将1日龄海兰褐蛋用母雏鸡400只随机分为5个处理组,每组设4个重复,每重复20只。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,不添加任何药物。试验组为Ⅱ~Ⅴ组,在基础日粮中分别添加10mg/kg大豆黄酮、200mg/kg低聚木糖、10mg/kg大豆黄酮+200mg/kg的低聚木糖,抗生素组每1kg饮水中添加0.5g盐酸恩诺沙星混饮。试验期5周。结果表明,在蛋用雏鸡日粮中添加一定比例的低聚木糖与大豆黄酮对提高蛋雏鸡生长性能和免疫器官指数具有显著的效果。  相似文献

在肉鸭日粮中添加不同比例的低聚木糖,研究其对肉鸭生长性能的影响。采用单因素完全随机试验设计,选取1日龄樱桃谷健康肉鸭200只,把试验随机分为4个处理组,每个处理组5个重复,每个重复10只肉鸭,每个处理间肉鸭体重差异不显著(P>0.05);试验设1个对照组和3个试验组。具体处理如下:对照组饲喂基础日粮+4mg/kg黄霉素,试验Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮+0.005%低聚木糖,试验Ⅱ组饲喂基础日粮+0.01%低聚木糖,试验Ⅲ组饲喂基础日粮+0.02%低聚木糖。饲养期42d。结果表明,在1~3周龄,与对照组相比,试验组的肉鸭平均日增重均不同程度升高,但各处理组间差异并不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组的料肉比降低,但各处理组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。在4~6周龄,与对照组相比,试验组的平均日增重增加,料肉比降低,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);从1~6周龄的饲养全期来看,试验组的平均日增重高于对照组,而料肉比低于对照组,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),总体来看,试验Ⅱ组肉鸭的生长效果最好。  相似文献

为探讨微生物制剂与低聚木糖联合应用对肉兔的饲养效果,试验选用伊普吕商品肉兔600只,分为3个试验组和对照组,所有组在同样条件下饲养。对照组饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0.2%肝血素、0.02%低聚木糖、0.2%肝血素+0.02%低聚木糖。试验结果表明:试验组比对照组肉兔的生长速度、饲料报酬、成活率和经济效益得到较大提高。日粮中同时添加0.2%肝血素和0.02%低聚木糖,较单独使用肉兔的增重和饲料报酬均高。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究在蛋鸡日粮中添加酵母硒与低聚木糖及其互作对鸡蛋硒与胆固醇含量、蛋鸡脂质代谢、生产性能的影响。选择1 080只300日龄体质健康的蛋鸡,分为6个试验组,每个试验组4个重复,每个重复45只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组在基础日粮添加0.01%低聚木糖,试验2组在基础日粮添加0.015%低聚木糖,试验3组在基础日粮中添加0.09 mg亚硒酸钠/kg饲料、试验4组在基础日粮中添加120 mg酵母硒/kg饲料,试验5组在基础日粮中同时添加0.01%低聚木糖、120 mg酵母硒/kg饲料。预饲1周,试验从44周龄持续到48周龄,为期5周(35 d)。结果显示,鸡蛋中的硒含量提高了,蛋黄中胆固醇含量降低了,酵母硒提高了产蛋率并降低了料蛋比。低聚木糖降低了蛋黄及血清中的胆固醇含量。同时添加120 mg酵母硒/kg、0.01%低聚木糖的饲料显著提高了产蛋率,降低了料蛋比,提高了血清中高密度胆固醇含量和鸡蛋中的硒含量,并降低了血清及蛋黄中的胆固醇含量,同时在产蛋率、料蛋比方面有正相关的作用,在提高鸡蛋硒含量及降低蛋黄胆固醇方面有微弱正相关的作用。  相似文献

为研究含糖量相同(0.015%)的不同种类寡糖对肉仔鸡肠道菌群和免疫机能的影响,本试验选用150只健康的1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡(公母各半),随机分为5个处理,每个处理设3个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组为分别在基础日粮添加果寡糖组(FOS)、甘露寡糖组(MOS)、低聚异麦芽糖组(GOS)、低聚木糖组(XOS),试验期为42d。试验结果表明:42日龄时,低聚木糖组对肠道菌群的改善效果最好;寡糖极显著提高了胸腺指数(P<0.01),且低聚木糖组极显著提高了法氏囊指数(P<0.01)。  相似文献

试验采用1日龄长顺绿壳蛋鸡苗1,100只,随机分为5个处理组,每组设4个重复,每重复55只雏鸡。分别为对照组、试验1组、试验2组、试验3组、试验4组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,不添加利生素,试验组分别对应添加利生素0.008%、0.01%、0.012%、0.02%,试验期3周。结果表明:在0~3周龄长顺绿壳蛋鸡雏鸡饲粮中添加一定比例的利生素可提高雏鸡的生长性能;提高育雏成活率;减少雏鸡白痢的发病率和死亡率;尤其是以0.01%的添加比例效果为最好。但对免疫器官发育影响不明显。  相似文献

为探讨复合预混料添加剂饲喂雏鸡效果,试验选用健康、体重均匀一致1日龄海兰褐商品代蛋鸡4800只,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组2400只,每组分4个重复,每重复600只鸡,分别饲喂含自主研制5%雏鸡复合预混料添加剂的试验日粮和含市售5%雏鸡复合预混料添加剂的对照日粮,饲养试验6周。试验结果表明:试验组鸡只成活率、增重、群体体重均匀度、饲料转化率等生产性能均高于对照组(P0.05),且有较好的经济效益。自主研制的雏鸡复合预混料添加剂在雏鸡生产中应用效果良好。  相似文献

试验研究了在蛋用雏鸡日粮中添加0.1%、0.3%、0.5%的酵母培养物(YC),对其生长性能及免疫机能的影响,以及酵母培养物替代抗生素的效果。试验选用了1日龄海兰褐蛋用雏鸡400只,随机分成5组,每组设4个重复,每个重复20只鸡。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,其余为试验组,在基础日粮中分别添加0.1%YC、0.3%YC、0.5%YC和抗生素,试验期为5周。结果表明,酵母培养物有促进雏鸡生长,提高雏鸡免疫机能的作用,尤其0.3%YC效果最好,酵母培养物可以替代抗生素。  相似文献

选用900只38周龄健康的苏禽三凤绿壳蛋鸡,随机分成5个处理组,每个处理组分6个重复,每个重复30只蛋鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,在基础日粮中添加0.015%土霉素为试验1组,在基础日粮中添加0.01%低聚木糖为试验2组,在基础日粮中添加0.015%产酶益生素为试验3组,在基础日粮中添加0.1%中草药提取物为试验4组。研究在鸡舍温度28.6℃情况下几种添加剂对苏禽三凤绿壳蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质的影响。试验表明:试验2、3、4组的产蛋性能和蛋白质均优于对照组和试验1组。综合各项指标以添加0.01%低聚木糖的试验2组效果为最佳。  相似文献

试验选用1日龄AA肉鸡144只,公母各半,随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组、试验2组和试验3组,分别在基础日粮中添加5.0、10.0 g/kg和20.0 g/kg的平菇菌糠。结果表明,从试验全期看,综合分析生长性能和经济效益两方面的指标,与对照组相比,试验3组的效果最佳,体增重提高5.59%(P>0.05),料肉比降低3.46%(P>0.05),经济效益增加8.05%。  相似文献

This research was conducted to study the performance and carcass parameters of broiler chickens fed diets supplemented with heat‐treated non‐starch polysaccharide degrading enzyme. A total of 432 one‐day old Ross 308 broiler chickens were allocated to five treatments: (i) CON (basal diet), (ii) E1: CON + 0.05% multi‐enzyme, (iii) E2: CON + 0.1% multi‐enzyme, (iv) E3: CON + 0.05% thermo‐resistant multi‐enzyme and (v) E4: CON + 0.1% thermo‐resistant multi‐enzyme, each treatment consisted of six replications and 12 chickens in each replication. The chickens were housed in three floor battery cages during 28‐day experimental period. On days 1–7, gain in body weight (BWG) improved by feeding the diets supplemented with thermo‐resistant multi‐enzyme. On days 7–21 and 1–28, chickens fed the diets containing thermo‐resistant multi‐enzyme showed improved (p < 0.05) BWG and feed conversion ratio (FCR) compared to CON group. Supplementing the diets with multi‐enzyme or thermo‐resistant multi‐enzyme affected the percentage of drip loss on d 1 (p < 0.05). Drip loss percentage on days 3 and 5 and also meat colour were not affected significantly. Supplementing the diets with multi‐enzyme or thermo‐resistant multi‐enzyme did not affect the relative weights of organs but compared to CON group, relative weight of breast muscle increased and abdominal fat decreased (p < 0.05). Among measured blood constituents, chickens fed supplemented diets with thermo‐resistant multi‐enzyme showed higher (p < 0.05) IgG. Counts of red and white blood cells and lymphocyte percentage were not affected. In conclusion, the results demonstrated that supplementing pelleted diets with thermo‐resistant multi‐enzyme improved performance of broiler chickens.  相似文献

为了研究檀香树叶和种子对文昌鸡生长性能和抗氧化性能的影响,将180只鸡随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验1、2、3组分别在基础日粮中添加8%发酵檀香树叶和1%檀香种子、4%檀香树叶和1%檀香种子、3%檀香树叶和2%檀香种子。结果表明,在玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加檀香树叶和种子可以提高文昌鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)的活性(P<0.05),且试验3组对文昌鸡血清抗氧化性能的改善最为明显;但试验组对文昌鸡的生长性能无明显效果(P>0.05)。提示,日粮中添加檀香树和种子可以增强文昌鸡的抗氧化机能,且与添加量呈正相关。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮添加万寿菊提取物对肉鸡血清生化指标、抗氧化能力和免疫性能的影响。选取1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡192只,随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复8只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.15%和0.60%的万寿菊提取物,即有效成分叶黄素含量分别为30和120 mg/kg,试验期42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,1)饲粮添加0.60%万寿菊提取物使肉鸡血清甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著降低(P0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著升高(P0.05);2)0.15%和0.60%万寿菊提取物添加组肉鸡21和42日龄血清总抗氧化能力和超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性显著提高(P0.05);3)0.60%万寿菊提取物添加组肉鸡21日龄胸腺、脾脏和法氏囊指数显著升高(P0.05),饲粮添加万寿菊提取物使肉鸡血清免疫球蛋白M、免疫球蛋白G和白细胞介素2水平显著升高(P0.05),万寿菊提取物未对肉鸡42日龄免疫器官指数造成显著影响(P0.05)。综上,肉鸡饲粮中添加万寿菊提取物可以提高肉鸡机体的抗氧化能力和免疫性能,且对机体脂代谢有调节作用。  相似文献

Broiler chickens were fed on diets containing 0.1 to 0.5% sodium from 0 to 8 weeks. During the 0‐ to 4‐week period the best combined growth rate and efficiency of food conversion was obtained when the diet contained 0.2% sodium; for the period 0 to 8 weeks 0.2 and 0.3% were equally good. This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary Tenebrio molitor larvae meal (TM meal) inclusion on the performance, carcass traits, caecum microbiota and blood parameters of broiler chickens. A total of 180-day-old chickens were allocated to three dietary groups with five replicate pens (12 birds/pen). Experimental diets were included a corn-soybean basal diet, and two diets with 2.5% and 5% TM. TM-included diets have been administered for periods of starter (1–10 days) and grower (11–25 days). A regular finisher diet was given to all groups during the 26–42 days of age. Diets containing TM meal did not influence feed intake and mortality percentage. Feed conversion ratio was lower with the 2.5% TM meal diet compared with the control group at starter period (p < .05). Besides, broiler chickens fed TM meal included diet had a higher body weight gain than the control group during 1–10 days of age (p < .05). The carcass characteristics and length and weight of different parts of small and large intestines were not influenced by diets. TM meal inclusion decreased the albumin-to-globulin ratio compared with the control group (p < .05). Additionally, lower total count of aerobic and Escherichia coli bacteria was observed in response to diet inclusion of 5% TM meal. Overall, the inclusion of TM meal in broilers' diet improved body weight gain and feed conversion ratio in the starting period, decreased albumin-to-globulin ratio and E. coli bacteria content.  相似文献

试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平的牛磺酸对笼养蛋雏鸭生长性能和血糖血脂的影响。采用单因素完全随机分组设计,选用1日龄健康、体重相近金定蛋鸭240只,随机分为5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复8只鸭。每个处理饲粮中分别依次添加0%、0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%的牛磺酸,试验期4周。结果表明:饲粮中添加0.10%牛磺酸可显著提高雏鸭的平均日增重、料重比(P<0.05);与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.20%牛磺酸极显著降低了血清中总胆固醇浓度(TC)(P<0.01),显著降低了血清中甘油三酯(TG)、葡萄糖(GLU)的浓度(P<0.05)。由此得出,添加适宜水平的牛磺酸可显著改善雏鸭的生长性能,并在一定程度上降低血糖血脂。  相似文献

In this study, we determined whether deficient dietary amino acid (AA) concentrations influence the precaecal (pc) AA digestibility when determined using the regression approach. We mixed two basal diets. Basal diet 1 was deficient in essential AAs, whereas adequate AA concentrations were ensured in basal diet 2 by adding free AAs. Rapeseed cake and full‐fat soya beans as test ingredients were included in the basal diets at levels of 100 and 200, and 150 and 300 g/kg, respectively, at the expense of maize starch. Each diet was tested with six replicates of 10 broiler chickens each. The feed intake of the chickens that were fed diets based on basal diet 2 was similar, whereas the feed intake of the chickens that were fed diets based on basal diet 1 differed considerably. The numerical differences in pc AA digestibility determined with basal diet 1 or 2 ranged from 2.6 percentage points to 20.8 percentage points in rapeseed cake and from 0.5 percentage points to 15.2 percentage points in soya beans. Across all measured AAs, the average differences were 10.1 percentage points and 5.4 percentage points in rapeseed cake and soya beans, respectively. The differences in the estimated pc AA digestibility between the basal diets were probably caused by different basal endogenous AA losses in the digesta between treatments as a consequence of different feed intake. Adequate AA concentrations and test ingredient levels that are specifically adjusted to avoid a negative effect on feed intake are recommended for future studies.  相似文献
