Dynamic characteristic analysis of an all terrain vehicle body   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The body is a key part of all terrain vehicles (ATV). Its dynamic characteristics greatly effect the vibration of the ATV assembly. Simulation and experimental methods are combined to analyze ATV body vibration characteristics. A computer aided design(CAD) model is built using UG4.0. A finite element method(FEM) model of an ATV body and a body with an engine are created using Hypermesh. The FEM model is imported to Msc.Nastran to calculate the free mode. The simulation model is verified by the experimental modal result. The results indicate that after the frame with engine, the first bending mode increases due to the engine increasing the body stiffness, while the first torsion mode decreases due to the engine mass. The effects on the dynamic response of the road and engine excitation are analyzed respectively. Vibration characteristic improvement methods and suggestions regarding the body are provided.  相似文献

To make up the vacancy of the evaluation methods for ATV ride in the world, the pratical feature of ride comfort of ATV are studied and analyzed. Based on the ISO2631 and ISO5349, the objective methods of ride com-fort of ATV are proposed. This method uses the total root mean square of weighed of three axles to evaluate the vibration of the handle and seat. Road tests and experiments on rolling drum experiment table with the test system on ride comfort of some typical ATVs are conducted, the result of the two tests are matched each other, so the evaluation method can well reflect the effects of the vibration on human body.  相似文献

对3种气调保鲜箱贮藏环境的气体成分变化及对杨梅保鲜效果进行了研究.试验结果表明,在0℃冷藏条件下,使用气调保鲜箱杨梅适宜贮藏时间为20天,保鲜效果明显好于对照;气调箱-2效果最好.气调箱-2在贮藏6天时O2、CO2含量达到平衡;在贮藏12~15天时CO2含量达到峰值20.65%,O2含量接近2%,该环境条件有利于杨梅贮藏保鲜.  相似文献

A multi-object optimization model is proposed with respect to the completed vehicle in ergonomics,which takes the root-mean-square value of body in multiple work condition and the decoupled energy of engine mounting system as a general object. The optimization values is given. An example shows that the vibration of an automobile can be reduced effectively by choosing proper parameters of mounting system.Moreover, comfort of automobile can be improved.  相似文献

The effect of damping on vibration is analyzed during the suspension deformation based on the 1/4 vehicle model. The Fuzzy logic control strategy for the semi-active suspension was proposed. By means of dissipating the energy of vibration and decreasing the peak value of the body acceleration via the action of damping, the parameter-self-adjust fuzzy controller was established. The united simulation of ADAMS and Matlab/Simulink were used for demonstrating the efficiency of the controller. Comparing with the practical passive suspension possessing the nonlinear character and the present fuzzy controller, the control system based on the new-style strategy provides better ride comfort and road handling.  相似文献

A kind of useful virtual dynamic model of motorcycle is established with dynamic analysis software ADAMS. Some related key problems regarding dynamical modeling is researched. By inputting road load spectrum, the ride comfort of motorcycle is analyzed and the simulating results are evaluated. 针对单电机插电式混合动力汽车在纯电动行进间电动机启动发动机时由于系统输出转矩变化进而引起整车冲击的问题,分析得到发动机点火时刻的不同及离合器接合状态的不同是造成转矩波动的原因。在此基础上,提出了基于离合器主、从动盘转速差和电机角加速度为输入量的离合器压力模糊控制的混合动力汽车模式切换动态协调控制策略,并对比了发动机目标转速点火和怠速转速点火的控制效果。最后通过台架试验以及实车道路试验对提出的控制策略进行了验证。结果表明,基于目标转速点火的协调控制策略能减小整车的冲击度。  相似文献

Automobile comfort dynamic simulation is necessary when we predict and evaluate the comfort of a automobile or optimize performance of automobile. The nine DOF vibration model of automobile is established , which acts root mean square value of body in multiple work conditions as comfort evaluation indices. Based on the comfort simulation, the Hongyan 1160 is predicted in the way of comfort. The programmes can be used in many different automobiles . The computational result indicates that the model can simulate vibration of automobile truly. It is significant to research automobile comfort evaluation to optimize performance of automobile and comfort simulation .The computational program can be applied to optimize or simulate which has some reference value.  相似文献

为解决西宁市旅游资源评价和旅游舒适度预报问题,基于1961—2015 年的地面气象观测资料,计算重点旅游城市度假、人体舒适度、温湿指数的月和年序列资料,利用气候诊断方法分析评估其特征及其变化。结果表明,近55 年青海省西宁市夏季舒适日数呈显著的上升趋势,上升速率为1.1 d/10 a,舒适平均日数为89 天。西宁夏季的寒冷、温湿、度假、人体舒适度指数位于适宜-舒适级别和很适宜-最舒适级别,夏季西宁旅游或居住的气候条件舒适程度与昆明、贵阳、兰州、银川相当。夏季西宁适合旅游度假和休闲养生的气候关联指标在重点旅游城市中占据了优势,而这种优势在近10 年显现得更加明显。评估结果为青藏高原相关部门开展旅游舒适度预报和西宁市旅游气候资源的综合开发提供科学依据。  相似文献

Aiming at a muffler of a 400 all terrain vehicle(ATV), a vibration model and an acoustics model of the muffler were built by finite element method(FEM). The vibration and acoustics characteristic analysis of the muffler are carried out according these models, it shows the 3D model is exact and it is possible to generate regeneration noise. Acoustics model can help to know further about the characteristic of each chamber and intention of the designer. According the demand of factory, some projects of improvement are offered. With the development of high-speed and high-power, the motorcycle vibration from engine become one of the major factors affecting the performances of motorcycle. Elastic suspension structure is adopted between the engine and frame for the vibration during the process of designing a certain type of motorcycle with 200 cc engine in some enterprise.Through optimization of the suspension system performance parameters, inherent frequency of suspension system keeping away from the activated frequency of engine in common use is essential. This paper uses motorcycle as the research object and uses ADAMS/View as tools to deal with the inconvenience of constructing Motorcycle simulation model in ADAMS/View.The parameterized design system of Motorcycle is developed according to the requirements of simulation model by using ADAMS/View secondary development technology.The system has solved very complicated problem of motorcycle modeling in ADAMS/View,whose spatial structure is very complicated,and solved the problem of model imported by other CAD software which has information lose,model scale tends to heavy,follow-up simulation difficult and so on.The system is used to make the simulation model in ADAMS/View easier for follow-up simulation according to the basic dimension of Motorcycle and user's needs,and shorten the development period of the motorcycle,reduce the development cost,and carry on the series design.  相似文献

The exhaust manifold cover is the main source of surface radiate noise of a 6 360 vehicle's engine.By using the finite element analysis technology,a finite element model of the cover is established,and then the modal analysis is done theoretically with this model,the result is consistent with the experiment.On this basis,the transient response of the cover under the excitation of engine block's vibration is analyzed.The result show that the free edge is the main source of radiate noise,because its normal velocity is maximal.The improved measures are adopted which is based on the practical structure of the cover.The analysis of the improved structure shows that the measures are effective,the radiate noise of the cover is decreased distinctly.  相似文献

The physical model of perilous rock avalanche excitation effect is deudofed based on the effect of the main factors, such as weight and fissure water pressure. It quantizes the interaction of perilous rock masses through the energy point of fracture mechanics and wave theory, and gains the departure rate formula of landslide body at momentary avalanche. The particle displacement rate calculation method of perilous rock medium under the action of excitation waves is developed based on the formation of perilous rock avalanche excitation waves and the spread mechanism in slope rock formation. The example shows that the analysis results established are coincident with actual situation. Some scientific basis is provided for the further research of perilous rock damage and evolutionary mechanisms.  相似文献

人居环境改善涉及重大民生问题,节能减排是国家重大战略。因此,有必要寻求合理的居住建筑设计方法,使设计方案既满足居民的室内热舒适需求又能降低建筑能耗。基于多目标遗传优化算法,建立能够对建筑设计方案进行优化、实现增加室内热舒适时间比例的同时降低建筑全年冷热负荷的居住建筑设计双目标优化模型。最后,以重庆典型户型为实例进行优化,优化后的设计方案建筑全年冷热负荷降低了47.74%,室内热舒适时间比例提高了3.94%,验证了模型的可行性和准确性。  相似文献

Then an engine mounting system with double - lined type isolator is presented. 为揭示机体弹性变形对曲轴主轴承润滑特性的影响,在考虑整机体和曲轴弹性的条件下,建立发动机曲柄连杆机构多柔体动力学模型,耦合基于质量守恒边界条件的广义雷诺方程和Greenwood/Tripp接触模型,分析机体弹性变形对曲轴主轴承润滑特性的影响。结果表明:与刚性机体相比,计入机体弹性变形后,各主轴承的润滑特性随曲轴转角的变化趋势与将缸体处理为刚性时基本一致;润滑油平均端泄量和总摩擦功耗在一个工作循环内均变化较小;润滑油最小油膜厚度、最大油膜压力和轴承的最大粗糙接触压力在一个工作循环内的某些时刻变化明显。  相似文献

服装热阻是影响人体热舒适的重要因素之一,夜间睡眠状态下的被服系统总热阻包括人体所穿服装热阻与整个床褥系统热阻。针对低气压环境,目前,尚缺乏被服热阻实验数据,也没有可参考的被服系统总热阻的理论计算模型。以人体睡眠状态被服系统总热阻计算方法为依据,引入气压修正项对相关参数进行修正,建立了适用于低气压环境的被服系统总热阻的修正计算模型,并用模型计算了冬夏典型被服系统总热阻,分析了气压减小对总热阻的影响,发现冬夏季被服系统总热阻均随大气压力降低而升高,增加百分比最大值均为42%,且均出现在被子覆盖率为23.3%的条件下,当海拔低于3 000 m时,由被子覆盖率引起的被服系统总热阻增加系数不超过0.05。  相似文献

The behavior of engine automatic starting and stop under idle speed is an important working model for HEV(hybrid electric vehicle), which can avoid engine running under idle speed. So it can reduce engine fuel consumption, exhaust gas emission and wear efficiently. The ISG(integral starter/generator) motor control strategy is given by dynamic research of the HEV engine starting, based on the model and simulation of resistant characters during engine starting, then an ISG motor-engine integral control model is built up and simulated. The result shows that the ISG motor can drive engine quickly and the simulation meets well with the need of starting time.  相似文献
