小流域是我国进行水土流失治理和发展生产的基本单元。结合英国赠款参与式中国小流域治理管理项目(CWMP),探讨了参与式流域工作方法在小流域综合治理规划中的应用,进一步摸索出一条优化的小流域治理模式,推动了小流域的综合治理管理,使小流域治理管理的模式更加优化,为今后的小流域综合治理管理起到良好的示范和促进作用。为类似项目的规划实施提供了参考。  相似文献

以单家店小流域为研究对象,对其2014~2017年的综合治理效益运用层次分析法进行系统科学的评价。研究表明:单家店小流域综合治理项目发挥了显著的综合效益,其中生态、经济、社会效益指数分别增加了71.0%、25.6%、16.8%,相对于项目实施前综合效益指数提高了39.2%;可为单家店小流域水土保持规划与综合治理效益评价提供一定参考依据。  相似文献

The quality of environmental decisions should be gauged according to managers’ objectives. Management objectives generally seek to maximize quantifiable measures of system benefit, for instance population growth rate. Reaching these goals often requires a certain degree of learning about the system. Learning can occur by using management action in combination with a monitoring system. Furthermore, actions can be chosen strategically to obtain specific kinds of information. Formal decision making tools can choose actions to favor such learning in two ways: implicitly via the optimization algorithm that is used when there is a management objective (for instance, when using adaptive management), or explicitly by quantifying knowledge and using it as the fundamental project objective, an approach new to conservation.This paper outlines three conservation project objectives – a pure management objective, a pure learning objective, and an objective that is a weighted mixture of these two. We use eight optimization algorithms to choose actions that meet project objectives and illustrate them in a simulated conservation project. The algorithms provide a taxonomy of decision making tools in conservation management when there is uncertainty surrounding competing models of system function. The algorithms build upon each other such that their differences are highlighted and practitioners may see where their decision making tools can be improved.  相似文献

This article outlines the major scientific objectives of the SHui project that seeks to optimize soil and water use in agricultural systems in the EU and China, by considering major current scientific challenges in this area. SHui (for Soil Hydrology research platform underpinning innovation to manage water scarcity in European and Chinese cropping systems) is large cooperative project that aims to provide significant advances through transdisciplinary research at multiple scales (plot, field, catchment and region). This paper explains our research platform of long-term experiments established at plot scale, approaches taken to integrate crop and hydrological models at field scale; coupled crop models and satellite-based observations at regional scales; decision support systems for specific farming situations; and the integration of these technologies to provide policy recommendations through socio-economic analysis of the impact of soil and water saving technologies. It also outlines the training of stakeholders to develop a basic common curriculum despite the subject being distributed across different disciplines and professions. As such, this article provides a review of major challenges for improving soil and water use in EU and China as well as information about the potential to access information made available by SHui, and to allow others to engage with the project.  相似文献

The EPRI Tailored Collaboration State-of-the-Art Cooling Water Treatment Research Program has been initiated with several electric utility participants. Started in January 1995, the program will provide O&M cost reduction through improved cooling water system reliability and operation. This effort is discussed along with the objectives and goals, the participants and project timetable. The program will provide three (3) main results to the participating utilities: cost effective optimization of cooling water treatment, production of a new Cooling Water Treatment Manual and updating of two (2) EPRI software products — SEQUIL and COOLADD. At a small upland acid lake in southwest Scotland, deposition, water quality and the lake catchment have been characterized over a two year period. In Spring 1986 powdered limestone was applied to three sectors of the lake's catchment. Agroecosystems contain about 12% of the terrestrial soil C and play an important role in the global C cycle. We describe a project to evaluate the degree to which management practices can affect soil C in agroecosystems. The objectives of the project are to determine if agricultural systems can be managed to conserve and sequester C and thereby reduce the accumulation of CO2 in the atmosphere, and to provide reference datasets and methodologies for agricultural assessments.  相似文献

The joint research project, ‘Acid Precipitation — Effects on Forest and Fish‘ (the SNSF-project) of the Agricultural Research Council of Norway and the Norwegian Council for Scientific and Industrial Research was started in 1972. The objectives of the project are to: (1) establish as precisely as possible the effects of acid precipitation on forest and freshwater fish; and (2) investigate the effects of air pollutants on soil, vegetation, and water, required to satisfy point 1. Research activities on the project are organized and carried out mainly at four institutes. Within and between these institutes groups are formed carrying out investigations in fields including atmospheric transport and chemistry, dry deposition and leaching of foliage, forest growth, soil biology and soil chemistry, hydrological relationships of peatland, hydrobiology with special stress on fish, and hydrochemistry including snow chemistry.  相似文献

为揭示水文模型计算单元划分引起的土地利用变化对模拟结果的影响,采用SWAT模型,通过设置11种子流域阈值情景(4 000,3 200,2 000,1 500,1 100,800,400,200,100,50,25 hm2),并保持地形和土壤数据不变,定量分析了子流域划分引起的土地利用空间离散化对径流输沙模拟结果的影响。结果表明:(1)随着子流域数量的增加,流域内土地利用中面积最大的林地呈先增加后减少趋势,所有情景下林地面积均高于实际林地面积; 而随着土地利用离散程度的增加耕地面积呈减少趋势,水域、草地和建设用地面积则呈增加趋势并逐渐接近实际面积;(2)土地利用空间离散化导致年均径流量(1.85%)和输沙量(65.84%)减少,且对输沙量影响更显著;(3)土地利用空间离散化造成洪水过程和输沙峰值显著降低,并导致年最大1 d、连续最大5 d和连续最大7 d输沙量显著下降(p<0.01)。综上所述,SWAT模型不同子流域划分显著改变了流域土地利用分布,进而引起径流输沙有关参数变化,最终导致径流和输沙模拟结果的变化。  相似文献
