以2%蔗糖溶液为对照,在对照中分剐加入50mg/L水杨酸、50mg/L苯甲酸+50mg/L山梨酸和100mg/1.山梨酸的保鲜液保鲜香石竹鲜切花。结果表明,这5个处理都能增加花朵鲜重,促进花朵开放,增加叶片叶绿素和花瓣蛋白质含量,延长花朵寿命,提高观赏价值。含有50mg/L苯甲酸+50mg/L山梨酸保鲜液比单独使用水杨酸和山梨酸效果好。  相似文献

对不同糖浓度的保鲜液影响菊花切花在保鲜期间的瓶插鲜重、花径、水分平衡值等方面进行研究。结果表明,不同的蔗糖浓度对菊花切花的瓶插鲜重、花径、水分平衡值的影响都有着显著的差异:4%的蔗糖浓度有利于延长切花的瓶插寿命,并能增大花朵直径以及提高切花观赏品质。主要从不同蔗糖浓度影响下的切花鲜重变化、花径、水分平衡值及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性4个方面进行比较,筛选出瓶插液的适宜蔗糖浓度为4%。  相似文献

The incidence of secondary growing-centres within the flowers of carnation was increased when plants were chilled at 5°C for 1–3 weeks during flower development. Application of GA3 to shoots in the early stages of flower formation also caused an increase in the number of secondary growing-centres formed. Shoot tips excised from plants that had been chilled yielded greater amounts of diffusible gibberellin-like substances than shoot tips excised from plants that had been grown at normal glasshouse temperatures. It is suggested that endogenous gibberellins have a role in controlling the formation of secondary growing-centres within the flower.  相似文献

研究通过4种不同浓度保鲜液配比,测定分析了百合和康乃馨切花花瓣中POD、SOD、CAT3种主要保护酶的活性及切花的鲜重率.结果表明:POD百合花瓣低于康乃馨,SOD二者相近,CAT百合花瓣高于康乃馨.4种配比的保鲜液对二者切花的抗衰性均比CK强,其中最佳配比是处理4.2种切花的鲜重率、保水性最好的也是处理4.研究证明,切花保鲜抗衰由内因决定外果,以保护酶的活性最为关键.  相似文献

 研究了降解前后的海带多糖对瓶插香石竹切花的保鲜效果,结果表明:降解后的海带多糖能使切花寿命延长5—8 d,最大花径增大1 2 em,呼吸高峰推迟4~6 d,细胞膜相对透性小,较好地维持水分平衡,切花鲜样质量增加,观赏效果提高。海带多糖降解后浓度为2.0 g/L效果最好。  相似文献

A method of determining ethylene production by detached flowers is described. A surge of ethylene has been shown to accompany the wilting of carnation flowers at the end of senescence. This surge is independent of fungal infection and it is concluded that in the infected flower the major source of ethylene production is the host tissues.

A similar surge of ethylene production has been observed when the inflorescence wilts on the plant between 20 and 40 days from flower opening.

At temperatures above 7·2° C. (45° F.) the ethylene surge was accompanied by collapse of the petals and rapid loss of water. Cut flowers kept continuously below 7·2° C. slowly declined in weight, the petals became flaccid and ethylene production was negligible. Infection of the flowers with fungus did not materially alter the effect of temperature on the ethylene production.  相似文献

以蔗糖、8-羟基喹啉硫酸盐、柠檬酸、磷酸二氢钠等配制的不同配方的保鲜剂对4种鲜切花(香石竹、非洲菊、菊花、月季)进行瓶插试验,观察了不同配方的保鲜剂在当地自然条件下对切花外观品质和瓶插寿命的影响,从中筛选出各种鲜切花的较佳保鲜配方。结果表明:处理1-3(5%蔗糖+200 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉硫酸盐+50 mg/L醋酸银)对香石竹切花保鲜有较好的效果;处理2-2(3%蔗糖+150 mg/L柠檬酸+200 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉硫酸盐)对抑制非洲菊鲜切花弯头效果好,能有效地延长花期;处理3-1(3%蔗糖+30 mg/L硝酸银+150 mg/L柠檬酸)对菊花切花的保鲜效果较好;处理4-1(2%蔗糖+200 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉硫酸盐+200 mg/L硝酸钙)和4-2(4%蔗糖+50 mg/L8-羟基喹啉硫酸盐+100 mg/L异抗坏血酸)对月季切花均有着较好的保鲜效果。  相似文献

Summary

Flowers of Dendrobium `Pompadour' developed premature petal and sepal senescence following pollination. Pollination induced an ethylene climacteric accompanied by a small respiratory climacteric, epinasty and increased flower or inflorescence fresh weight and water uptake. Pollination did not alter petal and sepal anthocyanin content and ion leakage, and lip, petal and sepal fresh weight and dry weight. The fresh weight and dry weight of stigmas (columns) together with pedicels increased significantly after pollination. Ovary growth of pollinated orchid flowers with petals and sepals intact was greater than that of pollinated orchid flowers without petals and sepals, while their water uptake was not significantly different.  相似文献

以不同浓度8-羟基喹啉(8-HQ)和柠檬酸(CA)进行组合作为保鲜液,通过外部形态观察和生理指标测定,研究保鲜剂对切花菊的保鲜效果。结果表明:8-HQ和CA对延缓切花菊的衰老有明显作用,可延长其瓶插寿命,增加花枝鲜重,减缓花瓣组织中蛋白质和糖含量的分解速度。处理A 3%蔗糖+100 mg/L 8-HQ+200 mg/L CA保鲜效果最好,可使切花菊的瓶插寿命比对照延长10 d。  相似文献

The effect of day and night temperatures of 10, 14 and 18°C on growth and flowering under short days was studied with six cultivais of chrysanthemum. A high day temperature resulted in earlier flowering and taller stems, but did not influence flower number and final total fresh weight, and only slightly influenced the distribution of fresh matter over stem, leaves and flowers. A high night temperature resulted in earlier flowering, more flowers and reduced stem and leaf weight. It did not affect leaf number and it influenced height and total fresh weight only slightly. Except for height, the day temperature acted independently from the night temperature. The cultivars responded similarly, except for two cultivars which generally did not flower at 10/10,10/14 and 14/10°C D/N. One cul-tivar produced more flowers at 14 than at 18°C.  相似文献

采用顶空固相微萃取结合气相色谱质谱联机分析方法研究了蜡梅4个品种不同开花期的香气成分,并分析了其花茶适制性。结果表明:4个品种主要香气成分为别罗勒烯、罗勒烯、乙酸苄酯和水杨酸甲酯,相对含量之和占总量80%以上。从花蕾期到盛开期,香气成分变化不大,在开花过程中萜烯类化合物相对含量增加,而酯类化合物相对含量减少。随着蜡梅花内被片紫色条纹数量增加,香气中萜烯类和酯类化合物相对含量比值(T/E)减小,而在开花过程中,T/E值增加。花蕾期和盛开期香气相似率达0.990以上,表明开花过程中香气类型变化不大。花蕾期和萎蔫期的鲜花窨制的花茶香气弱,香气和滋味得分低于盛开期,红心品种窨制的花茶幽香不足,香气和滋味得分低于其他品种。在花茶生产上,以选择内被片紫色条纹较少的素心和乔种品种,且盛开的鲜花为宜。  相似文献

Complete flower bud opening is characterised by an increase in the petal area, and by enhanced dry and fresh weights of the petals. The import of dry matter into the petals is used for osmotic, biosynthetic and respiratory demands. However, flowers of ‘Madelon’ cut roses frequently fail to open completely under postharvest conditions. An aqueous solution containing 45 mM sucrose induces proper flower bud opening, even when the cut roses have been exposed initially to a sucrose-free solution for 48 h. This points to a requirement for a supply of organic matter from source tissue to the flower as main sink. This conclusion is confirmed by the observation that complete flower bud opening can also be achieved without any addition of sucrose by a reduction in the number of participating petals. Replacing two-thirds part of the 45 mM sucrose by an isomolalic amount of KNO3 does not affect the flower opening process, implying that a considerable amount of the added sucrose is claimed for osmoregulation. The role of added sucrose and the contribution of the endogenous storage pool in the process of flower bud opening is discussed.  相似文献

以蔗糖(Suc)、8-羟基喹啉硫酸盐(8-HQS)、柠檬酸(CA)、硫酸铝(Al2(SO4)3)、6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)为保鲜剂的基本成分,研究不含Ag+盐的保鲜剂(20 g/L Suc+200 mg/L 8-HQS+150 mg/L CA+50 mg/L Al2(SO4)3+1 mg/L 6-BA)对香石竹切花的保鲜效应。结果表明:此保鲜剂能明显促进花枝吸水,改善体内水分平衡,延缓膜脂降解,提高花枝鲜重,增加花径,延长瓶插寿命。  相似文献

Carnation (Dianthus caryophyllus L.) cultivar ‘Scania 3C’ flowers were cut, either as tight buds or when coloured petals had begun to be visible as a “red cross”, and treated with various chemical solutions prior to storage for 14, 16, 20 or 24 weeks at 0–1°C.Pre-conditioning in a solution containing silver thiosulphate (STS) 550 mg/l and sucrose (S) 100 g/l improved the quality of flowers opened after 14 weeks of storage; flower diameters and vase-life were similar to those of fresh, non-stored flowers. Carnation buds were also successfully stored for up to 16 weeks when pre-conditioned with STS and sucrose, but the vase-life of opened flowers was shorter than that of freshly cut buds. The use of this preservative in conditioning, combined with dip treatment in a 0.1% solution of the potent fungicides Rovral or Sumilex before storage, improved the quality of flowers after 16–24 weeks of storage and allowed a vase-life of 7–8 days, respectively. Storage of carnation buds for 20 weeks at low pressure conditions (LPS) considerably improved the quality of flowers compared with 20 weeks of a standard air-storage technique. Carnation buds stored under LPS conditions all developed into fully opened flowers, irrespective of pre-conditioning, although acceptable quality and vase-life were only achieved by those which were pre-conditioned with STS+S prior to storage.  相似文献

试验测定了菊花、玫瑰花、百合花、木棉花、山茶花、唐菖蒲花等6种名贵花卉的植物学性状,花瓣不同部位的营养成分、pH和SOD活性。结果表明:菊花花瓣高蛋白质、玫瑰花瓣高还原糖、百合花瓣高SOD和总糖、木棉花瓣高VC、山茶花和唐菖蒲花瓣可溶性固形物高,证明6种花卉的花瓣可食用、药用、保健用,是原生态的食用珍品。  相似文献

 以牡丹( Paeonia suffruticosa) 品种‘洛阳红’和‘胡红’为材料, 研究了花开放和衰老过程中花瓣可溶性糖及其代谢相关酶活性的变化。结果表明: 伴随花瓣的迅速生长展开, 总可溶性糖呈现迅速增加的趋势, 特别是己糖(葡萄糖和果糖) 含量显著增加, 盛开后己糖水平达到最高, 而蔗糖含量呈现逐渐下降的变化。己糖和蔗糖降解指数(SDI) 与花枝质量呈现极显著的正相关; 花瓣酸性转化酶活性维持较高水平, 开花过程中活性逐渐升高, 开放后逐渐下降。经主成分回归分析, 可溶性糖的代谢依赖于酸性转化酶、中性转化酶、蔗糖合成酶和蔗糖磷酸合成酶的共同作用。结果提示, 牡丹花瓣中己糖的积累在花开放和衰老过程中起着重要作用。  相似文献

在日光温室内以“恋人”、“紫罗兰”、“香妃”、“魅力”和“玛斯特”5个香石竹品种为试材,进行一次摘心、一次半摘心、二次摘心、二次半摘心4种不同摘心方式处理,测定各处理的切花产量及品质指标.结果表明:随摘心次数的增加,分枝数增加,切花量上升,但切花率下降,花茎变短,花径变小,切花品质下降.摘心方式对不同品种的分枝数、切花量度品质的影响不一致.一次半摘心处理,切花量及切花率较高且品质优良,为多数切花品种的最佳摘心方式.  相似文献

为了评价不同切花菊品种花瓣飞燕草素苷合成能力,以3个粉色系切花菊品种为材料,采用飞燕草素前体二氢杨梅素2 mg · mL-1溶液对花瓣进行离体添加培养,建立菊花飞燕草素苷超高效液相UPLC分析技术,并用于菊花花瓣中飞燕草素苷的鉴定。结果表明,菊花花青苷可采用0.1 mol · L-1盐酸甲醇及同体积的10%甲酸水提取,0.22 μm膜过滤。通过洗脱条件的优化可在9 min内实现飞燕草素苷与其他花青苷的分离,当飞燕草素在2.5 ~ 40 mg · L-1范围内时与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.997。3个粉色系菊花品种均具有催化二氢杨梅素合成飞燕草素的能力,且飞燕草素含量均在220 μg · g-1 FW以上,表明3个品种均可作为蓝色花色转基因候选品种。  相似文献

 研究了GA3 等5种植物生长调节剂对睡莲切花的保鲜效应。结果表明:GA350 mg·L-1 处理的保鲜效果最佳,能增大花径,使花茎挺直和延长切花开放时间,有利于维持花枝鲜样质量,减缓花瓣pH值和膜相对透性上升的幅度,从而延长瓶插寿命。PP333 10 mg·L-1 和CCC 10 mg·L-1 处理的保鲜效应不显著。6-BA 1 mg·L-1 和NAA 1 mg·L-1 瓶插处理不适用于睡莲切花保鲜。  相似文献

 通过RT-PCR和RACE技术克隆得到了牡丹(Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.)中编码9–顺式–环氧类胡萝卜素加双氧酶蛋白(NCED)的一条cDNA基因全长(暂命名为Ps-NCED1)。进化树分析显示Ps-NCED1的氨基酸序列与葡萄、马铃薯、胡萝卜等植物中的NCED一致性均达到了70%以上。通过与拟南芥中CCD(类胡萝卜素分解加双氧酶)家族氨基酸序列比对后发现,Ps-NCED1与调控ABA合成的At-NCED3一致性最高。对花朵中内源ABA的研究发现,ABA在花朵蕾期及衰老期含量较高,盛开期时含量较低,表明ABA对于植物的开放衰老具有促进作用。相对荧光定量PCR分析发现:在花朵完全开放的牡丹植株中,Ps-NCED1在根、茎、叶、花托、萼片、花瓣、心皮、雄蕊中的表达量以在根和雄蕊中较高,在叶和萼片中最低。在外源ABA处理的牡丹花瓣中,Ps-NCED1表达量变化与内源ABA含量变化具有相同的趋势,推测该基因是调控内源ABA含量的主要基因。  相似文献
