A quantitative genetic analysis was undertaken to estimate the genetic parameters for morphological traits associated with axial growth in Japanese flounder. Three year classes (2009, 2010, 2011) that included a total of 47 full-sib families were produced. At 180 and 360 days of age, six morphological traits that included total length, body length, head length, trunk length, caudal peduncle length and caudal fin length were measured on 1,185–1,981 individuals per year class. Based on these traits observed, fifteen length ratio traits were constructed as well. The phenotypic analysis showed that coefficients of variation for the caudal peduncle length and the ratio of it to other length traits had large variation relative to the other traits analyzed. Genetic variations in axial growth of Japanese flounder were revealed by using a single-trait animal model with the fixed, additive genetic and full-sib family effects. All analyzed traits exhibited moderate to high heritabilities, ranging from 0.33 to 0.80. Heritability was higher at 180 days of age than at 360. The current results for estimating genetic parameters demonstrated that these traits related to axial growth could be improved with family breeding in Japanese flounder.  相似文献

虹鳟生长性状的随机回归分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
生长和抗逆是水产动物遗传育种工作中最重要的农艺性状,虹鳟的生长性状关乎虹鳟规模化养殖的生产经济效益,为了从遗传上精细解析虹鳟的生长性状,我们从渤海、丹麦、挪威、唐纳森和加利福尼亚5个虹鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)种系间的双列杂交开始,进行了连续4代的继代选育。本研究测量了第4代总共4368个实验个体在516日龄、608日龄、668日龄、883日龄和1036日龄5个时间点的生长数据。采用随机回归测定日模型,对虹鳟生长性状进行了动态遗传分析。根据贝叶斯信息准则,确定3阶勒让德多项式为拟合体重和体长的加性遗传效应和永久环境效应变化的最优子模型。利用双变量随机回归模型同时分析体重和体长两个生长性状。它们的遗传力在400~1000日龄之间呈现递减趋势,分别从0.288下降到0.164和从0.469下降到0.186,并且在该生长区间内体长的遗传力始终高于体重的遗传力。无论体重还是体长性状,在不同日龄之间的遗传相关都随着生长间隔的增大而降低,但是两个性状在生长初期和后期之间的遗传相关较高(遗传相关系数0.75以上),尤其是体重(遗传相关系数0.85以上),该研究结果为虹鳟早期的遗传选育提供了理论支撑。两个性状之间在相同日龄之间的遗传相关均在0.75以上,在不同日龄之间的遗传相关随着生长间隔的增大由0.83下降到0.63。以上的研究结论为虹鳟生长性状(主要是体长和体重)的遗传选育提供了理论基础,同时也为虹鳟的体长和体重两个性状的联合选育提供了精确的遗传分析结果,由于两性状在前期有较高的遗传相关,因此建议在虹鳟生长前期(400日龄)进行联合选择。  相似文献

基于68个日本囊对虾(Marsupenaeus japonicus)全同胞家系,采用混合线性模型和约束极大似然法对日本囊对虾生长性状进行遗传参数的估计。结果表明:1)45日龄、75日龄体长性状的遗传力估计值分别为0.1545±0.0505、0.1933±0.0475,腹节长性状的遗传力估计值分别为0.1672±0.0473、0.1937±0.0468,体重性状的遗传力估计值分别为0.1934±0.0439、0.1992±0.037,均为中等遗传力;2)不同日龄下日本囊对虾生长性状间的表型相关与遗传相关均为高度正相关,45日龄体长–腹节长、体长–体重、腹节长–体重的表型相关为0.7121±0.0188、0.5147±0.0277、0.5052±0.0280,遗传相关为0.9896±0.00340、0.9304±0.0321、0.9429±0.0301,75日龄体长–腹节长、体长–体重、腹节长–体重的表型相关为0.6710±0.0236、0.6555±0.0181、0.6534±0.0160,遗传相关为0.7637±0.0161,0.7479±0.0148,0.7177±0.0131。本研究表明对日本囊对虾生长性状进行选择是有效的,以体长、腹节长、体重任一性状作为指标进行选育均可达到生长改良的目的,本研究结果可为日本囊对虾的早期选择育种和多性状选择提供数据参考。  相似文献

为深入了解选育过程中鳜鱼(Siniperca chuatsi)生长性状的遗传变化规律,本研究以来自湖南、江苏、广东的翘嘴鳜为基础群体,构建了21个同胞半同胞家系,利用动物模型对不同家系进行了遗传分析:鳜鱼210日龄体重、体长的遗传力为0.40、0.45,属于高遗传力;体高的遗传力为0.29,属于中遗传力。相关分析表明,鳜鱼体重?体长间的遗传相关为0.96;体长?体高间的遗传相关为0.92,体重?体高间的遗传相关为0.94,因此进一步选育采用个体选育或者个体选育与家系选择法相结合的方法都能获得较好的结果;对某一生长性状进行选育时,其他两个相关性状也会得到间接选育。经过选育鳜鱼F2群体平均体重遗传进展为7.5 g,较第一代增加7.5%,F3群体平均体重的遗传进展为9.75 g,较第二代增加9.0%。F3群体平均体长与F1比较无显著提高。F3群体平均体高的遗传进展为0.22 cm,较第一代增加9.9%。本研究旨在为提高鳜鱼育种效率提供重要参数,加速育种进程。  相似文献

采用灰色关联分析方法对牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)10个选育家系的9个生长性状与体质量的关联度进行分析和评价。首先对体质量与生长性况进行数列无量纲化处理,计算出每个生长性状与体质量的关联系数和关联度,根据灰色关联度构建两两比较判断矩阵定量分析各生长性状对体质量的影响度。结果显示,每个生长性状与体质量的关联度由大到小依次为:全长(0.875 8)、体长(0.859 3)、尾柄高(0.830 7)、躯干长(0.827 7)、头长(0.803 5)、尾长(0.781 2)、体高(0.740 2)、吻长(0.665 7)和尾柄长(0.654 0)。体质量的主控因素为:全长、体长、尾柄高和躯干长4个性状,影响度分别为:28.51%、21.62%、16.41%和11.69%,四者的影响度总和达到78.23%。分析表明,与体质量关联度最大的分别是全长、体长、尾柄高和躯干长,且它们对体质量的影响度最高,可以将其作为培育高产牙鲆的重要评价指标,以提高选择效率。本研究旨在为制定理想的牙鲆选育目标、提高育种效率提供理论依据,同时拓展灰色关联度方法在水产动物育种研究中的应用。  相似文献

To estimate genetic parameters of growth traits in Japanese flounder Paralichthys olivaceus, full-sib and half-sib families were produced in three consecutive years at the Beidaihe Central Experiment Station in China. Each year 8–28 families were produced. The body weight, body length and body depth at 180, 240, and 360 days of age were measured for 5,224 individuals. Four animal models were used to examine the phenotypic variation of growth traits and were compared using the likelihood ratio test. The results showed that estimates for additive genetic effect heritabilities varied greatly depending on the model, trait and age. The maternal effect had a significant impact on phenotypic variation only for body depth at 180 days of age, which explained 49% of the phenotypic variance. The ratio of full-sib effect to phenotypic variation ranged from 0.09 to 0.22. Growth traits all exhibited low heritability (0.13–0.39), indicating that there is the potential for family selection breeding for these traits in Japanese flounder. Using the full model with the fixed, full-sib family, additive and maternal genetic effects, genetic correlations among the three traits for fish of the same age were estimated to be more than 0.80. 记录了2009年建立的12个牙鲆家系240日龄个体的体质量、全长、体长、头长、躯干长、吻长、尾柄长、尾长、体高,和尾柄高等10个生长性状,对这12个家系的生长性状进行了因子分析。结果表明:第一至第四公因子对变异的方差贡献率分别为81.36%、10.12%、5.3%,和1.31%,累积贡献率达98.1%,表明这4个公因子很好地反映了所控制的10个生长性状及其相互作用关系。贡献率最高的第一公因子包含了大多数生长性状,其因子得分排序在前两位的家系为F11和F4,与这2个家系生长性状表型值排序相一致,表明这两个家系具有结构较好的生长构成性状和较高的性状表型值,可作为培育快速生长型牙鲆新品种的候选家系,进行生产验证和推广养殖。  相似文献

大口黑鲈家系早期形态性状的相关和主成分分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
利用17个大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)家系在4月龄和6月龄的生长数据,对大口黑鲈全长、体长、头长、尾柄长、体高和尾柄高6个性状进行相关分析和主成分分析。结果表明:6个形态性状之间均呈高表型正相关,其值在0.565~0.990之间;4月龄和6月龄全长对形态性状的贡献率分别为92.29%和86.40%,可作为大口黑鲈形态性状的选择指标;4月龄全长/体高和尾柄长/尾柄高对体型的贡献率分别为65.94%和34.06%,6月龄全长/体高和尾柄长/尾柄高的贡献率分别为69.08%和30.92%,这两个指标均可作为大口黑鲈体型的选择标准。另外,采用方差分析对大口黑鲈各家系的全长、绝对增长率、生长指标和体型指数进行比较,结果表明家系S07D07的生长表现为最优。  相似文献

Additive, dominance genetic effects were analysed for body weight (BW) and seven morphometric traits from three variants of red common carp, Cyprinus carpio var. singuonensis, C. carpio var. wuyuanensis and C. carpio var. color, based on a diallel cross‐mating design by using the additive–dominance genetic model. The results indicated that at 8 months of age (juvenile stage), the traits of pre‐dorsal height (PDH), pre‐dorsal width (PDW) and caudal peduncle height (CPH) were mainly controlled by additive effects; the traits of BW, total length (TL), standard length (SL), head length (HL) and caudal peduncle length (CPL) were mainly controlled by dominance effects. The narrow‐sense heritabilities of all traits ranged from 0.000 to 0.556; however, the broad‐sense heritabilities ranged from 0.453 to 0.775. At 20 months of age (adult stage), the traits of TL, SL, PDH and CPL were mainly controlled by additive effects, whereas the traits of BW, PDW, HL and CPH were mainly controlled by dominance effects. The narrow‐sense heritabilities of all traits ranged from 0.000 to 0.710; the broad‐sense heritabilities ranged from 0.629 to 0.934. Through the genetic merit prediction from three parents, it was found that the additive and dominance effects of C. carpio var. color could increase the BW and body length in their progeny, but these two genetic effects of C. carpio var. singuonensis and C. carpio var. wuyuanensis could decrease BW in their progeny. The genetic effects of C. carpio var. wuyuanensis could reduce total length, SL and caudal peduncle length, but increase body height in their progeny.  相似文献

草鱼生长性状的遗传参数和育种值估计   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
利用草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)生长性状选育核心群亲本,采用人工授精方式构建21个全同胞家系,并选用动物模型对16月龄草鱼生长性状进行遗传参数和育种值估计。结果显示,草鱼选育种群的生长性状存在丰富变异。采用约束极大似然法估计方差组分,发现草鱼体重、体长和体高性状的遗传力分别为0.39,0.47,0.21,属于中高遗传力;肥满度性状遗传力为0.11,属于低遗传力;4个性状的共同环境效应值相近且较小,范围为0.07~0.17。采用两性状动物模型分析相关性,发现体重、体长和体高性状间表型和遗传相关系数均达到高度正相关(r=0.88~0.97),而肥满度性状与三者间相关系数接近零,只与体高性状存在一定遗传正相关(r=0.43)。结合各性状遗传变异系数和相对遗传进度,分析表明,以体重为目标性状可便捷有效地改良草鱼生长性能。采用最佳线性无偏估计法预测个体育种值,发现4个性状育种值与表型值的相关系数范围为0.77~0.93。基于单性状育种值和表型值分别进行个体选择,按10%留种率,各性状选留个体相同率为68.75%~81.82%,秩相关系数范围为0.19~0.81,两种选择方式显示出较大差异,且差异大小与性状遗传力成反比例。本研究为草鱼生长性状选择育种提供了理论依据和技术支撑。  相似文献

圆斑星鲽(Verasper variegatus)作为中国鲽形目(Pleuronectiformes)养殖鱼类的重要代表种类,具有生长速度快,可食用部分多,肉质细嫩等特点。为了探究圆斑星鲽形态性状与体重的关系,本研究分别测定11月龄、14月龄和17月龄3个不同生长期圆斑星鲽的体重及全长(FL)、体长(BL)、体高(BH)、头长(HL)、头高(HH)、尾柄长(CL)、尾柄高(CH)、吻长(SL)共计8个形态性状,分别进行相关分析和通径分析,剖析形态性状对于体重的直接作用和间接作用;利用回归分析的方法,建立各个时期以形态指标为自变量,体重为因变量的最优线性回归方程。结果显示,1)不同生长阶段,影响体重的重点形态指标存在差异,影响11月龄圆斑星鲽体重的主要形态性状为体高和体长,14月龄阶段为全长、体高和头长,17月龄阶段为全长和体高;2)11月龄、14月龄和17月龄形态性状对体重(Y)的多元回归方程分别为:Y=-186.412+17.381XBH+10.517XBL,Y=-362.484+13.145XFL+20.172XBH+21.199XHL,Y=-816.147+24.121XFL+40.575XBH;3)除本研究所包括的形态指标外,体厚可能为另外一个影响圆斑星鲽体重的重要指标。本研究阐明了体重与形态指标间的相关关系,为圆斑星鲽的良种选育提供了生物学依据。  相似文献

采用联合异速生长遗传模型,对中国水产科学研究院黑龙江水产研究所渤海冷水性鱼类试验站培育的F1杂交虹鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)和F2杂交虹鳟的体质量和体尺性状异速生长进行了遗传分析,旨在为虹鳟及其他水产动物异速生长的遗传参数估计和实现体质量与体型的同步选育奠定理论基础。首先采用逐步回归分析法选择体尺性状对体质量的异速生长显著的性状,建立最优表型联合静态、动态异速生长指数模型,随后构建了两个用于遗传分析多个静态、动态异速生长的随机回归模型。虹鳟多个体尺性状相对体质量的异速生长遗传分析结果表明,体长与体质量具有较大的异速生长指数,为1.633 8,且为正异速生长,而其他体尺性状相对体质量呈现负异速生长;遗传方差大小顺序和表型的偏异速生长指数一致,体宽和背鳍基长的异速生长的遗传相关最大,为-0.867 5,其次为体长和体高,为-0.619 4,最小的是-0.021 7,为体高和体宽。体长与体质量的动态异速生长的加性遗传方差估计值为0.292 9。结果表明,虹鳟体质量和主要体尺性状的异速生长是由遗传机制决定的,遗传方差及遗传相关的估计能够用来筛选优良亲本,这为进一步利用异速生长理论指导虹鳟及其他水产动物体质量与体型的同步选育提供了理论基础。  相似文献

为了揭示大菱鲆(Scophthalmus maximus)体重和体尺性状的分子遗传机制,探寻用于改良目标性状的分子标记及候选基因,本研究以大菱鲆育种群体为研究对象,分别测量其体重、体长、体宽和尾柄宽性状的表型值,利用简化基因组测序技术(2b-RAD)获得相应基因型数据,进行全基因组关联研究(Genome-wide association study, GWAS),筛选与大菱鲆体重和体尺性状显著关联的数量性状核苷酸(Quantitative trait nucleotides, QTNs)遗传位点。结果显示,以多性状线性混合模型(mv LMM)对体重–体长和体长–体宽–尾柄宽2个性状组合进行多性状GWAS分析,分别检测到9个和2个一因多效QTNs;以单一性状线性混合模型(LMM)对各个性状进行GWAS分析,在体重性状中检测到4个与之显著关联的QTNs,在体长和体宽性状中各检测到1个QTN,而在尾柄宽性状中则没有检测到显著的遗传位点。比较2种模型的结果,发现mvLMM相较于LMM能够检测到更多QTNs,且检测到的QTNs为更具生物学意义的一因多效QTNs。本研究首次利用mvLMM和LMM对大菱鲆体重和体尺性状进行联合GWAS分析,共筛选到17个显著的QTNs,其中,有4个QTNs被重复检测到。以这些检测到的QTNs为探针,在大菱鲆全基因组上找到了距离其最近的12个候选基因,它们可能是影响大菱鲆体重和体尺性状的重要候选标记和功能基因,本研究为大菱鲆体重和体尺性状的分子标记辅助选育提供了理论素材和参考。  相似文献

Heritabilities and genetic and phenotypic correlations were estimated for body weight (BW), body length (BL), carapace length (CL), carapace width (CW) and carapace height (CH) of the Penaeus monodon from measurements on progeny at 6 months of age resulting from a nested mating design. Estimation was made on data from 41 full‐sib and 10 half‐sib families. The estimated heritabilities for these traits were 0.13–0.24, and the significantly phenotypic and genetic correlations were 0.81–0.94 and 0.88–1.00, respectively. The present results indicate that genetic improvement through selective breeding conducted on P. monodon might be feasible and would be an efficient method to obtain a positive response to selection.  相似文献

Genetic parameters were estimated for growth‐related traits and survival of the Kuruma shrimp Marsupenaeus japonicus based on 66 families, including 30 paternal half‐sib families, which were obtained using artificial insemination of two females by each male. The variance components for growth‐related trait and survival were estimated using a single‐trait animal model and a sir‐dam model, respectively, and genetic parameters were estimated using the restricted maximum likelihood method. The coefficients of variation for growth‐related traits such as body length (BL), abdominal length (AL), and body weight (BW) were 9.36%–22.44%, 10.61%–21.92%, and 26.47%–58.33%, respectively, at different ages (45, 75, 105, 135, and 165 days). The corresponding heritability estimates for each growth trait were 0.1545–0.1951, 0.1672–0.1905, and 0.1596–0.1934, respectively, all of which were found to be at moderate levels and increased with age. The heritability of survival on day 165 was low (0.003). The genetic correlations among growth traits were positive and high (0.7316–0.9896) at the different ages, suggesting that selection to improve any single growth trait will cause positive responses in other growth traits examined in M. japonicus. The genetic correlations between growth traits and survival were also positive but low (0.005–0.087), which indicated that only selecting for growth traits may not cause a positive correlated response in the survival of the core population. According to the above results, we suggested that growth and survival traits should be taken as improving targets of breeding in M. japonicus. These results provided reference data for selective breeding and multitrait selection of M. japonicus.  相似文献

Turbot is an economically relevant fish, and simultaneously at the risk of inbreeding depression in China. Microsatellite DNA markers were used to evaluate inbreeding level of a random turbot breeding population and further investigate its effects on growth traits. DNA based inbreeding coefficients (FDNA) were ranged from 0 to 0.4124. Average inbreeding coefficient was 0.0621 with a standard deviation of 0.0658. Regression analysis results showed inbreeding had a very significant (< .01) effect on harvest body weight (BW) and significant (< .05) effect on harvest body long (BL). Inbreeding depression, expressed as the percent change in phenotype per 10% increase in F, was ?4.00% for BW and ?1.14% for BL. The inbreeding depression on high inbreeding coefficient (more than 10%) individuals was further analyzed. A set of significant (< .05) and larger inbreeding depression was obtained, ?7.15% and ?2.49% for BW and BL respectively. This study demonstrates that inbreeding has a negative effect on growth traits and highlights the need of DNA markers to control inbreeding and maximize the genetic diversity in selection breeding programs.  相似文献

To understand quantitative genetic characteristics of hatchery‐produced Japanese flounder in the wild, heritability and genetic correlation of growth‐related and morphometric traits were examined in yearling released individuals at a coastal region in northeast Japan. Quantitative genetic parameters were estimated with restricted maximum likelihood following reconstruction of pedigree by a likelihood method using seven microsatellite loci. Estimates of heritability were 0.65 and 0.51 for growth‐related traits (body length and the proportion of body length to body depth) and 0.45–0.62 for morphometric traits (vertebral count and dorsal and anal fin ray counts). Genetic correlation was significantly positive (0.61) between dorsal and anal fin ray counts, indicating the possibility of pleiotropic genes or gametic phase disequilibrium for these traits. All the estimates of heritability and genetic correlation in the released individuals were close to those of hatchery‐reared juveniles, suggesting that yearling released individuals had similar quantitative genetic characteristics of growth and morphometric traits in the wild to hatchery‐reared juveniles.  相似文献

本研究采用室内人工降温的方式,对69个中国明对虾(Fenneropenaeus chinensis)家系共1327尾成虾进行了耐低温实验,测定其生长和耐低温性状;并利用混合模型方程,通过平均信息约束极大似然法进行遗传力和遗传相关估计。采用2种动物模型对中国明对虾成虾低温下体重、体长的遗传力进行评估,模型1加入了共同环境效应,模型2没有加入共同环境效应。由模型1获得的体重、体长的遗传力分别为(0.206±0.177)、(0.187±0.179),由模型2获得的体重、体长的遗传力分别为(0.317±0.065)、(0.298±0.063),均为中低等遗传力。经似然比检验体重、体长在模型1和模型2间的似然比值均无显著差异(P0.05),表明模型1和模型2之间无显著差异,模型2为较优遗传模型。以半致死时的存活状态作为耐低温性状指标,遗传力为(0.169±0.078),为低等遗传力。低温下体重、体长之间的表型和遗传相关分别为(0.823±0.010)和(0.969±0.018),为高度正相关;低温下体重、体长与半致死时的存活状态的表型相关分别为(0.187±0.030)和(0.218±0.030),为低度正相关;而遗传相关分别为(0.517±0.205)和(0.538±0.203),为中度正相关。本研究表明,对生长性状进行的选育不会降低其耐低温能力,中国明对虾耐低温性状可与生长性状进行共同复合选育。  相似文献

为探究中华卤虫不同生长阶段以及性状间的相关性,以确定合适的选择时间和目标性状,2008年收集来源于中国不同地区的3个两性生殖品系卤虫卵,SIN品系(山西运城解池盐湖)、YIM品系(内蒙古伊克昭盟)和ALXZ品系(内蒙古阿拉善左旗),利用人工静水孵化技术进行孵化,每个品系随机选取50尾个体单独养殖30d,每5天测定卤虫个体的全长(TL),并在第25日龄、第30日龄测定全长(TL)、体长(BL)、体宽(BDW)和体重(BW)性状值。中华卤虫3个品系6个生长阶段的各性状值测定数据显示,25d是卤虫生长的最高峰。不同生长阶段间全长表型相关分析表明,两个生长阶段间隔时间越长,相关系数越小。SIN、YIM和ALXZ3个品系第5天和第25天的相关系数仅为0.073、0.091、0.026。特别是15d前和15d后的生长阶段间,生长性状值甚至存在着负相关。对于卤虫生长性状的遗传改良,早期选择特别是15d之前进行选择,可能并不是一个理想的选择方案。中华卤虫性状间相关分析表明,第25日龄、30日龄全长、体长分别与体宽、体重性状间的表型相关虽均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),但相关系数较小。在选育生长快、体型大的卤虫新品种(系)时...  相似文献

随机选取10月龄深水抗风浪网箱养殖的点篮子鱼183尾,体质量14.8~199.4g,体长8.0~18.7cm,采用灰色关联分析方法对全长、体长、体宽、体高、眼径、吻长、眼后头长、头长、头高、尾柄高、尾柄长等11个形态性状与体质量的关联度进行了分析和评价。研究结果显示,网箱养殖点篮子鱼的形态性状与体质量的关联度为0.3962~0.9702,其中,与体质量关联度最高的前3个形态性状为体长、全长和体高,关联度分别为0.9702、0.9693、0.9668,其余形态性状与体质量的关联度依次为全长>体高>体宽>吻长>尾柄长>尾柄高>头高>眼后头长>头长>眼径。综上,宜将体长、全长和体高选为间接选育点篮子鱼体质量的形态指标,本研究将为点篮子鱼群体选育提供理论依据和分析方法。  相似文献
