试验目的是探讨不同气氛辐照杀菌对饲料主要品质的影响。采用60Coγ射线为辐照源对猪饲料进行辐照处理,考察不同气氛辐照对猪饲料微生物、酸价、硫酸巴比妥值(TBA)及品质的影响,结果表明:不同气氛辐照的猪饲料其细菌、霉菌随着辐照吸收剂量的增加而减少,猪饲料在空气气氛和真空气氛下经10 k Gy吸收剂量辐照,细菌总数由8.4×10~5CFU/g可分别降至10 CFU/g和100 CFU/g,霉菌总数由7.0×10~5CFU/g均降至未检出。猪饲料在空气气氛和真空气氛下经5、10、20 k Gy吸收剂量的辐照,猪饲料粗蛋白质、粗纤维、粗脂肪含量及酸价没有发生明显变化,猪饲料的TBA值有明显增加,相同吸收剂量下空气气氛辐照饲料的TBA值比真空辐照饲料TBA值高。由此得出,辐照饲料空气气氛杀菌效果优于真空气氛,不同气氛辐照对饲料的主要成分含量没有明显影响,空气气氛辐照对饲料TBA值的影响较真空气氛辐照大。采用真空气氛辐照有利于保证饲料的品质。 相似文献

探明2种不同灭菌方法对大/小鼠饲料中维生素和氨基酸的损失率和灭菌效果,阐明配合饲料最佳灭菌方法,探究饲料的营养成分保持方法。研究分别采用高压蒸汽灭菌(121℃30 min)和60Co-γ射线辐照(8.06 kGy)灭菌方法对大/小鼠配合饲料样品进行处理;依据国家标准测定大/小鼠配合饲料经不同灭菌方法处理前后维生素含量、氨基酸含量及微生物指标;通过比较各组饲料维生素和氨基酸的损失率及灭菌效果,综合评价2种灭菌方法的差别,探究和分析饲料营养成分的保持方法。结果显示,除维生素A、苯丙氨酸、甘氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸、天门冬氨酸和组氨酸外,辐照灭菌组大/小鼠配合饲料中维生素和氨基酸成分的损失率均低于高压蒸汽灭菌组;且与辐照灭菌组相比,高压蒸汽灭菌效果更确实。结果表明,60Co-γ射线辐照(8.06 kGy)灭菌对饲料中营养成分的损失率及灭菌效果均低于高压蒸汽灭菌方法,但前者方法处理的灭菌效果不如后者确实。 相似文献

我国饲料产业规模效益已得到充分发挥,饲料产品的利润逐年降低,通过简单数量扩增很难再获得较大的增长。因此必须从饲料品质上突破,根据动物精细饲养的要求对饲料产品进行细分加工,推动饲料加工工艺与动物营养技术融合技术的研究,从而满足市场对饲料加工产品的高品质需求。饲料加工工艺如粉碎、调质和膨化,不仅改变饲料原料理化性质,而且影响到猪肠道健康(腹泻、肠道形态结构、菌群等)。因此,应通过综合评估饲料加工工艺对饲料理化性质(体外)的影响以及在猪生产上(体内)的应用效果,才能精准优化不同饲料原料加工工艺参数。文章主要对不同饲料原料加工工艺在猪肠道健康中的研究进行综述,为猪生产中饲料加工工艺及参数的选择提供参考。 相似文献

本试验以蜂球囊菌(Ascosphaera apis)为研究对象,探究不同辐照剂量对蜂球囊菌的杀灭效果,以期明确有效杀灭蜂球囊菌的最低辐照剂量,为Co60γ射线辐照蜜蜂饲料(特别是蜂花粉)时的辐照剂量选择提供依据。利用细菌纯化技术从患白垩病意蜂幼虫体内分离纯化得到蜂球囊菌,并结合形态学、乳酸酚棉兰染色及5.8SrDNA序列分析技术进行鉴定;同时制备不同梯度浓度的蜂球囊菌孢子悬液加入到蜜蜂幼虫饲料中,以饲喂方式侵染3日龄意蜂幼虫,确定半数致死浓度(LC50);蜜蜂幼虫饲料中添加上述确定LC50的孢子,以不同辐照剂量处理,并通过侵染幼虫试验,确定有效杀灭蜜蜂饲料中孢子的最低辐照剂量。结果表明,通过形态学和分子生物学鉴定,从患白垩病的意蜂幼虫体内分离纯化得到真菌即为蜜蜂白垩病的病原——蜂球囊菌;蜂球囊菌对人工饲养条件下的意蜂幼虫的LC50为9.5×104个/mL;当Co60γ射线辐照剂量为7.0kGy时,幼虫患病率与未辐照组差异显著(P0.05),由此确定对添加半数致死浓度的蜂球囊菌孢子饲料的最低有效辐照剂量为7.0kGy。 相似文献

The influence of feedstuffs treated with ionizing radiation on the nutrition of dogs was tested in four groups of animals. Two groups were administered for 90 days a ration, the main part of which (VETACAN meat feed mixture and VETAVIT loose feed mixture) was irradiated with radioisotope Co 60 of the intensity of 25 kGy/kg, in other two groups of dogs the nonirradiated ration was used for the same time period. The control groups of dogs were put together for these two diets. The laboratory examination of irradiated feedstuffs confirmed their complete microbiological and mycological intactness. However, the irradiation brought about a significant 35% degradation of essential amino acids with an increase of ammonia nitrogen, destructive changes in the lipid component of feedstuffs and a partial decomposition of the saccharide part of the VETAVIT feed mixture, expressed by the acidity of water extract. The sensory evaluation of irradiated feedstuffs did not show any perceptible alterations. The haematological examination of the blood of animals, which had been administered irradiated feed rations, demonstrated a significant negative influence on the blood picture. The biochemical examination of the blood serum and plasma revealed that total proteins of experimental dogs dropped and the creatinine level was also significantly decreased. Neither was the level of carbohydrate nutrition nor the energy saturation affected by irradiation. The glucose levels in the blood serum of dogs fluctuated within the range of physiological reference values. The growth of free ammoniacal bases of feedstuffs, evoked by ionizing radiation, conditioned obviously the level of actual pH of blood in dogs as determined in this study. The destruction of lipoid fraction in the feedstuffs induced a decrease in the activity of lipophile retinol and thus the biological value of feeds was impaired. The biochemical examination of ALT, AST and ALP enzyme activity did not show any increased activity of parenchyma, in particular of liver cell. A decisive role of the biological quality of feed ration for utilization of some minerals was demonstrated by a significant decrease of the magnesium level in animals administered irradiated feed rations without any biological supplementation. On the contrary, the potassium, calcium and phosphorus levels did not reflect this dietary difference between the groups. 相似文献

Feed efficiency represents the cumulative efficiency with which the pig utilizes dietary nutrients for maintenance, lean gain and lipid accretion. It is closely linked with energy metabolism, as the oxidation of carbon-containing components in the feed drive all metabolic processes. While much is known about nutrient utilization and tissue metabolism, blending these subjects into a discussion on feed efficiency has proven to be difficult. For example, while increasing dietary energy concentration will almost certainly increase feed efficiency, the correlation between dietary energy concentration and feed efficiency is surprisingly low. This is likely due to the plethora of non-dietary factors that impact feed efficiency, such as the environment and health as well as individual variation in maintenance requirements, body composition and body weight.Nonetheless, a deeper understanding of feed efficiency is critical at many levels. To individual farms, it impacts profitability. To the pork industry, it represents its competitive position against other protein sources. To food economists, it means less demand on global feed resources. There are environmental and other societal implications as well.Interestingly, feed efficiency is not always reported simply as a ratio of body weight gain to feed consumed. This review will explain why this arithmetic calculation, as simple as it initially seems, and as universally applied as it is in science and commerce, can often be misleading due to errors inherent in recording of both weight gain and feed intake.This review discusses the importance of feed efficiency, the manner in which it can be measured and reported, its basis in biology and approaches to its improvement. It concludes with a summary of findings and recommendations for future efforts. 相似文献
