测定了不同浓度的银杏叶提取物对五种常见菌的抑菌活性,研究了不同的pH条件和热处理对抑菌活性的影响。结果表明:随着银杏叶提取物浓度的增加,其抗菌活性也显著增强;细菌的最低抑菌浓度为4%,霉菌的最低抑菌浓度为6%;银杏叶提取物的活性物质具有热稳定性,高温短时间加热不影响其抗菌活性;在pH为7的条件下,抗菌活性最强。  相似文献

从月腺大戟的根、茎、叶中分离出内生菌41株,细菌18株、真菌23株。7株供试菌用滤纸片法分别对内生菌发酵液进行了抗菌活性的研究。结果表明:月腺大戟内生菌对7种供试菌有一定的抑菌活性,内生真菌与内生细菌的抑菌活性存在差异,其中YJX1、YJX6和YJZ15对供试菌具有普遍抑菌作用。  相似文献

以虫草菌对柞蚕滞育蛹进行诱导,收集不同发育时期的血淋巴,用多种病原真菌、细菌对其进行抑菌活性检测,研究其抗菌谱,并以大肠杆菌、柞蚕链球菌诱导柞蚕蛹作比较. 结果表明:3种诱导源均能诱导产生抗菌物质,且三者所产生的抗菌物质对金黄色葡萄球菌等几种细菌的抗菌活性差别不明显;虫草菌诱导产物对细菌、真菌的抑菌谱广.蛋白质酸性电泳结果表明,虫草菌诱导后的柞蚕蛹血淋巴中有新的小分子蛋白产生,推测可能是具有抗菌活性的物质.  相似文献

为了开发虫生真菌潜在的抗菌药用价值,寻找结构新颖的活性化合物,本研究采用单菌多产物策略(OSMAC),研究不同碳源、氮源、接种量、接种时间对贵州绿僵菌菌丝体提取物抑菌活性的影响。结果表明:贵州绿僵菌提取物能对13种常见致病细菌中的蜡样芽孢杆菌、缓慢芽孢杆菌和溶血性葡萄球菌产生抑制作用,提取物最低抑菌浓度分别为6.25、1.56、6.25 mg/m L;不同碳源和氮源对贵州绿僵菌液体培养提取物的抑菌活性影响显著,其中淀粉和马铃薯培养液提取物的抑菌效果最好;不同接种量对贵州绿僵菌提取物抑菌效果的影响不大;随着培养时间的增加,抑菌活性依次增强。  相似文献

[目的]研究含多种中药成分的抗菌喷雾的体外抗菌效果并对其抗菌机理进行分析.[方法]选用大肠杆菌(E.coli)和金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)2种菌,用肉汤稀释法和荧光染色法测定抗菌喷雾对其抑菌活性、抑菌率、最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC),用滤纸片法测定其抑菌环,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察抗菌喷雾对细菌表面结构和超微结构的影响.[结果]中药抗菌喷雾在极短的时间内对E.coli和S.aureus的抑菌率就能达到100%,滤纸法显示抑菌环明显;MIC和MBC结果说明了中药抗菌喷雾在稀释5倍之后仍对2种细菌具有抑制作用;喷雾作用后的细菌大量死亡,表面及内部结构均发生明显变化.[结论]多种中药成分的抗菌喷雾对E.coli和S.aureus具有显著的联合抑菌效果.  相似文献

为研究茴香醛对变异链球菌的抗菌作用并阐明其抗菌机制,通过时间杀菌曲线、细胞膜完整性、细菌疏水性、生物被膜定量和RT-qPCR实验,测定茴香醛对变异链球菌的抗菌活性和抗生物被膜活性。结果表明,(1)茴香醛对变异链球菌的最小抑制浓度 (MIC)和最小杀菌浓度 (MBC)分别为4 g·L?1和8 g·L?1;(2)随着茴香醛浓度的增加,变异链球菌的核酸和蛋白质泄漏量逐渐增加;(3)激光共聚焦显微镜显示茴香醛在1×MIC的浓度下即可增加细菌细胞膜通透性破坏变异链球菌细胞膜的完整性;(4)茴香醛通过改变细菌细胞膜通透性发挥抑菌作用,通过改变变异链球菌的疏水性并下调基因表达发挥抗变异链球菌生物被膜活性。以上结果表明,茴香醛作为天然抗菌剂,具有进一步开发为抗龋齿药物的潜力。  相似文献

以9种植物病原真菌和10种动物病原细菌为供试菌,采用菌丝生长速率法和带药培养基涂布法,测定了银杏外种皮中酚酸类物质的抑菌活性。结果表明,酚酸类物质对9种植物病原真菌均有抑制活性,对柿角斑病菌、稻瘟病菌、梨锈病菌、玉米炭疽病菌、柑橘疮痂病菌、甘蔗凤梨病菌、西瓜枯萎病菌、梨褐斑病菌和香蕉炭疽病菌的EC50在0.665 7~19.558 0 g/L,对香蕉炭疽病菌活性最高,对稻瘟病菌活性最低。银杏外种皮酚酸类物质对10种动物病原细菌也有不同程度的抑制活性,其中对巨大芽孢杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌活性最高,最低抑菌浓度(MIC)均为1.25 g/L。  相似文献

The effects of oral insulin on intestinal tissue growth and brush border enzyme activities in newborn pigs were examined in this study. Newborn unsuckled pigs were bottle-fed for3 days with artificial milk(M),milk supplemented with 60mIUmL-1 of insulin(IH)or hydrolyzed milk(HM). Compared with newborn unsuckled pigs,piglets bottle-fed for 3 days all gained in intestinal weight and length significantly despite a mild loss in body weight during the experimental period. The activities of lactase and alkaline phosphatase(AKP)in the small intestinal mucosa declined markedly in pigs fed with M,but the activity of maltase increased significantly during the experimental period. Dietary protein pre-hydrolysis had no significant effect on intestinal tissue mass or length,but it moderated the decline of intestinal lactase and AKP activities. Dietary supplementation of insulin significantly increased mucosal protein content and brush border activities of lactase,maltase,AKP and aminopeptidase(AP)in the small intestine.The effect. of insulin treatment was particularly obvious at the distal region of the small intestine. These results demonstrate that oral insulin can stimulate intestinal digestive enzyme activities in newborn pigs. The finding supports the hypothesis that milk-borne insulin plays a role in regulating postnatal gut development in the suckling young.  相似文献

The study established a method to analyze clorsulon concentration in sheep plasma by reverse phase-high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC)with an internal-standard.In plasma,clorsulon concentration within 0.01-1.0μgmL-1 and 1.0-20μgmL-1 ranges had a good linear relationship(R= 0.9991,0.9958). The average recovery of the method was 98.11±3.52%. The relative standard deviation(RSD)s% of within-day and between-day assays were less than 7 and 8% respectively. After giving clorsulon to sheep by intravenous(i.v.)or subcutaneous(s.c.)routes at a single dose of 4mgkg-1,drug concentration-time data in plasma were both fitted to a two-compartment open model. The main pharmacokinetic parameters were: 1)i.v. administration: T1/2β = 10.04 ± 0.819 h,area under the concentration versus time curve(AUC)=81.85±14.24mghL-1; 2)s.c. administration: T1/2ka= 1.36± 0.75 h,T1/2β=17.92 ± 9.19 h,Tmax=3.18±1.05h,Cmax=5.12±0.99μgmL-1,AUC=56.73±5.25mghL-1,F=71.03 ± 14.15%. The results indicated that clorsulon in sheep following a single s.c.administration was absorbed rapidly and eliminated slower than that following a single i.v.administration,and showed a better bioavailability.  相似文献

This paper studied adsorption and deyradation of bensulfuron-methyl(BSM) by bioassay method.The results showed that adsorption rate of BSM increased with increasing organic matter content.Degradation velocity of BSM changed fast with pH increasing and temperature decreasing.There were different degradation of BSM between in water and soil.BSM was degraded rapidly in initial period.Afterward the degradation of BSM was slow dow.With increasing organic matter content deyradation of BSM in water was faster than that in soil.  相似文献

The photosynthetic characteristics of strawberry(Fragaria x ananassa Duch. cv. Toyonoka)leaves under illumination of identical light intensity(55-57% natural light)with different light quality were studied. It was showed that the chlorophyll content,maximal photochemical efficiency of PS Ⅱ(Fv/Fm),Fm/Fo,amount of inactive PS Ⅱ reaction centers(Fi-Fo)and rate of QAreduction were positively correlated with the red-light/blue-light ratios,but the chlorophyll(a/b)ratios were negatively correlated with them. Carotenoid content of the leaves was maximum under the blue film,than under green film,red film,white film and yellow film,and negatively correlated with the red/farred ratios. The apparent quantum yield(AQY),photorespiratory rate(Pr)and carboxylation efficiency(CE)were also strongly affected by light quality. The photosynthetic rate(Pn)in strawberry leaves under green film was significantly lower than under all other film. Our results suggested that light quality is an essential factor regulating the development of PS Ⅱ and phytochrome and an independent blue light photoreceptor,possibly a cryptochrome,can regulate photosynthetic performance.  相似文献

利用478个种间杂交组合和307个回交组合进行大豆种间杂交育种技术的研究。提出亲本选配原则,克服种间杂种后代蔓生、小粒、粒色深等野生不良性状的技术;明确了种间杂种主要性状的选择潜力,在种间杂种早代性状选择、后代群体规模、回交改良时期及决选世代等方面的种间杂交选育新技术。直接利用野生大豆种质育成“吉林小粒1号”新品种,1990年通过吉林省的品种审定并出口创汇。利用种间杂交新技术创造出主茎有效节数25个以上、单株荚数150个以上以及蛋白质含量50%左右的直立型育种中间材料;育成一批大粒高产优良新品系,现已进入省区试或省预试。  相似文献
