In an experiment using 2880 light hybrid pullets the effect of urea on laying performance has been assessed. Birds received one of three low‐protein rearing diets from 7–20 weeks of age. The control rearing diet, containing 11.5% crude protein, was compared with two diets containing 13.2% crude protein, one in which the protein was from conventional sources and the other containing 11.5% conventional protein and urea equivalent to 1.7% crude protein. At 20 weeks birds were allocated to one of two laying diets formulated to meet essential amino acid requirements. Half the birds from each rearing treatment received a low‐protein diet (14.7%) and the remaining birds received a 16.4% protein diet which included urea equivalent to 1.7% crude protein. Laying performance was recorded for the next 30 weeks.

Body weights of birds fed on the urea‐containing rearing diet were similar to those of birds fed on the control diet (1.22 kg) and less than those on the 13.2% protein diet (1.29 kg). Urea in the laying diet caused a 2% increase in egg production and tended to cause an improved food conversion efficiency. In contrast, a 3.5% less efficient food conversion was found during laying in birds which had received urea during rearing, compared with birds which had received the low‐protein rearing diet. Birds receiving the 13.2% protein diet, containing no urea, during rearing laid smaller eggs than birds fed on the 11.2% protein rearing diet. A high mortality rate occurred during laying due to lymphoid leucosis but no differences between treatments were found.  相似文献

文章旨在评估不同饲养方式对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和血清生化指标的影响。试验选择产蛋性能接近的22周龄海兰褐壳蛋鸡540只,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复36只。笼养组蛋鸡采用三层阶梯饲养(0.6 m2/只),网上平养组蛋鸡在金属网丝上饲养(1.5 m2/只),垫料平养组在平铺20 cm稻壳的水泥地板上平养(1.8 m2/只)。试验共开展28周,包括2周的适应期。结果:网上平养和垫料平养组24~36 w和24~29 w蛋鸡平均日采食量较笼养组蛋鸡分别显著提高5.71%、6.22%和4.81%、4.48%(P<0.05)。此外,垫料平养组24~36 w和24~49 w蛋鸡的料重比较笼养组分别显著提高7.31%和4.09%(P<0.05)。在36 w时,垫料平养组鸡蛋的蛋壳强度最高,脏蛋率最低(P<0.05)。在49 w时,笼养组鸡蛋的蛋壳厚度最低(P<0.05),脏蛋率最高(P<0.05)。笼养组蛋鸡血清葡萄糖、甘油三酯、总蛋白和胆固醇浓度均最高(P<0.05),但高密度脂蛋白浓度最低(P<0.05)。结论:网上平养和垫料平养可以提高蛋鸡采食量,但笼养蛋鸡的饲料效率表现最佳。此外,垫料平养提高了鸡蛋的蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度,降低了破蛋率。  相似文献

1. A 3x2x2 factorial experiment was conducted with boiler breeder females to determine the effects of body weight gain (three levels) and conventional or lower crude protein concentrations in the rations during rearing, and restricted or ad libitum feeding after the peak rate of lay on egg production, fertility, hatchability, mortality and food consumption. 2. Compared with ad libitum feeding, conventional food restriction resulted in a decrease in average daily food consumption of 0.6 during rearing, 0.2 during early lay and an increase of 0.4 after the peak rate of egg production. Mortality was decreased by more than half. 3. Restricted birds had higher total and settable egg production, fewer defective or damaged eggshells and higher fertility and hatchability than those fed ad libitum. The modified (more generous) rearing programme resulted in lower rates of egg production and higher rates of mortality compared with the conventional food restriction programme. 4. Low-protein rearing rations were associated with higher rates of food intake, higher mortalities and lower rates of egg production than the conventional protein rations. There were no differences in the fertility or hatchability of eggs between birds fed on the two concentrations of dietary crude protein. 5. Ad libitum feeding post-peak was associated with higher rates of mortality to 60 weeks of age. Post-peak feeding had little effect on the rate of lay or egg weight in conventionally restricted birds fed high protein rations or in birds fed ad libitum. Restricted feeding post-peak decreased the rate of lay and egg weight in birds on the modified restriction programme and in conventionally restricted birds fed on the low protein rations. There was no effect of post-peak feeding on fertility or hatchability of eggs. 6. The total numbers of saleable chicks per kg food consumed were 1.83, 1.72 and 0.52 for conventional, modified and ad libitum feeding during rearing; 1.56 and 1.15 for restricted and ad libitum feeding post-peak: there were no differences associated with protein concentrations of rations fed during rearing.  相似文献

Laying pullets which had been fed diets containing 7, 8½, 10, 11½, 13 and 14½ per cent crude protein for 10 weeks were returned to a normal diet containing 14½ per cent crude protein. For birds which had received the lowest protein diet, rate of lay improved from about 30 per cent to over 80 per cent in 4 weeks. Egg weight, body weight and food consumption also increased rapidly. In the period from 3 to 20 weeks after restoring a normal diet the pullets which had previously been fed 7 per cent and 8½ per cent crude protein showed a rate of lay and an average egg weight substantially better than that of control birds which had always received the 14½ per cent crude protein diet.

It is concluded that a period of low protein feeding does not impair the subsequent ability of the laying bird to reach normal levels of output. On the contrary, birds which are denied a normal protein intake for a time tend to compensate when returned to normal feeding by laying more eggs and bigger eggs. However, in this experiment, the compensation was not enough to offset the loss in yield incurred during low protein feeding.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究甜菜碱对蛋鸡脂肪肝出血综合征的预防效果。选用300日龄海蓝褐蛋鸡120只,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只,在自由采食、饮水和光照16 h的条件下,分别饲喂正常日粮(代谢能11.30 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质17.20%)、高能量低蛋白质日粮(代谢能12.81 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质13.04%)和添加1000 mg/kg甜菜碱的高能量低蛋白质日粮60 d。于试验期第1、30、60天,每组取8只鸡采血制备血清和采集肝脏样品及腹脂,测定血脂含量、肝脂率和腹脂率,结合产蛋性能及病理学变化,综合判定脂肪肝出血综合征(fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome,FLHS)的发生及甜菜碱的预防效果。结果表明,与对照组相比,饲喂高能量低蛋白质日粮30 d即可引发FLHS,饲喂60 d则病情进一步加重;而在高能量低蛋白质日粮中添加1000 mg/kg甜菜碱后,饲喂30 d时甜菜碱可显著抑制FLHS的发生,具有很好的预防作用,但饲喂60 d时甜菜碱的预防作用减弱。  相似文献

The effects of trichothecene nivalenol (NIV) on the health and production of laying hens were determined in a feeding study. White Leghorn hens, 55 weeks old, were fed diets containing 0, 1, 3 and 5 mg NIV/kg during 50 days. Feed intake was reduced by NIV, but there were no effects on body weight, egg production and egg quality. Traces of unaltered NIV were found in liver and bile. Alkaline phosphatase in the blood plasma increased in the hens fed 0, 1 and 3 mg NIV/kg diet but decreased in the birds fed 5 mg NIV/kg feed. Total protein and glucose were slightly reduced in hens fed 5 mg NIV/kg diet. Pathological examination revealed that 40-75% of hens fed NIV (3 and 5 mg/kg) supplemented diet showed gizzard lesions, haemorrhages in the duodenum and swollen cloaca and oviducts with immature eggs while certain birds in the 1 mg NIV group showed light and fragile livers. NIV and the metabolite de-epoxy-NIV in faeces were found to constitute up to 10% of ingested NIV.  相似文献

In an 18-month study the domestic fowl in 42 households in three traditional management systems were recorded to determine reproduction, growth and mortality parameters. There were significant differences for all systems combined in the number of clutches started per month with the lowest number being laid in the cool dry season of January and February. Mean number of eggs per clutch was 8.8; the number of eggs increased significantly throughout the career of the hen but there were no significant systems differences. Egg weight was 34.4g there being no significant differences due to age of hen or system. Intervals between clutches were 92 days, annual egg output was 35 per hen (assuming that birds were present in the flock for a year) equivalent to about 118% of mean adult hen body weight: hens actually in the flocks during the study had produced 2.1 clutches on average. Hatchability of eggs was 69.1% there being significant seasonal and systems differences in this parameter, lowest hatchability being in the hot dry season (March to June) and in the rainfed millet system. Mortality rates to eight weeks were 56% of chicks hatched. Growth to 10 weeks averaged 4g/d. Mature cocks weighted 1.60 kg and mature hens 1.02 kg: hen weights were significantly affected by reproductive state, laying hens being heavier than both incubating hens and those rearing chicks, while those rearing chicks were heavier than those incubating. 试验研究了在蛋鸡饲粮中添加不同剂量的海藻饲料添加剂对蛋鸡产蛋性能、血清抗氧化性、生长及营养物质消化率等的影响。选取360只26周龄体重相近的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为6组(每组3个重复,每个重复20只鸡),1组为空白对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;2组为抗生素对照组,在基础饲粮中添加0.005%的杆菌肽锌;3~6组为试验组,分别在基础饲粮中添加0.02%、0.04%、0.06%、0.08%的菊粉,0.025%、0.050%、0.100%、0.150%的大西洋海藻粉及相同剂量的铜藻粉(以下简称低、中、较高、高剂量海藻复合物),预试期7 d,正式试验期63 d。结果表明:海藻饲料添加剂对蛋鸡的产蛋性能有明显的剂量-效应关系,添加量为中等剂量海藻复合物(4组)时最佳且差异显著(P<0.05)。此添加量下,蛋鸡血清中超氧化物歧化酶活性最高(P<0.05)。试验中粗纤维的表观消化率随添加剂量的增加而增加(P<0.05)。低剂量试验组体重增长最多且差异显著(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,基础饲粮中添加中剂量海藻复合物作为蛋鸡饲料添加剂,能够显著提升蛋鸡产蛋性能及血清抗氧化性。  相似文献

A factorial experiment was conducted to study the effects on the performance of White Leghorn X Australorp laying hens of diets based on unground cereal grains, small morning and large afternoon meals, and morning and afternoon meals of different composition. From 10 to 21 weeks of age the pullets' food intake was restricted, using either a diet in which the wheat fraction (600 g/kg) was unground or a fully ground diet of similar composition. In the laying period the birds received either a diet (U) in which the limestone was granulated and most of the cereal fraction (wheat and oats or wheat and sorghum) was unground or a fully ground diet (G) of similar composition. Both laying diets were offered ad libitum (A), with 25% issued in the morning and 75% in the late afternoon (T) or as a protein concentrate (250 g/kg of total diet) in the morning and cereal/limestone fraction (750 g/kg) in the late afternoon (C). Rearing and laying performance were unaffected by rearing diet. Laying diet U resulted in a 5.2% increase in food intake and a 0.9 g increase in average egg weight compared with diet G. From 21 to 56 weeks of age, when the cereal/limestone fraction of the diet included oats (240 g/kg of total diet), diet U resulted in fewer (4.8/bird) eggs and a lower financial margin than diet G. From 56 to 80 weeks of age, when oats were replaced by sorghum, this trend was reversed (-3.5 eggs). This study presents results obtained from feeding experiment on laying hens, which were fed with the diet supplemented with two marine macroalgae: Enteromorpha prolifera and Cladophora sp., enriched with microelements [Cu(II), Zn(II), Co(II), Mn(II), Cr(III)]. The applicability of the preparation was tested on five experimental groups of laying hens and one control group. In the control group, microelements were supplemented in the inorganic form, whereas in experimental groups, Cu, Zn, Co, Mn and Cr were replaced by macroalgae enriched with a given microelement ion. During feeding experiment, weight of laying hens, weight of eggs, eggshell thickness and mineral content of blood, feathers, droppings, eggs content (separately yolk and egg white) and eggshell were measured. Also egg number was counted and microclimate (temperature and relative humidity) was monitored. Supplementing bio-metallic feed additives to the diet of laying hens resulted in higher microelement transfer to eggs and enhanced the colour of yolk. It was also found that the presence of Enteromorpha prolifera and Cladophora sp. in laying hens diet influenced advantageously eggs weight, eggshell thickness as well as body weight of hens. On the basis of these results, it could be concluded that Enteromorpha prolifera and Cladophora sp. enriched with microelement ions could be potentially used as mineral feed additives in laying hens feeding.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究低磷日粮添加复合酶制剂对蛋用种鸡磷的利用和生产性能的影响。选用972只24周龄罗曼褐父母代种鸡,分为3个处理,每处理6个重复,每重复54只种鸡。采用玉米-豆粕-杂粕型基础饲粮,正对照组含总磷0.55%,非植酸磷0.40%,不加酶;负对照组含总磷0.40%,非植酸磷0.21%,不加酶;试验组含总磷0.40%,非植酸磷0.21%,加酶制剂。试验期18周。结果表明:在低非植酸磷的日粮中添加复合酶,粪便中磷含量极显著低于正对照组(P<0.01);粪便中粗蛋白质含量显著低于正对照组和负对照组(P<0.05);显著改善蛋黃顔色(P<0.05);不影响生产性能、骨骼发育和蛋壳质量。添加200 g/t复合酶替代罗曼褐蛋用种鸡日粮中75%的磷酸氢钙能够降低饲料成本,提高养殖企业的经济效益,对罗曼褐蛋用种鸡生产性能无不利影响。  相似文献

本试验通过研究饲粮粗蛋白质水平对济宁百日蛋种鸡生产性能的影响,建立蛋白质需要量析因模型,确定济宁百日蛋种鸡饲粮粗蛋白质的需要量。采用单因素完全随机试验设计,饲粮粗蛋白质水平分别为13%、14%、15%、16%、17%,其他营养指标保持一致。选取40周龄、体重接近的健康济宁百日蛋种鸡525只,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复21只。预试期7 d,试验期56 d。结果表明:1)饲粮粗蛋白质水平对济宁百日蛋种鸡平均日粗蛋白质摄入量(ADCPI)有极显著的影响(P0.01),随着饲粮粗蛋白质水平的升高,ADCPI显著升高(P0.05)。2)饲粮粗蛋白质水平对济宁百日蛋种鸡41~48周龄的产蛋数、产蛋率、平均蛋重、平均日产蛋量(ADEM)均有显著影响(P0.05),对料蛋比有极显著影响(P0.01);高粗蛋白质水平组(16%、17%)的产蛋数、产蛋率、ADEM均高于低粗蛋白质水平组(13%、14%、15%)。在一定的饲粮粗蛋白质水平(13%~16%)范围内,蛋重有随着饲粮粗蛋白质水平的升高而升高的趋势。3)以ADCPI为因变量,以平均日增重(ADG)、ADEM和代谢体重(BW0.75)为自变量,拟合济宁百日蛋种鸡粗蛋白质需要析因模型为:ADCPI=0.268 0 ADG+0.271 1 ADEM+3.299 3 BW0.75(R2=0.993 4)。满足济宁百日蛋种鸡41~48周龄时最佳生产性能的适宜饲粮粗蛋白质水平为15.49%。  相似文献

The breeding performance of captive willow ptarmigan on different diets has been studied. The nutritional factors tested were protein concentration, natural feed supplement and grass meal and flavonoid admixture, and effects on egg numbers, fertility, hatchability, chick weights at hatching and 0–14 days mortality have been recorded.The breeding performance of ptarmigan hen in captivity showed great individual variations. Egg numbers were not statistically different in groups fed the different diets. Hens fed a 15 % crude protein died tended to produce smaller chicks with significantly lower viability than chicks from hens fed a 20 % crude protein diet. Supplement of natural feed tended to increase the number of chicks hatched through a combination of tendency to higher egg numbers and improved fertility. These tendencies were, however, statistically nonsignificant. Inclusion of 34 % grass meal to the diet also tended (non-significantly) to improve fertility and hatchability, while inclusion of flavonoids had no positive effect on reproduction.Eggs from captive hens showed significantly lower fertility, and a tendency to lower hatchability than eggs from wild hens. The former difference was probably caused by the close cage confinements for the captive ptarmigan, while the latter condition probably was due to different start of incubation, most of the eggs from wild hens being started naturally.  相似文献

The egg production industry is facing various problems that need to be solved. For amino acid nutrition to achieve scientific and economical feeding of laying hens, it is necessary to elucidate the content, digestibility, or availability of nutrients of feedstuffs and feeds and the requirement of amino acids for laying hens. In addition, improvement to quality of eggs and meat of spent hens, methods of management and development of new feedstuffs are essential. For sustainable animal production, decrease in excreta and animal welfare should be studied. The real‐time determination of content and digestibility of amino acids in feedstuffs are essential for formation of feeds. Recent advances in the near infrared reflectance analysis will be able to determine the content, digestibility and availability of nutrients in feedstuffs and feeds, if we have a supplemental amount of conventional analysis to define the calibration population. The amino acid requirements are affected by various factors. Therefore the method to quickly and exactly determine amino acid requirements in response to various factors is necessary. By using plasma free amino acid concentration as a criterion, it is possible to determine amino acid requirements in various conditions of laying hens within a short experimental period, repeatedly using the same animals. Because the amino acid requirements differ among individual animals, it should be expressed as grams per hen per day. Practically, it is impossible to formulate various feeds for individual hens. The various expressions have been developed and these expressions have advantages and disadvantages. The nitrogen excretion of laying hens is easily reduced by reducing dietary nitrogen levels and restricting the feed intake. The availability of amino acid may be improved by feeding management, and supplementing enzyme, but the quality of eggs and meat of spent hens and welfare of laying hens are not affected by amino acid nutrition.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究凝结芽孢杆菌对感染沙门氏菌前后蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质的影响,并探究其对感染沙门氏菌蛋鸡血浆生化指标的影响。将400只沙门氏菌阴性、体况健康的京红商品代蛋鸡根据产蛋率无显著差异(P0.05)原则随机分成4组(A组、B组、C组和D组),每组5个重复,每个重复20只鸡。对照组(A组和C组)饲喂基础饲粮,凝结芽孢杆菌组(B组和D组)在基础饲粮中添加2.5×1010CFU/kg凝结芽孢杆菌;饲喂1周后,C组和D组连续2 d定量口服肠炎沙门氏菌悬浮液(1×108CFU/mL),A组和B组口服等量无菌磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS),继续饲养3周。结果表明:1)感染沙门氏菌前,凝结芽孢杆菌对蛋鸡生产性能无显著影响(P0.05)。感染沙门氏菌后,沙门氏菌显著降低了蛋鸡平均日采食量(P0.05);凝结芽孢杆菌极显著降低了蛋鸡料蛋比(P0.01),显著降低了平均日采食量(P0.05)。2)感染沙门氏菌前,凝结芽孢杆菌极显著增加了蛋鸡蛋壳重/蛋重(P0.01)。感染沙门氏菌后,沙门氏菌和凝结芽孢杆菌对蛋鸡蛋品质指标均无显著影响(P0.05)。3)感染沙门氏菌后,凝结芽孢杆菌显著降低了血浆总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量(P0.05);沙门氏菌显著降低了血浆总胆固醇、甘油三酯和钙含量,显著提高了血浆谷草转氨酶活性(P0.05),极显著提高了血浆碱性磷酸酶活性(P0.01);凝结芽孢杆菌与沙门氏菌对血浆总蛋白含量、钙/磷及谷草转氨酶活性有显著交互作用(P0.05)。综上,凝结芽孢杆菌可改善蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质,在蛋白质代谢、脂质代谢、肝功能和钙磷吸收上都具有一定程度的改善作用。  相似文献

A fattening trial was carried out with 8 groups of broilers each comprising 1225 birds. Within this trial tests were made to replace the protein feeds of newly hatched chicks over a period of up to 56 days of age, by wheat rich in crude protein. If wheat with a high crude protein content is fed supplementation with lysine and methionine will be necessary depending on the kind of protein feed used. No supplementation with amino acids is required if rations of fish meal + extracted soya bean meal are used despite their reduced content of these amino acids. The broilers consumed larger quantities of the wheat + extracted soya bean meal+fish meal ration than of the mixtures containing no fish meal. Food requirements per unit of weight gain were the same for the mixtures containing high-protein wheat and for the standard maize ration. The lowest food consumption per unit of weight gain was computed for the wheat + extracted soya bean meal diet supplemented with amino acids. The same quantities of lysine, thioamino acids and threonine were necessary for broilers receiving the wheat rations as for birds of the standard group. Protein feed may be saved by using high-protein wheat in the fattening of broilers. The rates of weight gain obtained with these rations are the same or even better than those achieved with rations of maize + fish meal+soya bean meal.  相似文献

In six experiments with laying hybrids the influence of a varied nutritive beta-carotene and vitamin A supply during rearing on the performance in the laying period was tested. Basal rations poor in carotene without vitamin A supplementation in the rearing period diminished feed intake and laying performance in the laying period, retarded the beginning of intensive laying and increased feed expenditure per 100 g egg if the feed for laying hens contained less than 5000 IU vitamin A per kg. Relations between varied vitamin A supply and the performance parameters of the laying performance could not be proved if chick and young hen feed with maize even without vitamin A supplement or if rearing feed with approximately 2500 IU vitamin A or laying hen feed greater than 5000 IU vitamin A supply were used.  相似文献

本文旨在研究饲粮不同缬氨酸水平对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响,并探讨蛋鸡饲粮中缬氨酸的最适添加量.试验选用720只体重相近的40周龄的海兰褐壳蛋鸡,随机分成5组,每组4个重复,每个重复36只鸡,分别饲喂缬氨酸水平为0.6%、0.7%、0.8%、0.9%、1.0%的饲粮,试验期为56 d.结果表明:1)0.8%水平组料蛋比和1.0%水平组平均日采食量分别最低,与其他各组均差异显著(P<0.05);各组产蛋率、平均蛋重和日产蛋均重均无显著差异(P>0.05).2)0.8%水平组蛋壳强度最大,1.0%水平组蛋清蛋白质含量最低,与其他各组均差异显著(P<0.05)或有显著的趋势(P<0.10);各组蛋壳厚度、哈夫单位、蛋黄颜色、蛋白高度、蛋黄和蛋清相对重均无显著差异(P>0.05).3)0.8%水平组血清葡萄糖含量最高,显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);0.8%水平组血清尿素氮和尿酸含量最低,总氨基酸含量最高,与其他各组均有差异显著的趋势(P<0.10).4)二次曲线分析表明:当饲粮代谢能为11.31 MJ/kg、粗蛋白质水平为15.81%、赖氨酸水平为0.77%时,以料蛋比为评价指标,产蛋高峰期蛋鸡缬氨酸需要量为0.78%,以蛋壳强度和血清白蛋白含量为评价指标,缬氨酸需要量分别为0.81%和0.75%.由此可知,基础饲粮中添加一定量的缬氨酸可降低产蛋高峰期蛋鸡料蛋比,增强蛋壳强度和提高血清葡萄糖含量.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究苜草素对产蛋后期蛋鸡脂肪肝出血综合征(FLHS)的预防作用。选用500日龄京红1号产蛋鸡1 008只,随机等分为7组,每组6个重复,每个重复24只鸡。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂常规饲粮(代谢能11.10 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质17.68%);Ⅱ~Ⅶ组为试验组,饲喂高能低蛋白质饲粮(代谢能12.87 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质13.84%),并分别在饲粮中添加0、200、400、600、800、1 000 mg/kg苜草素。试验期60 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,高能低蛋白质饲粮组(Ⅱ组)蛋鸡第30天时即可表现出明显的FLHS病理特征,第1~30天平均日采食量、产蛋率、蛋重、产蛋量显著降低(P0.05),料蛋比显著升高(P0.05),第1~60天趋势更加显著(P0.05);第42天蛋白高度和哈氏单位显著降低(P0.05)。2)在高能低蛋白质饲粮中添加不同梯度的苜草素均能降低FLHS发生率,提高第1~60天的平均日采食量、产蛋率、产蛋量,降低料蛋比;提高第42天的蛋白高度、哈氏单位。由此可见,高能低蛋白质饲粮能够诱导蛋鸡FLHS,补充苜草素具有预防作用。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮粗蛋白质水平对济宁百日鸡繁殖性能及初生雏鸡器官指数和血清生化指标的影响,以确定41~48周龄济宁百日鸡饲粮粗蛋白质需要量。采用单因素完全随机试验设计,选用40周龄体重接近、产蛋率无显著差异(P0.05)的健康济宁百日鸡产蛋种鸡525只,随机分为5个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复21只鸡。各处理分别饲喂粗蛋白质水平为13%、14%、15%、16%和17%的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,试验期56 d。结果表明:1)饲粮粗蛋白质水平极显著影响了平均日粗蛋白质摄入量(P0.01),平均日粗蛋白质摄入量随着饲粮粗蛋白质水平的增加而增加。2)饲粮粗蛋白质水平显著或极显著影响了种鸡的产蛋总数、种蛋合格数和出雏数(P0.05或P0.01)。3)44周龄种蛋孵化的初生雏鸡,种鸡饲粮粗蛋白质水平仅显著影响了心脏指数(P0.05);48周龄种蛋孵化的初生雏鸡,种鸡饲粮粗蛋白质水平显著影响了小肠指数(P0.05),极显著影响了肝脏指数和血清尿酸含量(P0.01)。综合试验结果,满足41~48周龄济宁百日鸡种鸡最佳繁殖性能的饲粮粗蛋白质水平为14.81%。  相似文献
