A novel double ring plate gear reducer (DRPGR) is designed and its experimental validation is conducted. By using the closed graph method, the modification coefficients of internal gearing in DRPGR are determined. Based on this, the overall structure of the reducer is designed and its kinematics simulation is achieved. With APDL programming language of ANSYS, a 3D finite element (FE) model of DRPGR is established, and its modal analysis and loaded tooth contact analysis (LTCA) are conducted respectively. The modal analysis reveals that the lower natural frequencies of DRPGR are much higher than the input frequency and the lower modes can be classified as vertical and horizontal bending of input and output shafts. The LTCA indicates that three pairs of gear teeth contact simultaneously at rated output torque. Due to the multi teeth contacts, the maximum stress is much lower than the permissible stress of internal gearings. The experimental tests of the prototype validate that DRPGR is adapted to both single driven and dual driven work condition. When single droved, DRPGR can eliminate the kinematic uncertainty by non 180 degree phase difference design. DRPGR claims a better dynamic performance in dual driven work condition. The efficiency of DRPGR increases with the increment of output torque and the reducer has an excellent short term overloaded capacity. The experimental results validate that the proposed method can be used to guide the design of that kind of reducer.  相似文献

Based on the method of gear system dynamics and Lagrange equation, a translational-rotational coupling dynamic model of the herringbone planetary gear sets is built and dynamic analysis is carried out. The analysis results have guiding meanings for the design of herringbone planetary gear transmission system. Herringbone gear is treated as two helical gears in the model, and gear train elastic coupling, load inertia and stagger angle between the left and right helical gears is considered. The load sharing coefficients of the system are obtained through calculation, and the impact of stagger angle and coupling torsional stiffness between the left and the right helical gears on the load sharing characteristic is analyzed. The analysis results show that when stagger angle is π/2, the load sharing coefficients are the best, and coupling torsional stiffness between the left and the right helical gears has litter influence on the load sharing coefficients.  相似文献

Study on Surface Noise Distribution of Three ring Reducer   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The three ring reducer is a kind of gear drive developed in the past decade. Adopting the new conception of "parallel and movable axis" of multiple mechanisms, this kind of gear drive has many characteristics such as large transmission ratio, high efficiency and so on. As the three ring reducer has been invented only for ten years, up to date the design of the gear drive is only made with analogue method, no design theory can be followed, there exist serious vibration and noise in transmission, which limit its wide application in industry. In this paper, the transmission principle of SHQ50 reducer is studied, the surface noise distribution of the reducer, transmission ratio 49.5 , is measured and analyzed by means of sound intensity method. The 3D distribution maps of noise on top of reducer, input side and output side of reducer, and left side and right side of reducer are drawn. With the sound intensity frequency maps of each measuring point, the sources of giving out noise are analyzed. The reducer of low vibration and noise can be designed rightly according to the analysis.  相似文献

The full name of variable tooth thickness plane worm gear transmission is. Backlash adjustable plane worm gear with variable tooth thickness enveloping worm transmission, which is a new kind of accurate power transmission that is intervenient between traditional motion transmission and power transmission. Tooth surface equations of the variable tooth thickness plane worm gear transmission are deduced based on the theory of engagement. Basing on the result, the authors create a finite analysis model of backlash adjustable variable tooth thickness plane enveloping worm with perfect tooth shape by using I-DEAS software, and then has done finite element analysis of backlash adjustable variable tooth thickness plane enveloping worm transmission. Finally, the author drew a conclusion about distribution of principal stress and load distribution between teeth, which offer some references for strength and performance analysis of worm transmission.  相似文献

On the basis of studying shield machine and planetary transmission, to address cutting drive system of shield machine, a novel dual drive planetary transmission system with large capacity is presented, and its principle and structure are analyzed. Through establishing a new kinematical model of the transmission system and analyzing its characteristics, the transmission ratio, rev and torque relationship and changing rules within the system are acquired. By comparing the simplified experimental results with theoretical results,it is shown that the variation is basically the same, which verifies the correctness of the model and analysis method. The high-power dual-driven planetary gear transmission system with great transmission ratio, strong carrying capacity, can perform the function of low-speed and high-torque output, and meet basic requirements of shield machine. It can not only replace the traditional multi-driven transmission system, but also achieve the transmission function in three different types of shield machine.  相似文献

The current cycloid reducer drive has the shortage of needing special output mechanism, large volume and high vibration. To solve this problem, a new gyratory fixed spindle cycloid drive is designed. The drive principle of the reducer is introduced. Formula for calculating the basic parameters and tooth profile equation of cycloid gear are derived. On the basis of discussion of the mechanism and the principles of gear connection, a prototype is designed and manufactured. The results of the prototype test on the gear test rig indicate that the transmission efficiency of the new drive may reach 91.9% at rated operating conditions, the biggest vibration velocity effective value is 3.09 mm/s, and the biggest structure noise is 101.6 dB.  相似文献

The double drive hoist reducer developed in the planetary gear is a new generation of energy saving and environment protecting hoist product. The multi flow transmission system theory of hoist is analyzed. With the theory and method of bond graph,a bond graph model with coupled vibration is established for hoist multi flow transmission system for the first time. The state equation of the system is developed and dynamic simulation analysis is also carried out. The internal changing law and relationship of the system for the state variable are got. Therefore, the dynamic properties and gearing features of this system are revealed comprehensively. Based on the plane equivalent pitch curve of elliptical bevel gear,the pressure angle in the transmission is acquired with differential geometry and gear meshing theories. The force analysis in the meshing process is performed and the formulas of tangential force and normal force on the gear teeth are derived. A method to calculate elliptical bevel gear’s strength in a successive way is established and the regulation of the tooth surface contacting stress and the root bending stress changing with the angle of driving gear is discussed. Then the position of the weakest tooth is determined and the influence of basic parameters including module,number of teeth and eccentricity ratio on contacting stress and bending stress is analysed. Comparing with traditional calculation for spur bevel gear,the exactness of this successive strength calculation method is verified.  相似文献

Based on above work, the structure of the gear shaft is analysed, then the diameter of the gear shaft is taken as a design variable. Considering that the transmission system of wind turbine works in complex and changing load environment caused by stochastic wind speed,this paper uses sparse least squares support vector machine(SL-SVM) to simulate wind speed of true wind field,and obtains time-varying wind load caused by stochastic wind speed. The lumped-parameter method is used to develop a dynamic model of planetary gear transmission system of wind turbine coupled with bearing. The model includes the varying wind load,time-vary mesh stiffness of gear pair and time-vary stiffness of rolling element bearing. The numerical method is used to simulate the dynamic performance of planetary gear system of Multibrid Technology Wind Turbine with 1.5 MW rated power. The vibration displacement responses of the transmission system are obtained as well as dynamic meshing force each pair of gear and nonlinear bearing forces. The research can provide a foundation for optimizing dynamic performance and reliable design of gear transmission system of wind generator.  相似文献

Based on correlate technique conditions of marine gearbox,it is proposed to take run out value of input and output couplings as the stiffness evaluation of marine gearbox. This new method is put forth on rated load by considering the deformation interrelationship in transmission of some main parts,such as shaft,bearing,gear and box. Finite element analysis of strength and deformation of marine gearbox under forward and backward conditions are conducted. Parameters,such as box and axis deformation,bearing and shaft block stiffness,etc. are obtained and run out value of input and output couplings is calculated. Experiments are carried out at gear drive test bench to verify the reliable of stiffness evaluation method. Compared with the experimental results,the error is in 11 %,which shows the proposed stiffness method is valid.  相似文献

Higher-order elliptical bevel gear is a typical form of the noncircular bevel gear transmission.Space spherical coordinate system of the bevel gear meshing is set up based on the meshing theory of space transmission.The varying relationship among the pitch curve,tooth profile and mesh lines are analyzed,and the equation of the gear tooth surface is developed with matrix method based on space coordinate transformation.The basic parameters of the noncircular bevel gear such as transmission ratio,modulus and the number of teeth are designed,and detailed analysis of the influence of the eccentricity on the relevant parameters is carried out as well.By using discrete numerical method and three-dimensional software,the mathematical model of the tooth profile and virtual physical model of the noncircular bevel gear are established,and then simulation on its motion and interference checking are performed.Finally,the approach for design,calculation and generation of the tooth profile is obtained and its correction has been verified by experiment.  相似文献

An original variable valve timing mechanism with two-mode intake timing parameters is developed according to the structural characteristics of small-medium displacement motorcycle engine. Based on cycle simulation, a cycle simulation model of VVT mechanism for motorcycle engine is created. The control strategy of variable valve timing and lifting running-model are carried out at idle speed low negative load, middle negative load, low speed high negative load and high speed high negative load. It has been proved that the performance of JH125 motorcycle engine can be effectively improved by loading the new type VVT system.  相似文献

Based on the gray forecast theory, this paper studies the principle and deficiency in power load forecasting by the basic grey model and other improved models, and introduces a new method -the combination grey model to forecast the long-medium power load. Based on an example, the basic grey model, other improved models and combination grey model are used to forecast power load and results of all models are analyzed and compared. The calculation results show that forecasting power load by grey theory is credible and simple. For this type of complex problems such as forecasting the long-medium power load, the combination grey model is specially useful because of it's high precision and facility. The method can be used as one of the tools of forecasting the long-medium power load.  相似文献

A new worm driving,i.e. planar internal gear enveloping crown worm driving,is presented. Its mathematical model of meshing functions and teeth surface equations are established basing on the theory of differential geometry and gear mesh. Various types of the driving,the macroscopic meshing performance and the microcosmic meshing performance are analyzed. The results show that the inclination angle of generating plane determines the distribution of contact lines,the planar internal gear primary-enveloping crown worm driving has ideal lubrication property,and the planar internal gear second-enveloping crown worm driving has high loading capacity. On the basis of a planetary transmission, a novel hydrodynamic speed controlled transmission system for wind turbines with large capacity is presented. The new drive train consists of wind rotors, planet accelerators, hydro-mechanical and synchronous generators. The dynamic mathematical model of the drive train is established. The digital simulation of speed regulation characteristics for hydrodynamic speed controlled system is studied by using Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results show that continuously variable transmission and fixed speed control can be achieved, and the drive train works well in stability and dynamic performances. They can increase the power yield from the wind, smooth the electric power output, and alleviate the load peak in the new drive train .  相似文献

In order to analyze efficiency of electric-drive AMT shifting actuator from experimental perspective and form an effective test evaluation system,an average transmission efficiency test program is designed through analyzing features of electric-drive AMT shifting actuator. According to the motion law of electric-drive AMT shifting actuator,a new computing method of the average transmission efficiency is proposed. Based on the AMT actuator test bed,the average transmission efficiency of an AMT shifting actuator is respectively tested in two working conditions with time-constant load-variable and with time-variable load-constant. Results indicate that the average transmission efficiency on the basis of the test program and computing method have a good repeatability;and when the test time is constant,the average transmission efficiency increases along with the load;however,when the load is constant,different test time has little effect on the average transmission efficiency.  相似文献
