Ramet of eight clones of cultivar S.100 white clover were infected with white clover mosaic virus (WCMV) and compared with uninfected ramets. Infection reduced herbage yield over two cuts by between 25 and 75%, with a mean of 40% at both. Petiole length was reduced significantly by 8% at the first cut, but not at the second. There was an overall reduction of about 6% in mid-rib length. The mean length of the longest stolon was reduced by about 20% at both cuts, but this did not reflect the reaction of whole plants as total stolon length was reduced by a mean of 43%, within a range of 25–75%. The mean dry weight of stolon was reduced by 47%, while stolon specific weight (weight per unit length) was reduced by 7%. The reduced leaf yield in WCMV-infected plants was caused mainly by a reduction in stolon growth and not by a reduction in leaf size. Virus infection reduced the total number of growing points per plant by over 30%, but the number per metre of stolon was increased by over 20%. The total acid-soluble carbohydrate content of stolons was unaffected.
For all growth parameters measured, there was considerable variation between the eight clones in their reaction to WCMV infection, most clones being affected detrimentally. In one clone, however, leaf dry weight yield of infected plants at the first cut was double that of healthy plants. At the second cut, both leaf and total stolon dry weights were greater by 40%, the total number of growing points by 80%, and the growing points per metre of stolon by 30%.  相似文献

冬小麦二棱期喷施植物生长调节剂20%多效唑·甲哌鎓微乳剂375 mL/hm2,可以显著抑制茎秆基部节间伸长,增加各节间充实度,其中赤霉素(Gas)和生长素(IAA)降低,可显著增强小麦抗倒伏能力和降低田间倒伏率.处理还协调了穗数、穗粒数和粒重的关系,增产幅度6.2%~28.6%.增产原因可能在于促进籽粒灌浆强,增加籽粒中内源Gas、IAA、细胞分裂素(CTKs)的水平,增强了籽粒库活性,同时促进茎叶中干物质向籽粒运转.  相似文献

Methanol extracts of fresh materials of 183 plants were screened for in vivo antifungal activity against Magnaporthe grisea, Corticium sasaki, Botrytis cinerea, Phytophthora infestans, Puccinia recondita and Erysiphe graminis f sp hordei. Among them, 33 plant extracts showed disease-control efficacy of more than 90% against at least one of six plant diseases. The methanol extracts of Achyranthes japonica (whole plant) and Rumex crispus (roots) at concentrations greater than 11 g fresh weight of plant tissue per litre of aqueous Tween 20 solution effectively controlled the development of barley powdery mildew caused by E graminis f sp hordei in an in vivo assay using plant seedlings. At a concentration of 300 g fresh weight of plant tissue per litre of Tween 20 solution, the two extracts were as efficient as the fungicide fenarimol (30 mg litre(-1)) and more active than the fungicide polyoxin B (100 and 33 mg litre(-1)) against Sphaerotheca fuliginea on cucumber plants in glasshouse trials.  相似文献

为了探讨播期及晚播期条件下秸秆覆盖保护对加工番茄干物质积累和产量形成的影响。在2009年和2010年以里格尔87-5为材料进行了播期(4月10日、4月25日、5月10日和5月20日)和晚播秸秆覆盖(5月10日F+J和5月20日F+J)的试验。结果表明:在北疆气候条件下播期和秸秆覆盖对移栽和直播加工番茄的物质积累和产量形成都有显著的影响。随着播期的推迟,移栽和直播植株总干物质积累量和产量呈显著下降趋势。移栽和直播单株产量均以4月25日最高,分别为4 498.2 g/株和3 955.9 g/株,显著高于其他播期。在产量构成因子中,播期对移栽和直播植株单株有效结果数影响显著,对平均单果重影响不显著。晚播条件下秸秆覆盖后植株生长较同播期不覆盖处理得到明显改善,移栽植株总干重增加15.5%和9.6%,产量增加36%和39.8%;直播植株总干重增加27.8%和15.7%,产量增加12.2%和9%。秸秆覆盖后移栽植株平均单果重显著增加,而直播植株保持不变或略有降低。  相似文献

在室内将梨小食心虫即将孵化的卵置于浸药幼果上,测定高效氯氟氰菊酯和氯虫苯甲酰胺不同亚致死浓度对梨小食心虫不同龄期幼虫发育时间、幼虫和蛹的发育历期、化蛹率和成虫羽化率、成虫产卵量的影响。结果表明,两种药剂不同亚致死浓度均使害虫不同龄期发育时间、幼虫和蛹发育历期显著延长,且随药剂浓度增加而增加;对化蛹率影响较小;两种药剂较高浓度会显著影响羽化率。两种药剂不同亚致死浓度对蛹重和产卵量影响显著:高效氯氟氰菊酯3个浓度均会显著减轻雌、雄蛹重量,且对雌蛹重量抑制率要高于雄蛹,并使成虫产卵量减少;氯虫苯甲酰胺LC50剂量也会显著减轻雌、雄蛹重量,使成虫产卵量显著减少,当药剂浓度降至LC20和LC30时,氯虫苯甲酰胺对雌、雄蛹重量和成虫产卵量影响不显著,但抑制率出现负值。  相似文献

A single-shoot assessment method was used at 18 locations in England and Wales from 1976 to 1981 to compare the average yield of large numbers of shoots naturally infected with sharp eysspot (Rhizoctonia cerealis) with the yield of healthy shoots. Slight sharp eyespot infection had. on average, little effect on yield. Moderate infection significantly reduced yield per ear and 1000-grain weight by 5 and 4% respectively. Severe infection significantly reduced yield per ear and its components, grain number per ear and 1000-grain weight, by 26, 20 and 11% respectively. Application of the formula y = 0-05 x1+ 0.26 x2 (where y = percentage yield loss, X1= percentage of moderately Infected shoots and x2= percentage of severely infected shoots) to the results of ADAS winter wheat disease surveys from 1975 to 1982 gave estimated national yieid losses due lo sharp eyespot ranging from less than 0.1 to 0.9%. Survey results indicated that increased disease incidence and associated yield losses are associated with trends towards earlier drilling and, possibly, with increased use of carbendazimgenerating fungicides, combined with more favourable infection weather.  相似文献

The effects of powdery mildew ( Uncinula necator ) on grape yield, juice and wine quality were quantified for cultivar Cabernet Sauvignon (CSa) in 1997 and 1999, and for Sauvignon blanc (Sa) in 1999. Analyses were carried out on batches of healthy berries to which known percentages (0–50%) of diseased berries were added, and on natural clusters that were classified into four visual classes from low (C1) to high (C4) disease severity. CSa diseased berries showed an average weight reduction of 12% (1997) and 20% (1999). The direct consequence of a higher percentage of smaller, diseased berries was a reduction in yield. The accompanying loss of weight in must from C1 to C4 clusters increased from 10 to 45%. Sugar content in diseased berries was not significantly different from disease-free berries in 1997, but was 20–21% (CSa) and 14% (Sa) higher in 1999. Severely infected batches also showed a higher total acidity than healthy ones. The total anthocyanin content of CSa was decreased by 0·91% (1997) and 0·66% (1999) per percentage mildewed berries added by weight. In Sa wines the concentration of 3-mercaptohexanol, a component of varietal aroma, was decreased by powdery mildew. Multidimensional analyses, based on all the variables studied, successfully grouped batches of CSa according to disease severity. Using directional triangular tests wine experts were able to recognize CSa wines produced from berries with ≈25% of powdery mildew; the threshold for nonexperts was 50%. CSa wines obtained from samples with more than 30% of diseased berries by weight were significantly classified as the worst according to preference order criteria, but below this value the preference was not significant. Sa wines with <50% mildewed berries could not be differentiated significantly by organoleptic tests performed by nonprofessionals.  相似文献

2015—2016年以先玉335和郑单958为试验材料,设置深松+旋耕(S+R)和旋耕(R)2个处理,研究了深松对春玉米根系分布及氮素积累与利用的影响。结果表明:深松疏松了土壤,有利于根系的生长,促进根系下扎,深松措施下先玉335和郑单958完熟期总根干重较旋耕处理分别提高了7.35%和9.25%,其中20~40 cm土层分别提高了15.52%和24.07%,30 cm以下土层根条数和根幅明显增加。深松改善根系形态特征,增加了根系与氮素的接触机会,促进了春玉米对氮素的吸收和累积,使单位重量根系氮素吸收量明显提高,吐丝前S+R处理的先玉335和郑单958单位重量根系氮素吸收量较R处理分别提高了11.22%和12.03%,处理间差异达到了显著水平。S+R处理的氮素吸收效率先玉335和郑单958较R处理分别提高6.11~6.40 kg·kg-1和7.17~7.51 kg·kg-1,氮肥偏生产力分别提高了3.86~8.00 kg·kg-1和5.40~9.86 kg·kg-1,氮素积累量分别提高了33.73~35.66 kg·hm-1和27.85~36.61 kg·hm-1。与先玉335相比,郑单958对深松更为敏感。  相似文献

The effects of fly ash at different concentrations (0, 10, 20, 30 … 100% vol./vol. in soil) on plant growth and yield were investigated in tomato plants infected or noninfected with root-knot nematode, Meloidogyne incognita (2000 juveniles per plant) in clay pots. An increase in fly ash concentration in the soil correspondingly increased the availability of carbonates, bicarbonates, sulphate, chlorides, B, P, K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Cu and Zn in the soil. The porosity, water-holding capacity, pH, conductivity and cation exchange capacity also increased progressively in the fly ash amended soil. Ash application enhanced plant growth, leaf pigment concentrations, fruit production, weight of fruit/plant and mean fruit weight of both nematode-infected and noninfected tomato plants, being maximum in the soil containing 50 or 60% fly ash. The yield enhancements were 93.6 (infected plants) and 84% (noninfected plants) at 50 and 60% fly ash levels, respectively. Fly ash treatments adversely affected root invasion by juveniles, disease intensity and reproduction of the nematodes. A gradual increase in the ash concentration in soil caused a corresponding decrease in the numbers of invading juveniles, galls and egg masses per root system and eggs/egg mass, being lowest at 100% fly ash i.e. 52, 16, 10 and 81 against 289, 137, 131 and 238 (control), respectively. Linear regression suggested 40% fly ash as the most economic level, enhancing yield of infected plants by 96% and suppressing the nematode disease and reproduction by 63 and 76%, respectively.  相似文献

大田栽培条件下,以马铃薯克新13为材料,叶面喷施植物生长调节剂2-N,N-二乙氨基乙基己酸酯(Diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate,简称DTA-6)、缩节安(Mepiquat chloride,简称DPC)以及烯效唑(Uniconazole,简称S3307),研究植物生长调节剂对马铃薯叶片生理代谢及产量、品质形成的影响。结果表明:在马铃薯块茎膨大期喷施植物生长调节剂,均显著增加了单薯重、淀粉产量和鲜薯产量,其中,以DTA-6调控效果为最佳,单薯重、淀粉产量、鲜薯产量和淀粉含量比CK分别增加了10.40%、40.26%、26.56%和11.32%,块茎还原糖含量比CK降低了20%。此外,调节剂处理均提高了马铃薯叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率和细胞间隙CO_2浓度,加快了叶片的光合作用,各指标与产量之间呈正相关。随着时间的推移,各处理的叶片淀粉和蔗糖含量呈先降低后升高的变化趋势,淀粉酶活性呈降低的变化趋势,调节剂对叶片蔗糖转化酶活性的调控效果呈不同规律的变化。总体而言,调节剂均提高了马铃薯产量,改善了块茎品质,其中DTA-6处理效果最佳。  相似文献

为了研究新疆棉田地膜残留的时空分布特征,在新疆短绒棉主要生产地区石河子,选择3个团场的连续覆膜1年、5年、10年、15年、20年、25年的棉田进行取样,测量其单位面积残膜数量、密度,残膜面积变化特征,预测未来棉田残膜的变化趋势。结果表明:随着覆膜年数的增加,单位面积片数和重量每年以40.02万片.hm-2、13.66 kg·hm-2的线性趋势递增。在土壤深度的空间分布上,连续覆膜5年后残膜大小、密度在0~40cm土壤中将均匀分布。连续覆膜10年,土壤中三种面积类型残膜之间(0~25cm2,25~100cm2和大于100cm2)在单位重量上将不再有差异。随着覆膜年数的增加,对作物产生危害的残膜类型(大于25cm2)一直占总残膜质量的60%以上。  相似文献

研究了延迟收获对不同熟制玉米株粒重、千粒重及植株器官千物质运移的影响.结果表明,玉米适时延收具有明显的增产效果.延收15 d,春、夏玉米植株器官干物质向籽粒中运移量分别达28.89 g·株-1和23.81g·株-1,叶和茎秆的干物质对籽粒的贡献率高达80%左右;春玉米单株粒重增加29.2 g,单株粒重日增1.95 g,千粒重增加53.8 g,平均日增3.58 g,增产1 336.5 kg·hm-2,增产16.6%;夏玉米单株粒重增加31 g,平均日增重2.1g,千粒重增加81.7 g,平均千粒重日增5.5g,产量增加1488.0 kg·hm-2,增产18.9%,增产效益显著.  相似文献

The cotton stainer, Dysdercus koenigii Fabricius (Hemiptera: Pyrrhcoridae), has become a major threat to transgenic cotton as it causes warts on the internal carpel wall of cotton boll, severe lint staining, lint locks, and lint lesions. Thus, keeping in view the importance of this pest on cotton, in the present study, screening of 13 transgenic cotton genotypes was performed and the population of D. koenigii was determined on these genotypes during 2012–13. Furthermore, among these genotypes, a high yielding advanced cultivar (FH-114) was selected for further experiments. A number of five different densities of D. koenigii (5, 10, 15, 20, and 25) at adult stage with well-developed proboscis were released in the cages along with a control treatment. Cotton genotypes FH-312, FH-2073, FH-Lalazar, FH-142, and MNH-886 possessed minimum population (1.33 D. koenigii per plant) compared to FH-324 and FH-444 (6.0 D. koenigii per plant). The number of bolls per plant and boll weight decreased as a result of increased densities. The increased density of D. koenigii resulted in fewer bolls per plant (12.1 bolls), reduced boll weight (2.1 g), germination (39.1%), ginning out turn (38.3%), staple length (27.8 mm), and staple fineness (4.0 μg/in.) when compared with un-infested plants (30.6, 3.2 g, 77.3%, 41.5%, 28.8 mm, and 4.4 μg/in.), respectively. Correlation analysis revealed that bolls per plant, boll weight, germination, ginning out turn, and staple fineness resulted in negative and significant correlation with density of D. koenigii with r-values of ?0.95, ?0.98, ?0.98, ?0.8, and ?0.85, respectively. Coefficient of determination (R2) demonstrated that bolls per plant, boll weight, germination, ginning out turn, staple length, and staple fineness contributed with 91, 96, 96, 79, 43 and 73%, respectively, to the total variability at different densities of D. koenigii. Our findings demonstrated that D. koenigii has become potential major pest and causes quantitative and qualitative losses to transgenic cotton, hence, there is a need to develop appropriate control measures for controlling its population to avoid further losses.  相似文献

为明确土壤中施用噻虫啉对番茄植株生长的影响,分别用36%噻虫啉水分散粒剂有效成分1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0和5.0 mg/株处理盆栽番茄植株,测定处理后30 d番茄幼苗的生长量、叶片保护酶活性及根系活力。结果表明:1.0~2.5 mg/株噻虫啉处理均可提高番茄幼苗展开叶片数、株高、主根长和鲜重等生理指标,3.0 mg/株处理与对照相比无显著差异,而5.0 mg/株处理则对番茄幼苗生长有显著的抑制作用。不同剂量的噻虫啉处理均可提高番茄幼苗叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性及根系活力。PPO和SOD活性在2.0 mg/株噻虫啉处理时达到最大值,分别为47.9和14.2 U/(min·g FW),比对照高29.6%和49.5%;POD、CAT和PAL活性在2.5 mg/株剂量时达到最大值,分别为46.0、62.4和26.0 U/(min·g FW),比对照高47.0%、36.7%和35.3%。1.0~5.0 mg/株噻虫啉处理后番茄幼苗根系活力比对照提高2.7%~33.1%。研究表明,土壤施用适量的噻虫啉可显著促进番茄幼苗植株的生长。  相似文献

在春玉米上人工模拟亚洲玉米螟自然发生情况,玉米螟为害主要影响单穗净重、百粒重。结果表明,不同品种、不同生育期接虫和不同接虫量对产量的影响不同。沈单16号玉米1代接虫为害最重,产量损失为17.72%;丹玉39号玉米1、2代复合接虫为害最重为14.61%。接卵0、0.5、1、2、4块/株之间单穗净重差异显著。  相似文献

为明确不同土壤水分下大豆根冠互作对产量和农艺性状的影响,为大豆抗旱育种提供理论依据,利用耐旱型品种辽豆14与干旱敏感型品种辽豆21进行相互嫁接,在结荚期设置正常供水(80%田间持水量)和水分胁迫(50%田间持水量,持续20 d)处理,成熟期测定主要农艺性状。试验结果表明,大豆地上部农艺性状和产量主要由地上部基因型决定,但水分胁迫下也会受到根系基因型的影响。正常供水与水分胁迫下,与辽豆21相比,辽豆14接穗的株高平均提高24.3%和14.8%,主茎节数分别平均提高19.6%和15.3%,分枝数分别平均提高60.2%和90.6%,单株生物量平均提高57.1%和87.1%,单株荚数平均提高70.0%和92.3%,分枝荚数平均提高159.9%和197.9%,分枝瘪荚率平均降低57.8%和60.4%,最终单株粒重平均提高19.9%和54.9%。与辽豆21自身嫁接植株相比,水分胁迫下,嫁接辽豆14砧木使单株荚重、单株荚数、单株粒数、百粒重和单株粒重分别显著提高了45.8%、27.4%、21.7%、5.2%和20.4%,产量性状的提高与主茎第9~15节位间有效荚数的提高有关。因此,通过地上部与根系的协同改良是提高大豆抗旱性的重要途径。  相似文献

为明确麦田杂草大穗看麦娘Alopecurus myosuroides的田间种群发生动态规律,采用固定样方和随机样方取样方法于2013—2015年在山东省济南市研究了冬小麦田大穗看麦娘田间种群的萌发和生长动态,并分析了不同密度大穗看麦娘对小麦产量及其构成因素的影响。结果表明:在济南市小麦播后20~40 d为大穗看麦娘出苗高峰期,至11月下旬出苗量占全年出苗总量的97.1%。11月上旬,大穗看麦娘开始出现分蘖,至翌年4月上中旬结束,分蘖数平均每株为6.3个,比小麦多3.1个。3月下旬大穗看麦娘开始拔节,4月中旬平均株高超过小麦,5月下旬平均株高达到75.6 cm,高出小麦2.5 cm。5月上旬大穗看麦娘单茎平均鲜重达到最大为1.7 g,小麦为12.6 g。大穗看麦娘出苗、株高、分蘖和鲜重的变化与小麦变化趋势一致,与时间、温度密切相关。随着大穗看麦娘密度的增加,小麦产量急剧下降,当密度达到420株/m~2时,小麦产量损失率高达65.8%。大穗看麦娘对小麦产量构成因素中的穗密度影响最大,其次是穗粒数,对千粒重影响不显著,当密度为420株/m~2时,小麦穗密度减少55.2%,穗粒数减少26.4%。  相似文献

福寿螺在广州地区1年可发生3代,螺龄为20~80日,每只螺每10天平均增重:一代0.90g,(20.2~27.6℃);二代2.38g,(26.4~30.6℃);三代0.18g,(17.4~25.7℃)。一代每只雌螺平均繁殖幼螺3050.1只,孵化率为70.08%,二代每只雌螺平均繁殖幼螺1068只,孵化率为59.4%,1只雌螺经1年两代共繁殖幼螺32.5万余只,繁殖力极强。  相似文献

Epidemics of faba bean rust (Uromyces viciae-fabae) differing in duration and final severity were induced by a point inoculation. Relationships between disease severity observed on three canopy layers (top, middle and bottom) at different assessment dates and yield components (grain weight per stem, average grain weight, number of grains per pod and number of pods per stem) were established. Epidemics occurring after the initiation of pod setting had no effect on yield components. Earlier epidemics significantly decreased the grain weight per stem, the average grain weight, and the number of pods per stem, but only marginally affected the number of grains per pod. The yield components generally decreased with increasing severity level, but a few parabolic relationships were observed at a late stage in crop development. The effect of rust on yield components could be predicted by a critical point model using disease severity assessed on the middle or bottom canopy layer in the mid-flowering stage. Rust severity greater than 5% during that critical stage would substantially decrease final yield, and fungicide spraying against rust would be advised.  相似文献

为预测芝麻青枯病造成的产量损失,以茎秆病斑长度为指标确定成熟期芝麻青枯病严重度的分级标准,测定4个芝麻品种在不同青枯病严重度下的农艺性状指标、产量构成因子以及产量,建立单株蒴果数、单蒴粒数、千粒重、单株产量与青枯病严重度的回归方程,在此基础上对芝麻青枯病严重度与单株产量损失率进行回归分析。结果表明:随着青枯病严重度上升,芝麻株高显著降低,空梢长度显著增长,始蒴高度显著增高;而芝麻单株蒴果数、单蒴粒数、千粒重均显著下降,其中芝麻单株蒴果数降低最显著,各级芝麻病株的单株蒴果数之间显著差异,且4个芝麻品种9级病株的单株蒴果数比0级病株降低71.24%~79.08%;各级病株的单株产量之间显著差异,4个芝麻品种的1、3、5、7和9级病株平均产量损失率分别为12.56%、29.53%、54.01%、72.57%和81.98%;青枯病严重度与单株蒴果数、单蒴粒数、千粒重3个产量构成因子呈极显著线性负相关;青枯病严重度x与产量损失率y的线性回归方程为y=2.5534+9.4132x(R~2=0.9867),说明青枯病严重度越高,损失率越大。  相似文献
