肉鸭日粮中添加双乙酸钠的效果研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
选用 1日龄健康樱桃谷肉鸭 6 0 0只 ,随机分为 3组 ,每组设 4个重复 ,每个重复 5 0只肉鸭 ,试验采用单因素完全随机试验设计。A组饲喂基础日粮 ,B组、C组在基础日粮的基础上分别添加 0 2 %、0 4 %的双乙酸钠。试验结果表明 :日粮中添加双乙酸钠对肉鸭日增重、瘦肉率有显著影响 (P <0 0 5 ) ;对肉鸭的饲料转化率有极显著影响 (P <0 0 1) ;对肉鸭的成活率和屠宰率、皮脂率无显著影响 (P >0 0 5 )。B组日增重比A组提高了 8 6 5 % (P <0 0 5 ) ,比C组提高了 5 4 5 %(P >0 0 5 ) ;B组料肉比较A组降低了 11 5 2 % (P <0 0 1) ,较C组降低了 3 2 9% (P <0 0 5 ) ;B组的成活率与A组、C组间差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ;B组每只肉鸭分别比A、C组多盈利 1 0 4元和 1 0 6元  相似文献

采用单因素随机试验设计,选择离乳恢复期及冬毛生长期经产美国短毛黑母貂40只,随机分成A、B、C、D 4组,分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加0%、0.2%、0.4%和0.6%蛋氨酸的4种试验饲粮,以探讨不同水平蛋氨酸对埋植褪黑激素水貂生产性能的影响。结果表明:添加不同水平蛋氨酸后4组水貂干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、能量的消化率表现为差异不显著(P0.05)。试验C组干物质采食量显著高于A、D组(P0.05);试验组与对照组增重、体长差异不显著(P0.05)。试验C组饲料转化率显著高于B、D组(P0.05),A、B、D组饲料转化率差异不显著(P0.05)。试验C、D组总胆固醇含量显著高于对照组A组(P0.05);B、C、D组总胆固醇含量差异不显著(P0.05)。试验各组甘油三酯含量差异不显著(P0.05);B组总蛋白含量明显高于A、D两组(P0.05);C、D组总蛋白含量明显高于A组(P0.05);C组与B、D组总蛋白差异均不显著(P0.05)。在此日粮基础上,综合各项指标可得出,埋植褪黑激素后恢复期和冬毛生长期经产母水貂日粮中蛋氨酸的适宜添加水平为0.4%。  相似文献

使用膨化鸡粪饲喂产蛋鸡 ,饲喂 6 0d结果表明 ,将膨化鸡粪按 4 %、6 %、8%三个比例添加量来加工全价配合饲料饲喂产蛋鸡 ,其产蛋量、蛋重、耗料量和体重等与对照组相比 ,差异均不显著(P >0 0 5 ) ,以 4 %的膨化鸡粪添加量加工全价配合饲料 ,经济效益最佳。  相似文献

用黄芪、当归、益母草等 12味中药组成的中药饲料添加剂 ,分别按 0 .5 % (A组 )和 1% (B组 )的比例添加于饲料中 ,连喂 2 0 d,与不添加组 (C组 )作对比试验 ,连续观察统计产蛋率等指标 4 0 d,结果发现 ,A、B二组鸡产蛋率均比 C组高 ,差异极显著 (P<0 .0 1) ,说明该添加剂有良好饲用效果。  相似文献

为了研究复方中草药对阿留申病水貂繁殖性能的影响,试验根据对流免疫电泳法(CIEP)对某水貂场400只水貂阿留申病毒抗体检测的结果,选取水貂母貂180只,分为3组,每组60只(包括20月龄、10月龄的标准色水貂和咖啡色水貂各15只),A、B组均为阿留申病毒阳性水貂,C组为阿留申病毒阴性水貂(为空白对照组)。于配种前1个月开始,B、C组水貂只饲喂基础日粮;A组水貂在基础日粮中添加复方中草药,每只5 g/d,并连续饲喂1个月至配种开始;母貂配种开始至仔貂断奶分窝期间记录和统计母貂的繁殖指标。结果表明:A组分别和B组、C组比较,不论水貂毛色和年龄,其妊娠天数、胎平均产仔数均差异不显著(P0.05);A组标准色水貂、咖啡色水貂和20月龄水貂的仔貂断奶成活数与B组比均差异显著(P0.05);A组20月龄水貂的仔貂断奶成活数与C组比较均差异显著(P0.05);A组咖啡色水貂的母貂产仔率、断奶仔貂成活率与B组比较均差异显著(P0.05),A组20月龄水貂的母貂产仔率、断奶仔貂成活率与C组比均差异显著(P0.05)。说明复方中草药能够提高阿留申病水貂的繁殖性能,不论毛色和年龄,复方中草药对阿留申病水貂的妊娠天数均没有影响;胎平均产仔数都有一定程度提高,但均不明显;阿留申病水貂仔貂断奶成活数、产仔率和仔貂成活率均有提高,其中咖啡色水貂和20月龄水貂效果较为明显。  相似文献

试验选用断奶后 33日龄三元杂 (杜×长×大 )仔猪 84头 ,随机分成A、B、C三组 (每组 2 8头 ) ,进行饲养对比试验。A、B两组在基础日粮中分别添加 1 0 0毫克 /千克和 2 0 0毫克 /千克肉毒碱作为试验组 ,C组不添加作为对照组。经 31天的试验结果表明 :A、B组的日增重比C组分别提高 6.0 6% (P <0 .0 5 )和 1 2 .82 % (P <0 .0 1 ) ;在饲料转化率方面 ,A、B组略优于C组 ,分别节约饲料 4 .1 2 % (P >0 .0 5 )和 5 .2 9% (P <0 .0 5 ) ;A、B组的腹泻率明显低于C组 ,分别下降 9.4 6% (P <0 .0 5 )和 67.84 % (P <0 .0 1 )  相似文献

用从木瓜酶修饰的猪红细胞提取的CD58分子协同NDⅣ疫苗 ,免疫 8日龄雏鸡 (分为试验A组、对照B组 ) ;用从正常猪红细胞提取的CD58分子协同NDⅣ疫苗 ,免疫 18日龄雏鸡 (分为试验C、对照D组 )。以 β_微量法测定ND抗体效价 ,以α_醋酸萘酯酶染色法检测鸡外周血T细胞的变化 ,并分别用F48E9强毒株在免疫后 2 4d攻击A组和B组鸡、39d攻击C组和D组鸡。结果表明 ,免疫前 ,8日龄雏鸡的ND抗体效价为 2 5.8,18日龄雏鸡的ND抗体均为阴性 ;免疫后 ,与对照D组比较 ,试验C组的ND抗体提前 4d达到 2 4.8,并且试验C组ND抗体效价显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,保护期延长 ;试验A组雏鸡体内ND抗体变化和对照B组相似 ,但试验A组雏鸡外周血T细胞数量显著高于对照B组 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。攻毒试验结果显示 ,试验A组鸡死亡率为 33%、对照B组鸡死亡率为 6 3% ;试验C组鸡死亡率为 17% ,对照D组鸡死亡率为 5 3%。本研究结果表明猪红细胞CD58分子具有较好的疫苗佐剂效应。  相似文献

为研究不同粗饲料组合效应对育肥公羊采食量、日增重、料肉比及经济效益的影响,试验采用单因素完全随机试验设计,将体重相近的40只小尾寒羊后备种公羊随机分为8组,每组5只。基于等能等氮原则配制日增重350 g试验饲粮,其中A组日粮中粗饲料添加苜蓿,B组添加玉米秸秆,C组添加棉花秸秆,D组添加苜蓿和棉花秸秆,E组添加苜蓿和玉米秸秆,F、G、H组添加不同比例苜蓿、棉花秸秆和玉米秸秆。试验期40 d,其中预试期10 d,正式试验期30 d。结果表明:(1)G组干物质采食量极显著高于C组和D组(P<0.01),显著高于F组(P<0.05);A、B、E、H组干物质采食量极显著高于C组和D组(P<0.01);F组干物质采食量显著高于C组(P<0.05)。(2)A组日增重极显著高于C组(P<0.01),显著高于D组(P<0.05);G组日增重显著高于C组和D组(P<0.05)。(3)A组饲粮单价最高,C组单价最低,饲料单价如下趋势:A组>E组>G组>H组>F组>D组>B组>C组,饲料总成本趋势与饲料单价趋势基本相同。(4)增重收益中A组最高,C组最低,前者比后者高35.76%;经济效益G组最高,D组最低,前者比后者高34.46%。综上,在本试验条件下,以苜蓿:玉米秸秆:棉杆为12:24:13调配日粮时,经济效益最优,为265.43元/只。  相似文献

本试验研究了植物提取物(商品名为普乐壮)对肉鸭腹泻的防治效果,试验选用1080羽0日龄的健康樱桃谷肉鸭,随机分为A、B和C三组,其中A组饲喂基础饲料,为对照组;B组喂给由对照组饲料和添加普乐壮1kg/t后组成的试验B组饲料,C组饲喂由对照组饲料和添加普乐壮1.5kg/t后组成的试验C组饲料。每组设3个处理,每个重复120羽。结果表明,各处理组肉鸭的粪便水分无显著差异;试验C组与B组以及对照组的试验肉鸭料肉比差异显著(P<0.05);28和35日龄时,C组与B组以及对照组试验肉鸭的H5HI效价差异显著(P<0.05);35日龄时,C组与B组以及对照组试验肉鸭的H9效价差异显著(P<0.05)。本研究可为减少抗生素的使用提供参考,为食品安全保驾护航。  相似文献

The use of dehydrated mink manure as a protein source for growing pigs was studied by substituting 7.5 and 15 % (w/w) of the complete feed with manure and a corresponding amount of barley. The manure used had a poor feed value as compared to the values obtained earlier in digestibility tests in minks. The crude protein content was 21.3 %. The addition of mink manure to the feed did not adversely affect the feed consumption, nor were any effects on the health of the pigs observed. The differences in daily gain and feed efficiency recorded between the experimental groups were not statistically significant. The number of experimental animals was small, and a large variation occurred within the groups. The addition of mink manure to the diet resulted in lower weight gain, apparently due to a lower energy supply. The groups given mink manure received less feed units than the controls. No harmful effects of the manure feeding on carcase quality was observed and organoleptic tests revealed no changes in the smell or taste of the meat. No changes were found in the digestive tracts, livers or kidneys of the pigs.  相似文献

本研究旨在观察比较不同饲料添加剂对肥育猪生产性能的影响。选用体重20 kg左右的杜长大三元杂交(杜洛克×长白×大约克)瘦肉型商品猪100头,随机分为5组,每组设2个重复,每个重复10头。每组使用相同基础日粮,分别使用四种不同饲料药物添加剂进行了饲喂试验,即在基础饲粮中添加A组喹烯酮25%预混料300 mg/kg、B组维康200 mg/kg、C组维康300 mg/kg、D组北里霉素10%预混料300mg/kg的添加剂,空白对照组不添加任何添加剂。饲养时间为83 d。本试验饲养效果观察结果表明:全期日增重试验A、D组和空白对照组差异不显著(p〉0.05),B、C组和空白对照组差异显著(p〈0.05),B组维康按照200 mg/kg添加日增重最高,饲料报酬最高,经济效益最好。  相似文献

Abstract

Nutrient digestibilities were evaluated in comparative experiments with blue foxes and mink by using six diets differing in fat:carbohydrate (F:C) ratios. In mink, apparent digestibilities of N and amino acids decreased with decreasing F:C ratio. N digestibility, and most amino acid digestibilities, were higher in blue foxes than in mink (P < 0.01). Fat digestibility in mink, but not in blue foxes, declined as the F:C ratio decreased (P < 0.05). Fat digestibility was higher in blue foxes than in mink (P < 0.05). Carbohydrate digestibility was not affected by the F:C ratio, but high levels of carbohydrates were digested more completely by foxes than by mink. The use of mink digestibility values in feed evaluations for blue foxes will consequently underestimate digestibility. Thus, to evaluate feed correctly, separate digestibility determinations should be made for mink and foxes.  相似文献

Abstract

The effect of cage size and nest box environment on circadian rhythm and on stereotyped and non-stereotyped activities was measured for 66 farmed female mink fed ad libitum. The behaviour of the animals was recorded over 24 h on video in the months of September and October. Weight and feed consumption were measured for the 66 females and the 66 male mink placed with the females. The experiment included three cage sizes (0.10, 0.27 and 1.10 m2) and cages with and without nest boxes. In the cages with nest boxes the use of wire netting cylinders and shelves was evaluated.

Farm mink, fed ad libitum, had their primary activity period from 04:00 to 10:00 h. There was no food anticipatory activity, but the actual feeding at noon caused an interruption of the animals' resting period. Mink in cages without nest boxes performed more stereotyped behaviour than mink with nest boxes. There was no effect of cage size on the measured behavioural elements. Mink were passive for more than 70% of the day and night and preferred to rest together. Apart from resting in the nest box, mink preferred to rest on shelves above floor level. Lacking the possibility of using a nest box and performance of stereotyped behaviour increase the feed intake of farm mink. A large variation between animals, having a significant effect on all the measured behavioural elements, indicates different coping patterns and/or stress sensitivity.  相似文献

It has been shown, partly in an investigation in which female mink were subject to increasing quantities of acid in their feed, and partly in an investigation of experimental animals which were fed with various concentrations of acid-preserved fishsilage, that there is a marked risk for a change of the acid-base balance to a metabolic acidosis when pH in the feed comes lower than 5. These investigations are also considered to show that mink's reproductive ability and general welfare is considerably affected when fed with large quantities of acid-preserved fish feed over a longer period, possibly because of alterations in the acid base balance. It is possible to reduce or avoid metabolic acidosis in mink by neutralizing silage or feed.  相似文献

试验研究三种不同的小肽添加剂制品对生长猪生长性能的影响。试验选用72头初始体重在(34.64±8.32)kg的杜×长×大三元阉公猪,随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复3头猪试验各组分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组),基础日粮加100mg/kg小肽A(小肽A组),基础日粮加100mg/kg小肽B(小肽B组),基础日粮加50mg/kg小肽C(小肽C组),试验期28d。测定其对生长猪的生长性能的影响,结果表明,与对照组相比,小肽A组、小肽B组和小肽C组的生长猪的平均采食量分别提高了9.8%、7.0%和12.5%(P0.05),平均日增重分别提高了15.8%、12.8%和21.7%(P0.05),料肉比分别降低了5.1%、6.3%和8.5%(P0.05)。  相似文献

为研究饲料锌在育肥猪粪尿中的排泄规律,建立饲料锌摄入量与锌排泄量的预测模型,试验选用健康、体重相近的约克夏去势育肥公猪20头,随机分成5组,每组4个重复,每个重复1头猪,单独饲养于代谢笼中。对照A组饲喂基础日粮,锌添加量为0,试验B、C、D、E组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加20、40、60、80 mg/kg锌的试验日粮(硫酸锌形式)。预试期7 d,正试期4 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,除试验B组外,其他试验各组风干粪锌含量和粪锌日排泄总量随日粮锌添加水平或日粮总锌水平增加显著升高(P<0.05);经回归分析,日粮锌添加水平或日粮总锌水平与风干粪锌含量和粪锌日排泄总量存在极显著的线性回归关系(P<0.01),可用所建立的回归方程进行预测和控制。(2)各组尿锌含量和尿锌日排泄总量均无显著差异(P>0.05);经回归分析,日粮锌添加水平或日粮总锌水平与尿锌含量和尿锌日排泄总量无显著回归关系(P>0.05)。综上,日粮中多余的锌主要通过消化道从粪中排泄,可根据日粮中锌水平预测粪锌排泄量,从源头上控制锌对环境的污染。  相似文献

Aleutian mink disease virus (AMDV) readily spread within farmed mink and causes chronic infections with significant impacts for welfare and economy. In the present study a currently circulating Danish AMDV strain was used to induce chronic experimental infection of farmed mink.PCR was used to detect viral DNA in full blood, organs, faeces and oro-nasal swabs weekly for the first 8 weeks and then biweekly for another 16 weeks after AMDV challenge inoculation of wild type mink. The mink (n = 29) was infected and seroconverted 2–3 weeks after AMDV inoculation and AMDV antibodies persisted during the maximum experimental period of 24 weeks. Viraemia and faecal excretion of viral DNA was detected in the mink (n = 29) at various and intermittent time intervals. Excretion of viral DNA in oro-nasal swabs was detected for 1–8 weeks in 21 mink. This highlights the risk of transmitting AMDV between infected farms.PCR was successfully used to detect viral DNA in organs 8, 16 and 24 weeks after AMDV inoculation with only minor differences between these weeks which is of diagnostic interest.This AMDV challenge model was also used to mimic natural infection of susceptible sapphire mink. Four of 6 sapphire mink were infected indirectly via the AMDV inoculated wild type mink whereas the other 2 sapphire mink remained uninfected.  相似文献
