由南京农业大学中兽医教研室研制的中药制剂“促孕灌注液”,不但能治疗母畜由于卵巢静止和持久黄体等引起的不孕症,而且能预防和治疗母畜子宫内膜炎。笔者用它治疗种猪子宫内膜炎18例,收到满意疗效。在临床治疗18头母猪中有二元2~3胎母猪14头,大约克、长白青年母猪3头,治疗前体温在38.8℃~40.5℃之间,少食或不食,有13头子宫分泌物呈黏液脓性,另5头分泌物呈脓性,发情后屡配不孕,用青、链霉素子宫灌注和肌肉注射,疗效不佳,后改用“促孕灌注液”进行子宫灌注治疗。先用0.1%新洁尔灭溶液消毒输药橡皮导管和外阴部,再用0.3%高锰酸钾水溶液冲洗…  相似文献

应用新型中药促孕灌注液对连云港禽蛋开发中猪场经产母猪进行产后子宫内膜炎的治疗和预防实验,同时观察其促孕效果,治疗结果表明,新促孕液对子宫内膜炎有较好的疗效,且比常规用西药治疗疗程缩短,省时省力省钱;预防实验结果显示,该药能明显降低子宫内为的发病率,显著缩短母猪产后至发情的间隔时间,具有显著的催情促孕效果。  相似文献

通过临床试验,观察促孕灌注液对奶牛子宫内膜炎、产后胎衣不下和不孕症的治疗效果。选取子宫内膜炎、胎衣不下和不孕症自然发病的奶牛随机分组,以双黄连灌注液为对照药物,按照100m L/次的用量给药,分别以子宫内膜炎痊愈、胎衣排出和受胎率为指标对比促孕灌注液、双黄连灌注液对三种疾病的治疗效果。结果显示,促孕灌注液和双黄连灌注液连续使用3d对轻度子宫内膜炎和胎衣不下的有效率均为100%,连续使用3~7d对重度子宫内膜炎的有效率为100%。对于不孕症的治疗效果,因持久黄体导致不孕的用药后受胎率达到70%~80%,因屡配不孕导致的用药后受胎率达到70%。可以得出,促孕灌注液和双黄连灌注液均可作为治疗奶牛子宫内膜炎和胎衣不下的有效药物,对治疗因持久黄体和屡配不孕导致的不孕症也有很好的疗效。  相似文献

以双黄连灌注液和澳富龙(10%土霉素子宫注入剂)为对照药物,通过临床试验观察促孕灌注液对奶牛子宫内膜炎、产后胎衣不下和屡配不孕的防治作用。选取子宫内膜炎、胎衣不下和屡配不孕自然发病的奶牛随机分组,按照100mL/d的用量给药,分别以子宫内膜炎痊愈、胎衣排出和受胎率为指标对比促孕灌注液、双黄连灌注液和澳富龙对三种疾病的治疗效果。结果表明,促孕灌注液和双黄连灌注液连续使用3d对轻度子宫内膜炎的有效率分别为94.4%和100%,对胎衣不下的有效率均为100%;连续使用4d对重度子宫内膜炎的有效率分别为70.0%和75.0%,澳富龙对重度子宫内膜炎和胎衣不下的有效率分别为100%和50.0%。促孕灌注液和双黄连灌注液均可作为治疗奶牛子宫内膜炎和胎衣不下的有效药物。  相似文献

以苯甲酸雌二醇为阳性对照,生理盐水为阴性对照,观察了中药促孕液对21日龄雌性小白鼠卵巢发育、对成年去卵巢小鼠子宫内膜和阴道上皮结构以及阴道上皮脱落细胞角化率的影响.结果表明,促孕液能显著促进幼鼠卵巢发育,使其提早出现性成熟后的形态学特征;也能促进去卵巢小鼠子宫内膜和阴道上皮增生、分泌,提高阴道上皮脱落细胞的角化率,但其作用强度明显弱于雌二醇,提示促孕液具有微弱的雌激素样作用.这种作用是促孕液治疗母畜卵巢静止和持久黄体性不孕症的机理之一.  相似文献

运用微循环研究技术和器官运动描记技术观察中药促孕液及其组分药红花、淫羊藿和益母草对大鼠肠系膜微循环和家兔子宫运动的影响。结果表明,促孕液能使大鼠肠系膜微动脉、微静脉扩张,毛细血管网交点数增加,具有显著的改善微循环的作用,其中红花和益母草起主要作用;促孕液也能缓和地促进子宫运动,其中红花起主要作用。这两种作用是促孕液治疗母畜卵巢静止和持久黄体性不孕症的部分机理。  相似文献

本研究应用盐酸山莨菪碱(150mg)及微量的雌激素(4mg)对1~4胎90天以上未出现发情的不孕奶牛45例进行催情,其有效率为71.11%(32/45),其中卵巢静止为60%(15/25),持久黄体85%(17/20)。同时还发现用上述两种药物处理的10例患牛的血清孕酮含量在注射后的120小时以内均有程度不同的下降;当血清孕酮最低峰值<1.0ng/ml时临床呈现发情征象的持久黄体牛为83.3%(5/6);卵巢静止为100%(4/4)。5例仅用微量雌激素(4mg)注射的患牛孕酮含量虽有变化但临床上均不出现显性发情征状。初步证明:盐酸山莨菪与微量雌激素协同可对奶牛有明显的催情作用。  相似文献

应用兽用新药──“促孕一剂灵”治疗了30头久配不孕的中国荷斯坦牛。结果表明,“促孕一剂灵”对几种疾病性不孕症的治愈率分别是:隐性子宫内膜炎60%(6/10);慢性卡他性子宫内膜炎50%(2/4);脓性子宫内膜炎.33。3%(1/3);卵巢囊肿(同时配合应用激素药物治疗)50%(2/4);而对幼稚病、持久黄体及输卵管阻塞的治愈率都为零。上述结果说明,“促孕一剂灵”对子宫内膜的轻度炎症治疗效果较好,随炎症程度的加重,其治愈率降低。在应用。促孕一剂灵”治疗的同时,配合应用其它药物效果更好  相似文献

根据牛离体卵巢黄体的不同状况,将31枚卵巢分为5种类型,并采用机构方法分离腔前卵泡,观察不同黄体状况卵巢与腔前卵泡采集数量的关系,结果表明,火山口型,圆锥型和蘑菇型3种大黄体的卵巢腔前卵泡采集量多,扁平片状和表面无黄体型卵巢腔前卵泡采集量较少,具有黄体状况的卵巢初级卵泡(Pm)采集数量多于无黄体类型卵巢,原始卵泡(Pf) 以3种黄体较大的卵巢采集数量最多,次级卵泡(Sc)则以黄体为火山口型卵巢为最多,说明卵巢黄体状况不同,其腔前卵泡采集数量有所不同。  相似文献

应用免疫组织化学技术和图象分析方法对乏情期、怀孕期牦牛卵巢的促卵泡素受体(FSHR)、促黄体素受体(LHR)的表达特点进行了研究。结果表明,牦牛卵巢的皮质、髓质、颗粒层和膜内层、黄体中都分布有FSHR和LHR。且牦牛卵巢皮质、髓质中的FSHR光密度值在乏情期显著大于怀孕期(P0.05);怀孕期无黄体侧卵巢颗粒层和膜内层中FSHR光密度值均大于乏情期和怀孕期有黄体侧(P0.05)。怀孕期有黄体侧卵巢皮质处LHR光密度值最大,乏情期次之,怀孕期无黄体侧最小,各组间差异显著(P0.05);在怀孕期无黄体侧卵巢髓质处LHR光密度值显著小于怀孕期有黄体侧和乏情期(P0.05);在乏情期、怀孕期无黄体侧和怀孕期有黄体卵巢颗粒层和膜内层处LHR光密度值之间差异均不显著(P0.05)。表明牦牛卵巢中FSHR和LHR随着生殖阶段的不同而变化。  相似文献

The relationship among nutritional status, systemic insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) and ovarian function early postpartum were investigated. A total of 27 Holstein-Friesian cows, 10 that cycled normally within 20 days postpartum, 5 diagnosed with follicular cysts, 8 with persistent corpus luteum (CL) after the first ovulation postpartum and 4 with inactive ovaries were used for the study. Blood samples were collected 1-3 times per week, for 60 days pre- and postpartum, for IGF-I, progesterone, estradiol, free fatty acids (FFA), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) determination. Inactive ovary and cystic cows had a higher body condition score before calving and lost more condition than normal or persistent CL cows. Immediately postpartum, IGF-I levels were higher and rose sharply in cows that cycled normally than in cystic, inactive ovary or persistent CL cows. At calving and early postpartum, FFA was higher in inactive ovary and cystic than in normal and persistent CL cows. There was a significant strong positive relationship between IGF-I and BUN, and strong negative relationships between IGF-I and FFA and AST in all groups. There was a positive relationship between serum IGF-I and estradiol in normal cystic and inactive ovary cows. This study found that overconditioned cows during the dry period or at calving, lost more body condition postpartum. These cows also had a deeper and longer period of negative energy balance (NEB), poor liver function and low circulating IGF-I concentrations early postpartum. Such cows were likely to have poor reproductive function as seen in development of cystic ovaries, persistent CL and inactive ovary. Changes in serum IGF-I early postpartum may help predict both nutritional and reproductive status in dairy cattle.  相似文献

为探讨促孕散治疗持久黄体的作用机理,本研究通过直肠检查结合B超直肠检查对持久黄体奶牛做出诊断后口服促孕散,应用B超每3 d对黄体直径、卵泡数量、卵巢长度、卵巢宽度、子宫角纵径和子宫颈纵径进行测量,并统计1次,与用药前进行对比。30头持久黄体奶牛口服促孕散后,治疗有效头数25头,有效率为83.3%。停药后第1天卵巢出现小卵泡和中等卵泡,停药后分别在第10和19天大卵泡数量最多,部分奶牛出现发情并排卵,与用药前卵巢相比,结果发现左、右侧卵巢长在停药后均降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05);左、右卵巢宽在停药后均降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05);子宫颈纵径和子宫角纵径均在停药后升高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,B超是诊断奶牛持久黄体的有效手段,中药促孕散对持久黄体奶牛卵巢和子宫形态等指标具有一定的影响,可以促进黄体的溶解。  相似文献

Ultrasonography is useful for monitoring the dynamic follicular and luteal changes of equine ovaries, since it permits rapid, visual, non-invasive access to the reproductive tract. A 5 MHz transducer has greater resolving power and is far more suitable for evaluation of ovaries than a 3–3.5 MHz transducer. Follicles as small as 2–3 mm can be seen and the corpus luteum can usually be identified throughout its functional life. In a study involving daily ovarian examinations, there was a pronounced change in shape of the preovulatory follicle from a roughly spherical to a pear-shaped or oblong form in 66% of the ovulatory periods, This change usually occurred on the day preceding ovulation. The occurrence of ovulation was detectable by the disappearance of a large follicle. In addition, the ovulation site on day 0 was characterized by an intense echogenic area in 88% of 32 ovulations. The developing corpus luteum retained the echogenicity for a mean of 2.4 days. In a blind study, the location of the corpus luteum, as determined by ultrasound, agreed with a previous independent determination of the side of ovulation by palpation in 88% of the 40 bred mares on days 0–14. In all of the 12 mares that were in estrus, the location of the corpus luteum could not be ascertained. In another study, the corpus luteum was identified for a mean of 16 days in 14 estrous cycles. One or more days before the corpus luteum became ultrasonically unidentifiable, it developed increased echogenicity in 36% of the mares, indicating greater tissue density. It is concluded that ultrasonic evaluation of the corpus luteum is superior to digital evaluation by rectal palpation. Some of the potential applications of ultrasonic examination of the ovaries include: 1) obtaining important, sometimes definitive, information by a single examination for judging whether a mare has entered the ovulatory season, 2) aiding in estimating the stage of the estrous cycle, 3) detecting double preovulatory-sized follicles which are in close apposition and difficult to discern by palpation, 4) detecting failure of ovulation or anovulatory estrus by the absence of a corpus luteum, 5) differentiating a persistent corpus luteum from anovulatory or anestrous conditions, 6) diagnosing certain pathological conditions such as peri-ovarian cysts and ovarian tumors, and 7) diagnosing anovulatory hemorrhagic follicles.  相似文献

用简单机械分离法处理了 12 7枚成年牛卵巢。结果显示 ,在外观正常的卵巢中 ,腔前卵泡的采集数量与卵巢的大小成正相关关系 ,而有无黄体与腔前卵泡的采集数量无明显关系 ;卵巢上不同大小的可见卵泡的数量和分布与腔前卵泡的采集量有关。卵巢上可见卵泡分布均衡 ,大、中、小卵泡均有分布 ,小卵泡不过多以及无大卵泡 ,但中、小卵泡较多的 ,无论是否有黄体存在 ,均可获得较多腔前卵泡。而卵巢表面脂肪化、卵巢充血、有弥散性片状黄体及幼稚卵巢的 ,则腔前卵泡分离很少或几乎分离不到  相似文献
