早期断奶仔猪消化道酶系发育尚未健全,胃内pH值升高,易发腹泻.低蛋白氨基酸平衡日粮可显著降低仔猪断奶后腹泻和提高仔猪的生长速度,第一限制性氨基酸、赖氨酸在日粮中的含量以1.65%~1.80%为最佳,日粮中的蛋白质原料以动物性蛋白质为主,添加饲用酸化剂、脂肪、酶制剂和抑菌促生长剂都能提高仔猪对蛋白质的消化率和减少腹泻发生.日粮中钙水平控制在0.58%~0.80%之间.高铜日粮能提高仔猪的日增重和饲料效率.高锌和含砷制剂日粮能促进仔猪食欲,减少腹泻发生.  相似文献

果寡糖和甘露寡糖对仔猪生产适宜配比的研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
选择日龄相近、体重15~20kg的健康仔猪(杜长大)60头,随机分成10组,每组6头,分别饲喂不同配比的寡糖日粮,测定各组仔猪的日增重、饲料转化率、死亡率和腹泻率。结果表明:①果寡糖与甘露寡糖能提高仔猪的日增重,其中试验6组和8组仔猪日增重分别比对照组提高22.31%(P<0.01)和19.23%(P<0.05);②果寡糖与甘露寡糖能明显提高仔猪的饲料转化率,试验6组与试验8组的料重比分别比对照组降低18.57%和20.85%;③不同配比果寡糖与甘露寡糖可不同程度的降低仔猪腹泻,试验6组与试验8组腹泻率比对照组分别降低100%和83.33%。从仔猪的日增重,饲料转化率及腹泻率来看,试验6组与试验8组可作为果寡糖和甘露寡糖在仔猪日粮中的适宜配比添加量。  相似文献

为了探索包膜丁酸钠对断奶仔猪肠道菌群及生长性能的影响。试验将60头体重相近的28日龄阉割断奶仔猪随机分为2组:A组为对照组,仅饲喂基础日粮;B组为包膜丁酸钠组,在基础日粮的基础上添加0.03%包膜丁酸钠。试验期为28d,期间检测断奶仔猪不同肠段中肠道菌群种类及数量的变化,并记录各试验组仔猪的日采食量、日增重及仔猪的腹泻情况。结果显示:与对照组相比,基础日粮中添加包膜丁酸钠后,仔猪平均日增重提高7.22%,料肉比降低2.76%,且腹泻率与腹泻指数分别降低30.71%、33.85%;检测各肠段细菌含量,显示包膜丁酸钠可显著降低回肠中大肠杆菌的数量(P0.05),增加盲肠和结肠中乳杆菌和双歧杆菌数量(P0.05);观察试验后各组小肠组织形态发现,仔猪基础日粮中添加包膜丁酸钠后,小肠绒毛结构更为完整,绒毛更长更粗壮,且绒毛呈圆指状。结果表明,基础日粮中添加0.03%包膜丁酸钠可有效提高仔猪肠道有益菌的含量,促进小肠绒毛的发育,促进仔猪饲料的转化率,并能够降低仔猪腹泻率。  相似文献

试验旨在研究银耳多糖对断奶仔猪生长性能和腹泻的影响。试验选取健康、体重接近的断奶仔猪72头,采用单因素完全随机化设计分为3个处理,即对照组(饲喂基础饲粮)、无抗组(在对照组饲粮基础上饲喂完全不含抗生素的饲粮)和TP组(在无抗组饲粮的基础上补充0.2%的银耳多糖)。每个处理3个重复,每个重复8头猪。试验期24 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,仔猪饲喂无抗饲粮日采食量增加0.95%、日增重增加1.75%、料重比下降了0.98%、腹泻率增加12.54%,但是对断奶仔猪的日采食量、日增重、料重比和腹泻率均无显著影响,表明不添加抗生素未对断奶仔猪生长性能造成负面影响;与无抗组相比,饲粮添加0.2%银耳多糖,仔猪日采食量提高9.76%、日增重提高12.98%、料重比下降2.46%、腹泻率下降17.80%,表明饲粮添加0.2%银耳多糖能够显著提高断奶仔猪的生长性能;与对照组相比,饲粮添加0.2%银耳多糖,仔猪日采食量提高10.80%、日增重提高14.95%、料重比下降3.41%、腹泻率下降7.49%,表明添加0.2%银耳多糖能够显著提高仔猪的生长性能。研究表明,饲粮中不添加抗生素会增加仔猪腹泻率,但未对其他生长性能造成负面影响;添加0.2%银耳多糖能够降低腹泻率、显著提高仔猪生长性能,并且能够替代抗生素发挥作用。  相似文献

本试验探讨了在日粮中使用发酵豆粕替代普通豆粕并添加植物精油对仔猪生产性能的影响,为发酵豆粕和植物精油在仔猪日粮中的利用提供科学依据。结果表明,日粮中添加发酵豆粕和植物精油,仔猪末重和平均日增重分别提高14.81%和19.51%,提高仔猪平均日采食量6.84%,而降低料重比和单位增重成本分别为10.71%和7.67%;有效降低仔猪腹泻率50.67%。  相似文献

选取90头健康28日龄7kg左右的杜×大×长三元杂交仔猪,随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复6头猪,研究酸化剂不同添加水平对仔猪生产性能的影响。结果表明:仔猪日粮中添加酸化剂,能明显提高仔猪日增重,提高饲料报酬,降低仔猪腹泻发生率,差异显著(P<0.05);酸化剂不同水平对仔猪的日增重,饲料转化率,腹泻发生率的影响也有差异。从影响仔猪生产性能综合效果和经济效益角度考虑,仔猪日粮中酸化剂添加水平以0.2%为最佳。  相似文献

试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平的小麦纤维对断奶仔猪生长性能和腹泻率的影响。将147头28日龄体重约为8.64 kg的"杜×长×大"断奶3 d后的仔猪,按饲养试验要求分成3组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲粮分别添加0.5%和1%的小麦纤维,每组7个重复,每个重复7头猪,每个处理组49头猪。试验期12 d。结果表明:相对于对照组,饲粮中添加0.5%和1%的小麦纤维能够改善仔猪的平均日增重,降低料重比和腹泻率。在本试验条件下,小麦纤维在断奶仔猪饲粮中最适添加水平为0.5%。  相似文献

为了研究酪酸菌对弱仔猪生长性能的影响,试验选用30头25日龄断奶弱仔猪,随机分为两组,Ⅰ组(对照组)20头,平均分为两栏;Ⅱ组(试验组)10头。Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ组在基础日粮中添加0.4%的酪酸菌,试验期为14d。结果表明,Ⅰ组仔猪平均日增重为201.8g,腹泻率为11.43%;Ⅱ组仔猪平均日增重为223.6g,腹泻率为6.43%。Ⅱ组仔猪平均日增重显著高于Ⅰ组(0.01相似文献

Background: Zearalenone(ZEN) is an estrogenic mycotoxin that is primarily produced by Fusarium fungi and has been proven to affect the reproductive capacity of many species to varying degrees. The present experiment was designed to study the maternal persistent effects of zearalenone toxicity in gestating sows on growth and muscle development of their offsprings, and the alleviation of zearalenone toxicity by modified halloysite nanotubes(MHNTs).Methods: Eighteen sows were fed with one of three dietary treatments that included the following:(1) a control diet,(2) a contaminated grain diet(with 50 % moldy corn, 2.77 mg/kg ZEN), and(3) a contaminated grain diet(with 50 %moldy corn, 2.76 mg/kg ZEN) + 1 % MHNTs. Each sow was exclusively fed its experimental diets from 35 to 70 d of gestation at a total of 2 kg daily. Muscle samples were collected from six piglets per treatment at birth, weaning and finishing.Results: The results showed that feeding the sows with the ZEN-contaminated diets from 35 to 70 d of gestation decreased the ADG, ADFI and G:F of their offsprings(P 0.05). The muscle fiber numbers in the newborn, weaning and growing-finishing pigs and the muscle fiber diameters at birth and weaning were also decreased by maternal ZEN exposure(P 0.05). The expressions of IGF-I, IGF-II, Myf-5 and Mstn at birth and IGF-II, Pax7, Myf-5 and Myo D1 at weaning were altered by feeding gestating sows with ZEN-contaminated diets(P 0.05). The MHNTs reduced most of the ZEN-induced toxic effects: the ADG and ADFI on growth performance, the muscle fiber numbers at weaning and finishing and the muscle fiber diameters at weaning(P 0.05). The expression levels of IGF-II and Mstn in newborn piglets and IGF-II and Myf-5 in weaning piglets were also prevented by adding 1 % MHNTs(P 0.05).Conclusions: The present study demonstrated that the offsprings of sows fed with ZEN-contaminated diets from 35 to 70 day of gestation exhibited weakening on growth performance, physiological changes in their muscle fibers and alterations of m RNA expression in their muscle tissues, and also indicated that MHNTs prevented most of the ZENinduced weakening in the muscle tissues.  相似文献

在母猪妊娠期用不同比例的紫花苜蓿鲜草代替部分精料,研究其对生产性能及经济效益的影响。试验选用胎次、配种时间、上胎产仔数、体况等基本一致的大长二元母猪30头,采用单因子完全随机设计,共分为6个组,每组5头猪,每头猪1个重复。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别用紫花苜蓿鲜草代替10%,20%,30%,40%的基础日粮(按干物质折算),试验Ⅴ组用紫花苜蓿草粉代替20%的基础日粮。结果表明:1)和对照组相比,在妊娠母猪饲粮中无论是用不同比例的紫花苜蓿鲜草还是用20%的苜蓿草粉代替精料,均提高了饲粮中粗蛋白质、粗灰分、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、钙和总磷的表观消化率,其中试验Ⅲ组的提高幅度最大,极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);随着紫花苜蓿鲜草替代量的增加,粗脂肪的表观消化率依次下降,但苜蓿草粉组和对照组几乎无差别。2)随着紫花苜蓿鲜草替代量的增加,繁殖期母猪体增重和背膘增加量均呈先升后降的趋势,而妊娠期母猪背膘增加量和泌乳期母猪背膘减少量依次下降。和对照组相比,在妊娠期母猪饲粮中以紫花苜蓿鲜草和草粉替代等干物质量的精料,均提高了母猪的采食量,其中试验Ⅲ组的采食量最大,极显著(P<0.01)高于对照组。紫花苜蓿鲜草和草粉替代精料后,断奶至发情时间间隔有所缩短,但各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)随着紫花苜蓿鲜草替代精料量的增加,提高了初生窝产仔猪总数、初生窝产活仔数、断奶仔猪数、断奶窝重和断奶窝平均日增重;鲜草试验组(试验Ⅲ组除外)的断奶仔猪个体重和对照组相似,试验Ⅴ组显著(P<0.05)高于对照组和其余各试验组,试验Ⅴ组的断奶仔猪日增重也极显著(P<0.01)高于对照组和其他试验组。综合分析认为,母猪妊娠期饲粮中用30%的紫花苜蓿鲜草代替精料其生产性能和经济效益最佳。  相似文献

膳食纤维对不同生长阶段猪营养作用表现不同。日粮中添加膳食纤维有助于仔猪肠道发育并维持肠道健康和微生态平衡,减少仔猪断奶应激,缓解仔猪断奶腹泻。肥育猪日粮中添加膳食纤维,可增强后肠发酵,减少粪氮的排放量,降低环境污染,也可节约常规原料。妊娠母猪日粮中添加膳食纤维可减少限饲应激和便秘的发生,并且能改善母猪的繁殖性能,促进哺乳仔猪生长。本文主要综述了膳食纤维的定义、理化性质、分析体系及其在猪营养上的应用,以期为实际生产提供一定的指导意义。  相似文献

本试验选用35±2日龄的PIC五元杂交配套系断奶仔猪45头,将其随机分成3个试验组,即试验1组、试验2组和对照组,在试验组仔猪日粮中分别添加0.1%和0.3%的复合益生菌制剂,旨在研究益生素对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响。试验结果表明,益生素对断奶仔猪的生产性能有良好的促进作用,且腹泻率有所降低。  相似文献

母体是仔猪胚胎期和初生时唯一的营养来源,也是哺乳期主要的营养源。妊娠期和泌乳期母体的营养和体况不仅影响繁殖性能和泌乳性能而且直接决定仔猪的生长。妊娠期添加纤维日粮能升高母猪血液VFA浓度,特别是乙酸浓度,它可以直接合成乳脂,提高乳汁能量。在妊娠后期和哺乳期调整母猪饲料组成可以改善产奶量和乳成分,从而影响仔猪生长性能。本文从仔猪的生理特点、日粮养分尤其是纤维和脂肪对母猪泌乳、繁殖性能和仔猪生长的影响以及调控仔猪生长的分子机理等方面进行了综述。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of supplemental magnesium(Mg) on the performance of gilts and parity 3 sows and their piglets.Fifty-six gilts(Trial 1) and 56 sows(Trial 2) were assigned to one of 4treatments according to their mating weight,respectively.The treatments comprised corn-soybean meal based gestation and lactation diets(0.21%magnesium) supplemented with 0,0.015,0.03,or 0.045%Mg from mating until weaning.The results showed that magnesium supplementation significantly(P 0.05) reduced the weaning to estrus interval in both gilts and sows.There were significant effects(P 0.05) of supplemental magnesium on the total number of piglets born,born alive and weaned in sows.In late gestation and lactation,the digestibility of crude fiber(quadratic effects,P 0.05),and crude protein(P 0.05),were significantly influenced by magnesium in gilts and sows,respectively.There were differences among the 4 groups in terms of the apparent digestibility of dry matter and crude fiber in sows(P 0.05) during both early and late gestation.The apparent digestibility of gross energy was increased for sows in late gestation(P 0.05),and lactation(quadratic effects,P 0.05).At farrowing and weaning,serum prolactin levels and alkaline phosphate activities linearly increased in sows as the Mg supplementation increased(P 0.05).Serum Mg of sows at farrowing and serum urea nitrogen of sows at weaning was significantly influenced by Mg supplementation(P 0.05).The Mg concentration in sow colostrum and the serum of their piglets were increased by supplemental magnesium(P 0.05).In addition,growth hormone levels were linearly elevated(P 0.05) in the serum of piglets suckling sows.Our data demonstrated that supplemental magnesium has the potential to improve the reproduction performance of sows,and the suitable supplemental dose ranged from 0.015%to 0.03%.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary soluble fiber (SF) or insoluble fiber (ISF) intake in late gestation on litter performance, milk composition, immune function, and redox status of sows around parturition. A total of 60 Yorkshire sows were randomly assigned into three dietary treatments: normal level of dietary fiber (CON, 16.16% dietary fiber with 1.78% soluble fiber and 14.38% insoluble fiber), high insoluble fiber (ISF, 30.12% dietary fiber with 2.97% soluble fiber and 27.15% insoluble fiber), and high soluble fiber (SF, 30.15% dietary fiber with 4.57% soluble fiber and 25.58% insoluble fiber). Digestible energy and crude protein intake were comparable among treatments via adjusting feed intake from day 90 of gestation to parturition. After parturition, all sows were fed the same lactation diet. Results showed that litter performance of sows was not markedly affected by maternal fiber intake. However, sows fed ISF or SF diet had increased concentration of plasma mmunoglobulin G at day 107 (P < 0.05) and parturition (P < 0.01), and the SF diet had a tendency to increase fat content in both colostrum and milk relative to the CON diet. Furthermore, sows fed ISF diet had increased glutathione peroxidase activity (P < 0.05) at day 107, but decreased the plasma level of malondialdehyde at parturition (P < 0.05). High maternal SF intake tended to decrease the number of weaned piglets due to the increased preweaning mortality, as compared with sows fed the ISF diet. In conclusion, high fiber intake in late gestation may improve immune function and redox status, but differentially influenced the milk composition and preweaning mortality.  相似文献

选取28和35日龄健康杜长大断奶仔猪,研究日粮添加黑曲霉出发菌或变异菌对仔猪生长及日粮养分消化的影响。结果表明,黑曲霉变异菌株(ANO2)可提高仔猪的日增重和采食量(P<0.05),降低其料肉比(P<0.05);黑曲霉出发菌和变异菌均可以显著提高饲料中干物质和粗纤维的消化率(P<0.05),但对粗蛋白质、无氮浸出物和粗脂肪的消化率无显著影响;黑曲霉还可提高断奶仔猪肠道内纤维酶活性(P<0.05)。变异菌株的促生长效应要明显好于出发菌;变异菌可以显著提高仔猪肠道内总蛋白酶活性(P<0.05),但出发菌对仔猪的日增重、采食量和肠道总蛋白酶活性没有显著影响。这表明,利用N 离子注入诱变选育益生菌是可行的,其实际饲喂效果也是比较理想的。  相似文献

对产后母猪和断奶仔猪饲喂有效微生物菌群(EM),研究其对仔猪生产性能的影响。从产前7d开始给母猪基础饲料中添加5mL/kg的EM菌液,选产仔数不少于8头的3头母猪及其仔猪连续饲喂EM菌28d,仔猪进行断奶,统计母猪的增重、仔猪初生重、断奶重,仔猪成活率等,分析添加EM菌后对母猪生产性能的影响。在这24头断奶仔猪饲料中添加EM菌的饲料,饲喂至60日龄,统计仔猪的增重、采食量、料重比、发病数等,分析EM菌断奶仔猪生产性能的影响。另外选取3头同品种、同批次生产、产仔数相同的母猪及其仔猪饲料中不添加EM菌作为对照。结果表明,母猪产后日均采食量较对照组提高12.07%,仔猪的初生重较对照组提高15.90%,产活仔数提高了12.09%,断奶重增加9.09%,断奶头数增多20.99%,断奶成活率提高8.81%。断奶后仔猪试验组的平均采食量较对照组提高10.26%,料重比降低了7.14%,发病率下降了50.03%。说明EM菌对母猪和仔猪的生产性能均有提高作用,研究结果为EM菌在生猪养殖中的应用提供了基础资料。  相似文献
