本试验利用体外消化试验筛选出3种纤维素酶的最优组合,采用消化代谢试验来确定所筛选的纤维素组合酶在2个品种猪纤维性饲粮中的适宜添加量。试验以酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)为评定指标,以地瓜蔓为粗纤维来源,配制3.8%ADF和5.8%ADF的2种纤维水平的饲粮。分别选取5头体重[(25±1)kg]相近、健康去势的烟台黑猪和杜×鲁烟白杂交猪,于回肠末端安装T型瘘管,设5个最优纤维素组合酶添加量:0(对照组)、0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%,采用5×5拉丁方设计进行消化代谢试验。结果表明:在5.8%ADF水平饲粮中,与对照组相比,纤维素组合酶添加量分别为0.10%和0.15%时,对2个品种猪养分消化率以及氮平衡的影响达到了显著水平(P<0.05),但在3.8%ADF水平饲粮中差异不显著(P>0.05)。在5.8%ADF水平饲粮中,在纤维素组合酶添加量相同的情况下,对于必需氨基酸,蛋氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸的回肠表观消化率烟台黑猪极显著高于杜×鲁烟白杂交猪(P<0.01);对于非必需氨基酸,除丝氨酸和甘氨酸回肠表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05)外,其他氨基酸回肠表观消化率差异极显著(P<0.01)。结果提示,在5.8%ADF水平饲粮中,烟台黑猪纤维素组合酶适宜添加量为0.10%,杜×鲁烟白杂交猪为0.15%。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究不同组型饲粮中添加复合蛋白酶对鲁烟白猪氨基酸回肠表观消化率的影响。试验选取去势、初始体重为(35.0±0.5)kg的健康鲁烟白猪生长公猪7头,采用2×3因子试验设计进行代谢试验,2因子分别为加酶(加酶组和对照组)和饲粮组型(玉米-豆粕型、玉米-杂粕型和小麦-杂粕型),其中加酶组的复合蛋白酶添加量为0.1%,对照组不添加复合蛋白酶。试验共分6期,每期7 d。结果表明,3种组型饲粮中添加复合蛋白酶显著提高了鲁烟白猪对蛋氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸和脯氨酸的回肠表观消化率(P0.05);在饲喂玉米-杂粕型饲粮时,除苏氨酸外各加酶组氨基酸回肠表观消化率均显著或极显著高于对照组(P0.05或P0.01),其中丝氨酸、谷氨酸、半胱氨酸的回肠表观消化率都显著高于饲喂其他2种组型饲粮时(P0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加复合蛋白酶可显著提高鲁烟白猪氨基酸回肠表观消化率,其中在玉米-杂粕型饲粮中添加复合蛋白酶效果较优。  相似文献

研究旨在观察不同菌种来源的纤维素酶组合对杜×鲁烟白生长猪生产性能的影响。试验首先通过胃蛋白酶-胰蛋白酶两步消化法,对不同菌种来源的纤维素酶进行体外组合评定试验,筛选出最优纤维素酶组合比例。选择120头健康、初始体重(25±1.5)kg的杜×鲁烟白生长猪,随机分为5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复4头猪。在5.8%酸性洗涤纤维(Ac-id Detergent Fiber,ADF)水平的高纤维日粮中将纤维素组合酶添加水平分别设定为0%、0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%,饲养试验时间为30 d。结果表明,0.15%酶组能显著提高杜×鲁烟白生长猪的日增重(P<0.01);料重比出现了明显的下降(P<0.05)。最优纤维素酶组合比例为3??3??2,其在杜×鲁烟白生长猪5.8%酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)水平的高纤维日粮中的适宜添加量为0.15%。  相似文献

为研究日粮酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)水平对不同品种生长猪氨基酸回肠表观消化率的影响,试验分别选取4头体重相近、健康去势的烟台黑猪、鲁农2号生长猪,饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮,采用4×4拉丁方设计,在保持日粮其他养分基本一致的情况下,按日粮ADF含量不同分为3.8%、4.8%、5.8%、6.8%四个处理组。于每期试验的第7天连续收集12 h的食糜测定回肠末端氨基酸表观消化率。结果表明:(1)两品种猪氨基酸回肠表观消化率均与ADF水平呈显著线性负相关(P0.05);(2)ADF水平为3.8%~4.8%对地方品种猪及其配套系氨基酸回肠表观消化率的影响不显著(P0.05),达5.8%及以上时其则受到显著或极显著影响(P0.05或P0.01);(3)除苏氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸外,猪的品种对其他氨基酸消化率均影响显著或极显著(P0.05或P0.01),相同ADF水平日粮的烟台黑猪氨基酸消化率高于鲁农2号猪;除丙氨酸(P0.05)外,ADF水平对氨基酸回肠表观消化率均影响极显著(P0.01);但二者的互作关系不显著(P0.05)。  相似文献

为探讨含高木薯渣饲料中添加纤维素酶对生长猪生产性能和养分利用率的影响。试验选择健康、体重24kg左右的杜×长×大三元杂交猪72头,随机分为2个处理,每处理3个重复,每重复12头猪,进行30d的饲养试验。对照组饲喂含10%木薯渣基础饲粮,试验组饲粮中添加200g/t纤维素酶。结果表明,高木薯渣饲粮中添加纤维素酶可显著提高试猪平均日增重(P0.05),降低料重比(P0.05);并明显改善饲粮中粗蛋白和粗纤维的消化率(P0.05),对干物质和能量表观消化率也有一定改善,但与对照组差异不显著(P0.05)。提示在含较高木薯渣饲粮中添加纤维素酶可降解部分纤维素,从而消除纤维素的抗营养作用,提高饲粮干物质、粗蛋白质和能量的表观消化率,促进试猪生长。  相似文献

为研究蛋白酶组合对鲁烟白猪养分消化率及氮平衡的影响,试验选取6头体重相近(30±1)kg、健康去势的鲁烟白猪,采用有重复的6×6拉丁方设计进行消化试验,试验设3种饲粮为玉米-豆粕型、玉米-杂粕型、小麦-杂粕型,每种饲粮设对照组不添加蛋白酶,加酶组添加0.1%复合蛋白酶。试验分为6期,于每期试验的第6、7天连续收集48 h的粪样和尿样测定养分消化率和氮平衡代谢。结果表明,蛋白酶组合在玉米-豆粕型、玉米-杂粕型和小麦-杂粕型饲粮中对鲁烟白猪粗蛋白质消化率分别比对照组提高1.19(P0.05)、3.63(P0.01)和1.91(P0.01)个百分点;氮总利用率加酶组分别比对照组提高1.21(P0.01)、1.97(P0.01)、0.92(P0.01)个百分点。综合分析,试验中的蛋白酶组合对鲁烟白猪养分消化率及氮平衡有显著影响,其中蛋白酶组合对玉米-杂粕型饲粮效果显著或极显著高于玉米-豆粕型和小麦-杂粕型饲粮。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究不同酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)水平对不同品种生长猪饲粮养分消化率及氮平衡的影响。试验选取体重相近、健康去势的烟台黑猪、鲁农2号生长公猪各5头,采用5×5拉丁方设计按ADF含量分为3.8%、4.8%、5.8%、6.8%、7.8%5个处理进行代谢试验。玉米-豆粕型饲粮其他养分基本一致。于每期试验的第6、7天连续收集48 h的粪样和尿样,测定养分消化率和氮平衡代谢。结果表明:2个品种生长猪的常规养分消化率及氮平衡与饲粮ADF水平呈显著线性负相关;饲粮ADF水平为3.8%~5.8%时,2个品种生长猪4.8%组的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、ADF以及5.8%组的有机物消化率与3.8%组差异显著(P0.05),其他各养分消化率和氮平衡指标均差异不显著(P0.05);而饲粮ADF水平为6.8%及以上时,各养分消化率及氮平衡则显著或极显著降低(P0.05或P0.01);品种对粗蛋白质、NDF、半纤维素消化率及氮平衡均有显著影响(P0.05);饲粮ADF水平对养分消化率和氮平衡均有极显著影响(P0.01);但品种与ADF水平的互作关系不明显(P0.05)。综合分析,本试验条件下,饲粮ADF水平为3.8%~5.8%时对2品种生长猪养分消化率及氮平衡的影响不明显;与烟台黑生长猪相比,饲粮ADF水平对鲁农2号生长猪养分消化率及氮代谢的影响更大。  相似文献

旨在研究添加酶制剂和膨化处理对生长猪饲粮中脱脂米糠概略养分和矿物质在回肠末端及全消化道表观消化率的影响。试验选取4头在回肠末端安装T型瘘管的杜×长×大三元杂交阉公猪,初始体重为(18±1.5)kg。饲喂按2×2因子设计的脱脂米糠、脱脂米糠+酶制剂、膨化脱脂米糠和膨化脱脂米糠+酶制剂4种饲粮,按4×4拉丁方试验安排分4个周期进行消化试验,每个周期10 d。结果表明:(1)在回肠末端,添加酶制剂显著提高了干物质、总能、Fe和Zn的表观消化率(P0.05),且极显著地提高了粗蛋白、灰分、植酸磷、P和Ca的表观消化率(P0.01);膨化处理显著提高了Fe的表观消化率(P0.05),且极显著地提高了植酸磷的表观消化率(P0.01),但显著降低了干物质、有机物和粗脂肪表观消化率(P0.05),且极显著地降低了总能表观消化率(P0.01)。(2)在全消化道,添加酶制剂显著提高了Cu的表观消化率(P0.05),且极显著地提高了灰分、P、Ca和Zn的表观消化率(P0.01);膨化处理显著降低了粗蛋白和粗脂肪的表观消化率(P0.05),且极显著地降低了干物质、有机物、总能、P和Ca的表观消化率(P0.01)。综上所述,生长猪脱脂米糠饲粮中添加酶制剂可以改善养分和矿物质消化率,尤其是在回肠之前;而除矿物质外,膨化处理对米糠饲粮的大多数概略养分消化率有负面影响,两种处理方法对米糠养分的消化利用未显示出协同效果。  相似文献

本试验旨在探讨饲粮中不同粗纤维和赖氨酸水平对生长期豫南黑猪生长性能、血清生化指标及营养物质表观消化率的影响.试验选取162头体重为30 kg左右的豫南黑猪,采用3(CF:4%、5.5%、7%)×3(lys:0.75%、0.85%、0.95%)两因子交叉完全随机设计,共设9个处理,每个处理3个重复,每重复6头猪.通过测定其生长性能、血清生化指标及营养物质表观消化率,确定生长期豫南黑猪的最佳粗纤维和赖氨酸水平.结果表明:不同粗纤维和赖氨酸水平对生长期豫南黑猪平均日采食量(ADFI)、平均日增重(ADG)和料重比(F/G)均无显著影响(P>0.05);粗纤维和赖氨酸水平分别为7%、0.75%时,料重比最低(P<0.05);粗纤维和赖氨酸水平分别为5.5%、0.85%时血清中游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FREET3)水平最高(P<0.05).饲粮中添加粗纤维使营养物质表观消化率下降,但通过适量比例的粗纤维和赖氨酸的合理添加,对饲粮中能量、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、Ca和P的表观消化率无显著影响(P>0.05).上述结果提示,30~60 kg生长期豫南黑猪的饲粮适宜粗纤维水平和赖氨酸水平分别为7%和0.75%.  相似文献

选取6头体重(35±1)kg、健康去势的鲁烟白猪,采用有重复的6×6拉丁方设计进行消化试验,试验饲粮为玉米和玉米-小麦饲粮,对照组不添加淀粉酶,试验组分别添加0.1%单酶C和0.1%复合酶,研究复合淀粉酶对鲁烟白猪不同淀粉来源饲粮养分消化率和氮平衡的影响。结果表明,单酶C和复合淀粉酶都能提高鲁烟白猪饲粮养分消化率和对氮的利用率,但复合酶的效果好于单酶。在玉米、玉米-小麦饲粮中添加复合淀粉酶对鲁烟白猪干物质、粗蛋白质和有机物消化率分别比对照组提高3.82个百分点、0.41个百分点、3.36个百分点和4.79个百分点、1.16个百分点、4.05个百分点(P0.01);氮表观消化率、氮生物学价值和蛋白质净利用率分别提高2.86个百分点、1.60个百分点、2.47个百分点,3.08个百分点、2.33个百分点、2.70个百分点(P0.05);与添加单酶C相比,在两种饲粮中添加复合淀粉酶时,鲁烟白猪干物质、粗蛋白质和有机物消化率分别提高1.39个百分点、0.14个百分点、0.65个百分点,1.61个百分点、0.49个百分点、2.63个百分点(P0.05);氮表观消化率、氮生物学价值和蛋白质净利用率分别提高1.14个百分点、0.55个百分点、0.92个百分点,1.45个百分点、0.72个百分点、0.71个百分点(P0.05);并且玉米-小麦型饲粮中加入复合淀粉酶对饲粮养分消化率的改善效果优于玉米型饲粮。  相似文献

选取杜×长×大三元杂交肥育猪48头,随机分成3组,即对照组、试验1组和试验2组。对3组猪的试验处理如下:用基础饲粮直接喂对照组猪;在基础饲粮中加0.5%耐热素A后,喂试验1组的猪;将基础饲粮中食盐含量降到0.2%,再加0.5%耐热素B后,喂试验2组的猪。饲养试验期为54d。试验结果如下:试验1、2组猪的体温均在不同程度上低于对照组猪,但差异不显著(P>0.05);在高温下,耐热素能较好地维持猪健康状态;试验1组猪饲粮中的粗纤维(CF)、粗灰分(Ash)、钙、磷的消化率均显著地高于对照组(P<0.05),粗脂肪(EE)、粗蛋白(CP)、无氮浸出物(NFE)、干物质(DM)的消化率也比对照组高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验表明,耐热素A在高温下对维持猪体健康和提高饲粮养分消化率有积极的作用。  相似文献

The germination process can modify the chemical composition of nutrients in seeds, which can influence the digestibility and utilization of sprouts in animal diets compared to raw seeds. The aims of research were to provide controlled germination process of lupin seeds, monitor the changes in seed composition and determine the influence of the germination on the coefficients of standardized ileal digestibility (SID) of crude protein and amino acids in growing pigs, compared to raw lupin seeds. The seeds of two lupin species were used: yellow (RYL) (Lupinus luteus, cv. Lord) and blue (RBL) (Lupinus angustifolius, cv. Graf). Germination was provided in the dark at 24 °C for 4 days. Nutritional and antinutritional compositions of raw and germinated seeds (GYL and GBL, respectively) were analysed. Digestibility study was performed on pigs with an average body weight of 25 kg, and the pigs were surgically fitted with a T‐cannula in the distal ileum, with chromic oxide as an indicator. Seed germination increased the crude protein and fibre concentrations, but reduced the levels of the ether extract, nitrogen‐free extracts and all amino acids in protein. The content of alkaloids and raffinose family oligosaccharides decreased in both lupin species. Germination had no positive impact (p > 0.05) on the SID of crude protein and amino acids. Germination of lupin seeds negatively influenced the SID of lysine and methionine (p < 0.05). The results of the research revealed a decrease in the concentrations of antinutritional factors in the sprouts of yellow and blue lupins compared to raw seeds; however, no positive effect was observed on the coefficients of the standardized ileal apparent digestibility of protein and amino acids.  相似文献

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of two distinct enzyme preparations on nutrients' digestibility and growth performance of growing pigs fed diets based on corn, soya bean meal and Chinese double-low rapeseed meal (DLRM). The two enzyme preparations were Enzyme R, a preparation extracted from fermentation of a non-GMO fungus Penicillum funiculosum, developed for multi-grain and multi-animal species; and Enzyme P, a xylanase preparation from Trichoderma longibrachiatum, for pigs fed corn-based diets only. Both enzymes were tested at 0, 0.25 and 0.50 g/kg feed using 70 crossbred male pigs (Large Yorkshire x Landrace) in five dietary treatments and seven replicates in each treatment, for growth period from 27 to 68 kg live weight in 49 days. Results showed that the supplementation of both enzymes (1) increased total-tract digestibility of dietary energy from 77.5% (control) to 81.4% (Enzyme R, p < 0.05) and 81.9% (Enzyme P, p < 0.05); of neutral detergent fibre from 41.0% (control) to 57.8% (Enzyme R, p < 0.05) and 60.0% (Enzyme P, p < 0.05); (2) improved average daily gain from 786 g (control) to 829 g (Enzyme R, p < 0.05) and 846 g (Enzyme P, p < 0.05); and numerical increases in feed intake from 1.96 kg/pig/day (control) to 2.01 (Enzyme R) and 2.00 (p > 0.05) and feed conversion ratio from 2.50 (control) to 2.42 (Enzyme R) and 2.36 (Enzyme P, p < 0.05); (3) there was a dose response but no significant differences were observed in enzyme efficacy between the two enzyme preparations. The present study demonstrated beneficial effects of applying xylanase-based enzymes to improve feeding values of pig diets based on corn, soya bean meal and DLRM.  相似文献

Three experiments were conducted to test the hypothesis that the standardized ileal digestibility (SID) of amino acids (AA), concentrations of digestible energy (DE) and metabolizable energy (ME), and the standardized total tract digestibility (STTD) of P in a new source of fermented soybean meal (Fermex 200) are greater than in conventional soybean meal (SBM-CV). In experiment 1, 9 barrows (initial body weight: 9.17 ± 1.03 kg) were surgically fitted with a T-cannula in the distal ileum and allotted to a triplicated 3 × 3 Latin square design. A nitrogen-free diet and 2 diets that contained cornstarch and SBM-CV or Fermex 200 as the sole source of crude protein (CP), and AA were formulated. Results indicated that there were no difference between SBM-CV and Fermex 200 for SID of CP and AA. In experiment 2, 24 growing pigs (initial body weight: 14.19 ± 1.18 kg) were housed individually in metabolism crates. Pigs were allotted to a corn-based diet or 2 diets that contained corn and SBM-CV or corn and Fermex 200. Feces and urine samples were collected using the marker-to-marker approach with 5-d adaptation and 4-d collection periods. Results indicated that the concentration of DE and ME in Fermex 200 were not different from DE and ME in SBM-CV. In experiment 3, 40 barrows (initial body weight: 11.01 ± 1.38 kg) were allotted to 1 of 4 diets with 10 replicate pigs per diet. Four diets were formulated to contain Fermex 200 or SBM-CV and either 0 or 1,000 units/kg of microbial phytase. Pigs were housed individually in metabolism crates. Fecal samples were collected as explained for experiment 2. Results indicated that the STTD of P in Fermex 200 was greater (P < 0.01) than in SBM-CV, but the addition of microbial phytase to the diets increased the ATTD and STTD of P in SBM-CV, but not in Fermex 200 (interaction; P < 0.01). In conclusion, the SID of AA and concentrations of DE and ME in Fermex 200 were not different from values determined for SBM-CV, but the STTD of P was greater in Fermex 200 than in SBM-CV if microbial phytase was not added to the diet.  相似文献

本研究采用4×4拉丁方设计,选用4头52kg左右的健康三元杂交阉公猪(杜×长×大),以玉米—豆粕型基础日粮(不添加磷酸氢钙,日粮1)为对照,试验日粮分别添加磷酸氢钙0.12%(日粮2)、0.24%(日粮3)和0.36%(日粮4),相应的日粮有效磷(AP)水平分别为0.13%、0.15%、0.17%和0.19%。每期试验12d,预饲期5d,正试期3d,每期试验结束后有4d的恢复期。通过氮、磷平衡试验研究猪对磷、氮的利用率及其对环境的影响。结果表明:日粮1、日粮2、日粮3和日粮4的磷真消化率分别为53.00%、53.78%、65.19%和68.09%;粪磷的排泄量随食入磷量的减少而降低,氮的排泄量与氮表观消化率受日粮磷水平的影响不显著(P>0.05);综合评价,磷酸氢钙的添加水平为0.12%~0.24%的效果较好,即AP在0.15%~0.17%之间,在不影响猪氮、磷营养需要的条件下,能有效的改善猪排泄物中氮、磷对环境的污染。  相似文献

试验采用 5 4头杂交猪 (初始体重为 2 8.4± 0 .98kg)来评估在含粗小麦粉的生长育成日粮中添加植酸酶的效果。试验猪被随机分成 2组 :对照组和试验组。试验组日粮除了以每千克 5 0 0单位的植酸酶取代相应的无机磷以外 ,其它成分与对照组日粮相同。试验期分 3个日粮阶段 ,采用 Cr2 O3 为外源指示剂来测定营养成分的消化率 ,每 2周测定 1次猪的体重和采食量并计算饲料效率。在第 2和第 3个日粮阶段分别为 7d的 2个采样期中 ,每天随机采取猪的粪样并按栏混合 ,然后对粪样的干重以及 Ca、P、Cu、Zn的含量分别进行测定。试验结果表明 ,试验组和对照组之间无论是平均日增重还是平均日采食量均没有显著差异。 5~ 8周间对照组的料肉比高于试验组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,但在其它各阶段均无显著差异。干物质消化率在第 2日粮阶段中无显著差别 ,但在第 3阶段中试验组高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 )。 Ca的消化率也同样是在第 2阶段中 2组相似 ,但在第 3阶段中试验组高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 )。磷 ( P)的消化率则无论在第 2阶段 ( P<0 .0 5 )还是第 3阶段 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,均是试验组高于对照组。试验结果表明 ,在含粗小麦粉的生长育成猪日粮中添加植酸酶可以达到同直接添加无机磷一样的效果。添加植酸酶可以促进含粗小麦粉日粮中钙  相似文献

This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of a commercial enzyme mixture providing xylanase and protease activities on the di gesfibility of dietary nutrients when added to diets based on peas and wheat and fed to 9.5 to 15 kg pigs.Pigs were weaned at 18 to 21 days of age and fitted with a simple T-cannula at the distal ileum,6 to 7 days after weaning.After 5 to 7 days for adaptation to their diets,ileal digesta,and feces were collected.Enzyme supplementation had no effect on the apparent ileal or fecal digestibility of any dietary nutrient.There Was a numerical improvement(P>0.05)in the ileal digestibility of fiber.In conclusion.xylanase and protease appeared to be ineffective in improving nutrient digestibility when supplemented in diets based on peas and wheat fed to weaned pigs.  相似文献

试验选用起始体重为(35±1.04)kg的5头健康去势公猪(大白×长白),采用5×5拉丁方设计测定了玉米、豆粕、花生粕和乳清粉的氨基酸回肠末端表观消化率,采用水解酪蛋白法测定了氨基酸的内源损失,并计算得出4种原料的氨基酸回肠末端真消化率。本试验测得的4种原料的赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、色氨酸的表观消化率与真消化率与中国饲料数据库2004年第15版推荐范围比较吻合。  相似文献

选用288头体重26kg左右、体质健康的杜×长×大三元杂交生长猪,随机分为两组,每组三个重复,以玉米-豆粕-小麦型为基础日粮,对照组日粮参照NRC(1998)标准设计,试验组日粮添加0.33%的磷酸氢钙,且日粮的有效磷(AP)水平为0.205%。试验期30d。研究了低磷日粮对生长猪的生长性能、养分利用及其对环境的影响。结果表明:在不影响猪磷营养需要的条件下,能有效的改善猪排泄物中磷对环境的污染,具有极大的经济和生态效益。  相似文献
