为了提高木本蔬菜香椿的产量和质量,以湖南省湘乡市湘之椿农作物有限公司的矮化香椿为试验材料,施用不同浓度的磷酸二氢钾(KH_2PO_4)叶面肥,然后对香椿地径、老叶长度、小叶长度、小叶数量及叶片中的可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、氮(N)、磷(P)、钾(K)等指标进行了测定与分析。结果表明:施用不同浓度的KH_2PO_4对香椿生长及营养成分促进作用明显,浓度在0.5%~1.5%之间的叶面肥处理均能显著提高香椿的地径、老叶长度、小叶长度和数量,各指标随施肥浓度的增加均呈先升后降的趋势,但当其浓度超过2.0%时,KH_2PO_4对香椿老叶生长有抑制作用;不同浓度的KH_2PO_4对于老叶叶片中的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、N、P、K含量的提高均有显著效果。综合分析认为,浓度为1.0%的KH_2PO_4对香椿老叶叶片营养成分含量的提升效果最佳;KH_2PO_4处理下的香椿叶片中的N、P、K均呈现出显著正相关,且彼此之间存在一定增效作用。  相似文献

对香椿老叶总多酚进行了初步鉴定,同时,分别采用总还原力测定法、三价铁还原抗氧化能力测试法(FRAP)、1.1-二苯基苦基苯阱(DPPH)测定法和β-胡萝卜素褪色法对香椿老叶总多酚的抗氧化活性进行了测定.总还原力法、FRAP法抗氧化实验结果分别在波长λ700和593nm下,香椿老叶的吸光值较2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)高,表明香椿老叶抗氧化能力高于BHT;DPPH自由基清除能力维持在90%以上,与Vc相当;β-胡萝卜素褪色法表明香椿老叶总多酚呈现出较为明显的剂量依赖性关系.抗氧化实验结果表明香椿老叶总多酚具有很强的抗氧化能力.  相似文献

本文测定并分析了海南尖峰岭地区30年生的热带乡土树种海南木莲人工林生物量及其估算模型,论述了生物量及其养分分配规律。指出:海南木莲各器官及整株生物量模型以幂函数模型W=a(D2H)b比较理想;全林分的总生物量为144.066t/hm2,其中地上部分生物量89.935t/hm2。乔木层生物量占78.81%,林下植物层占21.19%;在乔木层中,树干、树叶、树枝、树皮和树根所占的比例分别是54.127%、2.354%、7.762%、9.370%和26.388%;乔木层中,各器官的养分含量,除Ca外,都是叶比其它器官(枝、皮、干、根)的养分含量高许多,N、P、K、Ca、Mg5个常量养分元素在海南木莲人工林生物体中的总贮量分别为557.754,24.330,599.908,275.557,64.103kg/hm2,各养分贮量在各器官中分布,除P外,从小到大为树叶、树枝、树皮、树干、树根  相似文献

叶蛋白是从植物茎叶中提取的高质量蛋白浓缩物,其氨基酸种类丰富且均衡,是一种高营养蛋白。到2020年,预计我国畜牧业总需蛋白将有50%的缺口,而叶蛋白是世界上最大的蛋白质来源,对我国来源广、基数大的木本植物资源进行叶蛋白提取利用,具有巨大的经济效益和重要的现实意义。文中介绍木本植物新鲜叶片和干燥叶片叶蛋白提取工艺的研究进展及其副产品的利用方式,指出我国叶蛋白现有提取工艺研究概念上的混淆和操作上的不足,提出对浸提方法和析出方法进行拆分式优化、区分所用木本植物品种及收割期的建议,展望包括培育新品种、加强生物方法高速浸提研究在内的木本植物叶蛋白提取研究下一步的发展方向。对于木本植物叶蛋白的提取研究,国外研究报道较少,我国也仍处于起步阶段,且叶蛋白提取工艺较为复杂,诸多因素对其结果均有影响。针对木本植物固有的生物特性,找到对应的提取工艺,对其进一步加工及工业化生产利用仍有很长的路要走。  相似文献

Remobilization of internal resources is an important mechanism enabling plants to be partly independent of external nutrient availability. We assessed resource remobilization during the growing period in woody and foliar tissues of leafy branches of mature evergreen Mediterranean oak (Quercus ilex L.) at three field sites. We compared nonstructural carbohydrates, lipids, nitrogen and phosphorus pools in leaves and stems before bud burst (March) and at the end of the growing period (July). We also experimentally defoliated leafy branches to determine the storage function of old leaves. Changes in pools of carbon compounds in leaves and stems during spring and in response to defoliation indicated that foliar and woody tissues could provide carbon to support shoot growth. Independently of stem age, soluble sugar and lipid pools decreased significantly during spring. Changes in leaf pools between March and July involved all compounds measured except starch and were accompanied by a 5% decrease in mean leaf biomass. During the same period, 15% of the nitrogen and 25% of the phosphorus were removed from leaves. In contrast, woody tissues did not remobilize nitrogen or phosphorus. Our results support earlier hypotheses that leaves of evergreen species have a primary role in resource remobilization.  相似文献

Understanding physiological responses and drought adaptation strategies of woody plant leaf traits in sub-humid to semi-arid regions is of vital importance to understand the interplay between ecological processes and plant resource-allocation strategies of different tree species.Seasonal variations of leaf morphological traits,stoichiometric traits and their relationships of two drought tolerant woody species,live oak(Quercus virginiana)and honey mesquite(Prosopis glandulosa)and two less drought tolerant species,sugarberry(Celtis laevigata)and white ash(Fraxinus americana)were analyzed in a sub-humid to semi-arid area of south Texas,USA.Our findings demonstrate that for the two drought tolerant species,the leguminous P.glandulosa had the highest specific leaf area,leaf N,P,and lowest leaf area and dry mass,indicating that P.glandulosa adapts to an arid habitat by decreasing leaf area,thus reducing water loss,reflecting a resource acquisition strategy.While the evergreen species Q.virginiana exhibited higher leaf dry mass,leaf dry matter content,C content,C:N,C:P and N:P ratios,adapts to an arid habitat through increased leaf thickness and thus reduced water loss,reflecting a resource conservation strategy in south Texas.For the two less drought tolerant deciduous species,the variations of leaf traits in C.laevigata and F.americana varied between Q.virginiana and P.glandulosa,reflecting a trade-off between rapid plant growth and nutrient maintenance in a semi-arid environment.  相似文献

用^32P示踪原子法通过水培试验研究了酸性条件下铝对1年生杉木的根和叶磷吸收和代谢的影响。结果表明,在pH=3时,用酸铝处理根和叶后,根中^32P-无机磷增加到对照的195%,叶片^32P-无机磷转运指数由43.0降低到20.0。根的P总含量中的各^32P-化俣物比例发生较大变化,无机磷增加到对照的175%,有机化合物,脂类化合物,DNA,RNA分别减少到对照的55%,42%,36%,40%;叶中  相似文献

为了检验香椿两段式容器苗在喀斯特石漠化区域造林的成活率、生长量表现情况。按试验设计,在贵州省金沙县马路乡犀牛村营造香椿容器苗示范林6.7hm2,作了与裸根苗造林的对照,对样方的成活株全面清点,求出成活率,用随机抽样抽取样株测量高生长量及径生长,对调查数据进行x2检验、T检验。结果表明,香椿两段式容器苗造林成活率、高生长量和径生长都显著优于裸根苗。为今后石漠化地区香椿造林开辟了新途径,亦是石漠化山区群众经济增长的一条捷径。  相似文献

Fine litterfall and nutrient return patterns were studied in three subtropical humid forest stands (7-, 13- and 16-year old), regrowing after selective tree cutting in north-eastern India. The seasonality of fine litterfall was unimodal, with a peak during spring and a trough during rainy season in the forest regrowths of three different ages. The rate of fine litterfall increased with increasing basal area of the woody vegetation during forest regrowth. Leaf litter accounted for 83% of the total litterfall. N concentration was maximum during autumn and minimum during rainy season; nutrient concentrations were highest in the leaf litter. Seasonal variation in P concentration was small. Maximum and minimum input of N and P to the forest floor through fine litter coincided with the respective periods of litter production.  相似文献

Leaf weight per area (LWA) and leaf size were examined in 85 species of woody plants representing 83% of Estonian native flora.

Average values of 68.6 g m−2 for LWA and 6.62 cm2 for leaf size were estimated for the medium light availability. Mean LWA values can be used to correct for the bias in estimating foliage functional properties in forest stand models and for converting leaf biomass into foliage area. LWA increased with relative light availability (1 minus stand canopy cover) and species light demand, indicating that LWA was higher at the same light availability for more intolerant species. Leaf size is a canopy parameter that should be considered when canopy radiative balance and distribution of solar radiation is of interest. Mean leaf size was not so closely related to light availability as LWA, decreasing with species light demand and increasing with total plant height. Variation in leaf size is discussed in terms of species shade tolerance and height growth.  相似文献
