Summary Sensitivity to GA in non-Gai genome winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars was investigated to determine magnitude of variation of the trait, its association with other traits, and effects of geographical location of production. -Amylase enzyme activity was measured before and after treatment with gibberellic acid in 18 cultivars grown at one location and in five cultivars grown at six locations. Dye-labeled starch and agar-starch media procedures were used for the first and second experiments, respectively. -Amylase activity differed significantly among the 18 cultivars after germination in water, germination in GA, and in absolute and relative sensitivity to GA. Cultivars that reacted similarly to GA had some common ancestors in their pedigrees, and -amylase activity and sensitivity to GA were significantly negatively associated with seed weight. -Amylase activity differed between tall and semi-dwarf cultivars in the second experiment, but not in the first experiment. The magnitude of variation in -amylase activity and its relationship to preharvest sprouting susceptibility of the cultivars suggested that the trait can be modified to improve seed dormancy. Root growth, nutrition and crop yield can be affected by soil chemical modifications caused by superficial limestone and phosphogypsum application in a no-till system. Using this approach, this study was conducted in southeastern Brazil, continuing an experiment that has been on-going since 2002 with the objective of evaluating the residual effects of the surface application of lime and phosphogypsum on the soil chemical characteristics and the root growth, nutrition and yield of soybean, black oat and sorghum in a dry winter region cultivated in 2008/2009 and 2009/2010. The experimental design was a randomized block with 4 replications. The treatments were applied in November 2004 and were as follows: original conditions, limestone application (2000 kg ha−1), phosphogypsum application (2100 kg ha−1), and limestone (2000 kg ha−1) + phosphogypsum (2100 kg ha−1) application. Superficial liming with or without phosphogypsum reduced the surface and subsurface soil acidity 5 years after application in the no-till system. The movement of Ca2+ and Mg2+ from the surface layer into the subsoil over time was evident. The phosphogypsum application associated with liming increased the Ca2+ levels throughout the soil profile. Liming maintained high levels of Mg2+ throughout the soil profile with or without phosphogypsum application. The organic matter content increased with liming with or without phosphogypsum, indicating that in the long term, these practices can increase the C accumulation. Phosphogypsum application had a residual effect on the SO4-S levels, and high sulphate concentrations were observed in the subsoil after 5 years. Superficial liming improved crop nutrition and, when associated with phosphogypsum, increased Ca absorption by soybean and sorghum, as reflected in the increased yields of these crops. 相似文献

1,3,4-oxadiazolines are found to possess significant biological activities such as antibacterial,antifungal effects.According to these,we designed and synthesized some new 1,3,4-oxadiazoline derivatives.First,Ethyl 4-methylbenzoate was prepared by reaction of 4-methyl benzoic acid with anhydrous ethanol in the presence of sulfuric acid.This propound reacted with hydrazine hydrate in the presence of anhydrous ethanol as solvent to give 4-methylhydrazin(1).In the presence of anhydrous ethanol,(1) reacted with aromatic aldehydes to produce corresponding hydrazones(2a~2j).Then 2a~2j cyclodehydrated with acetic anhydride to afford the title compounds(3a~3j).The mild reactions and good yields are the merits of this method.The title structures of 3a~3j were confirmed by elementary analyses,IR,~(1)H NMR,and MS spectroscopy. 相似文献

The current characteristics in the global economy have defined “knowledge-intensive services” (KIS) as part of the so-called “industries of the future” due to the attributes of their employment and central function in the development processes in science, technology, art, and culture. This study outlines as a central hypothesis that the localization of KIS depends on different factors according to the type of knowledge being developed (analytical, synthetic, and symbolic). The main objective in this work is to explore the spatial economic factors associated with the localization and changes (positive and negative) when using KIS in the “national urban system” in México between 2004 and 2014. To do so, the services sector is defined according to the “intensity” and the “types” of knowledge that they develop. An analysis of spatial econometrics is carried out that distinguishes between the geographic (local) effect and the spatial (non-local) effect of the independent variables using data and microdata from the period 2004 to 2014. The results partly correspond with the central hypothesis of the study and offer possibilities of public policies to take advantage of and to promote the benefits of KIS, especially regarding cities in developing countries looking to become part of the 21st century economy. 相似文献

下载免费PDF全文 In earlier calculation models,the stiffness centers in frame-shear wall structures have been located by the structural torsion stiffness.However,the results are illogical owing to the difference between the distortion character and the shears distribute mechanism of the frames and shear walls.In this paper,a new formula for calculating story stiffness is introduced,which can consider the stiffness of the frames and shear walls at the same time.The structural stiffness centers,the torsion eccentric distances and torsion effect are calculated,and the stiffness of elements is considered also.It is shown that the concept of the presented stiffness model is clear and the results are reasonable,which can be used to calculate the appreciative torsion effect. 相似文献

The output of the enterprise changes with the change of natural states, therefore it brings relatively great risk to enterprise. The enterprise hopes to reduce the same kind of risk through more contracts than one kind of contract of risk sharing. This paper presents a new method to disperse the same kind of risk in two kinds of ways. Basing on principal-agent theory, through the optimum contract of risk sharing, the Pareto-optimum solving is solved-the optimum contract of risk sharing. The employee shares some risks through the optimum contract of risk sharing between the enterprise and the employee-when the output is high, the employee's income increases; when the output is low, the income decreases. In order to reduce the risk of the enterprise further, the dealer also shares the risk. To maximize the utility of the enterprise, the Pareto optimum solving is given-another optimum contract of risk. The dealer offers following contract of risk sharing to the enterprise-when the output is high, the dealer receives the repayment; when the output is low, the enterprise is compensated. The enterprise, the employee and the dealer share the risk together, thus the risk of the enterprise is reduced to relatively great degree. 相似文献

This paper reports that the crude polysaccharides were extracted with hot water and precipitated with alcohol from the fruitbody of mushroom Ganoderma apparatus and Poria cocos. The free proteins were removed from crude polysaccharides by sevag method, and then the polysaccharides were isolated and purified by Sephadex G-15 gel column chromatography. Each three pure polysaccharides (Ga-1,Ga-2,Ga-3 and Pc-1,Pc-2,Pc-3) were obtained by precipitating with different concentration alcohol. By using the method of TLC, we proved that three fractions of Ganoderma apparatus polysaccharides are composed of glucose (Glu), arabinose (Ara), mannose (Man), fructose(Fru),et al. and the three fractions of Poria cocos polysaccharides are composed of glucose (Glu), mannose (Man) and ribose (Rib),et al. 相似文献

[Objectives]The analgesic and hemostatic effects of Paris polyphylla,Scutellaria baicalensis,and their compatibility were studied.[Methods](i)In the experiment on the writhing of mice induced by acetic acid,60 Kunming SPF mice were randomly selected,and were randomly divided into 6 groups according to the male-to-female ratio of 1∶1,including blank control group,P.polyphylla group,S.baicalensis group,and three P.polyphylla and S.baicalensis compatibility groups(with the ratio of 1∶2,1∶1 and 1∶2).There were 10 mice in each group.In the experimental groups,the mice were given 1 g/mL Chinese medicine extract according to a dose of 20 mL/kg.In the control group,the mice were given 0.9%normal saline in equal volumes.Gavage was performed one time every 24 h and lasted for 14 d.1 h after the gavage on the 14th day,they were given 0.5%glacial acetic acid solution via intraperitoneal injection.(ii)In the hot plate experiment,60 Kunming SPF mice were selected,and the ratio of male to female,grouping,administration and gavage were the same as those of the glacial acetic acid-induced writhing experiment.Gavage was lasted for 14 d.1 h after the gavage on the 14th day,the mice were placed on a hot plate apparatus at(55±0.5)℃,and the time of licking hindfoot was measured.(iii)The hemostatic effect was explored through three experimental methods of tail hemostasis,femoral artery hemostasis and liver hemostasis.60 Kunming SPF mice were taken in each of the three experiments,and the male-female ratio and grouping were the same as above.The powder was covered on the surface of the wound sites,and the bleeding was observed.The hemostatic time was recorded,and the hemostatic time was recorded as 3 min if it exceeded 3 min.[Results](i)In the acetic acid-induced writhing experiment,compared with the blank control group,the pain of mice in the experimental groups was inhibited.Among them,P.polyphylla group,S.baicalensis group,compatibility 1∶2 group,compatibility 1∶1 group,and compatibility 2∶1 group had significant effects(P<0.05),and the inhibition rate of writhing was 20.43%,28.32%,52.30%,32.79%,and 39.02%,respectively.The analgesic effect of the compatibility 1∶2 group was the most obvious.(ii)In the hot plate experiment,compared with the blank control group,the experimental groups had analgesic effect.Among them,P.polyphylla group,S.baicalensis group,compatibility 1∶2 group,compatibility 1∶1 group,and compatibility 2∶1 group had significant effects(P<0.05),and the increase rate of pain threshold was 29.17%,47.83%,61.54%,and 50.61%,and 53.83%,respectively.The analgesic effect of the compatibility 2∶1 group was the most significant.(iii)In the hemostatic experiment,there was a significant difference in hemostatic time between the compatibility 1∶2 group and the blank control group,P.polyphylla group,and S.baicalensis group(P<0.05).The hemostatic effect of the compatibility 1∶2 group was the best.[Conclusions]P.polyphylla,S.baicalensis,and its compatibility had good analgesic and hemostatic effects,and the best compatibility ratio was 1∶2. 相似文献
