热泵干燥北极虾和鱼块的干燥特性研究   总被引:7,自引:3,他引:4  
利用热泵干燥机,分别在-2~0℃和20℃两种温度下对北极虾整虾、去头北极虾、去壳北极虾和尺寸分别为50 mm(直径)×(7~9)mm(厚度)和50 mm×(14~18) mm的鱼块进行了干燥研究。结果显示,虾的状态(有壳或无壳、有头或无头)和鱼块的厚度对其干燥特性有着显著影响。无论干燥温度为-2~0℃还是20℃,去壳虾所需干燥时间均最少,去头虾的干燥速度均大于整虾;薄鱼块的干燥速度在20℃显著大于厚鱼块的干燥速度。扩散模型MR=Aexp(-kt)可以很好地描述热泵干燥北极虾和鱼块的干燥特性,根据试验结果建立的一系列统计回归模型显示,当热泵干燥温度由-2~0℃增加到20℃时,干燥速度和K值显著增加,干燥时间明显减小。  相似文献

为了开发具有药用价值的硫酸软骨素(chondroitin sulfate,CS)的新资源,从鲐鱼(Pneumatophorus japonicus Houttuyn)软骨蛋白聚糖(proteoglycan,PG)制备了糖胺聚糖(glycosaminoglycan,GAG),用酶降解和阴离子交换HPLC法测定了GAG的CS的组成及其含量,用凝胶层析法测定了GAG的分子量,用表面等离子体谐振(surface plasmon resonance,SPR)法测定了其与多效生长因子(PTN)、中期因子(MK)和肝细胞生长因子(HGF)相互作用的动力学参数结合速率常数(ka)、解离速率常数(kd)和平衡解离常数(KD)。结果显示,鲐鱼软骨GAG含量约为651μg/mgPG或1.09μmol/mgPG(按照二糖单位计算),主要含CS(1.03μmol/mgPG,按照二糖单位计算),CS酶解产生的主要二糖单位是ΔDi-6S(38.8%)和ΔDi-4S(46.3%),有少量的ΔDi-0S(8.4%)和ΔDi-diSD(6.5%)。GAG(CS)的分子量为78kD。GAG(CS)与生长因子的相互作用的动力学参数ka((mol/L)-1.s-1)、kd(s-1)和KD(nmol/L)分别为(2.77±0.17)×105、(7.74±1.56)×10-5和(0.28±0.06)(MK),(1.05±0.22)×104、(4.16±0.80)×10-3和(417±131.3)(PTN),(7.04±0.94)×105、(7.84±2.82)×10-3和(11.1±3.80)(HGF)。该GAG同MK、HGF和PTN有高的或较高的亲和性,暗示鲐鱼软骨GAG的CS有可能通过调节生长因子的信号转导途径而对某些疾病发挥治疗作用,具有潜在进一步药用开发价值。  相似文献

Concentrations of four naturally produced halogenated dimethyl bipyrroles (HDBPs) were quantitated in marine fish (n = 10), freshwater fish (n = 10), canned fish (n = 10), and shrimp composites (n = 10) collected from 1992 to 2002 for the Canadian Total Diet Study. Canned fish composites composed of epipelagic higher trophic level species contained the highest concentration of HDBPs (SigmaHDBP geometric mean +/- standard error = 880 +/- 690 pg/g of wet weight, n = 10), which was significantly higher than that found in the other three composites. There were no significant temporal trends of HDBP concentrations observed for any of the four composites. The estimated daily intake of HDBPs via consumption of fish and seafood was determined to be 53 pg/kg of body mass/day and 0.10 pg of TEQ/kg of body mass/day when transformed to 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzodioxin equivalents (TEQs). In the canned fish and shrimp composites collected in 1998, HDBPs accounted for approximately 98 and 19%, respectively, of the total quantitated TEQ (which included polychlorinated biphenyls, dioxins, and furans). The results of this study provide the first estimate of human exposure to naturally produced bioaccumulating organohalogens.  相似文献

为探讨无水保活对团头鲂生理应激和肌肉品质的影响,该文研究了团头鲂无水保活所需的较佳条件,测定了未处理(对照)、无水和恢复3种状态下团头鲂的血液生化以及鱼肉成分、持水力、新鲜度、质构和游离氨基酸等品质指标。结果表明:团头鲂无水保活的较佳生活水温为(14.8±0.2)℃(冬季),以2℃/h降至休眠温度2℃,充氧包装后在2℃无水保活14 h,在当季暂养水温中((14.8±0.2)℃)恢复24 h后存活率为100%;无水保活14 h后,血液中皮质醇和乳酸浓度、谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活力显著高于未处理(对照)(P0.05),血糖浓度和碱性磷酸酶活性明显低于未处理值(P0.05),当季暂养水温恢复24 h后,基本都恢复至未处理组值,但谷草转氨酶仍明显高于未处理组值(P0.05);低温无水环境对团头鲂鱼肉中蛋白质和脂肪含量、新鲜度和持水力无影响,但鱼肉的硬度和咀嚼性明显下降(P0.05),鱼肉游离氨基酸中丝氨酸(Ser)、谷氨酸(Glu)、甘氨酸(Gly)、缬氨酸(Val)和精氨酸(Arg)等含量显著升高(P0.05),异亮氨酸(Ile)、亮氨酸(Leu)、酪氨酸(Tyr)和苯丙氨酸(Phe)在无水保活过程中无明显变化,当季暂养水温恢复后却显著高于未处理组水平(P0.05)。因此,团头鲂无水保活中产生的应激反应在恢复24 h后基本消除,且无水保活对鱼肉的食用品质影响较小。该研究结果为无水保活在淡水鱼活鱼运输中的应用提供参考。  相似文献

Uptake and elimination of aflatoxins (AFs) by rainbow trout ( Oncorhynchus mykiss ) during a long-term (21 days) dietary exposure were studied to assess contamination by AFs in aquaculture fish fed AF-containing feed. The uptake factor (UF) of aflatoxin B(1) (AFB(1)) in muscle ranged from 0.40 × 10(-3) to 1.30 × 10(-3). AFB(1) concentrations in liver were 165-342 times higher than in muscle. AFs from feed were more highly accumulated in liver than in muscle. Aflatoxicol (AFL) and aflatoxin M(1) (AFM(1)) were detected in muscle and liver and also in the rearing water. AFL concentrations were higher than AFM(1) by 2 orders of magnitude in muscle, and AFL was a major metabolite of AFB(1). The elimination rate constants (α) of AFB(1) and AFL in muscle (1.83 and 2.02 day(-1), respectively) and liver (1.38 and 2.41 day(-1), respectively) were very large. The elimination half-life (t(1/2)) of AFB(1) was 0.38 days (9.12 h) in muscle and 0.50 days (12.00 h) in liver. The elimination half-life of AFL in muscle and liver was 0.34 day (8.16 h) and 0.29 day (6.96 h), respectively. These data show that AFs are eliminated rapidly and are not biomagnified in fish. Thus, AFB(1) concentration in muscle of fish fed AFB(1)-containing feed (ca. 500 μg/kg) decreased to below the detection limit (20 ng/kg) of the most sensitive analytical method at 1.54 days (36.96 h) after the change to uncontaminated feed.  相似文献

以新疆塞里木湖高白鲑为研究对象,研究冷烟熏过程对鱼肉理化性质及肌球蛋白构象的影响。冷熏温度为(20±2)℃,发烟温度140℃,冷熏时间分别为0、6、12、18、24 h,研究冷熏鱼肉理化性质(含水率、水分活度、色泽、质构特性、TVB-N)及肌球蛋白构象(蛋白浓度、总巯基含量、Ca^2+-ATPase、表面疏水性)变化。研究结果表明,冷熏0~24h,鱼肉含水率由75.75%下降至53.03%,水分活度(Aw)由0.988下降至0.952;鱼肉亮度值(L^*)显著降低(P<0.05),红度值(a^*)缓慢增加,黄度值(b^*)显著增加(P<0.05);表征鱼肉质构特性的剪切力与韧性均呈明显上升趋势(P<0.05);鱼肉挥发性盐基氮(TVB-N)由9.81上升至14.23 mg/100g;肌球蛋白浓度、总巯基含量、Ca^2+-ATPase活性均显著降低(P<0.05),表面疏水性增加(P<0.05);综上,控制冷熏时间12~18 h有利于提高冷熏鱼肉品质,降低鱼肉肌球蛋白变性与氧化程度。该研究为特色淡水鱼冷熏制品开发与烟熏过程中蛋白氧化调控提供理论依据与技术参考。  相似文献

Tobacco-specific N-nitrosamines (TSNAs) and benzo[a]pyrene (B[a]P) in mainstream cigarette smoke (MSS) cause smoking-related diseases and environmental pollution. Porphyrins were added to cigarette filters to reduce B[a]P (porphyrins A-E) and TSNAs (porphyrin F) in MSS. The porphyrin-B[a]P and porphyrin F-TSNAs (N'-nitrosoanabasine (NAB), N'-nitrosoanatabine (NAT), 4-(methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone (NNK), and N-nitrosonornicotine (NNN)) interactions were investigated by fluorescence quenching and UV-visible spectroscopy. The correlation coefficients were 0.987-0.997 (B[a]P) and 0.994-0.999 (TSNAs), and the binding constants were (1.67-5.02) × 10(5) (B[a]P) and 3.42 × 10(3)-1.40 × 10(4) (TSNAs). Up to 36.72% of B[a]P and 46.67% of the TSNAs were eliminated from MSS, with greater reductions when more porphyrin was included in the filter. With the same mass of porphyrin in the filter, the reduction trend for B[a]P by porphyrins A-E was A > B > C > D > E. The reduction trend for TSNAs by porphyrin F was NNN > NAB > NNK > NAT. The porphyrin mode of action is possibly through strong π-π interactions.  相似文献

A method for the simultaneous determination of fumonisin B(1) (FB(1)) and its major hydrolysis product (HFB(1)), which is known to be formed during alkaline treatment of fumonisin-containing corn meal, was devised to analyze the levels of these mycotoxins in corn products available on the German market. Liquid chromatography/electrospray mass spectrometry in combination with selected ion monitoring (SIM) was used for unambiguous detection of FB(1) and HFB(1) after extraction of samples with acetonitrile/methanol/water (25:25:50) and solid-phase C18 cleanup. Quantitation was carried out using labeled fumonisin FB(1)-D(6) as an internal standard. The detection limits achieved with this method were 8 ng/g for HFB(1) (signal-noise ratio = 5:1) and 5 ng/g for FB(1) (s/n = 5:1) using the protonated molecule signals m/z 406 and 722 in the SIM mode. A screening of several corn-containing foodstuffs, among them extrusion products and alkali-processed corn food such as tortilla chips, showed HFB(1) and FB(1) contamination with levels of 8-80 and 5-450 ng/g, respectively.  相似文献

利用1978年MSS多光谱数据、2008年中国资源卫星数据和全国第二次土壤普查数据,对黑龙江省土壤退化典型地区大庆地区的植被和土壤碳氮储量进行了估算。结果表明:大庆地区的植被平均碳密度1978年为0.58kg/m2,2008年为0.67kg/m3;土壤平均碳氮密度分别为(9.26±1.73)kg/m3和(0.62±0.17)kg/m3,土地覆被平均土壤碳氮密度分别为(8.10±2.34)kg/m3和(0.50±0.11)kg/m3。1978和2001年植被碳储量分别为(9.38×106)t和(10.40×106)t,30年间植被碳储量增加了(1.02×106)t;全区土壤总碳量为(187.18±34.95)×106t,总氮量为(125.84±33.66)×105t;全区土地覆被土壤总碳量为(163.68±47.34)×106t,总氮量为(102.00±22.55)×105t。大庆地区的植被和土壤平均碳密度都低于中国的平均水平。  相似文献

对分别在(-2~0)℃和20℃两种温度下热泵干燥北极虾(整虾、去头北极虾、去壳北极虾)的物理和感官特性进行了研究.结果显示,当热泵干燥温度由(-2~0)℃增加到20℃时,干燥虾的收缩率和所需的剪切力增大.干燥温度对干燥虾的色泽影响不显著.所有热泵干燥虾均具有高的复水能力和水分保持能力(WHC).研究结果还显示,虾的处理状态(有壳或无壳、有头或无头、解冻处理)对其物理和感官特性有着显著影响.解冻处理不利于虾色泽的保持并使之收缩增加.在所有的干燥虾样品中,在20℃下干燥的冷冻去头虾(B-2)具有最好的综合表现.与热风干燥相比,利用热泵干燥虾可获得高质量干燥产品.  相似文献

Pet and food animal (hogs, chicken, and fish) feeds were recently found to be contaminated with melamine (MEL). A quantitative and confirmatory method is presented to determine MEL residues in edible tissues from fish fed this contaminant. Edible tissues were extracted with acidic acetonitrile, defatted with dichloromethane, and cleaned up using mixed-mode cation exchange solid-phase extraction cartridges. Extracts were analyzed by liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry with hydrophilic interaction chromatography and electrospray ionization in positive ion mode. Fish and shrimp tissues were fortified with 10-500 microg/kg (ppb) of MEL with an average recovery of 63.8% (21.5% relative standard deviation, n = 121). Incurred fish tissues were generated by feeding fish up to 400 mg/kg of MEL or a combination of MEL and the related triazine cyanuric acid (CYA). MEL and CYA are known to form an insoluble complex in the kidneys, which may lead to renal failure. Fifty-five treated catfish, trout, tilapia, and salmon were analyzed after withdrawal times of 1-14 days. MEL residues were found in edible tissues from all of the fish with concentrations ranging from 0.011 to 210 mg/kg (ppm). Incurred shrimp and a survey of market seafood products were also analyzed as part of this study.  相似文献

Visible and short-wavelength near-infrared (SW-NIR) spectroscopy (600-1100 nm) was used to detect bruises in intact, whole Pacific pink salmon (Oncorhynchus gorbuscha). The measurements were performed noninvasively through the skin and scales in the diffuse reflectance mode. Digital images of bruised and nonbruised regions of fish were captured after the fish samples were filleted. Image analysis was conducted using Adobe Photoshop 7.0 with relative gray values used as reference values in a partial least-squares (PLS) model. A PLS cross-validation model using six latent variables yielded a standard error of prediction (SEP = 0.05%, R = 0.83). Approximately 84% of all nonbruised spectra were correctly classified, whereas approximately 81% of all bruised spectra were correctly classified. These results suggest that visible and SW-NIR could be used to control the bruise defect of fish products during processing, thereby improving product consistency and quality.  相似文献

A laboratory study evaluated the effect of rate (0, 100, 250, 500, 750 or 1000 mg/kg) and mode of application of the urease inhibitor N -( n -butyl) thiophosphoric triamide (nBTPT) (coating the urea granule, adding to the urea melt or adding to urea ammonium nitrate (UAN) solutions) on NH3 volatilization from urea, at three temperatures (5, 15 and 25 °C), with four contrasting soil types. Daily ammonia loss was measured for up to 21 days after surface N application, using ventilated soil enclosures. Ammonia loss from unamended urea varied with soil type and temperature and ranged from 8.2 to 31.9% of the N applied. nBTPT was highly effective in lowering NH3 volatilization from urea and in delaying the time of maximum rate of loss. The average % inhibition over all soils, temperatures and formulations was 61.2, 69.9, 74.2, 79.2 and 79.8% for the 100, 250, 500, 750 or 1000 mg/kg nBTPT concentration, respectively. The % inhibition with nBTPT was lower at 15 °C compared with at 5 or 25 °C and was lower in UAN solutions than in granular products. There was little difference between the melted and coated granular products in lowering NH3 loss or in soil N transformations. The stability of nBTPT in urea products was dependent on its mode of application and on the storage temperature. Incorporating nBTPT in the urea melt produced a more homogeneous product with superior stability than coating the urea granule.  相似文献

Selected sugars (fructose, sucrose, or raffinose) and polyhydric alcohols (sorbitol or mannitol) were equilibrated directly with bulk fish oil (10% by weight, excess) and exposed to fluorescent lighting (2550 Lx) for 24 h at 5 degrees C. Data for room temperature-equilibrated samples revealed that polyols functioned as antioxidants in fish oil. Increased times and temperatures of equilibration (to 90-110 degrees C, 1-2 mmHg, to 2 h) greatly enhanced the antioxidant activity of polyols in fish oil exposed to light. Under accelerated oxidation conditions (60 degrees C) in the dark, dispersed sorbitol in bulk fish oil greatly suppressed the peroxide value, primarily by chelating transition metals, while fructose showed a limited antioxidant activity. Sugars with a lower molecular weight and smaller numbers of equatorial OH groups exhibited a higher rate of permeation of sugars into fish oil triacylglycerols and hence rendered greater antioxidant activities. The treatment of bulk fish oils with polyols and then using the oils in the preparation of emulsions greatly reduced their antioxidant activities as compared to those observed for treated bulk oils. The introduction of polyols dissolved in propylene glycol into bulk fish oils at 90 degrees C (0.025% polyol, 0.25 h of equilibration) provided a similar antioxidant activity to that imparted by the introduction of polyols into the oil by equilibrating excess polyols (10% by weight) with them at 90-110 degrees C for 2 h. However, regardless of the method of the introduction of polyols to bulk fish oil, an elevated temperature (90 degrees C) exposure during fish oil treatment was required to induce a notable antioxidant activity.  相似文献

为保障水产品质量安全和保护广东近岸海洋生态环境,于2004—2010年对广东沿岸17个主要港湾的海水养殖牡蛎进行了采样,运用原子荧光光谱法监测其总汞含量,并结合1989—1993年的历史监测数据分析了广东近岸海域总体及粤东、珠江口和粤西三大主要海区牡蛎体内汞的时空分布规律,应用单因子指数法和人体暴露风险系数法(HQ)评价了牡蛎体汞含量对人体暴露的健康风险。结果表明,1989—2010年广东沿海牡蛎体内汞含量的检出率为100%,变化范围为(0.080±0.114)mg·kg-(1湿重,下同)。单因子指数评价结果与风险系数(HQ)评价结果一致。上世纪80年代末(1989年)广东海域牡蛎体内汞含量处于污染水平,健康风险系数较大(HQ=3.39×10-2);90年代(1991—1993年)牡蛎体内汞含量逐年降低,健康风险显著降低(HQ=2.23×10-2,P〈0.05);2004年以来,全海域的牡蛎体内汞含量一直稳定地维持在较低水平([0.012±0.006)mg·kg-1];粤东、珠江口海域牡蛎体内含量稳定下降,粤西海域降幅有所减小。2006—2010年,人均摄取牡蛎软组织20g·d-1,每年食用200d,食用20a后,在人均寿命70岁的时间内,其健康风险系数HQ为0.13×10-2,食用安全,不存在潜在的危害性,食用广东沿海牡蛎对人体日均总汞允许摄入限量的贡献率仅为0.13%。  相似文献

本文叙述了γ射线对鲜兔肉品质的影响。试验测定了鲜兔肉辐照后各项品质指标,结果表明:1到60kGy的辐射剂量对鲜兔肉的基本化学组成和氨基酸的含量无明显影响,没有改变兔肉食品的营养结构。辐照后兔肉的挥发性盐基氮随着辐射剂量的增加而增高.与对照组比较有明显差异.但未超过规定的鲜兔肉标准(小于15mg/100g).γ射线对鲜兔肉的蛋白质分解和脂肪的氧化有一定作用,但作用程度很小,并且在适宜的辐照剂量范围内不能引起兔肉的变质。10kGy以上辐射剂量处理的鲜兔肉均出现不同程度的“异味”,并随着辐照剂量的增加而加重,但在低温下,“异味”随着贮藏时间的延长而减弱或消失。密封包装的鲜兔肉用10kGy剂量辐照后,在2±1℃条件下贮藏3个月以上仍属于次鲜兔肉等级。  相似文献

Shrimp and crab are well-known as allergenic ingredients. According to Japanese food allergy labeling regulations, shrimp species (including prawns, crayfishes, and lobsters) and crab species must be differentially declared when ≥10 ppm (total protein) of an allergenic ingredient is present. However, the commercial ELISA tests for the detection of crustacean proteins cannot differentiate between shrimp and crab. Therefore, two methods were developed to discriminate shrimp and crab: a shrimp-PCR method with postamplification digestion and a crab-PCR method that specifically amplifies a fragment of the 16S rRNA gene. The sensitivity and specificity of both PCR methods were verified by experiments using DNA extracted from 15 shrimp species, 13 crab species, krill, mysid, mantis shrimp, other food samples (cephalopod, shellfish, and fish), incurred foods, and commercial food products. Both PCR methods could detect 5 pg of DNA extracted from target species and 50 ng of genomic DNA extracted from incurred foods containing 10 ppm (μg/g) total protein of shrimp or crab. The two PCR methods were considered to be specific enough to separately detect species belonging to shrimp and crab. Although false-positive and false-negative results were obtained from some nontarget crustacean species, the proposed PCR methods, when used in conjunction with ELISA tests, would be a useful tool for confirmation of the validity of food allergy labeling and management of processed food safety for allergic patients.  相似文献

Fresh sierra fish (Scomberomorus sierra) fillets were packed in low-density polyethylene films with butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT-LDPE) added. Fillets packed in LDPE with no BHT were used as controls (LDPE). The packed fillets were stored at -25 degrees C for 120 days in which the film released 66.5% of the antioxidant. The influence of the antioxidant on lipid and protein quality, lipid oxidation, muscle structure changes, and shear-force resistance was recorded. As compared to LDPE films, fillets packed in BHT-LDPE films showed lower lipid oxidation, thiobarbituric acid values (4.20 +/- 0.52 vs 11.95 +/- 1.06 mg malonaldehyde/kg), peroxide values (7.20 +/- 1.38 vs 15.15 +/- 1.48 meq/kg), and free fatty acids (7.98 +/- 0.43 vs 11.83 +/- 1.26% of oleic acid). Fillets packed in BHT-LDPE films showed less tissue damage and lost less firmness than fillets packed in LDPE. A significant relationship between lipid oxidation and texture was detected (R2 adjusted, 0.70-0.73). BHT-LDPE films may be used not only to prevent lipid oxidation but also to minimize protein damage to prolong the shelf life of sierra fish.  相似文献

A direct competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed to detect a broad range of (fluoro)quinolones in various matrices. In the optimized generic test, anti-sarafloxacin antibodies in combination with norfloxacin conjugate showed 50% binding inhibition at 0.21 ng mL(-)(1) for sarafloxacin in buffer. Screening for this class of antibiotics is accomplished using a simple, rapid extraction carried out with a 1:1 mixture of methanol and phosphate-buffered saline adjusted to pH 7.4. This common extraction was able to detect 15 (fluoro)quinolone residues such as sarafloxacin, norfloxacin, difloxacin, ciprofloxacin, pefloxacin, ofloxacin, cinoxacin, danofloxacin, enrofloxacin, marbofloxacin, lomefloxacin, enoxacin, flumequine, oxolinic acid, and nalidixic acid in pig kidney, poultry muscle, egg, fish, and shrimp. The assay's detection capabilities (CCbeta) for most of these compounds were <10 microg kg(-)(1) except for the sarafloxacin-, oxolinic acid-, flumequine-, and cinoxacin-spiked matrices, the estimated CCbeta values of which were <4, <25, <100, and <200 microg kg(-)(1), respectively.  相似文献

Meadowfoam (Limnanthes alba L.) is a herbaceous winter-spring annual grown as a commercial oilseed crop. The meal remaining after oil extraction from the seed contains up to 4% of the glucosinolate glucolimnanthin. Degradation of glucolimnanthin yields toxic breakdown products, and therefore the meal may have potential in the management of soilborne pathogens. To maximize the pest-suppressive potential of meadowfoam seed meal, it would be beneficial to know the toxicity of individual glucolimnanthin degradation products against specific soilborne pathogens. Meloidogyne hapla second-stage juveniles (J2) and Pythium irregulare and Verticillium dahliae mycelial cultures were exposed to glucolimnanthin as well as its degradation products. Glucolimnanthin and its degradation product, 2-(3-methoxyphenyl)acetamide, were not toxic to any of the soilborne pathogens at concentrations up to 1.0 mg/mL. Two other degradation products, 2-(3-methoxymethyl)ethanethioamide and 3-methoxyphenylacetonitrile, were toxic to M. hapla and P. irregulare but not V. dahliae. The predominant enzyme degradation product, 3-methoxybenzyl isothiocyanate, was the most toxic compound against all of the soilborne pathogens, with M. hapla being the most sensitive with EC(50) values (0.0025 ± 0.0001 to 0.0027 ± 0.0001 mg/mL) 20-40 times lower than estimated EC(50) mortality values generated for P. irregulare and V. dahliae (0.05 and 0.1 mg/mL, respectively). The potential exists to manipulate meadowfoam seed meal to promote the production of specific degradation products. The conversion of glucolimnanthin into its corresponding isothiocyanate should optimize the biopesticidal properties of meadowfoam seed meal against M. hapla, P. irregulare, and V. dahliae.  相似文献
