The load changed of motor affects normal run. If it is not adjusted, the state of motor will become poor, while it affects steady of the system. This paper presents an efficient method for the motor speed controlling, it applies Tacagi-Sugeno's method that each linear submodels are connected for fuzzy algorithm, an algorithm of the fuzzy model identifying and fuzzy control is fulfilled through whole nonlinear model which are replaced with local linear models. It makes speed of motor to maintain steady, and variable structure control is applied to guarantee performance of dynamic flowing for process controlled, the design of stability and robustness is proposed in the scheme. Practice running results show that it is efficient that uncertain dynamic processes are controlled.  相似文献

温室环境控制系统的最大特点是控制对象的精确数学模型很难建立。文章将常规PID控制算法与现代控制理论相结合,对常规PID算法进行改进,得到新型MPT控制算法,并加入模糊控制算法规则,在误差大时,运用模糊算法进行调节,以彻底消除PID饱和积分现象,当误差较小时,采用改进后的PID算法控制输出。同时加入了自适应调节规则和自整定专家系统,建立了基于人工智能的温室环境控制算法。将此算法应用于温室环境控制。系统具有无超调和控制精度高等特点。  相似文献

The key of motor control is to control motor's torque essentially.Direct torque control,which emerged after the field-oriented control,directly stresses the instantaneous torque control of induction machine,which avoids some problems existing in field-oriented control,thus,it gets more attention.In conventional direct torque control system,switch vector is selected directly by the errors of stator flux-linkage and torque,after introducing fuzzy logic,optimal selecting switch state is realized by various strategies by distinguishing the grade of the errors of stator flux-linkage and torque,the dynamic and steady state performances of induction motors are improved.This paper presents a design method of the fuzzy controller.Simulation results demonstrate that it is effective,the stator currents pulsation at start-up and the torque pulsation are decreased.  相似文献

In the intelligent control system with microprocessor controlling, the development of embedded software requires some simple and practical intelligent control algorithms. The algorithms can not only make the control system's performance good, but also meet the demands of real time control. Aim at the problem, it is presented that a fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control. The structure , control algorithms and the simulation results of the controller are given. The simulation and application show that the fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control has many advantages such as fast response, less overshoot, good robust. Base finite element solution for the calculations of flux and torque of Switched Reluctance Motor, the state equation of SRM is thus educed. In addition, according to the fact that it is difficult to attain the ideal effect with the regulatory linear control method because of the double salient pole SRM structure of stator and rotor, fuzzy control is proposed and used in the sliding mode control to form a intelligent sliding mode control. We emphasize the introduction of the design method of the intelligent sliding mode control and present the control diagram. The simulation results show that the method of intelligent sliding mode Variable Structure Control is simple, with good dynamic performance and robust property.  相似文献

The forecasting of water quality variation is very important in the process of sewage treatment, which helps the control system work reliably and steadily. In this paper, the compensative fuzzy neural network (CFNN) based on compensative fuzzy logic and neural network and its study arithmetic are introduced. Considering its features as fast speed, steady studying course, global dynamic optimization, CFNN is applied to establish water quality forecasting model. The practical example indicates that the model is not sensitive to initial parameters and has better forecasting precision and faster convergence.  相似文献

The construction and function of high temperature melt viscosity test instrument are introduced in this paper. And the character of temperature control system is given. In order to improve dynamic and static performance of the temperature control system, a new method is proposed which combines threshold control with adaptive fuzzy PID control. While the current temperature of the heating furnace is much lower than the given temperature, threshold control works in order to protect system and improve dynamic performance. When the current temperature is close to the given value, adaptive fuzzy PID control works to improve static performance. A dual closed-loop automatic cruise control system is proposed according to the properties of the AMT system with cruise control function inside, which is developod by the authors. The human simulated intelligent fuzzy control is applied to the inner loop of throttle position control while the conventional fuzzy control is applied to the outer loop of vehicle speed control. The scheme of the whole control system and the design process of the controller are presented. The experimental results show that with the proposed dual closed-loop control system, the unstable phenomena of engine speed can be eliminated and the throttle control responses fast without buffeting. Moreover, the system has the advantages of easy manipulation and reliable operation. The controller has the advantages of free of accurate mathematical model and easy to carry out and high robust and so on.  相似文献

To solve the problems of large flux, torque ripple and inconstant inverter switching frequency in conventional direct torque control (DTC), a space vector modulation (SVM) technique is introduced to the conventional PMSM-DTC system and analyzed thoroughly based on the mathematical model. This novel control method which enjoys the advantages of VC and DTC has only one easy adjustable PI regulator and is easy to realize. The simulation verifies that this control system is capable of effectively improving the steady state performance and keeping the excellent dynamic performance of the PMSM-DTC system simultaneously and remain the switching frequency constant.  相似文献

This paper obtains the mathematical model of a single machine infinite bus power system using the idea of parameter identifications. Because the noise is considered in parameter identification process, the model reflects the real system more exactly. On the base of the identified model this paper also presents a discrete automatic voltage regulator by minimum variance control principles. In order to avoid the static error, we combine discrete minimum variance control with continuous integral control and get very satisfactory effects. This proposed control strategy is very easy to realize. The simulation results show that in every case the dynamic qualities of the proposed control strategy are incomparably superior to that of the conventional PI regulator, which means the proposed control strategy has great practical values.  相似文献

Aiming at the dry Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) system, the motor driven dry dual clutch actuator is studied; the characteristic of distortion load for diaphragm spring and the dynamic transient process of the clutch are analyzed. The mathematical model is established for the system using fuzzy control and PI (Proportion Integration) control, and the simulation is carried out for the DCT shifting process. Simulation results indicate that the motor driven dry dual clutch system can meet the need of the shifting process control requirements and guarantee the high performance of DCT system.  相似文献

This paper discusses the idea and design procedures of applying the fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control to throttle actuator of automobile engine of AMT. It is presented that the structure of electronic-controlled hydraulic throttle actuator, the composition of the control system, the control algorithms and the experiment results of the fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control. The experiment results and the application show that applying fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control to the electronic-controlled hydraulic throttle actuator can ensure the fast response, the stability and the higher control precision and meet the requirements of the actual application.  相似文献

Founding the mathematic model of refrigeration system's dynamic process is the basis of realizing the optimal control of refrigeration machines.Refrigeration evaporator is a kind of two-phase flow and heat exchange with complex process.For its obvious nonlinearity and uncertainty,it is difficult to describe by accurate theoretical model.This paper partitions the input data into some clusters by entropy method and competitive learning algorithm,then the on-line fuzzy identification of dynamic process mathematical model of evaporator is achieved by utilizing ultimate parameter which is ascertained by the recursive least-square(RLS).The simulation results show that fuzzy identification method is effective for on-line model process of evaporator in refrigeration system.The model has not only superior identification precise,but also quite perfect generalizable performance and traceable ability.  相似文献

The two-level handstand pendulum system based on fuzzy control is designed. It is impossible to adopt classical control theory, for the mathematical modeling of the system is nonlinear, the fuzzy control is proposed to improve the former linear control algorithms. For the key to fuzzy control is control rule, it becomes most important to design suitable fuzzy rules. Two methods, one based on experience and the other based on system simulation, are presented to set u Pan effective rule base. The practice proves that the control result is of well stability. A control example for two-level handstand pendulum system shows that the control law is efficient and more robust than the classical state feedback optimal control law with respect to errors produced by the external disturbances.  相似文献

An algorithm of incremental model predictive control is proposed to solve a class of industrial production process real-time tracking problems. The basic idea is to establish a predictive model by adopting speed response on the basis of tracking error, and realize the optimization of the second time performance by using the soft constraint of the increment of control quantity and the online rolling optimization method. The theoretical analysis and Matlab simulation results show that the control algorithm can obtain good tracking performance, smooth dynamic response of the controlled object and strong robustness of the closed-loop system.  相似文献

The majority difficulty for uncertainty system control is that agreements haven't been arrived in concept of uncertainty information and its characteristics, uncertainty system and its properties. Therefore some control problems have discussed based on some confused concepts, and the result shows that the study on uncertainty system control hasn't made great progress yet. In addition, problems concerning uncertainty system control are very wide in the practical engineering. Aimed at above problems the concept of uncertainty information and its classification, basic properties of uncertainty system and desired control strategy based on own practical experience are studied. On the basis of analysing problems of conventional fuzzy controller in the design of the structure and algorithm, this paper puts forward a kind of control algorithm that is fuzzy and Adaptive PI coordinate decision controller (FACDC) . It adopts the hierarchial control structure imitating intelligent control and combines fuzzy controller and adaptive PI controller. It takes full advantage of two controllers. Since the algorithm of FACDC in model reference fuzzy adaptive algorithm, it avoids the complexity of conventional adaptive algorithm.  相似文献

A decoupled load-frequency control model of a multi-area interconnecting power system is presented and a practical and effective decentralized control method is developed, which needs only its own state information and the information measured in it. It can also improve the stability and dynamic characters of the system. The dynamic simulation of the numerical example of a three-area interconnecting system with this controller showes the dynamic characters are almost the same as the centralized full state feedback optimal control.  相似文献

Equivalent linear system method is the main method of nonlinear structural system random response analysis. While it would generate big error when the results of equivalent linear system method are used to analyze the structural dynamic reliability. Through minimum mean square error principle, general nonlinear system was converted to equivalent Duffing nonlinear system, based on which the structural dynamic reliability was analyzed. The accurate steady state analytic solution of Duffing nonlinear system can be worked out by FPK equation, so it is not only convenient but also accurate to analyze structural dynamic reliability by using the equivalent nonlinear system method. It is also shown that the analysis results of equivalent nonlinear system method presented here is reliable and the calculation accuracy is higher than equivalent linear system method apparently through the example analysis.  相似文献
