As a kind of semi-active controllable devices,Magneto-rheological(MR) damper has been increasingly widely used in various occasions of vibration suppression.However,the design of MR damper greatly depends on the engineering experience of designers,it is difficult to calculate the performances relatively accurate.With the Finite Element Method,the authors carry out the magnetic analysis on the given geometry of MR damper combined with the Couette flow analysis of MR damper,the dynamic curve of MR damper is obtained.The results show that the FEM magnetic analysis effectively predicts the yield shear force and flow shear force,it is coincident with the experimental data.It is validated that the methods described is suitable for the MR damper performance estimation of the same geometry,and is an effective means for the MR damper design with the given force.  相似文献

The design method of parameter optimization of nonlinear viscous dampers for dissipation structure was analyzed based on response surface methods. The method included experimental design, finite element analysis, fitting the response surface function and parameter optimization. Taking a reinforced concrete frame structure for an instance, the mathematical model of parameter optimization of viscous dampers for dissipation structure was established by taking the minimum all damping force as objective function and taking the interlayer maximum displacement less than limits as constraints, and then the damper parameters were optimized using the method of nonlinear programming optimization. The results show that the method of parameter optimization of viscous dampers based on response surface method can ensure the structural displacement is less than limit and the construction cost can be reduced.  相似文献

在强烈地震作用下,炼油厂的石化钢结构可能发生破坏,导致较大的经济损失,并易引发严重的次生灾害。为降低石化钢结构的地震风险,结合石化钢结构的特点,以某大型炼油厂重整装置反应器为例,建立有限元分析模型,设置黏滞阻尼器进行罕遇地震下的减震设计,并分析了阻尼器的设置位置、数量和阻尼参数等影响因素。研究结果表明,黏滞阻尼器所在楼层的层间剪力和层间位移角显著减小,布置在结构底部的减震效果优于布置在中、上部;随着阻尼器数量的增加,层间剪力和层间位移角都会随之减小,但减少幅度逐渐降低;阻尼系数对石化钢结构减震效果的影响大于阻尼指数,减震设计中宜优先调整阻尼系数以获得较好的抗震性能。  相似文献

A quarter - car suspension system in which the MR fluid dampers are used as the semi - active control actuators has been proposed and developed based on the theory analysis of MR fluid dampers characteristic. A adaptive fuzzy logic controller is developed. The completed system is simulated via SIMULINK Toolbox of MATLAB 6.1. Compared to the passive suspension system and simple fuzzy logic controller, the adaptive fuzzy logic controller markedly reduces the vertical acceleration of the sprung mass and effectively improves ride comfort of automobile.  相似文献

In order to satisfy the safety of vehicle braking and the fuel economy,a control strategy for regenerative braking force distribution is proposed by considering of battery SOC and braking severity.In addition,a CVT speed ratio control strategy is proposed to operate the motor in the high efficiency area to improve motor generating efficiency.A simulation model of mild hybrid electric vehicle is set up.Simulation result on ECE+EUDC typical driving cycles show that the effectively regenerating energy of braking of hybrid vehicle with CVT is lager than that of hybrid vehicle with MT by 2.5%.  相似文献

Optimal Control of Semi-Active Suspensions with ER Shock Absorber   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
An ER shock absorber with mixed mode is designed and its mathematical model is built. The optimal control method with LQ is applied to semi-active suspension systems in vehicle. A optimal output tuner is designed on basis of 1/4 dynamic model and the characteristics of the ER shock absorber. Its aim function and the weighting parameter matrix are determined. The feedback gain vector is found from solving the Algebraic Equation. The result shows that the optimal controller could not only diminish the body acceleration effectively but also improve the ride and handling characteristics. The construction of the ER shock absorber is reasonable and its performance meets the optimal control requirements of semi-active suspension system under the 3 kV/mm. In additional, the optimal control has low cost and energy consumption as well as rapid response . Such a system can meet with the requirements of semi-active suspension control completely.  相似文献

Based on the systems engineering theory, this paper reviews the trend of researches and developments on vehicle semiactive suspension systems, analyzes states of researches on electrorheological fluids and magnetorheological fluids material,and puts forward semi_active suspension sytems based on magnetorheological fluids damper. On the basis of summing up existing methods for vibration control on semi_active suspension systems, emphases are put on the discussion of aplication of PID control. linear optimal control,adaptive control and intelligent control on the semi_active suspension systems. The compound control strategy is put forward based on the skyhook damping control theory, fuzzy control theory and adaptive control theory. Moreover, the integral idea about the research and development of semi_active suspension is based on MR damper,and discusses some theories and applied problems deserving research.  相似文献

The effect of damping on vibration is analyzed during the suspension deformation based on the 1/4 vehicle model. The Fuzzy logic control strategy for the semi-active suspension was proposed. By means of dissipating the energy of vibration and decreasing the peak value of the body acceleration via the action of damping, the parameter-self-adjust fuzzy controller was established. The united simulation of ADAMS and Matlab/Simulink were used for demonstrating the efficiency of the controller. Comparing with the practical passive suspension possessing the nonlinear character and the present fuzzy controller, the control system based on the new-style strategy provides better ride comfort and road handling.  相似文献

As for the actuation redundancy, strong nonlinearity and uncertainty, a kind of single-point preview control approach for the unmanned high-speed four-wheel-independent-drive & steering (4WID-4WIS) vehicle path tracking is proposed based on the control allocation and the Active Disturbance Rejection Control(ADRC) methods. The vehicle single-point preview system dynamic model for path tracking is built. The control system architecture with the control allocation unit as the core is constructed. The decouple single-point preview ADRC controller for path tracking is designed. Then the quasi-inertial parts used to generate control objectives are proposed and its rationality is discussed. The control allocation solution method for the 4WID-4WIS vehicle path tracking is subsequently presented. The simulations are conducted to illustrate the validity of the single-point preview control method proposed. The results show that the unmanned high-speed 4WID-4WIS vehicle can track the circular arc double-lane change path rapidly and accurately.  相似文献

Magnetorheological(MR) fluids are the suspensions consisted of micron size magnetically polarizable particles and carrier liquid as well as some additives.They have broad potential applications such as dampers,brakes,clutches,engine mounts and so on due to their particular magnetorheological effect.This paper experimentally investigates the magnetorheological effect of Magnetorheological(MR) fluid.It shows the dependence of magnetorheological effect of MR fluid on the applied magnetic field,the particle susceptibility,the particle volume fraction,the particle size,the additive,and the confecting technology.It describes the response to these factors.The results provide the basis with developing MR fluids and engineering applications.  相似文献

After analyzing target recognition and tracking technique, a method of developing specifically target tacking system is proposed, which uses digital image manipulation to target recognition. Software and hardware design of intelligent vehicle are presented in detail. The system uses digital image manipulation technology to cognize the certain target through a pickup camera installed on the front of the intelligent vehicle. When the target is moving, singlechip receives the commands from the computer and then control the vehicle to trace target. The system can run by itself, regardless of artificial control. 为解决目前纯电动车动力电池比功率不足的缺陷,对纯电动车的储能装置进行了研究。根据复合储能装置的特点和目的,制定了复合储能装置的工作模式,提出了基于速度与电流约束的模糊控制策略。为了进一步提高整车性能并降低蓄电池的输出电流,对复合储能装置的关键参数进行了线性优化,仿真结果表明:加装复合储能装置的纯电动车的加速时间缩短了12%,制动能量回收效率提高了39%,百公里耗电量减少了8.55%,并显著降低了蓄电池的输出电流,有效延长了蓄电池使用寿命和整车的续驶里程。  相似文献

The aims at optimization of structure with damper braces is studied in this paper. The sum of damping coefficient of all damper braces is considered as a goal function, and the storey displacements are considered as constraint conditions. The program,which introduces the non-proportional damp matrix, based on genetic algorithm and time history is used to analyze the optimization of a damper braced frame. The results are reasonable and show that the genetic algorithm is an efficient method to optimize the damper braced structure.  相似文献

A dual closed-loop automatic cruise control system is proposed according to the properties of the AMT system with cruise control function inside, which is developod by the authors. The human simulated intelligent fuzzy control is applied to the inner loop of throttle position control while the conventional fuzzy control is applied to the outer loop of vehicle speed control. The scheme of the whole control system and the design process of the controller are presented. The experimental results show that with the proposed dual closed-loop control system, the unstable phenomena of engine speed can be eliminated and the throttle control responses fast without buffeting. Moreover, the system has the advantages of easy manipulation and reliable operation. The controller has the advantages of free of accurate mathematical model and easy to carry out and high robust and so on.  相似文献

Continuously variable transmission (CVT) is the ideal transmission for automobile, it is also one of the most important research items of researchers and automobile companies all over the world. By studying the force relationship of metal V-belt type continuously variable transmission, an optimum pitch radius is derived to maximize torque capacity, also a design procedure for optimum pitch radius is listed. The design procedure is applied for the true application, the calculation result shows that the torque capacity of belt transmission can be improved by optimization of the pitch radius. The research results provide the theory analysis method and design base for CVT vehicle.  相似文献

为了确定强震作用下斜拉桥合理的横向抗震约束体系,以可克达拉大桥为工程背景,采用非线性时程分析法,分析了4种横向约束体系即横向滑动体系、全限位体系、位移相关型减震体系和速度相关型减震体系对强震区大跨度桥梁地震响应的影响,重点对钢阻尼器的屈服荷载和黏滞阻尼器的位置及相关参数进行优化分析,并与其他体系的地震响应进行了对比。结果表明:在强震作用下,对于大跨度桥梁横向滑动体系和全限位体系均不是理想的抗震体系;而在墩梁、塔梁之间设置减隔震装置可以有效减少横桥向的墩梁、塔梁的相对位移及地震剪力和弯矩;然而,从桥梁正常使用的角度来看,塔梁之间布设横向钢阻尼器装置优于黏滞阻尼器装置。  相似文献

A 3-degrees of freedom multi-axle vehicle dynamic model is established.Taking account of the practical difficulties for measuring the sideslip,rolling angles and rolling angle speed,a Luenberger observer is designed,and the simulation and analysis of the Luenberger observer are performed.The results show that the Luenberger observer has excellent characteristics in the considered speed range in tracking path.Then,a state feedback controller is designed on the basis of the Luenberger observer,and simulation of a multi-axle vehicle is also carried out.The results show that the performances of a multi-axle vehicle with the proposed control strategy is better than a multi-axle vehicle with front wheel steering strategy,and its control system has fine dynamic characteristic and strong robustness,so multi-axle vehicle with the proposed control strategy can improve vehicle handling stability and security.  相似文献

The developmemt and research of taking fuel cell /battery as electric vehicle power is a new direction in abroad. A real-time simulation model for power driving system of a fuel cellbattery powered electric virtual vehicle is established. This electric vehicle powered primarily by 30 kw proton exchange membrane (PEM)fuel cells, with Lead-acid battery as assistant power, and with focus classis as virtual vehicle classis.The electric vehicle is simulated on the advisor platform, and the NEDC driving pattern simulation results show that the electric vehicle can satisfy the need of performance.  相似文献
