1.猪粪便发黑就是消化得好。高铜对仔猪有促生长作用(对生长肥育猪不明显),许多饲料厂在猪饲料中添加了高铜(以硫酸铜的形式)。硫酸铜在猪体内经过化学变化后成为黑色的氧化铜。高铜只对仔猪有促生长作用,生长猪添加量过高不仅无益,还会对环境造成污染,不宜提倡。2.猪吃后就睡觉是好饲料。现在很多养殖户希望猪吃完饲料就睡觉,其实是在饲料中违规添加了镇静药物。这不但误导了养殖户,也会给人类健康带来危害。3.饲料鱼腥味浓必定鱼粉多。有的厂家在饲料中添加鱼腥香(宝)等有鱼腥味的诱食剂,用户对此应有清醒的认识,有鱼腥味并不能证明加鱼粉…  相似文献

为观察微丸型复合酶不同添加水平对乳、仔猪生产性能的影响,选取16头母猪所产160头“杜长大”三元杂交乳猪进行Ⅰ(16d),Ⅱ(10d),Ⅲ(35d)共3期饲养试验.试验设4个处理,每处理4次重复,每重复10头.试验1,2,3组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加150,180和200g/t微丸型复合酶的日粮,对照组不添加.结果表明:在乳猪诱食的试验Ⅰ期,复合酶的作用不明显;在试验Ⅱ,Ⅲ期,加酶各组与对照组日增重和采食量差异均不显著(P〉0.05),但有提高趋势,其中以添加180g/t复合酶的试验2组最高;试验Ⅱ,Ⅲ期加酶各组的腹泻率比对照组在两个试验期均显著降低(P〈0.05).在试验Ⅲ期,试验2,3组血液的血糖、碱性磷酸酶和胰岛素含量显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),与对照组相比,加酶组的血液尿素氮含量下降,淀粉酶活性上升,但差异未达显著水平(P〉0.05).微丸型复合酶对乳猪诱食与生长效果的影响不明显,在仔猪日粮中添加量150g/t是有效的,但以添加180g/t更为适宜.  相似文献

用70%的热乙醇(75℃)处理普通豆饼30分钟。处理豆饼的粗蛋白和真蛋白含量分别比未处理豆饼低3.1和4.1个百分点。用乙醇处理豆饼或普通豆饼为唯一蛋白来源的饲粮饲喂3周龄断奶仔猪,进行2周试验。结果表明,处理豆饼饲粮的能量、粗蛋白、有机物和干物质的表观消化率均明显高于未处理豆饼饲粮。其中,粗蛋白消化率高13.1个百分点,其他养分高7.6—7.8个百分点。然而,处理豆饼组仔猪的采食量和生长速度均低于未处理豆饼组。  相似文献

<正>甜味剂主要是糖和糖精,糖多用于仔猪料,用量不宜过高,一般为2%~3%;否则,易引起仔猪腹泻。育肥猪饲料可使用糖精,试验表明,每吨饲料中添加糖精50克,猪的日增重可提高6%以上,饲料消耗降低4%。香味剂猪对饲料中的香味较为敏感,添加香味剂有较好的效果。可使用一些食用香精,如奶香型、辛香型等。每吨饲料中添加200~500克有较好效果。油脂也是一种香味剂,在仔猪饲料中添加2%~3%,可提高饲料转化率,增重明显。咸味剂主要是氯化钠(食盐),  相似文献

本文从理论和实践上讨论了代谢能体系在家禽饲料评定中的有效性。AME及AMEn均低估了饲料的生物有效能(BE),且变异很大,主要受采食量的影响(AMEn稍优于AME)。TME高估了BE,特别是在低采食量时,但变异幅度大大低于AME和AMen。TMEn最接近BE,不受采食量的影响,变异最小。在测定方法上,TME和TMEn比AME和AMEn简单,需时短,成本低。生产实践中,用真代谢能来配制饲粮能准确地反映家禽的的生产成绩,并能降低生产成本。因此,真代谢能,特别是TMEn是评定家禽饲料营养价值的理想指标。  相似文献

本实验选用初配体重分别为56.8、70.16、84.28kg的雅南小母猪各6头,在怀孕0-80天、81天至分娩分别定量采食1.13、1.61、2.09公斤/头·日和1.57、2.24、2.91公斤/头·日来研究孕期营养水平对初生仔猪器官重和血液生化指标的影响。研究结果表明:孕期母体营养水平对初生仔猪心、脑重没有显著影响(P>0.05),对肝、肾、脾有显著影响(P<0.05),胎儿肾、脾生长发育对母体营养水平变化最敏感,肝中等,脑、心不过感;初生仔猪血清总蛋白、清蛋白含量受母体营养水平影响(P<0.05);葡萄糖则不受影响(P>0.05);初生仔猪血清总蛋白、清蛋白含量与母体蛋白摄入量呈二次曲线相关,其方程分别为:Y=-1514.745+2452.477X1-838.663X12(P<0.001)Y=-12889.48+30433.77X2-17590.95X22(P<0.05)(Y为母体蛋白摄入量:克/头·日;X1、X2分别为初生仔猪血清总蛋白、清蛋白含量:mg/100ml);初生仔猪猪血清清蛋白含量可以作为确定孕期母体蛋白需要量的标识;初生长雅仔猪血清葡萄糖、清蛋白、总蛋白含量分别为71.72mg/100?  相似文献

1益生素在养殖业中的应用效果1.1猪益生素无论在仔猪、母猪还是生长育肥猪上应用报道均较多,且一般具有正效果。蔡铭(2001)报道,饲喂含奥奇素1%的仔猪断奶后腹泻率明显低于对照组。权吉锡等(1996)报道,生长肥育猪添加益生素制剂可使日增重提高9.5%。李桂杰等用产酶益生素饲喂生长猪,结果显示提高日增重17.2%,料重比下降13.19%,效果显著。研究也表明,母猪日粮中添加益生素也可使断奶仔猪数和断奶体重显著提高。Doelson等报道,20头母猪日粮添加枯草杆菌制剂,平均断奶仔猪数和断奶仔猪重比对照分别提高5.85%和3.4%。Willianms指出,母猪饲喂益…  相似文献

[目的]探讨蛋氨酸铜替代无机硫酸铜与益生素合用对仔猪生产性能的影响。[方法]将96头荣昌猪仔猪分为4组,采用不同日粮进行饲养试验,测定仔猪的生长性能和血液生化指标,研究仔猪小肠粘膜细胞的细菌繁殖情况和断奶仔猪腹泻率。[结果]蛋氨酸螯合铜可显著提高活菌制剂的促生长功能。同时添加蛋氨酸铜和益生素试验组仔猪的日增重和料重比均显著高于对照组和益生素单独添加组。添加益生素后可有效增加仔猪肠道内有益菌的数量,抑制有害菌的生长。蛋氨酸螯合铜和益生素协同作用具有较好的促生长效果。[结论]蛋氨酸螯合铜与益生素合用能明显提高仔猪生产性能,二者在仔猪全价饲料中的适宜添加量为150 mg/kg和1 g/kg。  相似文献

选用90头体重为6kg左右的“杜长大”三元杂交猪,根据体重相近、公母各半的原则分为比较组(添加抗生素)和添加中草药组(Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组),每组3个重复,研究复方中草药免疫增强剂对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,中草药组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ组)日增重分别提高14.29%和14.31%(P<0.05),料重比分别提高8.40%和8.41%(P<0.05),腹泻发生率分别降低61.8%(P<0.05)和69.7%(P<0.05),成活率提高7.2%(P<0.05);表明在断奶仔猪日粮中添加复方中草药免疫增强剂能提高断奶仔猪的生产性能,在一定程度上可以替代抗生素的作用。  相似文献

用2×5因子设计研究了芽胞杆菌微生物饲料添加剂“8701”在不同营养条件下对30—90KP猪的生产性能的影响。“8701”按500ppm、750ppm剂量添加。基础日粮分别含DE和CP:高营养水平(H):3.08,15.1%(前期);3.05%,14%(后期);低营养水平(L):2.87,12.7%(前期);2.77,12,5%(后期)。结果表明,单独添加“8701”可提高日增重7.6%(H)和3.5%(L)(P<0.05)。与0.2%赖氨酸合用在低营养下可极显著地(P<0.01),提高日增重(43.5%)和饲料报酬(提高25.8%),每头猪纯收入为42.2元,与150ppmCu合用或在取消日粮中多维后使用的效果与营养水平有关。  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of dietary supplementation with phytase transgenic corn (PTC)on growth performance, phosphorus (P) utilization and excretion in growing pigs. In Exp. 1, 180 pigs (Large White ×Landrace, BW=37.7 kg) were randomly allotted to 4 treatments with 5 replicates of 9 pigs each in order to evaluate the effect of PTC supplementation in low-P diets on growth performance. Four corn soybean meal-based diets consisted of a positive control (PC) diet, a diet containing 500 units (U) of exogenous phytase kg-1 (EP) on the basis of low-P (inorganic P reduced by 0.05% from PC diet) and the low-P+500 (PTC1) or 750 (PTC2) phytase U ofPTC kg-1. In Exp. 2, 20 barrows (Large White×Landrace, BW=31 kg, 4 treatments with 5 replicates of 1 pig each) were randomly selected to evaluate the effect of PTC in low-P diets on serum parameters and nutrient utilization. Diets in Exp. 2 were similar to those in Exp. 1except that the EP group was replaced by a low-P diet without exogenous phytase supplementation as a negative control (NC) group. The results from Exp. 1 showed that the average daily gain (ADG) in the PTC2 group was significantly higher (P<0.05) than that in the EP group over all periods. On the other hand, the feed:gain (F:G) ratio of the EP group was significantly higher (P<0.05) than that of the PTC2 group during 1-21 and 1-42 d, respectively. There were no differences in average daily feed intake (ADFI) among all treatments (P>0.05). The results from Exp. 2 showed that the concentration of serum Ca in the NC group was the highest (P<0.05), while the concentration of serum P in the PTC2 group was the highest (P<0.05) among all treatments. There was a significant decrease (P<0.05) in the P apparent digestibility of the NC group compared with the other groups, and that of PTC2 group was the best. Furthermore, fecal P excretion was reduced (P<0.05) from 1.80 g d-1 in the PC group to 1.28 g d-1 in the PTC2 group. In conclusion, dietary supplementation with PTC could reduce the application of inorganic P, decrease fecal P excretion, and improve the growth performance of growing pigs.  相似文献

为开发利用新的非常规饲料资源,进行了丹参渣饲喂肥育猪试验。结果表明,饲喂含5%丹参渣日粮的肥育猪,平均日采食量与饲喂常规日粮的对照组相同,平均日增重仅比对照组降低2.15%,料重比高于对照组日粮的2.48%,说明在日粮中添加一定比例丹参渣不会明显影响肥育猪的生产性能,较适合作为肥育猪饲料使用。  相似文献

 【目的】评价苜蓿草粉对肥育猪胴体品质和血液生化指标的影响。【方法】分两部分进行。试验1,选取体重约50 kg的杜×长×大三元杂交猪40头,采用单因子完全随机设计,分为5个组,每组4个重复,分别在饲粮中添加不同比例的苜蓿草粉,依次为:0(对照组)、10%(试验Ⅰ组)、15%(试验Ⅱ组)、20%(试验Ⅲ组)、20%+1%复合纤维素酶(试验Ⅳ组),测定肥育猪饲喂含不同水平苜蓿草粉饲粮后胴体品质及血液中主要生化指标的变化。试验2,选取体重约50 kg的杜×长×大三元杂交猪36头,采用单因子完全随机设计,分为3个组,每组3个重复,分别在饲粮中添加0%的苜蓿草粉和皂苷(对照组)、15%苜蓿草粉(试验Ⅰ组)、0.3%苜蓿皂苷(试验Ⅱ组),测定肥育猪血液中主要生化指标的变化。【结果】(1)试验1中,各组的眼肌面积、肉色和大理石纹基本无变化,但添加苜蓿草粉后,程度不同地降低了背膘厚、提高了屠宰率和瘦肉率,说明苜蓿草粉对胴体品质有改善,其中以10%、15%组较优。(2)试验1中,添加苜蓿草粉后,提高了血液中GH、Ins和IGF-1含量,但明显降低了血糖和血液中胆固醇的含量。(3)试验2中,肥育猪饲粮中添加苜蓿皂苷和草粉,降低了其血液甘油三酯、胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量,升高了高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量。【结论】在肥育猪饲粮中添加15%紫花苜蓿草粉对肥育猪的胴体品质和血液生化指标的改善有利,苜蓿草粉的降低血液胆固醇的功能主要是其中皂苷的作用。  相似文献

Two 3x3 factorial design trials with 1 080 of Yorkshire×Landrace×Duroc barrows were conducted to investigate the effects of dietary net energy (NE) density and standardized ileal digestible (SID) lysine:NE ratio on the performance of growingfinishing pigs and carcass characteristic of finishing pigs fed low crude protein (CP) supplemented with crystalline amino acids (CAA) diets. Low CP corn-soybean meal basal diets (14% for Exp. 1 and 11% for Exp. 2) supplemented with crystalline lysine, methionine, threonine, and tryptophan were formulated. Nine treatments with increasing NE density and SID lysine:NE ratio were used in each trial (Exp. 1: 9.66, 9.87, and 10.08 MJ kg-1 NE, 0.89, 0.96, and 1.03 g MJ-1 SID lysine:NE; Exp. 2: 9.83, 10.04, and 10.25 MJ kg-1 NE, 0.69, 0.76, and 0.83 g MJ-1 SID lysine:NE). In Exp. 1, we observed that the average daily gain (ADG) for barrows that received the diet containing 9.87 MJ kg-1 NE was significantly higher than that of barrows fed a 9.66 MJ kg-1 NE diet (P<0.05), but no difference was observed when compared with barrows that received a diet containing 10.08 MJ kg-1 NE (P>0.05). The ADG was affected both linearly (P<0.05) and quadratically (P<0.05) as the SID lysine:NE ratio increased. The NE density or SID lysine:NE ratio and their interaction had no effect on the average daily feed intake (ADFI) and serum urea nitrogen (SUN) (P>0.05). The feed to gain ratio (F:G) decreased (linearly,P<0.05;quadratically, P<0.05) as the NE density or SID lysine:NE ratio increased, but no interaction of NE density and SID lysine:NE ratio on the F:G. In Exp. 2, the dietary NE density both linearly (P<0.05) and quadratically (P<0.05) affected the ADGand F:G. Barrows that received a diet containing 10.04 MJ kg-1 NE had a greater ADG (P<0.05) than barrows that received a 9.83 MJ kg-1 diet, but there was no difference (P>0.05) as compared with barrows that received a diet containing 10.25 MJ kg-1 NE. F:G was significantly higher (P<0.05) for barrows that received a 9.83 MJ kg-1 diet when compared with barrows that received the other two diets. The ADG was significantly decreased (P<0.05) for pigs that received a diet containing 0.69 g MJ-1 SID lysine:NE ratio when compared with pigs fed a diet containing 0.76 or 0.83 g MJ-1 SID lysine:NE ratio. The NE density or SID lysine:NE ratio and their interaction had no effect on the average daily feed intake, SUN, and carcass characteristic for finishing barrows (P>0.05). The overall results of the two experiments indicated that barrows that received the diet with the dietary CP level reduced 4 percentage units compared the NRC (1998) recommendations.Maximized the best performance with NE density and SID lysine:NE ratio were 9.87 MJ kg-1, 1.03 g MJ-1 NE for 20-50 kg pigs, and 10.04 MJ kg-1, 0.76 g MJ-1 NE for 60-100 kg pigs, respectively.  相似文献

用16窝共152头荣昌纯种哺乳仔猪,以窝为单位随机分为四组,从21日龄开始分别喂给含0、0.5、1.0和1.5%柠檬酸的饲粮至60日龄结束。测定柠檬酸添加量对饲粮PH、哺乳仔猪增重、饲料进食量及利用率、血清总蛋白及血浆尿素氮、仔猪腹泻率的影响。结果表明:0.5、1.0、和1.5%三个柠檬酸饲粮组分别与0组比较:饲粮PH降低0.75、1.10和1.45个PH单位;日增重提高14.88、7.02和3.31%,日进食饲料量(Y)与柠檬酸水平(X)呈Y=264+165x-154x~2二次曲线;日增重与日进食饲料量呈强正相关(r=O.97,p<0.05);单位增重消化能消耗改进5.88、2.87和-2.15%;血清总蛋白增加0.57、0.52和0.10克/升,血浆尿素氮降低0.73、0.66和0.60毫摩尔/升;仔猪腹泻率减少27.83、28.0和16.17%。在哺乳仔猪补料中添加适量的柠檬酸对改进仔猪生产性能有效。  相似文献

108头断奶到90kg体重的内江猪,杜洛克×内江(二元)和杜洛克×长白×内江杂交猪(三元),饲予含硒0.015—0.020ppm的基础饲粮,并分别添加0、0.10、0.20、0.30和0.50ppm的硒。试验考察了缺硒对生长,血浆胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)活性,组织含硒的影响。结果表明:含硒0.22ppm组产生严重缺硒症,死亡率达25—42%,日增重和饲料利用效率显著低于补硒组(P<0.05)。GSH—Px活性和组成硒与日粮硒水平成显著正相关(P<0.01)。按照GSH—Px活性确定,10—50kg二元和三元杂交猪实用饲粮硒的推荐量以0.32ppm,内江猪0.22ppm;肥育期三种猪场以0.12ppm较适宜。  相似文献

在浙江嘉善杂交生长猪的日粮中分别按4%、3%、2%和0的比例添加味精渣单细胞蛋白饲料.饲喂试验的结果表明:3%味精渣单细胞蛋白饲料的饲喂效果最好,平均日增重和饲料转换率分别为699.90±50g和3.54:1,与对照组比较,差异极显著.  相似文献
