用不同浓度的S-3307溶液浸种,对小麦种子发芽率没有明显地影响,对发芽势和发芽指数有抑制作用,分别降低11.1%~22.2%和6.9%~16.0%。用S-3307溶液浸种的,由于单株于重增加,尤其是根系干重增加较多,所以活力指数有所提高。用S-3307溶液浸种的,麦苗素质提高.抗逆性增强,先合性能改善,为提高单产奠定基础。  相似文献

In rice–wheat systems, late sowing of wheat is the major reason of low yield. This yield reduction is principally due to lower and erratic germination, and poor crop establishment because of low temperature prevailing. The present study was conducted to explore the possibility of improving late sown wheat performance by seed priming techniques. Seed priming strategies were: on‐farm seed priming, hydropriming for 24 h, seed hardening for 12 h and osmohardening with KCl or CaCl2 for 12 h. Seed priming improved emergence, stand establishment, tiller numbers, allometry, grain and straw yield, and harvest index. However, seed priming techniques did not affect plant height, number of spikelets, number of grains and 1000 grain weight. Osmohardening with CaCl2 gave more grain and straw yield and harvest index compared with control and other priming treatments, followed by osmohardening with KCl and on‐farm seed priming. Improved yield was attributed principally to better stand establishment and improved number of fertile tillers. Seed priming techniques can be effectively used to improve the performance of late sown wheat.  相似文献

花楸树果实浸泡液的萌发抑制作用   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
对花楸树种子形态及果肉、种子、去皮种子不同浸泡时间下的浸泡液对小麦和白菜种子发芽率及幼苗生长的抑制作用进行了研究。结果表明,花楸树果实果肉、种子、去皮种子浸泡液中均含有水溶性萌发抑制物质,不仅抑制小麦、白菜种子萌发,而且抑制其幼苗高生长和根的伸长。在几种浸泡时间中,浸泡8小时的去皮种子浸泡液对白菜、小麦种子发芽率的抑制作用最为明显,其发芽率分别为65%、89%,但随着浸泡时间的延长而降低;浸泡8h的果肉浸泡液对白菜和小麦幼苗高生长和根伸长的抑制作用最为明显,种子和去皮种子浸泡液(8h)的抑制作用对小麦和白菜的抑制作用次之,随着浸泡时间的延长,果肉浸泡液的抑制作用逐渐减弱,因而采收下来的果实及时净种是清除果肉水溶性抑制物质简单有效的方法。种子内部所含的一些成分是引起种子休眠及发芽率低的内因。  相似文献

Quantitative trait loci (QTL) controlling germination, seed vigour and longevity, and early seedling growth were identified using a set of common wheat lines carrying known D genome introgression segments. Seed germination (capacity, timing, rate and synchronicity) was characterized by a standard germination test, based either on the 1 mm root protrusion (germination sensu stricto) or the development of normal seedlings. To quantify seed vigour, the same traits were measured from batches of seed exposed for 72 h at 43°C and high (ca. 100%) humidity. Seed longevity was evaluated from the relative trait values. Seedling growth was assessed both under non-stressed and under osmotic stress conditions. Twenty QTL were mapped to chromosomes 1D, 2D, 4D, 5D, and 7D. Most of the QTL for germination sensu stricto clustered on chromosome 1DS in the region Xgwm1291Xgwm337. A region on chromosome 7DS associated with Xgwm1002 harboured loci controlling the development of normal seedlings. Seed vigour-related QTL were present in a region of chromosome 5DL linked to Xgwm960. QTL for seed longevity were coincident with those for germination or seed vigour on chromosomes 1D or 5D. QTL for seedling growth were identified on chromosomes 4D and 5D. A candidate homologues search suggested the putative functions of the genes within the respective regions. These results offer perspectives for the selection of favourable alleles to improve certain vigour traits in wheat, although the negative effects of the same chromosome regions on other traits may limit their practical use.  相似文献

To examine the effect of high temperature during seed development and maturation on seed quality of wheat, seeds of four heattolerant and two heat-sensitive wheat genotypes obtained normal and high temperature growing conditions were tested for quality. High parent plant growth temperature during seed development and maturation resulted in poor seed quality. The effect of parent plant growth temperature on seed germination and speed of germination was inconsistent between heat tolerant and heat-sensitive wheat genotypes. Seed vigor as indicated by seed density, conductivity of seed leachates, seedling dry weight, production of normal seedlings, seed reserve utilization efficiency, and seedling emergence were reduced in all wheat genotypes due to higher parent plant growth temperature but heat-sensitive wheat genotypes were affected more than the heat-tolerant genotypes.  相似文献

选用陕西关中3种不同类型的小麦品种为材料,采用人工加速老化处理法,对不同类型小麦种子活力差异的生理生化特性及其对老化处理的响应进行了研究。结果表明,与标准条件下的活力测定相比,人工加速老化法更能反映不同类型小麦种子间活力的遗传差异。杂交种西杂1号和农家种蚂蚱麦老化处理种子的发芽势、活力指数、脱氢酶和淀粉酶活性等的降低幅度显著小于常规育成品种小偃22,且西杂1号老化种子浸出液电导率和MDA含量的增长幅度显著小于小偃22。  相似文献

当年收获的新鲜番茄籽经过适时(12小时)通气吸水处理后再度干燥至原含水量,短期贮藏后萌发实验表明,番茄种子预浸可以有效地破除新鲜籽的“浅休眠”,可以缩短番茄种子的萌发时间,提高种子萌发的一致性,并明显地增加幼苗主根的长度。种子发芽基质若添加一定浓度的赤霉素,也可以打破番茄鲜籽的“浅休眠”,但对番茄种子发芽的其它特点影响不大。试验结果还表明,预浸与赤霉素时番茄种子的生活力没有明显的作用。  相似文献

以红蓼(Polygonum orientale L.)种子为试验材料,研究不同药剂和不同水温浸种、不同储藏方式对红蓼种子萌发的影响.结果表明:红蓼种子在0.5 g/mL浓度的NaOH下浸泡45 min发芽率最高,达99.63%;综合NaOH浓度及处理时间,在0.3~0.5 g/mL范围,浸泡45 min可以使红蓼种子发芽快而整齐,发芽率高.低温贮藏可以打破红蓼种子休眠,室外地表自然放置发芽率较高,达19.93%,显著高于常温保存.红蓼种子浸种2h后吸水速度最快,24 h达吸水高峰;60℃温水浸种24 h发芽效果好于其他水温,发芽率达26.67%;70℃处理种子失去生活力.萘乙酸、吲哚乙酸处理红蓼种子效果不显著.种皮硬度及休眠是影响红蓼种子发芽的主要原因.  相似文献

Because preharvest sprouting decreases quantity and quality of wheat grain, researchers need effective protocols to assess response to preharvest sprouting conditions. The aim of this study was to determine which temperature gives the greatest difference in seed germination and expression of seed dormancy in 10 spring wheat genotypes. The genotypes were grown in the field near Swift Current, Saskatchewan in 2000 in a randomized complete block with four replicates. Seed samples were harvested at approximately 25% moisture content (wet weight basis) and dried to 12% moisture content with minimal after-ripening. Germination was under controlled environment at temperatures of 10, 15, 20 and 30 °C in darkness. A weighted germination index (WGI) was calculated. The analysis of WGI, for each temperature, showed highly significant (p ≤ 0.01) genotype effects on germination. Most genotypes decreased in WGI (increased dormancy) as temperature was increased from 10 to 30 °C. The greatest differences in seed germination tended to be at 15 °C and 20 °C. The level of seed dormancy depended on the genotype and germination temperature. This revised version was published online in August 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

采用了多因子变量的方法,以当年采收(优质)和自然储藏1年(劣质)的一串红种子为材料,用不同浓度PEG、KNO3、PEG+KNO3和不同处理时间对一串红种子进行引发效果研究,旨在提高一串红种子的发芽率。结果表明:(1)1.0%PEG处理12h可以提高优劣种子的发芽率约为16.7%;(2)2.5%KNO3处理12h提高的发芽率分别为20%,26.7%;(3)1.0%PEG+2.5%KNO3处理优劣种子12h发芽率分别可以提高23.3%,26.7%.  相似文献

以Toscane等红掌种子为材料,研究了红掌种子萌发特性。结果表明,红掌种子萌发是一个缓慢的过程,且萌发不整齐。基因型不同,红掌种子的萌发率不同。采用直播萌发试验,不同基因型黄种子的最高和最低萌发率相差83.18%。不同成熟度的种子萌发率不同,黄种子萌发率最高,干种子次之,青种子最低。萌发条件对红掌种子萌发有显著的影响,光照12h/d显著提高种子萌发率,变温条件下红掌种子的萌发率和萌发指数比恒温条件下高。  相似文献

以玉米耐寒自交系黄C和低温敏感自交系Mo17为材料, 研究了亚精胺(Spd)和精胺(Spm)引发对玉米种子吸胀中的耐冷性和种子发芽能力的影响。种子经0.25 mmol L-1的Spd和Spm引发72 h后, 在5℃下低温吸胀不同时间(12、24、36和48 h)。结果表明, Spd和Spm引发提高了胁迫期间两自交系胚内过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性, 以及可溶性蛋白质和脯氨酸(Pro)含量, 降低了胚渗出液的核苷酸含量, 同时显著提高发芽率, 并显著缩短平均发芽时间。低温吸胀48 h后, 与对照相比, Spd和Spm处理分别提高两自交系种子的平均发芽率18.5%和14.0%, 分别缩短平均发芽时间1.21 d和1.14 d。黄C在种子吸胀期间的耐冷性强于Mo17。总之, Spd和Spm处理能提高玉米种子吸胀期间的耐冷性, 提高低温胁迫下种子发芽能力。  相似文献

用不同浓度的PIPA处理予浸泡的小麦种子,对小麦萌发种子细胞内代谢有明显的影响。低剂量(40-80ppm)的PIPA能提高幼苗淀粉酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性,增加叶绿素和核酸含量,从而促进种子萌发和幼苗的生长,而高浓度(120-160ppm以上)表现出上述各项生理指标呈明显的下降趋势。实验表明,一定浓度PIPA能提高酶活性,增加叶绿素和核酸含量,促进幼苗生长良好,为后期的生长发育打下良好的基础。  相似文献

对48个白皮小麦种质及2个红皮小麦种质连续3年测定结果,品种间收获前穗发芽率,籽粒发芽率及收获后种子休眠特性差异显著。穗发芽敏感性因年份和种子发育时期而异,开花后35-40天较敏感,品种间差异大。休眠期长短与穗发芽率间呈极显著负相关。收获后的种子α-淀粉酶活性,降落值,与穗发芽率间分别呈极显著正相关和极显著负相关。  相似文献

小麦生芽粒包括萌动粒及较为严重的发芽小麦,当生芽率大于10%时,对小麦的工艺品质、储藏品质、加工品质都会造成影响.生芽后,会产生大量的α—淀粉酶,而降落数值能反映α-淀粉酶活性及小麦发芽损坏程度.通过选取陕西地区2013年新收获小麦并检测其生芽率和降落数值,发现降落数值低于150 s的占37.5%,在200 s~300 s之间的占62.5%,而且随着生芽率的增加,降落数值呈下降趋势,此试验对加强储藏条件的选择和控制,减少储藏期间的损失提供参考.  相似文献

对河北省种质库中21种作物1.3万多份种子进行了生活力监测,结果表明,①贮存12~17年后,94.55%以上的被监测种子发芽率仍保持在80%以上,但有292份种子(占被监测份数的2.00%)发芽率出现了明显下降(从80%以上降至70%以下)。②不同作物种子发芽率的变化趋势不完全相同,燕麦和冬小麦亲本两种作物种子平均监测发芽率出现了显著下降。同一作物不同品种、荞麦、冬小麦和玉米不同类型、燕麦入库不同批次、夏大豆不同收获年代等贮藏后发芽率的变化也存在明显差异。与黄粒玉米相比,白粒玉米监测发芽率显著低于入库发芽率,但尚需扩大监测品种数量以验证其普遍性。  相似文献
