采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取不同生长年限肉桂(Cinnamomum cassia)树皮的挥发油,HPLC法测定桂皮醛的含量,比较2~5、5~7、7~10、11~15、20年以上肉桂树皮中挥发油和桂皮醛的含量,以期为肉桂树皮确定最佳采收期。结果表明,肉桂树皮中挥发油含量随着树龄增加而升高;主要有效成分-桂皮醛在5~7年达到峰值后,随着树龄增加而减少。  相似文献

利用组织透明法研究了不同生长阶段肉桂鲜叶油细胞形态、分布情况,结果显示:油细胞总数随着肉桂叶的生长在不断增加,且精油在油细胞中的积累越来越多;利用挥发油测定器测定肉桂叶含油率并运用GCMS对精油主要成分及含量进行研究,结果表明:肉桂叶精油中的主要成分,随着肉桂叶的生长至成熟,肉桂醛的含量逐渐增加,而苯甲醛、乙酸肉桂酯、反式邻甲氧基肉桂醛的含量逐渐减少。因此,在肉桂叶采摘时,尽量避免叶片初萌的时间段,否则肉桂精油的含油率和肉桂醛含量将会降低。  相似文献

肉桂油在世界上享有盛名,产量占世界总产量的80%。作者用GC/MS联用仪对我国广东、广西、福建三省(区)的肉桂叶油和肉桂皮油进行了定性与定量分析。鉴定出广东肉桂叶油13个组分;广东肉桂皮油11个组分;广西肉桂叶油14个组分;广西肉桂皮油12个组分;福建肉桂叶油12个组分,结果表明五种肉桂油的化学组成基本相同,均以反式肉桂醛为主要成分,其含量分别为81.0,84.1,54.6,73.2和73.6%。  相似文献

肉桂(CinnamomumcassiaBI.),是我国华南地区特有的珍贵药材和食用香料。其主要产品为桂皮和桂油。桂皮是医药上的珍品,桂油是贵重的香料,广泛用于医药、食品及轻化工业上,也是我国传统出口商品。肉桂原产于广西、广东的湿热山区。据不完全统计,全国肉桂种植面积约17万hm‘,其中广西8万hm’,广东7.47万hm‘,云南、福建、海南有少量种植,四)11、湖南、贵州、浙江等省南部进行了引种栽培。近年来,国内外市场对肉桂的需求量增大,市场价格看好。肉桂每667m‘可植600~1000株,一般植后5年可开始采收,每667m’产桂皮200~300kg…  相似文献

以红芽肉桂和白芽肉桂为试材,对肉桂枝叶主要化学成分及出油率年变化规律进行研究,结果表明:红芽肉桂在整个生长周期的不同季节里,枝叶主要化学成分的含量在春季和秋季呈上升的趋势,夏季和冬季则呈下降的趋势;出油率以春季和秋季较高,夏季和冬季较低,尤以夏季出油率最低;红芽肉桂与白芽肉桂枝叶内总含醛量随着季节变化趋势一致,各月份保持相对稳定的状态,差异不大;枝叶出油率随着季节变化趋势基本一致,但各月份差异较大,在春梢生长时出油率能达全年最大值,夏季树体生长最旺盛,而出油率则达全年最小值,秋季和冬季呈上升的趋势。  相似文献

肉桂作为广西十大名特优经济果木林之一,最近十年来种植方兴未艾,发展势头迅猛.据1995年底统计,广西肉桂有林面积已经达到10.6万公顷,且时下新造肉桂林面积仍以每年7000~8000公顷的速度增加.1995年全区生产桂油641.5吨,桂皮1.67万吨,其中岑溪市所产的桂油、桂皮分别占全区的50%、30%.岑溪、藤县、平南、容县、苍梧、防城等地已成为广西肉桂的生产基地.  相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取炮制后肉桂的挥发油,HPLC法测定桂皮醛的含量,比较烘干、晒干、晾干3种方法对肉桂中挥发油和桂皮醛含量的影响,同时进一步考察了焖制对肉桂有效成分的影响。结果表明,肉桂加工炮制的最佳条件为:新鲜肉桂先放入冷水池中浸泡一昼夜,再放入加有生石灰的容器内密封,40℃保温2~3天,晾干。焖制后晾干的肉桂质量最好,香气最浓,有效成分肉桂油和桂皮醛含量最高。  相似文献

建立中药材肉桂的质量控制标准。测定不同产地10个批次肉桂的水分、总灰分、酸不溶灰分、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物、挥发油含量、肉桂醛含量和抑菌效果,并在此基础上建立各指标的质量控制标准。测得了肉桂各指标含量平均值,其中水分为5.73%,总灰分为5.34%,酸不溶性灰分为3.34%,冷浸法和热浸法水溶性浸出物分别为0.56%和3.50%,冷浸法和热浸法醇溶性浸出物分别为1.25%和3.25%,挥发油含量为3.52%,高效液相色谱法测定肉桂醛含量为0.30%,并具有较好的抑菌活性。建议肉桂的质量标准暂定为:水分含量4.98%~6.47%,总灰分含量不得高于6.10%,酸不溶性灰分不得高于3.84%,冷浸法和热浸法水溶性浸出物分别不得少于0.51%和3.41%,冷浸法和热浸法醇溶性浸出物分别不得少于1.08%和3.11%,挥发油含量不得少于3.44%,高效液相色谱法测定肉桂醛含量不得少于0.25%。  相似文献

肉桂(Cinnamomum cassia)是在我国南亚热带地区的一个重要的名优经济树种。针对国内现有栽培的肉桂品种单一、桂皮薄、培育大桂(桂板)所需时间较长、桂油含量较低、抗性较差和经营效益低等问题,引种越南清化肉桂(C.cassia B1.forma macrophylla),开展栽培和加工技术研究。试验结果表明,越南清化肉桂是适于我国南亚热带作为板桂培育的优良品种,可在适宜立地种植。  相似文献

To investigate whether drought tolerance of individual trees can be increased through the provision of more growing space, trees from a thinning experiment were analysed for reductions in radial growth during drought years and their subsequent recovery. Tree-ring widths were quantified on increment cores as well as stem discs of 32 trees from stands of a thinning trial established in 1974 in 27-year-old spruce stands in the Alpine Foreland of Southwest Germany. Three different thinning regimes of the trial were selected for this study: unthinned control (8 trees), moderate (13 trees) and heavy thinning (11 trees) intensities. All trees sampled were of a co-dominant to dominant canopy status. The standardisation of growth data was carried out using the software program ARSTAN (University of Arizona). For the year 1976—a widespread and severe drought year in Germany—we found year ring widths were not reduced compared to those of the pre-drought years for all treatments. However, we observed the formation of false year rings and resin ducts for this year in all trees investigated. The drought events in 1992 and 2003 led to severe growth depressions in the year of the drought event in all trees, regardless of previous thinning regimes. However, the resilience—the recovery of basal area growth in subsequent years—was significantly more rapid in trees from heavily thinned stands, even if the drought event occurred more than 10 years after the last thinning intervention. This indicates a shorter stress period for trees with more growing space, which may reduce the susceptibility to secondary pathogens or pest species such as bark beetles.  相似文献

对二年生肉桂枝条采用不同致伤方式接种发现,深刻伤引起发病的程序最严重,其次为浅刻伤,烫伤和针刺伤,病害程度与致伤类型关系密切,无伤接种不产生症状,但对嫩梢接种引起发病,枝条树皮相对含水量与病害程度显著相关,枝条失水愈多,发病愈严重,防止伤口,减轻干旱可对控制肉桂枝枯病的发生起积极作用。  相似文献

Possibilities for intercropping cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum J.Pres) under rubber (Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg.) were investigated. In one experiment, the 9.1 m inter row space of a 15 year old rubber plantation was intercropped with cinnamon. The effect of four cinnamon densities (17,500 bushes ha−1, 8,260 bushes ha−1, 7,980 bushes ha−1 and 3,980 bushes ha−1) and four levels of fertilizer (60 g bush−1, 120 g bush−1, 180 g bush−1 and 240 g bush−1) on cinnamon bark yield and yield components were tested in a split plot experiment. Interception of light by the rubber canopy, R:FR ratio of transmitted light under the rubber canopy and the fine root length density in the inter row was uniform in all treatments throughout the whole experimental period. R:FR ratio of light under cinnamon was significantly lower under the highest cinnamon plant density of 17,500 bushes ha−1. Bushes in the highest plant density treatment (D1) produced longer shoots than those in the lowest density treatment (D4), where the weight of bark cm−1 was greater. As a result there were no significant effects of plant density on cinnamon bark yield at the individual bush level. This also resulted in significantly greater weight of bark per ha in the highest density treatment (D1) indicating the possibility of increasing cinnamon plant density for obtaining greater bark yield from intercropping systems under considerable shade and root competition. Increasing the level of added fertilizer even up to four times the standard did not have any advantage on bark yield or its components.  相似文献

对金沙江干热河谷不同年龄构树皮的化学、纤维特性与制浆性能进行研究.结果表明,构皮纤维长、木素含量低,纤维素含量高,纤维形态好,易于成浆.随着年龄的增大,低龄构皮化学组分稍有增大,但至6-7 a,灰分和木素含量增大,纤维素和硝酸-乙醇纤维素含量明显下降,不利于成浆;1%Na0H抽提物一直呈缓慢上升趋势,第6-7年达到最高;构皮纤维长度、长宽比及长纤维比例都随年龄的增长而增加,3-5 a增至最大,第6年后呈快速下降趋势.2-4年生构皮手抄片有较高的结合强度和耐折度,5-7 a后趋于稳定.因此,优质构皮纤维原料最佳收获期为2-5 a,综合经济效益考虑,纤维原料人工林培育最佳周期为2-3 a.  相似文献

笔者在对杜仲密植栽培与常规栽培高生长、地径生长、胸径生长及树干性状进行对比试验研究的基础上,又对杜仲皮的产量进行了对比分析,结果表明:密植栽培与常规栽培的产量之间存在明显差异。密植栽培的杜仲皮每67m。的产量在111.0~134.5kg之间,平均为122.8kg,常规栽培的产量在40.9~44.2kg之间,平均为42.6kg,密植栽培的平均产量是常规栽培的2.8倍。  相似文献

16年生火炬松纸浆材性状研究表明:管胞长度径向呈递增稳定的模式,纵向呈递减变化;其长宽比变异类似于管胞长度的变化;管胞长度变化范围为1.403~4.456mm,长宽比为46.7~70.1,腔径比为0.711~0.786,壁腔比为0.381~0.496。基本密度径向由0.324g/cm3递增到0.428g/cm3;纵向递减,其均值变动于0.314~0.401g/cm2;株间木材密度均值与管胞长度两性状不相关。纤维素含量由髓心附近37.04%递增到树皮附近43.91%,木素、多缩戊糖含量分别由28.78%、14.59%递减到25.74%、12.05%,其苯醇抽出物含量变化在2.12%~8.38%之间。火炬松木材幼龄期约为10~13a。基于火炬松木材各树龄材性的变化,结合生长量指标,确定其短周期纸浆林适宜采伐树龄约为12~13a。  相似文献
