On the basis of analysing the defaults occuring in normal design,a new method of optimum design for individual foundation is put forward in this paper.This method can solve some problems successfully such as the strengh and deformation can be considered at the same time,which cannot be done in the current specification.The optimal mathematical models of individual foundation design and the bottom surface dimension design under eccentric load are derived.The optimal solution is decided by method of optimization and the method selected is penalty function and complex method, and the programs of optimum algorithm have been compiled and design and drawing of individual foundation have been completed. The final result suggests that a fair-sized economic efficiency can be obtained by using optimum method for foundation design.  相似文献

A new method,the concurrent optimal design for the mechanical product accuracy is addressed presented, this method is very suitable to a concurrent engineering context. Differing from the convensional tolerance design method, this method establishes a direct link between product working accuracy and machining precision of the parts. Therefore, in the product design phase,the optimal machining tolerances which satisfy the product working accuracy can be determined. Using this method, the design and manufacturing time and cost can be enormously reduced and product quality can be guaranteed.  相似文献

Some ideas of uniform design in the test design are introduced into Simulated Annealing Arithmetic and a new method of design based on uniform design is discussed. The global optimal solutions of nonlinear multi-peak function can be found by this method. A series of uniformly distributed points are generated by the principle of the uniform design in variable design space. These points are regarded as a series of start points of the optimization model. The Simulated Annealing Arithmetic is chosen to compute and a series of local minimum values can be gained. Before compared with each other, the best value of all local minimum values can be found out, the value is thought as the global minimum in some degree. According to the method, a program is compiled and an example of design is implemented. The result of the example testifies that the method is feasible.  相似文献

Porous concrete is an eco-concrete with high porosity and high strength,whose application was restricted to some extent,because there is lack of appropriate and unitive mixing design method.According to the features of porous concrete,proportion design idea of porous concrete whose major design parameter was porosity and strength was satisfied by changing variety of cementing material and aggregate size.The design method of porous concrete was that the raw materials were selected according to design requirement at first,secondly,aggregate dosage per unit volume of porous concrete was calculated,thirdly,dosage of cementing material was calculated by apparent density of aggregate and porosity of design requirement,finally,cement dosage of the unit physical volume and water dosage were calculated by water cement ratio deter mined by requirement of forming process.The test result indicated that this mixing design method of porous concrete was reliable and feasible.  相似文献

This paper has introduced a kind of design method for digital urban lighting, it is an application of the illuminating engineering in digital city and a kind of measurable, dynamic visualization design method of the effect of digital urban lighting. A kind of new artificial method of scene imitation has been proposed in this paper. After taking pictures by verified digital camera, the luminosity and color information are taken to imitate the effect of urban lighting design, to display the current and future effect of lighting for the scene and thus optimize the urban lighting design plan to meet the demand of energy - conservation and beautifying the urban night scene.  相似文献

Conceptual design is one of the most important stages in building design, and energy efficiency analysis is one of the key issues in building conceptual design stage. The existing energy efficiency analysis methods and tools require inputing large number of parameters. However, the detail information of most parameters is not identified at the stage of conceptual design. And the current prevailing energy consumption simulation methods and tools are not appropriate at the stage of conceptual design. The proposed method can be used to compare the energy efficiency of multi strategies at the conceptual design phase. Minimum data were required to be input for achieving the optimal building design scheme. It can not achieve these designs only depending on the method of ordinary interactive computer auxiliary design speedily and accurately, however this method of parameterization design can solve this problem through the way of compiling simple computer programming. The authors propose the idea of computer auxiliary design parameterization technique and analyze its essential principle by brief explanation and legend to emerge the new aspect of field of computer auxiliary design of parameterization technique. Meanwhile, together with the simple computer programming, the authors show the specific application of this kind of technique detailed by the example of interior design. A product ontology screening method which can be used in variant design is proposed. With the support of complete ontology view of product resources, the product functional requirement and structural characteristics are converted to demand constraints, which are used to screen product ontology. For different screening hierarchies and objects, different screening rules such as pattern matching, case matching combined with manual decision and auto matching on the basis of case-based reasoning are adopted. The semi-automatic screening method with human-computer cooperation has impressive effectiveness on the improvements of the accuracy of design schemes and the flexibility and efficiency of design process. On the basis of discussing the damage mechanism of cushion cap, a method of optimum design for pile group foundation is put forward in this paper.The piles are decorated on the cushion cap which makes the area of cushion cap minimum.The object function of optimum design for cushion cap is its volume and the binding functions are the requirements of shear, column die cutting, corner-pile die cutting and settlement for cushion cap.The optimum design has been done by a computer program. This method is used to design a factory building. The final result suggests that this method is highly effective and practical. In this paper,the approximation calculation method based on calculation model of earthwork formula of tetragonal prism is described. The optimization design elevation in large earthwork can be determined by this method. Through introducing a set of different design elevations, the difference between and sum of the total excavation and the total fill can be calculated. An economical analysis is carried out on the design elevation chosen with little value for both cases by numerical values comparison. 在线定制的产品涉及到设计、生产等复杂环节,所以定制品的方案设计及其可行性等信息的快速反馈是实施在线定制的难点。提出基于CBR(case-based reasoning)的匹配定制方法,减少定制时间避免不必要的重复设计。首先运用层次分析法和质量功能展开确定需求工程设计权重;结合模糊数学修改高斯函数,构造出一种具有接近客观现实、方便处理、区分性强等优点的匹配度计算方法;利用Beta分布构建机器学习方法,得到随市场偏好变动而调整的匹配度阀值。其次针对顾客对不同产品的价格敏感度不同,引入调节因子修正最终匹配值对比匹配阀值从而获得定制产品的设计方案及可行性并反馈。最后以电冰箱定制为例,证明该方法有效且易于实施。  相似文献

After investigating into the design of classical FIR digital filter, a method of FIR filter design based on proximate best uniform approximation is proposed. The paper introduces the theoretical basis of the proximate best uniform approximation theory in detail, and applies it to the design of FIR digital filter. The procedure of designing a FIR filter with the proximate best uniform approximation method is given. The example shows that the filter designed by this method is of good performance in both pass band and eliminated band, and comparatively little calculation related, and hence it is of promising prospect to be applied.  相似文献

It is proposed to introduce approximate model method to crashworthiness optimization design of thin wall beam,and the approximate model can be optimized by using sequential response surface method.In order to solve the parameterization design problem of finite element model,a parameterization model about material,cross section size and spotweld of thin wall beam is established by developing corresponding procedures.The results show that optimization design can not only improve the performance of absorbing energy of thin wall beam,but also reduce the weight greatly;the approximate model method can greatly improve optimization efficiency.  相似文献

Due to lack of estimation during initial stage of traditional physical design process for industry product, the efficiency of conduct development is low with high cost. A basic framework of twisted blade virtual design is set up based on the theory and method of product virtual design, and aiming at the thermodynamic process of middle or lower stage of steam turbine. The molding rule of twisted blade is found by thermodynamic computation program. The study of blade virtual design is carried through from 3-dimensional modeling to simulation test. The combination of thermal power theory, computer simulation technology and CAD system forms a kind of design method with the superiority such as high efficiency, low cost and good decidability is represented in the virtual design of turbine blade.  相似文献
