对2年生柴胡9个性状:株高、分蘖数、茎粗和、须根数、分枝数、根长、叶型、叶面积和根重等的遗传参数和性状间的关系进行了研究。其中茎粗和、分枝数与决定药材产量的根重的相关系数分别为0.5209和0.4457,均达到显著水平;根重与决定药材质量的根长相关系数为0.4487,达到显著水平。不同叶型柴胡的叶面积与根重相关系数分别为宽叶型:1.012、长叶型:1.2021、竹叶型:3.1187,均达到极显著相关水平;并且每种叶型柴胡的叶宽、叶长与叶面积的相关系数也分别达到显著相关水平;说明在2年生柴胡的优良品系选育的过程中,可依据茎粗和、分枝数、根长、叶总表面积等性状来判断决定经济产量的根重。  相似文献

通过不同郁闭度条件下栽培柴胡,研究其在寒冷林区适宜的立地条件。结果证明,栽培柴胡应选择郁闭度0.2以下疏林地、全光下林间空地为宜,以全光下林间空地为最佳,鲜品产量可达239.1-395.3g/m^2。  相似文献

为给黄栀子的资源评价及良种选育提供理论参考和指导,对引种栽培的各类型黄栀子的树高、冠幅、叶片性状、果实表型性状以及单株产量等主要农艺性状进行了评价及相关性分析。结果表明:各类型黄栀子农艺性状间差异显著,主要经济性状间存在极显著差异。LH黄栀子多数农艺性状均优于其它类型黄栀子。在果实纵横径、单株果数以及单株产量等方面尤为明显。黄栀子单果鲜质量及单株果数与单株产量呈极显著相关性,相关系数分别可达0.989和0.929;果实纵横径、树高及冠幅与单株产量相关性均达到极显著水平,但萼长及叶片相关性状与产量相关性不显著。  相似文献

以杜仲35个无性系为研究材料,以5 a的性状测定数据为基础,对杜仲无性系叶片性状、树皮性状、果实性状、产量进行了遗传参数估计和改良效果分析.结果表明:叶片性状、树皮性状、果实性状、产量性状的重复力均较高,为0.54~0.97.表型变异系数叶片性状和树皮性状的较低,而果实性状和产量性状的相对较高.分别根据叶片含胶率、树皮含胶率、果实含胶率和产量筛选出了4个高产胶无性系,其遗传改良效果分析结果表明,叶片含胶率、树皮含胶率、果实含胶率和产量的遗传增益分别为21.10%、54.95%、12.17%和55.22%.说明这些性状的遗传改良效果均较好,所筛选出来的无性系可以大大提高产胶量和果实产量,该研究为杜仲高产胶优良无性系的进一步栽培和推广提供了重要的理论依据.  相似文献

从1995年开始在湖南省油桐主产区初选了37个油桐优良单株并造林.6年来的评比试验对其产量结构的因素及果实品质的性状进行了调查分析,并运用了模糊数学的方法进行了综合评判,优选出了5个经济性状优良的丰产家系,其产量均比对照高67.0%,比参试家系平均产量高出59.0%,为油桐主产区;特别是石灰岩地区的油桐生产提供了新的良种。  相似文献

以祁连山区3种药用植物狭叶柴胡、麻花秦艽、细叶沙参为研究试材,采用PEG-6000高渗溶液模拟干旱胁迫的方法,研究其抗旱生理特性。在相同处理条件下,分别测定了3种药用植物的脯氨酸含量、SOD活性、POD活性等3个生理指标。结果表明:狭叶柴胡脯氨酸含量、SOD活性、POD活性均高于麻花秦艽和细叶沙参。由此可见,狭叶柴胡的抗旱能力高于麻花秦艽和细叶沙参。  相似文献

The effect of the methanol extract from aerial parts of Bupleurum fruticescens on the release of eicosanoids and hydrolytic enzymes was determined on in vitro cell systems. The extract had a significant effect on 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX) activity, inhibiting both LTB4 and 5(S)-HETE production with IC50 values of 112 microg/ml and 95 microg/ml, respectively. At concentrations of 200 microg/ml, the extract also inhibited cyclooxygenase-1 (90%) and elastase activities (54%). The 12-LOX activity in intact platelets was not affected; a fact, which suggests that phospholipase A2 (PLA2) activity, is not modified by the extract.  相似文献

马褂木是重要的绿化、用材和水源涵养林兼用树种.三峡库区栽培面积已超过2 400 hm2.本文通过分析8种复合经营模式的效益,来综合评价不同的复合经营模式.通过对比分析,复合经营的马褂木胸径生长量年均提高10%以上.复合经营的马褂木-桔梗模式、马褂木 白术模式的年收入最高,投入大;而柴胡、黄芪和黑豆投入小、种植技术比较好掌握.试验出的几种模式可减少土壤侵蚀量33.3%,生态效益显著.根据推广应用前景,结合药材市场需求种植,提高土地利用率和单位面积产出,促进林农增收.  相似文献

从狭叶柴胡(Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd.)中共分离得到13株内生真菌,经菌落形态观察及显微观察,鉴定为3目、4科、7属,并未见明显的优势菌群,且没有一个属能够同时从根、茎、叶三种组织中分离得到,表明不同菌属在宿主体内分布存在一定的组织特异性。研究为狭叶柴胡内生真菌的进一步开发奠定了理论与实践基础。  相似文献

A new megastigmane sesquiterpene glucoside named chaihuxinoside A (1), and a new indole diglucoside named chaihuxinoside B (9) were isolated from the aerial parts of Bupleurum chinense DC. along with eight known compounds. Structures of two new compounds were elucidated by a combination of chemical and spectroscopic methods. Chaihuxinosides A and B were characterized as 11-hydroxyl-4-en-3,9-dioxo- megastigmane-11-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), and 3-carboxy-indole-10-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (9), respectively.  相似文献

为了研究中药材的仿野生栽培,笔者对管涔林区的柴胡、黄芩、党参进行了鱼鳞坑法和等高线水平阶法播种试验,结果表明采用鱼鳞坑法进行播种,出苗早,出苗率、成苗率与第2年产量高,效果优于等高线水平阶法;同时对春播、夏播、秋播3个播种期进行了试验,结果表明春播药材最佳,夏播次之,秋播最差。  相似文献

Rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis Müll. Arg.) radial growth dynamics were monitored with displacement sensors, together with latex production, to investigate three aspects of the dual production of latex and wood: (1) the usefulness of fine-scale dendrometric measurements as a physiological tool to detect water shortage through radial growth; (2) the dynamic aspects, both at the seasonal and at the multi-year scale, of the competition between latex and wood production; and (3) the spatial distribution of radial growth rates around the tapping cut. Radial growth of untapped control trees started with the onset of the rainy season and lasted until the onset of the dry season, ceasing completely during the driest period. Displacement sensors provided a sensitive means of detecting water shortage, with a clear correlation between diameter variations and changes in water availability (both daily evapotranspiration and monthly rainfall) over the whole annual cycle. However, the correlation was significantly disturbed in tapped trees. After resumption of tapping, the radial growth rate dropped sharply within two weeks and the effect persisted throughout the whole season, so that the cumulative growth of tapped trees was about half that of untapped trees, with the cumulative growth deficit reaching 80% for the period from mid-June to November. This long-known negative impact of tapping on growth was much stronger in the second year of tapping than in the first, whereas latex production increased significantly between the first and second year of tapping. The increased latex production, which could not be ascribed to climatic conditions, shows that the establishment of an artificial latex sink is a progressive, long-term process likely involving many aspects of metabolism. As expected, ethylene significantly increased latex production in both years; however, ethylene had no effect on the growth rates of tapped trees. Radial growth was differentially affected at different locations around the tapping cut, with growth rates significantly lower in the tapped panel than in the untapped panel, and higher above the cut than below the cut. Thus, caution is needed when deriving whole stem wood production from girth measurements at one location on the stem, especially from girth measurements made close to the tapping cut. This also provides new evidence for the location of the latex regeneration area in the tapped panel, below the cut.  相似文献

Silvopastoral systems, which combine tree and pasture production, are more complex ecosystems than exclusively agronomic systems. Good silvopasture management should seek to increase positive interactions (or synergies) and reduce negative interactions among system components (soil, trees, grass and cattle) to increase global system productivity. Tree growth and pasture production within such systems can be optimized through appropriate species selection and fertilization. The aim of the present study, carried out over the course of 3 years, was to compare how traditional fertilisation, sewage sludge dose, and potassium affect pasture-tree competition, botanic composition and tree growth in a silvopastoral system located on agricultural land during the early years of system development. The addition of potassium is recommended for improving tree growth in silvopastoral systems with slightly acidic soil, especially if the pasture has high legume content. White clover is a good choice of species for silvopastoral systems because it promotes tree growth. Our study revealed that pasture production improved when sewage sludge was used as a fertiliser, but annual production was still more strongly dependent on weather conditions.  相似文献
