基于温度植被旱情指数的徐州市郊干旱遥感监测   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
利用Landsat TM/ETM+数据,以徐州市郊为研究区,获取归一化植被指数(NDVI)、土壤调整植被指数(SAVI)和地表温度(Ts)信息,分别构建NDVI-Ts和SAVI-Ts特征空间,依据这两个特征空间计算出研究区2001年4月3日和2007年5月14日的温度植被旱情指数TVDI(NDVI)和TVDI(SAVI),并分别与地表温度(Ts)和降水量进行了相关评价.结果表明,TVDI可用于实现大范围的干旱监测,SAVI能够修正NDVI对土壤背景的敏感,基于SAVI的反演结果明显优于基于NDVI的反演结果,能够有效地运用于干旱监测.  相似文献

土壤干湿状况是监测土地退化的重要指标之一,是植物物生长发育的关键因素;准确地估计土壤湿度在时空上的分布状况对理解生态系统有着重要的意义,且对干旱区农业生产及生态重建也具有重要价值。研究分析了两种植被指数(NDVI,MSAVI)构建的特征空间参数的特征;同时,在考察点尺度上,分析了旱情指数TVDI与土壤含水量的关系;并揭示了研究区TVDI的空间分布规律;结果表明:Ts/MSAVI空间和Ts/NDVI空间干边的拟合系数均大于0.90,湿边拟合的效果稍差,而Ts/MSAVI构成的特征空间其拟合的干湿边更易相交,与地表温度结合,更能表示地表湿度的变化情况;TVDIM与TVDIN同土壤含水量表现为极显著负相关,且TVDIM与土壤含水量的相关性大于TVDIN与土壤含水量的相关性;Ts/MSAVI特征空间和Ts/NDVI特征空间反演的旱情指数TVDI,在空间分布上是较为相似的。  相似文献

基于温度植被干旱指数的江苏淮北地区农业旱情监测   总被引:12,自引:7,他引:5  
为实现江苏省淮北地区农业旱情监测,利用Savitzky—Golay(S-G)滤波方法,对2011—2012年江苏省淮北地区1-5月MODIS的归一化植被指数(normalized difference vegetation index,NDVI)和地表温度(land Surface temperature,LST)8 d产品进行重构,去除原8 d数据的噪声,填补受云影响而缺失的数据。基于重建后的NDVI和LST数据,计算温度植被干旱指数(temperature vegetation dryness index,TVDI);分析TVDI和土壤湿度之间的关系,构建土壤湿度反演模型。最后,利用另外1组数据验证所建土壤湿度模型的精度。研究结果表明:1)S-G滤波方法能够提高MODIS LST和NDVI数据质量,并能对缺失数据进行填补;2)TVDI方法能够实现试验区土壤湿度反演,所建模型在试验区具有一定的普适性,反演精度较高(R2=0.575,RMSE=2.59%);3)TVDI方法在江苏省淮北地区干旱监测中得到了较好的应用,能够成功地监测出江苏淮北地区2011年和2012年春旱。该研究可为农业旱情的快速监测提供借鉴。  相似文献

针对近年频发的干旱情况不能准确及时监测评估的问题,以山东省为研究区,基于温度植被干旱指数方法(TVDI),利用S-G加权滤波对MODIS地表温度产品MOD11A2和植被指数产品MOD13A2数据进行了重建,根据重建后的数据计算2014—2016年山东省的温度植被干旱指数,在比较NDVI-LST与EVI-LST构建的温度植被指数干旱模型(TVDI)的基础上,利用效果更好的EVI-LST构建的TVDI模型反演山东省2014—2016年的干旱情况,最后利用气象站观测数据对TVDI结果进行了相关性分析。研究表明,山东省在2014—2015年全年平均干旱面积占比分别为37.62%,41.7%,2016年基本无旱情发生。气象站观测的降水、温度与TVDI的相关性均在0.32以上,且均通过显著性检验,说明植被覆盖信息和陆地表面温度信息相结合反演的TVDI空间和时间分布能够较好地反映表层土壤水分变化趋势,其作为旱情评价指标是合理的。  相似文献

基于HJ-1A/1B数据的天然橡胶干旱监测   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为对橡胶林进行干旱动态监测及其影响定量评估,提高农作物干旱监测的准确性和实时性,该文基于HJ-1A/1B数据和地面气象观测数据,以标准化植被供水指数及综合气象干旱指数为变量,通过与同步实测土壤含水量的数据融合构建天然橡胶干旱监测综合模型。经检验,模型的相对均方根误差、纳什效率系数、一致性指数分别为11.02%、0.40、0.85,模型具有较高的精度。应用模型对2010年5月至7月海南农垦国营阳江农场橡胶林干旱进行了监测。结果表明,干旱存在较明显的空间差异,西部重于东部、北部重于南部。5月上旬起旱情持续加重,7月上旬达到旱情高峰,直至监测末期(7月下旬)干旱虽然有所缓解,但旱情依然严重。干旱对橡胶树生长有明显的抑制作用。干旱对橡胶树归一化植被指数(normalized difference vegetation index,NDVI)、净初级生产力(net primary production,NPP)的影响存在滞后效应,滞后长度约1旬。干旱对NPP的影响从当旬开始有效,并延续3旬左右,干旱对NPP的延续效应较对NDVI明显。干旱对橡胶树产胶潜力、干胶产量的影响从当旬开始有效,并延续3旬左右,干旱对干胶产量的影响较对产胶潜力更为直接和长效。阳江农场橡胶林77.22%的像元产胶受抑与综合旱情指数呈现负相关性,其中26.70%为显著负相关。该文为天然橡胶干旱监测及评估提供参考。  相似文献

利用MODIS资料构建了杭州地表温度(Ts)-增强植被指数(EVI)的特征空间,拟合了特征空间中的干、湿边方程,计算了温度植被干旱指数(TVDI),并推导出利用TVDI和干、湿边土壤水分计算土壤含水量的方程。在计算TVDI的过程中,为了减少高程的影响,利用数字高程模型(DEM)对Ts进行了订正;利用同期野外实测土壤湿度数据计算了干边上的土壤水分值,从而反演杭州2006年伏旱期8月份每隔16d的平均土壤含水量。结果表明:①TVDI方法能反演杭州伏旱期土壤表层水分,实测值与预测值之间平均绝对误差在15个百分点左右。②高程校正后的TVDI能更好的反映土壤水分,与校正前相比,平均绝对误差减少5个百分点,基本满足业务需要。  相似文献

以河南省返青-成熟期冬小麦为研究对象,利用研究区2000、2005、2010及2015年每年2月26日-6月1日MODIS产品叶面积植被指数(LAI)和地表温度(Ts)数据,探讨当NDVI未达到饱和时,基于LAI-Ts特征空间的温度叶面积干旱指数(TLDI)能否用于旱情监测,并利用气象站实测10cm土壤湿度数据进行精度验证,进而应用该指数对河南省冬小麦旱情进行监测。结果表明:TLDI与实测土壤湿度之间存在显著负相关关系(P<0.05),相关系数大小在0.5212~0.7467。当NDVI未达到饱和时,基于LAI-Ts特征空间的TLDI可作为干旱监测指标,补充拓展基于植被指数和地表温度的旱情监测方法。在冬小麦返青期即植被覆盖度较低时LAI-Ts特征空间呈三角形,随着植被覆盖度的提高逐渐演变为梯形。河南省旱情主要分布在中西部、西南部以及北部地区,每年3月上旬及5月为旱情频发期,分别处于冬小麦返青期和开花-灌浆期。  相似文献

[目的]探索适用于喀斯特地表干旱遥感监测的技术方法,为石漠化治理监测以及抗旱减灾工作提供技术参考。[方法]运用大气校正法反演地表温度(Ts)和归一化植被指数(NDVI),构建花江峡谷区2013年、2014年和2015年旱季的温度—植被干旱指数(TVDI),并结合地面实测数据对TVDI作为旱情指标进行了验证。[结果](1)反演的TVDI与同时期实测的0—10cm土壤体积含水量数据呈显著的负相关关系(p0.05)。(2)3个时期的干旱等级以轻旱为主;轻旱、干旱和重旱累计面积占全区比重大,呈现2014年旱情重于2015年和2013年的特点。(3)3个时期的旱情在空间分布上,湿润和正常等级在地形上主要分布在海拔900~1 100m地带,15°~35°的斜坡和缓陡坡,以及阴坡和半阳坡;在石漠化等级上,主要分布在无石漠化区、轻度石漠化区和潜在石漠化区;在土地利用类型中主要分布在有林地、旱地、灌木林地和其他林地。轻旱、干旱和重旱在地形上主要分布在海拔500~900m,6°~25°的缓坡和斜坡,以及阳坡和半阳坡;在石漠化等级上,轻旱和干旱主要分布在轻度石漠化区、潜在石漠化区、中度石漠化区和强度石漠化区,重旱主要分布在非喀斯特区;在土地利用类型上,轻旱、干旱和重旱主要分布在旱地、园地和其他林地。[结论]TVDI可作为研究区的干旱监测指标,基于TVDI和Landsat-8数据的干旱监测方法在喀斯特峡谷区具有一定适用性。  相似文献

陕西省居于中国腹地,受干旱影响严重,开展遥感旱情监测工作,认识旱情的时空特征具有重要的现实意义。利用MODIS产品MOD11A2和MOD13A2构建NDVI-Ts特征空间,获取陕西地区温度植被干旱指数(Temperature Vegetation Dryness Index,TVDI),在利用土壤湿度和气象指数验证了TVDI反映旱情有效性的基础上,以TVDI为干旱指标分析了2000—2015年陕西省春季(2—5月)旱情的时空变化特征。结果表明:(1)土壤相对湿度和降水量与TVDI均呈负相关,TVDI对降水量存在一定的滞后性;(2)近16年来,陕西省年年有旱,但春季旱情总体呈逐年减轻的趋势,年内2—5月旱情会逐渐加重;(3)空间上,近16年来陕西省春旱较为严重的地区主要分布在陕北北部以及关中东北部,而陕北南部、关中西南部及陕南地区旱情较轻。  相似文献

针对小蠹虫对森林的危害隐蔽强,症状滞后性明显,在其早期发生时进行遥感识别非常困难。该文基于干旱和虫害存在一定的时滞相关性的假设,提出基于温度植被干旱指数(temperature vegetation dryness index,TVDI)预报小蠹危害的方法。以遭受大面积连续干旱和小蠹危害的云南省中部的石林县为案例区,利用Landsat数据,建立归一化植被指数(normalized difference vegetation index,NDVI)-地表温度(land surface temperature,Ts)特征空间,估算逐像元TVDI。基于地面小班调查的虫害等级数据(健康、轻度、中度和重度4个等级),比较不同虫害等级斑块TVDI差异。同时,以持续干旱2011年轻度受害区为例,结合受害前后云南松林NDVI差值(difference of NDVI before and after the forest attacked by bark beetles,d NDVI)表征实际受害程度的方法,建立TVDI与d NDVI的关系,对2012年进行预测。结果表明,2010-2015年,受害区整体呈下降趋势,TVDI由西向东逐渐变大。健康云南松林TVDI显著高于虫害云南松林(P0.05),且虫害越严重,TVDI越小;2011年,TVDI与d NDVI呈显著负相关(P0.05),可以用线性模型进行拟合,拟合决定系数R2为0.322。采用模型对2012年实际发生情况进行预测,得到预测与实测d NDVI均方根误差RMSE为0.237。在整体干旱的环境下,相对湿润的地方小蠹虫害更严重。因此,可以根据TVDI空间分布特征,找出TVDI相对较小的区域,作为虫害可能发生的重点关注区域,该研究对及时发布虫情监测信息有建设性的意义。  相似文献

【目的】以富士(Fuji)、 秦冠(Qinguan)嫁接在平邑甜茶(Malus hupehensis Rehd.)上的当年生盆栽苗为试验材料,采用砂培方法,研究了缺氮胁迫和干旱对富士和秦冠生长情况、 光合参数、 植株各部位氮磷钾含量及氮素利用效率的影响,分析比较了低氮干旱条件下富士和秦冠生长及氮素利用的差异,以期为果树生产高效肥水利用提供理论指导。【方法】试验共设四个处理: 正常氮正常水(ZZ)、 低氮正常水(DZ)、 正常氮干旱(ZG)、 低氮干旱(DG)。氮素和水分均设置两个水平,分别为正常氮(6 mmol/L NO-3-N)、 低氮(0.3 mmol/LNO-3-N)、 正常供水(保持盆中砂子相对含水量为饱和含水量的80%~85%)、 干旱处理(保持盆中砂子相对含水量为饱和含水量的60%~65%)。【结果】富士和秦冠的生物量(茎和叶)、 株高茎粗等生长指标以及光合速率、 气孔导度、 蒸腾速率均为正常氮正常水(ZZ)>低氮正常水(DZ)>正常氮干旱(ZG)>低氮干旱(DG),并且相对应处理下秦冠的以上指标均高于富士;正常供水下,缺氮处理使富士、 秦冠的根冠比比正常氮处理均有所增加,富士提高了2.05%,秦冠提高了22.40%。富士和秦冠的氮、 磷、 钾含量均表现出正常氮正常水(ZZ)>低氮正常水(DZ)>正常氮干旱(ZG)>低氮干旱(DG); 氮、 钾元素含量在植株各部位的分布顺序依次是叶>根>茎,磷元素则是根>叶>茎;光合氮素利用效率(PNUE)和氮素利用效率表现为秦冠处理之间差异极显著,富士处理之间差异不显著;秦冠的PNUE和NUE明显高于富士,在低氮正常水(DZ)处理下,秦冠氮肥利用率比富士高42.07%,在低氮干旱(DG)处理下高64.14%;低氮胁迫下富士和秦冠的NUE显著提高,并且秦冠提高的幅度高于富士。【结论】施用氮肥能够显著提高富士与秦冠的干物质量,同等水肥条件下,秦冠生长优于富士;水分亏缺会减少叶片对氮的吸收,干旱条件下适度增施氮肥,可提高果树的抗旱能力;低氮干旱胁迫下秦冠的生长指标、 光合指标及氮素利用效率指标均优于富士,表现出较强的抗低氮干旱胁迫的能力。  相似文献

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is a new technique for the analysis of plant material. This study investigates the application of LIBS to pasture-based plant samples. The LIBS measurements were obtained from pelletized pasture samples (100 samples) that had been also analyzed by inductively coupled plasma–optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) following microwave digestion for calibration and comparison purposes. Comparisons for elements sodium (Na), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), boron (B), phosphorus (P), and sulfur (S) showed that LIBS could be used for almost all the standard profile total elements with concentrations down to low mg/kg levels (observed error of Na: 0.024 percent, K: 0.18 percent, Mg: 0.016 percent, Ca: 0.073 percent, P: 0.017 percent, Mn: 31 mg/kg, Fe: 150 mg/kg, Zn: 6.6 mg/kg, and B: 1.1 mg/kg). Elemental analysis at less than mg/kg levels was not possible using LIBS. The elements S and Cu were particularly difficult to analyze with reliability using LIBS at the concentration levels found in the plant samples. Replacing microwave digestion and subsequent ICP analysis with a direct analysis of dried plant samples using LIBS has the potential to improve the productivity and reduce the cost of testing.  相似文献

Staff members of the Department of Botany of Palacký University in Olomouc and Gene Bank Department – Workplace Olomouc, Research Institute of Crop Production in Prague, Czech Republic, conducted an expedition in seven European countries (Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland) in August/September 1999 to collect wild Lactuca spp. germplasm and study its geographic distribution, ecology and biodiversity. During the mission, more than 600 locations were visited resulting in the collection of 602 seed samples (accessions) of wild Lactuca species and 13 seed samples of related genera (Chondrilla and Mycelis). Lactuca serriola f. serriola, L. serriola f. integrifolia, L. saligna and L. viminea subsp. chondrilliflora were prevalent in southern Europe (Italy, France), however, only L. serriola was common in central and western Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland). The greatest diversity of Lactuca species was found in France, where also the most seed samples (165) were collected. The most characteristic habitats with a high density of Lactuca spp. populations were observed along roads and highways, grassy ditches, ruderal communities, and dust-heaps. Natural infections by powdery mildew (Erysiphe cichoracearum) and downy mildew (Bremia lactucae) on some wild Lactuca spp. were observed. Recent observations concerning the geographic distribution, population structure, habitats, and natural occurrence of diseases of Lactuca spp. are discussed. This assemblage of genetic resources of Lactuca spp. can serve as the basis of future studies of species diversification, spatial population structure, plant microevolution, domestication processes, and genetic variability of host-parasite interactions.  相似文献

The responses of tallgrass prairie plant communities and ecosystem processes to fire and grazing are well characterized. However, responses of invertebrate consumer groups, and particularly soil-dwelling organisms, to these disturbances are not well known. At Konza Prairie Biological Station, we sampled soil macroinvertebrates in 1994 and 1999 as part of a long-term experiment designed to examine the effects and interactions of annual fire, mowing, and fertilization (N and P) on prairie soil communities and processes. For nearly all taxa, in both years, responses were characterized by significant treatment interactions, but some general patterns were evident. Introduced European earthworms (Aporrectodea spp. and Octolasion spp.) were most abundant in plots where fire was excluded, and the proportion of the total earthworm community consisting of introduced earthworms was greater in unburned, unmowed, and fertilized plots. Nymphs of two Cicada genera were collected (Cicadetta spp. and Tibicen spp.). Cicadetta nymphs were more abundant in burned plots, but mowing reduced their abundance. Tibicen nymphs were collected almost exclusively from unburned plots. Treatment effects on herbivorous beetle larvae (Scarabaeidae, Elateridae, and Curculionidae) were variable, but nutrient additions (N or P) usually resulted in greater densities, whereas mowing usually resulted in lower densities. Our results suggest that departures from historical disturbance regimes (i.e. frequent fire and grazing) may render soils more susceptible to increased numbers of European earthworms, and that interactions between fire, aboveground biomass removal, and vegetation responses affect the structure and composition of invertebrate communities in tallgrass prairie soils.  相似文献

We have studied the effect of anaerobically digested (ADMSW) and composted municipal solid waste (CMSW) on mineralization and foodweb dynamics to verify the hypothesis that ADMSW would immobilize N right after addition to soil in contrast to addition with CMSW. Another hypothesis was that the mesofauna (enchytraeids and microarthropods) would stimulate N release from the decomposer community. We measured excretion of -N and urea-N from the mesofauna and hypothesized that enchytraeids would release urea. ADMSW and CMSW were amended to pots with sandy loam and barley. The pots were divided into treatments with or without mesofauna. Mesofauna, plant N and biomass, soil N and ergosterol (fungal biomass) were measured over a 113-day period of four equidistant samplings. Soil respiration, N mineralization and N release by the mesofauna were modelled from concurrent studies. ADMSW- and CMSW-treated soils initially (<20 days) immobilized N. The amendments did not increase plant growth substantially, and this was probably due to N-limitation in the early stages of plant growth. Enchytraeid abundance was about three times higher in ADMSW- than CMSW-treated soils, indicating that ADMSW contained more labile compounds, bacteria, and microfauna. The mesofauna did not affect N-content, but the cumulated -N excreted by the mesofauna was estimated to be substantial and about one-fifth of total plant N in ADMSW. An explanation for this discrepancy might be that in the absence of the mesofauna, other members of the detrivore and microbivore community performed the mesofauna’s function. Neither enchytraeids nor microarthropods excreted urea.  相似文献

Abstract

A 3-year study was carried out to investigate quality parameters in 14 tree fruit and berry species grown in southern Norway. The species were blueberry, apple, aronia, sour cherry, sweet cherry, red raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant, gooseberry, red currant and elderberry, harvested along with wild bilberry, cloudberry and lingonberry. Significant differences between species were identified for all quality parameters. The coefficient of variation between species was lowest for pH (12.5%), dry matter (18.9%) and soluble solids (25.3%), followed by titratable acids (59.3%), total phenolics (83.8%), antioxidant capacity FRAP (85.7%) and antiradical power by the DPPH-assay (97.8%), total monomeric anthocyanins (132%) and ascorbic acid (137%). Average coefficient of variation within species were lower and ranged from 4 (pH) to 62% (ascorbic acid). Only the FRAP values were significantly affected by harvesting year with lower levels in 2004 than in 2005 and 2006. There were significant interactions between species and harvesting year for dry matter, soluble solids, pH, ascorbic acid and FRAP. The results indicate generic ranges in composition within species independent upon growing location and climate, and the composition of the tree fruits and berries is not likely to deviate from these ranges. It is concluded that desirable composition of tree fruits and berries and their products should primarily be achieved by selection among species rather than searching fors broadened variation within individual species.  相似文献

Potassium (K) fixation and release in soil are important factors in the long-term sustainability of a cropping system. Changes in K concentration and characteristics of K fixation and release in rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere soils in the rapeseed (Brassica napus L.)–rice (Oryza sativa L.) rotation were investigated using a rhizobox system. The concentrations of different forms of K in both rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere soils decreased with plants compared to without plants, regardless of K fertilizer application. Potassium uptake by crops mainly came from the rhizosphere soil. In the treatment without K fertilizer (–K), the main form of K supplied by the soil to the crops was 1.0 mol L?1 nitric acid (HNO3) nonextractable K, followed by nonexchangeable K, and then exchangeable K. In the treatment with K fertilizer (+K), the main K forms supplied by the soil to the crops were exchangeable K and nonexchangeable K. The amount and rate of K fixation after one cycle of the rapeseed–rice rotation was greater in rhizosphere soil than in nonrhizosphere soil. The amount and rate of K fixation of soil in the +K treatment were significantly less than in the –K treatment. The cumulative amounts of K released with 1.0 mol L?1 ammonium acetate (NH4OAc) and 1.0 mol L?1 HNO3 extraction increased with the increasing numbers of extractions, but the K-releasing power of soil by successive extraction decreased gradually and finally became almost constant. The release of K was less in rhizosphere soil than in nonrhizosphere soil. The release of K in the +K treatment was similar to that in the –K treatment in rhizosphere soil, but the K release in nonrhizosphere soil was greater with the +K than the –K treatment. Overall, the information obtained in this study will be helpful in formulating more precise K fertilizer recommendations for certain soils.  相似文献
