利用MS培养液研究了不同浓度氯化钙对马铃薯试管薯的产量、 质量、 薯内钙含量及生理病害的影响。结果表明,MS培养液中不添加钙时,试管薯的结薯数量、 薯重及大薯率大幅度降低,没有>100 mg 的试管薯,薯表面出现明显的黄褐色粗糙斑块,个别薯块现水浸状腐烂,腐烂率2.21%。薯内干物质、 淀粉、 可溶性糖和蛋白质含量也较正常钙用量下分别降低了36.8%、 41.39%、 10.7%.和.39.43%,丙二醛含量上升。4℃下贮藏6个月,薯皮失水皱缩严重,平均病害率达53.77%;室温下放置3周,发芽率25.53%,芽生长缓慢;MS 培养液中添加不同浓度的氯化钙,茎段结薯数和薯重随钙浓度的增加呈先增加后降低的变化趋势,大薯率和薯皮表面光泽度呈上升趋势,与正常钙水平相比,薯重增加了2.7%~47.86%、 结薯数增加了-11.49%~22.64%、 大薯率14.43%~26.08%。薯内干物质、 淀粉、 可溶性糖和蛋白质含量的变化均随钙浓度的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势,并较正常钙用量下增加了4.43%~8.62%(干物质)、 6.79%~16.49%(淀粉)、 3.89%~6.31%(可溶性糖)和 4.63%~8.29%(蛋白质)。薯内钙含量大幅度上升,平均值为177~267 g/g(最高值为9 mmol/L处理),薯皮光滑无水浸状腐烂。4℃下贮藏6个月,薯皮正常,生理病害率随薯内钙含量升高呈下降趋势,病害率为1%~8.9%,决定系数R2=0.3812,且试管薯芽的萌发和生长能力正常。确定MS培养液中添加 9 mmol/L CaCl2是新大坪品种试管薯数量和质量的最优处理。  相似文献

A field study was conducted from May to October 1995 to assess ozone (O3) phytotoxicity in Catalonia (NE Spain) by determining a percentage value of leaf area injured by ozone on three tobacco cultivars, Bel-W3, Bel-C and Bel-B as bioindicators. Colorimetric parameters were also determined in an effort to have an objective assessment of ozone injury. The study was conducted simultaneously on eight sites where ozone levels and several meteorological parameters were continuosly monitored. Two sets of plants were used at each site. The first one was composed of six plants of each cultivar which were changed every two weeks while the second one involved two plants of each cultivar which were kept in the plots throughout the whole experimental period. Open Top Chambers were also used to test the response of the three cultivars to ozone under controlled conditions. The ozone levels correlated well with ozone injury on the Bel-W3 cultivar but not as well on the other two cultivars. The ozone levels did not fully account for all the observed injury. The response of tobacco plants to ozone concentrations and therefore its biomonitoring capacity depended also on different environmental conditions linked to stomatal behaviour such as temperature, humidity, wind or altitude. These environmental conditions had some effects on the intensity of Ozone injury. Ozone concentrations accumulated over a threshold of 60 ppb (AOT60) when VPD was below 1 KPa. Correlated well with the ozone injury and best explained the intensity tobacco injury symptoms. For large plants growing throughout the whole period of study, Bel-C was the best indicator cultivar for AOT60 over the 3 days prior to the last ozone injury assessment. The colorimetric parameters were indicators of seasonal changes but they were not good ozone damage indicators. It is concluded that tobacco cultivars were good bioindicators but meteorological and other environmental factors need to be considered in there use as biomonitors.  相似文献

【目的】分析马铃薯品种(系)产量和品质在不同栽培条件下与养分吸收及利用的关系,为马铃薯科学施肥提供理论基础。【方法】在宁夏固原和甘肃定西开展马铃薯品种(系)田间试验,宁夏收集了76份品种(系),甘肃收集了83份,马铃薯试验均采用当地水肥管理技术。成熟期测定产量及产量构成因素,取样分析马铃薯品质和氮磷钾养分含量,以及土壤有机质和速效养分含量。【结果】两地马铃薯块茎产量差异不显著。将马铃薯产量分为<30 t/hm2 (低)、30~45 t/hm2 (中)和>45 t/hm2 (高) 3个等级,宁夏种植的76个品种(系)中低产、中产、高产的占比分别为27.6%、34.2%、38.2%,甘肃种植的83个品种(系)中的占比分别为15.7%、49.4%、34.9%。随着不同马铃薯品种(系)产量的不断增加,干物质和淀粉含量呈现增加趋势,而蛋白质含量则呈现降低趋势。无论产量水平高低,每生产1 t马铃薯块茎需吸收N 2.9 kg、P 0.5 kg、K 4.0 kg。产量与氮磷钾养分吸收量呈显著正相关,维生素C和蛋白质含量与氮磷...  相似文献

植物源抑芽物质对延长甘薯贮藏期的作用效果   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为探寻延长甘薯块根贮藏期的方法,本试验以萌芽性好的绵12-25-1和耐贮藏紫肉品种绵紫薯9号块根为材料,用常规抑芽剂氯苯胺灵(CIPC)、源于植物的挥发性物质薄荷醇(MEN)和香芹酮(CAR)处理,比较它们对延长块根贮藏期的作用效果。结果表明,CIPC、MEN、CAR 3种试剂均能抑制甘薯块根芽的生长,抑芽能力依次表现为CAR>MEN>CIPC。芽的生长被抑制后可以减少块根的物质消耗,使重量损失降低,贮藏150 d时, 经CAR处理的甘薯块根的重量损失仅为对照组的46.40%;贮藏期间甘薯块根干物质中的淀粉含量整体呈下降趋势,但抑芽处理组的淀粉含量下降缓慢,尤其是经CAR处理的甘薯块根的淀粉含量,在贮藏150 d时,绵12-25-1和棉紫薯9号块根中淀粉含量分别较对照组高34.57%和24.82%;抑芽处理能不同程度地延缓甘薯块根可溶性糖、花青素的代谢消耗,延缓能力与抑芽能力呈正相关,贮藏150 d时CAR处理的绵紫薯9号花青素含量较对照高22.06%。抑芽处理对甘薯块根α-淀粉酶活性影响弱,但能刺激与抗逆相关的过氧化物酶(POD)活性显著升高。综上,CAR用量低且对环境友好,抑制甘薯块根萌芽、保持块根品质的效果最显著,具有延长甘薯贮藏期的潜力。  相似文献

The effects of swine manure extract (SME) as foliar fertilizer (FSME), soil fertilizer (SSME), and both soil and foliar fertilizer (FNSSME) on leaf nitrogen (N) concentration, chlorophyll content, total potassium (K) in plant parts and starch content in the fresh roots, compared to a conventional, chemical fertilizer (CF) were studied in cassava cultivar ‘Hauybong 60’. The results showed that plants on FNSSME had the highest chlorophyll contents and SPAD values at four months after planting (MAP). Cassava plants treated with SSME and FNSSME had highest starch content and was significantly higher than in plants treated with CF and a FSME. There was a strong, positive relationship between the leaf nitrogen concentration and chlorophyll content in cassava at 6 MAP. The results of the study indicated that an application of FNSSME to cassava plants could provide a higher chlorophyll content and higher tuber quality of the plants than those applied with chemical fertilizer.  相似文献

以台湾红皮(Cardinal)为试验材料,研究了不同营养水平对马铃薯块茎发育过程中内源激素行为的影响及对产量和品质形成的影响。结果表明,过低、过高的营养供给,降低了块茎发育前期细胞分裂素(ZT)的含量,中期细胞生长素(IAA)的含量以及促进块茎发育的脱落酸(ABA)、茉莉酸(JA)含量,增加了各时期促进匍匐茎发生的赤霉素(GA)含量,导致在块茎形成和膨大的关键时期,GA/ABA和GA/JA比值失衡,抑制了块茎的正常发育。而合理营养水平供给,保持了前期较高水平的ZT含量,中期较高的ABA、IAA、JA含量和较低的GA含量,保证了块茎发育各时期对重要激素的需要,GA/ABA和GA/JA在块茎发育各时期也保持在合理的水平。结果还表明,过低、过高的营养供给,有利于马铃薯可溶性糖的形成,但不利于后期淀粉的形成,同时缩短了块茎快速增长期的时间。  相似文献

The texture of boiled potato tubers is one of the most important quality traits. The variation of tuber texture is usually examined in relationship with dry matter or starch content. The objective of the work was to examine variation and stability of texture and starch content in tubers grown in various environments. Both traits were evaluated for the set of potato breeding lines and 10 table potato cultivars. The lines were developed in the program of parental lines carried out in M?ochów Research Center, Poland. The environments were represented by three locations, which differed in cultivation system as well as climatic and soil conditions. The traits were influenced by the effects of genotype, location and their interactions. The effect of location on texture was not explained by the changes in starch content. The calculated stability parameters indicated that unstable expression of both traits was more pronounced and more frequent in breeding lines than in the cultivars. The short period of selection used in the development of the parental lines is not conducive to select potato genotypes with stable expression of quality traits. The starch content was at most moderately related with various characteristics of tuber texture.  相似文献

水氮耦合对膜下滴灌马铃薯产量、品质及水分利用的影响   总被引:21,自引:3,他引:21  
该文通过田间试验,研究在西北旱区对膜下滴灌条件下水氮耦合效应及其对马铃薯产量、品质和水分利用效率的影响,从而确定马铃薯适宜的水氮用量,以求达到节水、节肥和高产优质的目的。试验设置2个土壤湿润比水平:40%(P1)和70%(P2),5个施氮水平:90(N1)、135(N2)、180(N3)、225(N4)、270kg/hm2(N5),共10个处理。试验结果表明:相同水分条件下,马铃薯块茎质量、块茎淀粉含量、块茎维生素C含量、耗水量、产量和水分利用效率都随施氮量的增加而呈抛物线趋势变化,块茎蛋白质含量随施氮量的增加呈增加趋势。相同氮肥条件下,湿润比P2处理的马铃薯块茎质量、块茎淀粉含量、块茎维生素C含量、块茎蛋白质含量均高于湿润比P1,湿润比P2处理的耗水量比湿润比处理P1高11%,湿润比P2处理的产量比湿润比处理P1高5%,但是湿润比P1处理的水分利用效率比湿润比P2处理高5.4%。其中,P2N3处理的马铃薯单株块茎质量、块茎维生素C含量表现最好,P1N5处理的马铃薯块茎蛋白质含量最高,P2N2处理的马铃薯块茎淀粉含量和产量表现最优,产量最高为54187kg/hm2,P1N2处理的水分利用效率最高为12.86kg/m3。P2N3处理的马铃薯高产优质,且水分利用效率较高,是西北旱区膜下滴灌条件下马铃薯生产中适宜的水氮组合。  相似文献

Increasing the tuber number per plant and promoting tuber formation are important goals for potato production. Thus, it is of significance to understand how environmental factors affect tuber formation, which relates to the development of agronomical practices. The objective of this research was to test whether changing the CO2 or N supply level could alter the C : N ratio in potatoes, and whether a change of the C : N ratio in potatoes closely correlates with tuber formation in potato plants. Potato plantlets were grown in greenhouse with varied CO2 or N levels. The C and N concentrations of plants were measured, and the tuber number and tuber weight were recorded after different growth times. The results show that the C : N ratios in the potato plants increased with increasing CO2 concentration and that potato plants treated with higher CO2 concentrations form tubers earlier. A decrease in the N supply also resulted in a higher C : N ratio and earlier tuber formation. Therefore the hypothesis proposed previously is supported by the present work. In addition, the results that C concentration in plants remained stable under different CO2 or N levels imply that the variation of C : N ratio in the potato plants is mainly due to a change of N concentrations which decreased as the environmental CO2 concentration increased, while increased as the N supply level increased.  相似文献

为探讨垄沟集雨覆盖栽培对旱作马铃薯块茎形成过程中淀粉合成关键酶活性、基因表达及淀粉累积的影响,以马铃薯栽培品种青薯9号为材料,设置全膜双垄和地膜垄作覆盖栽培模式,以露地平播为对照,测定马铃薯块茎形成过程中淀粉合成关键酶活性、基因表达及淀粉累积指标。结果表明,从块茎发育全过程来看,全膜双垄和地膜垄作覆盖栽培马铃薯可溶性淀粉合成酶(SSS)活性分别较露地平播显著提高77.70%、22.63%,可溶性淀粉合成酶SSIII基因表达量分别较露地平播显著提高32.26%、119.35%,同时,ADP-葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶(AGPP)、颗粒结合型淀粉合成酶(GBSS)活性和ADP-葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶AGPase、可溶性淀粉合成酶SSII、颗粒结合型淀粉合成酶GBSSI、淀粉分支酶SBEI、淀粉分支酶SBEII基因表达量均明显降低,而淀粉分支酶(SBE)活性无显著变化;全膜双垄覆盖栽培马铃薯总淀粉含量、直链淀粉含量及直/支链淀粉比较露地平播分别提高5.04%、17.57%和27.81%,达到显著水平,而地膜垄作明显降低了马铃薯总淀粉含量、直链淀粉含量及直/支链淀粉比;SSS活性与GBSSI基因表达量呈显著负相关,与直链淀粉含量及直/支链淀粉比呈显著正相关,其他淀粉合成关键酶活性均与基因表达量、淀粉累积指标无明显相关性。本研究结果对筛选青海东部旱区马铃薯适宜的淀粉优质生产措施具有重要意义。  相似文献

Among common cereals, barley is a low glycemic index food. In an attempt to better understand this character, the nutritional properties of glycemic carbohydrates and dietary fiber concentrations of nine cultivars were evaluated. The cultivars were selected based on botanical variations and commercial value to investigate the impact of pearling and cooking on nutritional properties. Each cultivar was pearled into four fractions ranging from hull removal only to hull, bran, germ, and crease removal. The study showed that botanical class and degree of pearling significantly affect the carbohydrate composition and digestion indices of barley. Waxy starch cultivars had less total starch and more rapidly digestible starch (RDS), rapidly available glucose (RAG), and β‐glucan than the other nonwaxy cultivars. Regardless of the barley type, the less pearled kernels had significantly lower total starch and higher total low molecular weight sugars, insoluble, and total fiber. However, β‐glucan content was fairly comparable in the whole grain and pearled fractions. Cooking had a significant effect on nutritional properties of Celebrity and AC Klinck cultivars. The only consistent significant difference between raw and cooked barley was resistant starch (RS), which increased after cooking regardless of cultivar or fraction. The study showed that barley cultivar and carbohydrate composition significantly affected starch digestion with some cultivar fractions holding a promise for the development of low glycemic index foods.  相似文献

Critical levels of tropospheric ozone, established for the protection of crops and other plants, are now reported as being exceeded over large forested areas, giving rise to the need for an extensive monitoring program to confirm ambient levels within the forest and to detect related forest health effects. The requirement for an inexpensive monitor that can be used in remote locations prompted the development of the Can Oxy PlateTM passive ozone monitor and a monitoring protocol by the air pollution research group of the Canadian Forest Service, Forest Health Network. The monitors underwent initial trials in 1996 and operational trials during 1997 that involved two 2-3 week mid summer exposures in the canopy at selected forest health monitoring plots across Canada, and at adjacent forest openings. In both trials monitors were also co-located with the nearest instrumental ozone monitor. This allowed for the production of a field calibration for quality assurance assessment under field conditions. Results from 1996 indicate highly significant correlations with accumulated ambient ozone concentrations from the instrumental monitors at the co-located sites (r=0.88, p=0.0002). However, no such relationship was found between these sites and the forest plots which were up to 200 kilometres away. This may indicate spatial heterogeneity in ozone exposure between the continuous air quality monitoring sites and the forest plots. This information, together with our knowledge that strong gradients of ozone exposure are found within the canopy, underlines the importance of in situ monitoring of ozone exposure of forest health plots at risk to ozone effects.  相似文献

近地层臭氧浓度增高对稻米品质的影响: FACE研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用稻田开放式空气中臭氧浓度增加(FACE,Free Air gas Concentration Enrichment)平台,以常规粳稻‘武粳15’和杂交粳稻‘陵风优18’为供试材料,设置大气背景臭氧浓度(Ambient)和高臭氧浓度(比Ambient增高21%,模拟21世纪中叶臭氧浓度)两个水平,研究臭氧胁迫对大田生长水稻成熟期稻米加工、外观、蒸煮/食味和营养品质的影响及其种间差异。结果表明,近地层臭氧浓度增高使稻米糙米率、精米率和整精米率均不同程度下降,其中精米率降幅达显著水平。与Ambient相比,臭氧胁迫使两品种稻米垩白米率、垩白大小和垩白度平均分别增加15.0%(P=0.10)、42.0%(P0.05)和60.5%(P0.05)。臭氧胁迫使稻米胶稠度平均降低7.1%(P0.05),但对两品种稻米直链淀粉和糊化温度均无显著影响。稻米RVA谱测定结果显示,臭氧胁迫对稻米最高黏度值、崩解值、冷胶黏度值、消减值和回复值均无显著影响。臭氧胁迫使两品种稻米蛋白质浓度呈增加趋势,但均未达显著水平。方差分析表明,多数情况下,两品种间稻米诸品质性状存在显著差异,但品种与臭氧的互作对所有测定指标均无显著影响,说明两品种稻米品质对臭氧胁迫的响应无明显差异。本试验在开放稻田条件下运行,适度臭氧胁迫使稻米垩白明显增加,胶稠度显著下降,但对其他米质指标影响较小,两品种趋势一致。  相似文献

The initial objective was to confirm evidence, obtained from field grown plants, for iron (Fe) accumulation in leaves under ozone exposure. Tobacco plants were grown in pots under either open air or growth chamber conditions. The ozone-sensitive cultivar Bel W3 showed symptoms of ozone injury only when grown outside, while the cultivar Virginia never developed symptoms. In both cultivars, basal leaves of plants grown outside had higher concentration of Fe, but not of manganese (Mn) or zinc (Zn), than those from the growth chamber. Results suggest an interference of the oxidative stress with the mechanisms regulating Fe homeostasis. A second objective was to test whether differences in tolerance to ozone correspond with differences in tolerance to Fe toxicity. Iron toxicity was induced by supplying an excess of Fe-EDTA to plants, grown hydroponically in a growth chamber, upon partial root cutting. Symptoms in leaves were more severe in Bel W3 than in Virginia, which suggested that mechanisms of tolerance to ozone were also effective against Fe toxicity. In both cultivars, a good correlation was determined between Fe accumulation and ethylene production in the leaves.  相似文献

Abstract

This work was established to study the effects of sources and levels of potassium (K) along with gypsum and the residual effects of K on growth and yield of two potato (Solanum tubrosum L.) cultivars. Two experiments were conducted under field conditions at the experimental station of “Sao Sebastião do Paraíso”; Southeastern Minas Gerais, Brazil. Tuber quality, yield components, and branches and leaves mineral composition were analyzed. In the first year, using the ‘Monallsa’ cultivar, there were significant effects of treatments on plant height, tuber dry matter, and plant mineral composition. In the second year, using the ‘Achat’ cultivar, the K application plus residual gypsum from the first year reduced plant physiological anomaly known as tuber cracking.  相似文献

Starch content of potato tubers in relation to K nutrition and tuber growth In a pot experiment with potato (cv Saturna) K content in tubers increased from 1.0 to 2.6 % of tuber-DM due to increasing rates of K fertilizer. Simultaneously starch in tuber fresh matter decreased from 21 to 15 %. Highest starch content in tuber dry matter was obtained in that K treatment which gave the highest yield in dry tubers. Measuring starch accumulation during tuber growth revealed that already in the flowering stage differences exist in the starch contents of the tuber dry matter between the lowest and highest K treatments, namely 69 % for K1 as compared with 64 % for K5. The rate of starch accumulation between flowering and final harvest, however, was similar in all K treatments. This suggests that K supply affects the storage tissue at an early stage of tuber development probably via different water relations of tubers.  相似文献

The effects of cultivar, growing location, and year on physicochemical and cooking characteristics of beans (Phaseolus vulgaris ) were investigated, and the relationship between these characteristics was determined. Twenty dry bean cultivars and breeding lines were grown at two different locations for two consecutive years (2013 and 2014) in southern Manitoba, Canada. Results indicated that cultivar, growing location, and year had significant effects on seed weight, water hydration capacity, and cooking time of beans. Significant cultivar, location, and year variations in protein, starch, and phytic acid contents in beans were observed. Most of the traits were also significantly affected by the interactions of cultivar × location, cultivar × year, and location × year. Seed weight was negatively correlated with crude protein and ash contents but positively correlated with starch content. Cooking time was negatively correlated with protein, ash, and phytic acid contents but positively correlated with firmness. Phytic acid content in beans was positively correlated with ash content. Knowledge gained from this study will be useful to bean breeders in selecting parental lines for crossing and cultivar development in efforts to improve the quality of beans.  相似文献

膜下滴灌作为当今重要的节水灌溉技术之一, 在内蒙古马铃薯种植上的应用存在过量灌水或灌水不及时等问题, 使其优势没有得到充分发挥。为了探讨适合内蒙古呼和浩特市武川地区膜下滴灌马铃薯生产的最佳灌溉频率, 以"克新一号"马铃薯的脱毒原种为材料, 采用田间小区试验, 研究了总灌水量为120 mm条件下, 3种不同灌溉周期(灌溉周期分别为4 d、8 d、12 d )对马铃薯生长、产量和水分利用效率的影响。结果表明, 灌溉周期为8 d的土壤湿润深度0~40 cm, 与马铃薯根系集中层吻合, 有利于马铃薯生长, 平均株高、干物质积累量、淀粉含量和水分利用效率分别为40.8 cm、8 683.0 kg·hm-2、13.9%、11.2 kg·mm-1, 分别比4 d和12 d灌溉周期的增加3.1%和4.1%、8.9%和10.1%、37.2%和9.3%、26.3%和33.3%; 而4 d灌溉周期的产量较高, 为35 398.5 kg·hm-2, 比8 d和12 d灌溉周期的分别增加12.1%和15.4%, 与8 d灌溉周期之间差异不显著。综合分析膜下滴灌灌溉频率对内蒙古武川地区马铃薯生长、产量和水分利用效率的影响, 得出8 d灌溉周期较为适宜。  相似文献

为了评价高淀粉马铃薯品种的综合品质性状,本研究以甘肃省农业科学院育成的15个马铃薯品种(系)为参试材料,2011-2018年连续8年定点田间试验,测定了块茎产量、营养品质(干物质、淀粉、维生素C、粗蛋白)含量和矿物质元素(钾、钙、铁、锌)含量。结果表明,参试材料的块茎产量和营养品质含量均存在显著的基因型、环境及基因型与环境的互作效应,其中块茎产量、淀粉产量、干物质含量、淀粉含量性状的基因型效应大于环境效应,而营养品质中的维生素C、粗蛋白和还原糖含量的环境效应大于基因型效应。参试材料的块茎产量24 549~50 140 kg·hm-2,淀粉产量4 271~9 298 kg·hm-2,干物质含量21.07%~30.18%,淀粉含量14.63%~21.83%,维生素C含量12.20~18.95 mg·100g-1,粗蛋白含量2.17%~2.71%,还原糖含量0.18%~0.43%,钾含量4 316~5 368 mg·kg-1,钙含量85.10~138.40 mg·kg-1,铁含量10.17~24.50 mg·kg-1,锌含量2.45~3.80 mg·kg-1。大西洋的衍生品种陇薯8号、陇薯9号、陇薯12号、陇薯14号、L0527-2、L08104-12、LZ111和L1149-2淀粉含量均超过18%,其中,L1149-2总体表现优异,其平均块茎产量50 140 kg·hm-2、淀粉产量9 298 kg·hm-2、干物质含量26.75%、淀粉含量19.30%、维生素C含量14.62 mg·100g-1、粗蛋白含量2.52%、还原糖含量0.28%、钾含量5 297 mg·kg-1、钙含量138.40 mg·kg-1、铁含量20.40 mg·kg-1、锌含量3.20 mg·kg-1;而陇薯5号淀粉产量及营养品质较差。本研究为合理利用陇薯系列高淀粉马铃薯品种提供了科学依据,对改良高淀粉马铃薯品种产量和品质具有指导意义。  相似文献

地表臭氧浓度增高情形下水稻减产,米质呈变劣趋势,但稻米热力学特征值的变化及其与生长季、品种以及籽粒着生部位的关系均不清楚。本研究利用自然光气体熏蒸平台,以8个水稻品种为材料,设置高臭氧浓度为100 nL·L-1,对照浓度为9 nL·L-1。连续两年系统研究了高臭氧浓度熏蒸对成熟稻穗不同部位糙米热力学特性(DSC)的影响。与对照相比,臭氧胁迫使稻米热焓值极显著下降4.15%,但对糊化起始温度、糊化峰值温度、糊化终止温度、DSC曲线峰宽和峰高均无显著影响;2017年度稻米热焓值、糊化峰值温度、糊化起始温度和峰高极显著大于2016年,但DSC曲线峰宽表现相反;稻米所有6个DSC特征值的品种间差异均达极显著水平。从稻穗不同位置看,所有测定参数均表现为稻穗上部 > 中部 > 下部,除糊化起始温度外差异均达极显著水平。方差分析表明,臭氧×年度对热焓值、糊化峰值温度和糊化终止温度的影响均达显著或极显著水平,臭氧×品种对糊化峰值温度、糊化终止温度、DSC曲线峰宽和峰高均有极显著影响,而臭氧×部位仅对DSC曲线峰宽有显著影响。以上数据表明,稻米淀粉DSC热力学参数因生长季、供试品种以及籽粒着生部位而异,臭氧胁迫环境下稻穗不同部位稻米的热焓值总体上均呈下降趋势,表现为更易糊化的特点。  相似文献
