Recent evidence strongly suggests that oxidative stress due to redox imbalance is highly associated with metabolic syndrome. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of the supplementation of longan flower water extract (LFWE), which showed powerful antioxidative activity in vitro, on markers of metabolic syndrome in a fructose-fed rat model. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups: group C, fed with standard Purina chow; group F, fed with high-fructose diet (HF) alone; group L, fed with HF plus LFWE 125 mg/kg bw per day by gavage; and group H, fed HF plus LFWE 250 mg/kg bw per day by gavage. The dietary manipulation lasted for 14 weeks. Results of our study showed that rats fed with HF resulted in oxidative stress and affected the antioxidant status including plasma thiobarbituric acid and liver antioxidant enzyme activity. Treatment with LFWE significantly augmented the antioxidant system. HF was able to cause insulin resistance and elevation of the blood pressure. The supplementation of LFWE ameliorated insulin resistance by enhancing the expression of insulin signaling pathway related proteins, including insulin receptor substrate-1 and glucose transporter 4. LFWE supplementation was also found to decrease systolic blood pressure. These findings indicate that longan flower water extract may improve the symptoms of metabolic syndrome in fructose-fed rats.  相似文献

Insulin resistance and oxidative stress act synergistically in the development of cardiovascular complications. The present study compared the efficacy of three polyphenolic extracts in their capacity to prevent hypertension, cardiac hypertrophy, increased production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) by the aorta or the heart, and increased expression of cardiac NAD(P)H oxidase in a model of insulin resistance. Rats were fed a 60%-enriched fructose food and were treated once a day (gavage) for 6 weeks with 10 mL/kg of water only (F group) or the same amount of solution containing a red grape skin polyphenolic extract enriched in anthocyanins (ANT), a grape seed extract enriched in procyanidins and rich in galloylated procyanidins (PRO), or the commercial preparation Vitaflavan (VIT), rich in catechin oligomers. All treatments were administered at the same dose of 21 mg/kg of polyphenols. Our data indicate that (a) the ANT treatment prevented hypertension, cardiac hypertrophy, and production of ROS, (b) the PRO treatment prevented insulin resistance, hypertriglyceridemia, and overproduction of ROS but had only minor effects on hypertension or hypertrophy, while (c) Vitaflavan prevented hypertension, cardiac hypertrophy, and overproduction of ROS. All polyphenolic treatments prevented the increased expression of the p91phox NADPH oxidase subunit. In summary, our study suggest that (a) the pathogeny of cardiac hypertrophy in the fructose-fed rat disease involves both hypertension and hyperproduction of ROS, (b) polyphenolic extracts enriched in different types of polyphenols possess differential effects on insulin resistance, hypertension, and cardiac hypertrophy, and (c) polyphenols modulate the expression of NAD(P)H oxidase.  相似文献

Effect of dietary supplementation of two types of rice bran fraction on blood pressure (BP), lipid profile, and glucose metabolism in stroke-prone spontaneously hypertensive rats was studied. Male 4-week-old rats were divided into one group fed the AIN-93M-based control (C) diet and two groups fed diet supplemented with 60 g/kg of Driselase and ethanol fractions (DF and EF, respectively) of rice bran. After 8 weeks feeding, the BP decreased in the DF and EF groups in comparison with the C group (p < 0.01). Plasma ACE inhibitory activity, BUN, BUN/creatinine ratio, albumin, triglyceride, and glucose levels were lower in the DF and EF groups than in the C group (p < 0.01). Plasma nitric oxide and urinary 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine levels were lower in the DF and EF groups than in the C group (p < 0.01). Rice bran fractions appear to have a beneficial dietary component that improves hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and hyperglycemia.  相似文献

As the ethanol industry continues to grow, it will become very important to develop value-added markets for its coproducts in order for the industry to remain profitable. Corn distiller's dried grain (DDG) is a major coproduct of ethanol fermentation from corn processed by dry-milling and is primarily sold as livestock feed. The objective of this research was to determine if valuable phytochemicals found in corn oil and corn fiber oil, such as phytosterols and their saturated equivalents, phytostanols, ferulate phytosterol esters (FPE), tocopherols, and tocotrienols, are retained in DDG. Hexane and supercritical carbon dioxide (CO2) extracts of DDG were similar in their concentrations of total phytosterols (15.8-17.3 mg/g of extract), FPE (3.75-3.99 mg/g of extract), and tocols (1.7-1.8 mg/g of extract). Ethanol extracts were slightly lower in concentration of phytosterols (8.9-11.4 mg/g of extract), FPE (1.62-1.98 mg/g of extract), and tocols (0.73-0.76 mg/g of extract).  相似文献

This study aimed to determine the antihypertensive and metabolic effects of an aqueous extract of Monascus purpureus M9011 on fructose-induced hypertensive rats. After dietary feeding of fructose for 2 weeks, the rats exhibited significantly higher systolic blood pressure (SBP), mean arterial pressure (MAP), and plasma insulin and triglyceride levels, but lower insulin sensitivity than those in control rats on regular diet. The intragastric loading of fructose-fed rats with M9011 containing gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA, 1 mg.kg(-)(1).day(-)(1)) prevented the development of fructose-induced hypertension. After fructose-induced hypertension had been established, intragastric loading of M9011 reversed the elevated blood pressure to normal level. Administration of pure GABA at the same dose as that contained in M9011 failed to prevent or reverse hypertension due to fructose consumption. Chronic M9011 treatment significantly suppressed the fructose-induced elevation in total cholesterol levels and enhanced the recovery of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol/total cholesterol ratio. However, M9011 treatment did not alter insulin sensitivity or the plasma levels of insulin, glucose, and triglyceride in fructose-fed and control rats. The present results suggest that M9011 is a novel, potent, food-based antihypertensive agent with the capability to improve long-term control of cholesterol metabolism in rats and may be of importance in clinical application for the hypertensive diabetic population.  相似文献

A polyphenol extract from a Corbières (France) red wine (P, 200 mg/kg), ethanol (E, 1 mL/kg), or a combination of both (PE) was administered by daily gavage for 6 weeks to healthy control or streptozotocin (60 mg/kg i.v.)-induced diabetic rats (180-200 g). Treatment groups included C or D (untreated control or diabetic) and CP, CE, or CPE (treated control) or DP, DE, or DPE (treated diabetic). P treatment induced a reduction in body growth, food intake, and glycemia in both CP and DP groups. In DP, hyperglycemia was reduced when measured 1 h after daily treatment but not at sacrifice (no treatment on that day). The hyperglycemic response to the oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) and plasma insulin at sacrifice were impaired similarly in DP and D groups. In contrast, in DE or DPE, body growth was partially restored while hyperglycemia was reduced both during treatment and at sacrifice. In addition, hyperglycemia response to OGTT was reduced and plasma insulin was higher in DE or DPE than in D animals, indicating a long-term correction of diabetes in ethanol-treated animals. Morphometric studies showed that ethanol partially reversed the enlarging effect of diabetes on the mesenteric arterial system while the polyphenolic treatment enhanced it in the absence of ethanol. In summary, our study shows that (i). a polyphenol extract from red wine ("used at a pharmacological" dose) reduces glycemia and decreases food intake and body growth in diabetic and nondiabetic animals and (ii). ethanol ("nutritional" dose) administered alone or in combination with polyphenols is able to correct the diabetic state. Some of the effects of polyphenols were masked by the effects of ethanol, notably in diabetic animals. Further studies will determine the effect of "nutritional" doses of polyphenols as well as their mechanism of action.  相似文献

Epidemiological observations and laboratory studies have shown that green tea has a variety of health effects, including antitumor, antioxidative, and hypolipidemic activities. The aim of this study was to examine whether it had an effect on glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity in Sprague-Dawley rats. In experiment 1 (in vivo study), rats were divided into two groups: a control group fed standard chow and deionized distilled water and a "green tea" group fed the same chow diet but with green tea instead of water (0.5 g of lyophilized green tea powder dissolved in 100 mL of deionized distilled water). After 12 weeks of green tea supplementation, the green tea group had lower fasting plasma levels of glucose, insulin, triglyceride, and free fatty acid than the control rats. Insulin-stimulated glucose uptake of, and insulin binding to, adipocytes were significantly increased in the green tea group. In experiment 2 (in vitro study), a tea polyphenol extract was used to determine its effect on insulin activity in vitro. Green tea polyphenols (0.075%) significantly increased basal and insulin-stimulated glucose uptake of adipocytes. Results demonstrated that green tea increases insulin sensitivity in Sprague-Dawley rats and that green tea polyphenol is one of the active components.  相似文献

The negative effect of fatty acids on the foam stability of beer has been assessed. Long-chain fatty acids are far more damaging than short-chain fatty acids on the foam stability of beer at the concentrations employed. Polypeptides have been isolated from an all malt beer by hydrophobic interaction chromatography. Using this technique five groups of polypeptides were isolated, group 1 being the least hydrophobic and group 5 the most hydrophobic, all of which exhibited similar polypeptide compositions by SDS-PAGE. All five hydrophobic polypeptide groups bound [(14)C]linoleic acid; however, group 5, the most hydrophobic group, bound the most linoleic acid. Groups 1 and 5 were titrated with cis-parinaric acid (CPA) to produce binding curves, which were compared with a binding curve obtained for bovine serum albumin (BSA). Groups 1 and 5 both produced binding curves that saturated at approximately 5.5 microM and 4 microM CPA and had association constants (K(a)) of 6.27 x 10(7) and 1.62 x 10(7) M(-1), respectively. In comparison, BSA produced a binding curve that saturated at 6 microM CPA and had a K(a) of 3.95 x 10(7) M(-1). Further investigation has shown that group 1 is pH sensitive and group 5 pH insensitive with respect to lipid binding. The lipid-binding activity of group 5 was also shown to be unaffected by ethanol concentration. Linoleic acid (5 microM) when added to beer resulted in unstable foam. Group 5 was added to the lipid-damaged beer and was shown to restore the foam stability to values that were obtained for the control beer. It has therefore been demonstrated that proteins isolated from beer have a lipid-binding capacity and that they can convey a degree of protection against lipid-induced foam destabilization.  相似文献

The gel-forming ability of glycinin is one of soybean's most important functional properties. The proglycinin A1aB1b homotrimer was engineered to introduce sulfhydryl groups and disulfide bonds, and their effects on the structural stability and the heat-induced gelation were evaluated. On the basis of the crystal structure, five mutants were designed and prepared: R161C and F163C forming an interprotomer disulfide bond with the inherent free cysteine residue of Cys377, N116C/P248C forming a new intraprotomer disulfide bond, and N116C and P248C introducing a new sulfhydryl group. Mutants of R161C, F163C, and N116C/P248C formed a new disulfide bond as expected. N116C/P248C was significantly more stable than the wild type against chemical and thermal denaturation and more resistant to alpha-chymotrypsin digestion, whereas F163C showed significantly increased thermal stability. All mutants exhibited greater hardness of heat-induced gels than wild type, and in particular, N116C/P248C gave the hardest gel. This result indicates that it is possible to increase hardness of glycinin gel by introduction of cysteine residues using protein engineering.  相似文献

We recently reported that corn fiber oil contains high levels of three potential cholesterol-lowering phytosterol components: ferulate-phytosterol esters (FPE) (3–6 wt%), free phytosterols (1–2 wt%), and phytosterol-fatty acyl esters (7–9 wt%). A previous study also indicated that corn bran oil contained less phytosterol components than corn fiber oil. The current study was undertaken to attempt to confirm this preliminary observation using more defined conditions. Accordingly, oil was extracted from corn fiber and corn bran prepared under controlled laboratory conditions, using the same sample of corn hybrid kernels for each, and using recognized bench-scale wet-milling, and dry-milling procedures, respectively. After extraction, the chemical composition of the phytosterol components in the oil were measured. This study confirmed our previous observation—that FPE levels were higher in corn fiber oil than in corn bran oil. During industrial wet-milling, almost all of the FPE are recovered in the fiber fraction (which contains both fine and coarse fiber). During laboratory-scale wet-milling, ≈60–70% of the FPE are recovered in the coarse fiber (pericarp) and 30–40% are recovered in the fine fiber. During laboratory-scale dry-milling, <20% of the FPE are recovered in the bran (pericarp), and the rest in the grits. The recoveries of the other two phytosterol components (free phytosterols and phytosterol-fatty acyl esters) revealed a more complex distribution, with significant levels found in several of the dry- and wet-milled products.  相似文献

Concentrations of total Hg and five operationally defined Hg species were determined in the surface water of 25 Swedish forest lakes of different type. Regional and seasonal variations were studied during the ice-free season of 1986. The concentration of total Hg was usually in the range of 2 to 10 μg m-3. Hg concentrations were highly correlated to the concentration of humic matter measured as water color. Hg concentrations were about twice as high in acidic lakes (pH 5) than in circumneutral lakes, which is attributed basically to the acidity of humic compounds acting as Hg carriers in boreal waters. Significant seasonal variations were caused by hydrological processes. During periods of high water flow, Hg concentrations increased dramatically, especially in humic lakes. Between spring and autumn, chemically reactive Hg compounds were gradually replaced by more inert species. Hg/C ratios were higher than in surface runoff from forest watersheds, indicating a significant impact of direct deposition of Hg on lake surfaces during summer. Regional differences were small despite differences in Hg contamination.  相似文献

  【目的】  东北春玉米生产中普遍存在种植密度偏低、肥料施用不合理、耕层质量差等问题,严重制约了玉米持续增产及养分效率的提升。研究综合农艺措施下玉米产量、植株氮素吸收与利用及土壤氮素平衡,为春玉米高效生产提供参考依据。  【方法】  2017—2019年,以玉米品种‘富民108’为供试材料,在吉林省农安县进行田间试验。整合密度、耕作方式、氮素施用量和施用时期等技术要素,设置了高产高效模式(HH)和超高产模式(SH),同时设置农户模式(FP)和基础地力模式(CK)作为对照;为计算肥料利用率及土壤氮素平衡,在FP、HH和SH模式下各自增设不施氮肥空白处理。在玉米6个生育期,取植株样品测定氮素含量和吸收量,同时取0—40 cm土壤样品测定铵态氮和硝态氮含量。在成熟期考种、测产。  【结果】  3年试验玉米籽粒产量均表现为SH>HH>FP (P<0.05),SH比HH、FP处理平均提高了8.76%、20.16%。氮素偏生产力(PFPN) 3年均以HH处理最高,SH处理最低,HH比FP、SH处理平均分别提高37.92%、45.65%;氮素农学效率(AEN)和氮素回收效率(REN)均表现为HH>SH>FP,HH处理的AEN和REN分别比SH、FP处理提高了21.21%、35.72%和9.69%、63.56%。植株氮积累量在苗期至拔节期FP、HH、SH处理间无显著差异。生殖生长阶段(R1至R6)植株氮素积累量占氮素总积累量的比例为SH (36.21%)>HH (34.60%)>FP (29.75%)>CK (26.33%)。籽粒氮素积累量来自花后吸收的比例随着产量的增加而提高,SH、HH、FP、CK处理花后氮素吸收量的贡献率分别为48.43%、44.78%、40.40%、35.39%。0—20 cm、20—40 cm土层土壤无机氮含量在玉米开花期前均以FP处理最高,而开花期到成熟期以SH处理最高,与FP、HH处理相比,SH处理的0—20 cm 土层土壤无机氮含量平均分别提高了12.00%、4.05%,20—40 cm土层土壤无机氮含量分别提高了14.81%、4.93%。HH处理氮素表观损失量显著低于FP和SH处理,而土壤氮素盈余量均以FP处理最高,比HH、SH处理分别平均高了23.36%、5.25%。玉米净收益HH比FP、SH处理分别提高了14.38%、18.30%。  【结论】  高产高效模式显著提高了玉米氮素利用率,降低了土壤氮残留率和氮损失量,而超高产模式虽然使产量进一步显著增加,但降低了氮素利用效率,增加了土壤氮素残留与表观损失量。综合考虑产量、氮素利用率、经济效益及潜在环境风险,将种植密度由6.0万株/hm2提高至7.5万株/hm2,氮肥播前一次性基施改为减量分次施用,配套秋季深翻、夏季深松的高产高效模式,可以实现春玉米产量和氮效率的同步提高。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) on newly developed high-fat/Western-style diet-induced obesity and symptoms of metabolic syndrome. Male C57BL/6J mice were fed a high fat/Western-style (HFW; 60% energy as fat and lower levels of calcium, vitamin D(3), folic acid, choline bitartrate, and fiber) or HFW with EGCG (HFWE; HFW with 0.32% EGCG) diet for 17 wks. As a comparison, two other groups of mice fed a low-fat diet (LF; 10% energy as fat) and high-fat diet (HF; 60% energy as fat) were also included. The HFW group developed more body weight gain and severe symptoms of metabolic syndrome than the HF group. The EGCG treatment significantly reduced body weight gain associated with increased fecal lipids and decreased blood glucose and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels compared to those of the HFW group. Fatty liver incidence, liver damage, and liver triglyceride levels were also decreased by the EGCG treatment. Moreover, the EGCG treatment attenuated insulin resistance and levels of plasma cholesterol, monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), C-reactive protein (CRP), interlukin-6 (IL-6), and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF). Our results demonstrate that the HFW diet produces more severe symptoms of metabolic syndrome than the HF diet and that the EGCG treatment can alleviate these symptoms and body fat accumulation. The beneficial effects of EGCG are associated with decreased lipid absorption and reduced levels of inflammatory cytokines.  相似文献

Hydrolyses of fenamiphos, fipronil, and trifluralin were studied in aqueous buffer solutions of pH 4.1, 7.1, and 9.1 at different temperatures, 5, 22 +/- 1, 32 +/- 1, and 50 +/- 1 degrees C. Fenamiphos, fipronil, and trifluralin were found to be more stable in acidic and neutral buffer solutions at temperatures of 5 and 22 +/- 1, and dissipation is rapid at 50 +/- 1 degrees C. In basic buffer and at higher temperature, degradation of fenamiphos was found to be very rapid when compared with fipronil and trifluralin. The rate constants calculated at 32 degrees C for fenamiphos were 2349.4 x 10(-)(8) (pH 4.1), 225.2 x 10(-)(8) (pH 7.1), and 30476.0 x 10(-)(8) (pH 9.1); for fipronil 1750.0 x 10(-)(8) (pH 4.1), 3103.0 x 10(-)(8) (pH 7.1), and 3883.0 x 10(-)(8) (pH 9.1); and for trifluralin 2331.0 x 10(-)(8) (pH 4.1), 2360.0 x 10(-)(8) (pH 7.1), and 3188.0 x 10(-)(8) (pH 9.1). On the basis of rate constant values, these pesticides appeared to be more susceptible to hydrolysis than synthetic organophosphorus compounds such as chlorpyriphos, diazinon, malathion, and ronnel. DT(50) values calculated at 32 degrees C were 228 (pH 4.1), 5310.24 (pH 7.1), and 37.68 (pH 9.1) h for fenamiphos; 608.6 (pH 4.1), 373.9 (pH 7.1), and 270.2 (pH 9.1) h for fipronil; and 502.1 (pH 4.1), 496.8 (pH 7.1), and 355.7 (pH 9.1) h for trifluralin.  相似文献

Different deamidation conditions for the Z19 alpha-zein were studied in order to find the best conditions for the development of the emulsifying properties. Alkaline deamidation was chosen, and the effects on the peptide bond cleavage, secondary structure, emulsifying properties, and surface hydrophobicity were studied. The Z19 alpha-zein was deamidated by using 0.5 N NaOH containing 70% ethanol at 70 degrees C for 12 h. A deamidation degree (DD) of 60.6 +/- 0.5%, and a degree of hydrolysis (DH) of 5 +/- 0.5% were achieved. Analysis by far-UV circular dichroism showed that the denaturation was mainly promoted by the high temperature used during the incubation. The adequate balance between the DD and the DH results in an effective emulsifying property improvement for the Z19 alpha-zein. Thus, after the deamidation treatment, the surface hydrophobicity decreased from 9.5 x 104 +/- 6.8 x 103 to 46 x 104 +/- 2.1 x 103, and the emulsion stability increased from 18 +/- 0.7% to 80 +/- 4.7% since the oil globules stabilized by the modified protein were smaller (57.7 +/- 5.73 nm) and more resistant to coalescence than those present in the native protein emulsions (1488 +/- 3.92 nm).  相似文献

Concentrations of copper (Cu), lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), mercury (Hg), arsenic (As), organic carbon (abbreviated to OC) content and pH were measured in rain‐fed farm soils collected in Sifangwu Village which is located central Gansu Province, Northwest China. Concentrations of Cu, Pb, Cd, Hg and As are higher than the background values in grey calcareous soil. Cd concentration exceeds the Threshold of Secondary Environmental Quality Standard for Soil in China by 261 per cent. By bivariate analysis, it was found that OC does not correlate with heavy metal in the village. This is due to the semiarid conditions and agricultural activities. Principal component analysis (PCA) was used to assess the soil data, applying varimax rotation with Kaiser Normalization. The result shows that the data set is defined for three latent components. 1) PC1, which consists of Cu and Cr, and what is characterized as a component subject to strong lithological influence. 2) PC2, dominantly loaded by OC, Pb and Cd, is linked to agricultural influence, i.e. fertilization and cultivation. 3) PC3, the heavy metals Hg and As, in this component are from aerial deposition, thus this PC is named the atmospheric factor. Because PC1 explains 45·026 per cent of total variance, the source of the heavy metal in topsoil in the study area is assumed to be mainly derived from the lithology. 为探索鹅肝酶解物对酒精性脂肪肝的防治效果,以6周龄SD大鼠为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组、模型组,以及鹅肝酶解物高(GLH-H)、低剂量处理组(GLH-L),其中对照组以Lieber-DeCarli液体对照饲料喂养,其他各组以Lieber-DeCarli乙醇液体饲料喂养;GLH-H、GLH-L处理组分别给药600、200 mg·kg-1 BW(体质量)GLH进行干预,对照组和模型组分别给予相同体积的生理盐水灌胃,试验共持续5周。试验结束后测定各试验组大鼠的体质量、肝脏指数、血清中尿素氮、总胆固醇、甘油三酯及炎症因子,分析大鼠肠道微生物的组成,并对各试验组大鼠肝脏病理切片进行观察。结果表明,GLH处理明显降低了酒精性脂肪肝大鼠的肝脏指数(P<0.05),改善了酒精性脂肪肝大鼠肝脏脂肪变性程度,显著降低了大鼠血清中的尿素氮、总胆固醇、甘油三酯及炎症水平(P<0.05)。高通量测序发现,GLH可改善大鼠肠道微生物紊乱的现象。综上,GLH对酒精性脂肪肝的发生具有一定的预防作用。本研究结果为酒精性脂肪肝治疗药物的研究提供了新思路。  相似文献

通过对控释氮肥减量且随小麦播种一次性施用(CRF),与农民习惯施肥(FP)及优化施肥(OPT)进行对比试验研究。结果表明:(1)减量施用控释氮肥使小麦群体及产量构成因素整体表现优于FP和OPT处理;(2)CRF处理能够保证小麦稳产,单位面积(667m2)较FP处理增收66.8元,其氮素回收率和氮偏生产力较FP处理分别提高19.7%和34.3%;(3)CRF处理各深度土层硝态氮含量均低于OPT和FP处理,极大降低硝态氮向土壤深层次淋溶的风险。在小麦上减量使用控释氮肥具有简化生产环节、节本增收、提高氮养分利用和减少环境污染等优势,具有应用前景。  相似文献

The concentration of Hg was studied in runoff from drained and undrained peatlands in the south and central parts of Sweden, from 1987 to 1989. Mercury was speciated into total Hg, water-soluble Hg (Hg II) including reactive Hg (Hg IIa) and non-reactive Hg (Hg IIb), and methyl Hg. The aim of the study was to investigate if normally low concentrations of different species of Hg in runoff from peatland were elevated at drained mires with peat-harvesting. Five drained mires with different nutrient statuses were studied, and compared with undrained controls. The highest concentration of total Hg (5.3 to 21.3 ng L−1) was found in runoff from an undrained, oligotrophic bog with low pH (3.79 to 4.08). Mires in south Sweden showed in general higher concentrations of all species of Hg in runoff compared to central Sweden. The concentrations of total Hg, Hg IIa and Hg IIb in runoff from peatland showed similar levels as runoff from forested areas. No data showed that the drained peatland leached more total Hg than the undrained areas.  相似文献
