the soil.  相似文献

The concentrations of various radionuclides have been measured in the incoming water, the outgoing water and the sludge from the sewage treatment plant serving the town of Lund in southern Sweden. The mean residence time for the water in the plant is 1 to 2 days, whereas for the sludge it is 3 to 4 weeks. Variations in the residence time, which may influence the efficiency of the plant, are related to the season of the year and the load on the plant. Measurements show that for 7Be, 51Cr, 134Cs, and 137Cs between 37 and 56% of the incoming activity leaves the plant with the sludge. For 106Ru and 131I these figures lie between 6 and 14%. The deposition of 7Be has been measured at Lund and the relation between the deposition on the ground (Bq m?2) and the activity concentration in the sludge (Bq kg?1 dry weight) has been studied and found to by relatively constant at ?(0.8 ±0.2) kg m?2. In measurements on sewage sludge, the detection limit for deposition of 7Be on the ground is around 16 Bq m?2.  相似文献

The effects of vermicompost (VC) (0% and 1% w/w) on treated calcareous clay soil with 0 and 50 mg phosphorus (P) kg?1 as calcium phosphate [Ca(H2PO4)2.H2O] was investigated. The soil samples were incubated for 7, 30, 60, 120, and 150 d at 25 ± 1°C and Olsen-P was measured after each incubation time. Results showed that Olsen-P increased 36% and 38% after VC addition in treated soil with 0 and 50 mg P kg?1, respectively. Recovery of Olsen-P in treated soils with VC, combined fertilizer VC + P, and fertilizer P was 42%, 42%, and 17%, respectively. The rate coefficient in treated soils with fertilizer, VC, and combined fertilizer VC + P was 0.033, 0.026, and 0.023 mg kg?1 d?1/2, respectively. It seems that the process that leads to the decrease in available P in amended soils, is controlled by P diffusion into sorption sites in micropores of aggregates.  相似文献

Purpose

The main objective of this study was to evaluate the potential of a counter-current leaching process (CCLP) on 14 cycles with leachate treatment at the pilot scale for Pb, Cu, Sb, and Zn removal from the soil of a Canadian small-arms shooting range.

Materials and methods

The metal concentrations in the contaminated soil were 904?±?112 mg Cu kg–1, 8,550?±?940 mg Pb kg–1, 370?±?26 mg Sb kg–1, and 169?±?14 mg Zn kg–1. The CCLP includes three acid leaching steps (0.125 M H2SO4?+?4 M NaCl, pulp density (PD)?=?10 %, t?=?1 h, T?=?20 °C, total volume?=?20 L). The leachate treatment was performed using metal precipitation with a 5-M NaOH solution. The treated effluent was reused for the next metal leaching steps.

Results and discussion

The average metal removal yields were 80.9?±?2.3 % of Cu, 94.5?±?0.7 % of Pb, 51.1?±?4.8 % of Sb, and 43.9?±?3.9 % of Zn. Compared to a conventional leaching process, the CCLP allows a significant economy of water (24,500 L water per ton of soil), sulfuric acid (133 L H2SO4 t–1), NaCl (6,310 kg NaCl t–1), and NaOH (225 kg NaOH t–1). This corresponds to 82 %, 65 %, 90 %, and 75 % of reduction, respectively. The Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure test, which was applied on the remediated soil, demonstrated a large decrease of the lead availability (0.8 mg Pb L–1) in comparison to the untreated soil (142 mg Pb L–1). The estimated total cost of this soil remediation process is 267 US$ t–1.

Conclusions

The CCLP process allows high removal yields for Pb and Cu and a significant reduction in water and chemical consumption. Further work should examine the extraction of Sb from small-arms shooting range.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Excessive application of animal manure to farmland leads to phosphorus (P) loss into the surrounding water. Manure is incinerated to convert it to P-rich ash as a slow-release P fertilizer. However, the potential P loss and P availability for plants from cattle manure ash (CMA) have not been fully understood. The aims of this study were to determine the P release mechanism from CMA and to propose appropriate application rates that mitigate P loss and increase available P to soil in Fukushima, where the soil is deficient in nutrients after the replacement of cesium-137-contaminated soil with sandy mountain soil. Different P fractions in CMA were sequentially extracted with H2O, 0.5 M NaHCO3, 0.1 M NaOH, and 1 M HCl. Phosphorus contents in different fractions of CMA were in the order of HCl–P > NaHCO3–P > H2O–P > NaOH–P. Water-soluble P release of CMA was also determined by kinetic experiments for 120 h. Results showed that total water-soluble P accounted for a maximum of 2.9% of total P in CMA over 120 h due to recalcitrant P compounds formed through incineration. The Fukushima sandy soil amended with CMA at three application rates, 94, 157, and 314 mg P kg?1 (corresponding to 300, 500, 1000 kg P2O5 ha?1) was incubated for 56 days. Cattle manure compost and KH2PO4 were applied at 157 mg P kg?1 for comparison. Phosphorus release in water and CaCl2 solution from ash-amended soil was significantly lower than those from compost and KH2PO4-amended soil at the same P application rate of 157 mg P kg?1 (p < 0.05). Available P in ash-amended soil, determined by Fe-oxide impregnated strips, was not significantly different from those in compost-amended soil after day 7 and KH2PO4-amended soil on day 56 at the same P application rate. Thus, CMA reduces P losses from soil to the surrounding water while it increases P availability for plants. In comparison of different rates of CMA, P release in water or CaCl2 was significantly greater at 314 mg P kg?1 than at 94 or 157 mg P kg?1, while the percentage of available P to total P was the lowest at the highest application rate (p < 0.05), suggesting that the best application rates were 94 and 157 mg P kg?1 in this experiment.  相似文献

The interaction between water availability in the soil and fertilizer application rates often strongly affects crop growth. In the current study, the quality of fresh fruit and antioxidant enzymes of tomato crops (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill) were investigated under different irrigation (low water content [Wl]: 50 ~ 60% field moisture capacity (FMC); moderate [Wm]: 70 ~ 80% FMC; and high [Wh]: 90 ~ 100% FMC) and fertilizer conditions (deficit fertilizer [Fl]: 195 kg ha?1 nitrogen (N) + 47 kg ha?1 phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5) and moderate [Fm]: 278 kg ha?1 N + 67 kg ha?1 P2O5) in a solar greenhouse. The results showed that the quality of fresh fruits and the antioxidant enzyme activities in the leaves and fruits were related to the water content in the soil. Deficit irrigation improved the fruit quality and 50 ~ 60% FMC combined with fertilizer application rates of 195 kg ha?1 N + 47 kg ha?1 P2O5 is recommended for tomato crop cultivation under greenhouse conditions.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to study the influence of different ethylenediamine tetraacetate (EDTA), nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) and oxalic acid (HOx) concentrations on tolerance and lead (Pb) accumulation capacity of carrot (Daucus carota). The results indicated that by increasing Pb, NTA and HOx concentrations in the soil, the shoot, taproot and capillary root dry matters increase effectively. In contrary, EDTA caused to reduce capillary roots biomass. EDTA was more effective than NTA and HOx in solubilizing soil Pb. The highest Pb content in shoots (342.2 ± 13.9 mg kg?1) and taproots (301 ± 15.5 mg kg?1) occurred in 10 mM EDTA, while it occurred for capillary roots (1620 ± 24.6 mg kg?1) in 5 mM HOx, when the soil Pb concentration was 800 mg kg?1. The obtained high phytoextraction and phytostabilization potentials were 1208 (±25.6) and 11.75 (±0.32) g Pb ha?1 yr?1 in 10 mmol EDTA kg?1 soil and no chelate treatments, respectively. It may be concluded that chelate application increases Pb uptake by carrots. Consequently, this plant can be introduced as a hyperaccumulator to phytoextract and phytostabilize Pb from contaminated soils.  相似文献

Abstract

Soil washing is one of the methods used to remediate soil contaminated with heavy metals, and when the contaminated elements have been effectively removed the washed soil can be used for agriculture. Soil washing was conducted using 0.5 mol L?1 CaCl2 solution at pH 4 as an extracting agent to remediate a paddy field soil contaminated with Cd. Dolomite powder was applied to neutralize the soil to the original pH 6.2. After CaCl2 washing, the content of Cd extractable in 0.1 mol L?1 HCl decreased from 2.4 to 0.8 mg kg?1. Subsequently, a pot experiment was carried out to evaluate the effect of soil washing on Cd concentration in polished rice (Cdpr) for three successive years. Using the washed soil, Cdpr was ≤ 0.2 mg kg?1 with and without a treatment that simulates midseason drainage, whereas it was > 0.5 mg kg?1 in the unwashed soil with the midseason drainage treatment. The reasons for low Cdpr growth in the washed soil were the low content of exchangeable Cd in the soil and the resultant high soil pH (> 7). To evaluate the effect of soil pH on Cdpr in the fourth year, we adjusted soil pH to 5 with H2SO4 before transplanting rice seedlings. The Cdpr in the washed soil with the midseason drainage treatment increased to 0.47 mg kg?1, whereas it was less than 0.2 mg kg?1 under continuous flooding. Thus, high pH or whole season flooding are important to keep Cdpr at ≤ 0.2 mg kg?1 even after soil washing. With the application of dolomite and other ordinary fertilizers, soil properties were little affected by the present soil washing procedure because the difference in rice yield between the washed and unwashed plots was not significant within each year.  相似文献

A 56-day aerobic incubation experiment was performed with 15-nitrogen (N) tracer techniques after application of wheat straw to investigate nitrate-N (NO3-N) immobilization in a typical intensively managed calcareous Fluvaquent soil. The dynamics of concentration and isotopic abundance of soil N pools and nitrous oxide (N2O) emission were determined. As the amount of straw increased, the concentration and isotopic abundance of total soil organic N and newly formed labeled particulate organic matter (POM-N) increased while NO3-N decreased. When 15NO3-N was applied combined with a large amount of straw at 5000 mg carbon (C) kg?1 only 1.1 ± 0.4 mg kg?1 NO3-N remained on day 56. The soil microbial biomass N (SMBN) concentration and newly formed labeled SMBN increased significantly (P < 0.05) with increasing amount of straw. Total N2O-N emissions were at levels of only micrograms kg?1 soil. The results indicate that application of straw can promote the immobilization of excessive nitrate with little emission of N2O.  相似文献

The effects of zeolite application (0, 4, 8 and16 g kg?1) and saline water (0.5, 1.5, 3.0 and 5.0 dS m?1) on saturated hydraulic conductivity (K s) and sorptivity (S) in different soils were evaluated under laboratory conditions. Results showed that K s was increased at salinity levels of 0.5‐1.5 dS m?1 in clay loam and loam with 8 and 4 g zeolite kg?1 soil, respectively, and at salinity levels of 3.0–5.0 dS m?1 with 16 g zeolite kg?1 soil. K s was decreased by using low and high salinity levels in sandy loam with application of 8 and 16 g zeolite kg?1, respectively. In clay loam, salinity levels of 0.5–3.0 dS m?1 with application of 16 g kg?1 zeolite and 5.0 dS m?1 with application of 8 g zeolite kg?1 soil resulted in the lowest values of S. In loam, all salinity levels with application of 16 g zeolite kg?1 soil increased S compared with other zeolite application rates. In sandy loam, only a salinity level of 0.5 dS m?1 with application of 4 g zeolite kg?1 soil increased S. Other zeolite applications decreased S, whereas increasing the zeolite application to 16 g kg?1 soil resulted in the lowest value of S.  相似文献

Abstract

To optimize the efficient use of nutrients in pig slurry by crops and to reduce the pollution risks to surface and groundwater, a full knowledge of the fate of nitrogen (N) in amended soils is needed. A 120 day laboratory incubation experiment was conducted to study the effects of pig slurry application on soil N transformations. Pig slurry was added at the rates of 50 and 100 g kg?1. A nonamended soil was used as a control treatment. Soil samples were taken after 0, 7, 14, 30, 45, 60, and 120 days of incubation and analyzed for NH4 +‐N and NO3 ?‐N. Initially, the application of pig slurry produced significant increases in NH4 +‐N, especially at the highest application rate, whereas NO3 ?‐N content was not affected. Nitrification processes were active during the entire incubation time in the three treatments. In the control soil, the net N mineralization rate was highest during the 1st week (5.7 mg kg?1 d?1), followed by a low‐steady phase. Initially, net N mineralization rate was slower in soil with the lowest slurry rate (2.7 mg kg?1 d?1), whereas in the treatment with the highest slurry rate, a net N immobilization was observed during the 1st week (4.8 mg kg?1 d?1). Mineral‐N concentrations after 120 days were 180, 310, and 475 mg kg?1 in soils amended with 0, 50, and 100 g kg?1 of pig slurry, respectively. However, when results were expressed as net mineralized N, the opposite trend was observed: 74, 65, and 44 mg kg?1. Of the six kinetic models tested to describe the mineralization process, a two‐component, first exponential model (double model) offered the best results for all treatments.  相似文献

Amending vegetable soils with organic materials is increasingly recommended as an agroecosystems management option to improve soil quality. However, the amounts of NO, N2O, and N2 emissions from vegetable soils treated with organic materials and frequent irrigation are not known. In laboratory-based experiments, soil from a NO 3 ? -rich (340 mg N?kg?1) vegetable field was incubated at 30°C for 30 days, with and without 10 % C2H2, at 50, 70, or 90 % water-holding capacity (WHC) and was amended at 1.19 g?C kg?1 (equivalent to 2.5 t?C ha?1) as Chinese milk vetch (CMV), ryegrass (RG), or wheat straw (WS); a soil not amended with organic material was used as a control (CK). At 50 % WHC, cumulative N2 production (398–524 μg N?kg?1) was significantly higher than N2O (84.6–190 μg N?kg?1) and NO (196–224 μg N?kg?1) production, suggesting the occurrence of denitrification under unsaturated conditions. Organic materials and soil water content significantly influenced NO emissions, but the effect was relatively weak since the cumulative NO production ranged from 124 to 261 μg N?kg?1. At 50–90 % WHC, the added organic materials did not affect the accumulated NO 3 ? in vegetable soil but enhanced N2O emissions, and the effect was greater by increasing soil water content. At 90 % WHC, N2O production reached 13,645–45,224 μg N?kg?1 from soil and could be ranked as RG?>?CMV?>?WS?>?CK. These results suggest the importance of preventing excess water in soil while simultaneously taking into account the quality of organic materials applied to vegetable soils.  相似文献

Ammonia-oxidizing archaea (AOA) and bacteria (AOB), which convert NH3 to NO2? in soils, are important for agricultural production. It is well known that N addition can strongly affect soil ammonia oxidizers, but little is known about P addition. Based on microcosm experiments, this study assessed the responses of ammonia oxidizers to chemical P addition in a typically high P agricultural soil with or without N supply. Six treatments examined were neither N nor P, P alone (0.15, 0.45, and 0.75 g P2O5 kg?1 soil, respectively), N alone (0.25 g N kg?1 soil), and N plus P (0.25 g N and 0.15 g P2O5 kg?1 soil). Quantitative real-time PCR for the abundance and high-throughput sequencing for community structure were applied. The results revealed that P addition did not affect the abundances and community structures of AOA and AOB, but N addition significantly increased AOB abundance and alter its community structure. Without N supply, continuously increasing soil P availability did not affect these two groups of ammonia oxidizers. This study highlights the relationship between soil P availability and ammonia oxidizers and suggests that soil P availability could be as a potential indicator for predicting N-related ecosystem functions in agricultural production.  相似文献
