If a crack appears in marine or concrete structures due to chloride corrosion, it will be a convenient channel for the chloride to penetrate into the concrete and easily corrode the steel bars and damage the concrete. A concrete specimen with a 0.2mm wide crack was prepared. After the specimen was soaked in a silane solution, emulsion and gel, a chloride ion corrosion test was carried out. The analysis of two dimensional chloride content shows that the silane soakage treatment of cracked concrete seals the crack and prevents further corrosion.  相似文献

Damage localization in crack weakened rock mass is closely related to the crack growth pattern. Bifurcation of the alternative evolution of cracks occurs when the cracks grow to some extent, then some cracks keep on growing while other ceased evolving. It is found that damage localization in crack weakened rock mass is caused by bifurcation of the crack growth pattern, and the initial location is also determined by the crack growth pattern. Based on the analysis on the bifurcation of crack growth pattern, the critical length of wing crack and the critical stress of damage localization in crack weakened rock mass are obtained. Subsequently, the onset location of damage localization is determined by using the eigenvalue and eigenvector of coefficient matrix, and crack interaction is also taken into account in this model. Finally, the relationship between the interval between columns and rows, the orientation of crack, confining stress and the critical stress of damage localization is defined in the example.  相似文献

Influence of Transverse Flexural Crack on Chloride Penetration in Concrete   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The mechanism for chloride penetration in cracked concrete and its major impact factors were analyzed. As a result, a revised chloride diffusion model based on Fick's Law was built by dual porous medium model. Then several cracked reinforced concrete beams self-anchored with sustained flexural loads were immersed in the 5% NaCl solution with the condition of dry-wet cycles. After 15 times of dry-wet cycles, the rapid chloride testing (RCT) was used for the determination of chloride ion content of the powder at each cracked sections. The test results show that: 1) with the condition of dry-wet cycles, the chloride content will occur a peak in the surface 20mm concrete, so the depth for surface convection zone can be assumed to be 15~20 mm; 2) when the crack width is less than 0.3mm, the equivalent chloride diffusion coefficient increases steadily, which agrees well with model's prediction; when the crack width is larger than 0.3mm, the equivalent chloride diffusion coefficient augments rapidly and influence of convection on chloride penetration becomes more significant; 3) the deterioration factor for equivalent chloride diffusion coefficient in flexural cracked concrete is directly correlative with crack width, which can be expressed by second order power function or separate function.  相似文献

Tunnel portal section mostly faces unfavorable geologic and topographical conditions, such as broken surrounding rock, shallow and unsymmetrical loadings. The current Chinese code for design of road tunnel provides the load calculation method of tunnel under unsymmetrical. However, according to the mechanic and deformation characteristics of the tunnel lining on site, the assumption is not suitable for the shallow tunnel under unsymmetrical loadings in broken surrounding rock. Therefore, through engineering case analysis and results of three-dimensional numerical analysis, the failure mechanism of shallow tunnel under unsymmetrical loadings in broken surrounding rock is presented firstly, that is, deep buried side broken surrounding rocks slump down after excavation and squeeze the lining, which makes the lining deform outward and bear passive earth pressure. Through the failure mechanism, the surrounding rock mainly includes slumping area and passive area. Then the corresponding formulas are deduced based on limit equilibrium theory. Finally, a case study is adopted to verify the feasibility of the new method. It is show that the new method is more reasonable than the method of current code.  相似文献

In this paper, based on multi region boundary element method (BEM), a general procedure to calculate stress intensity factors(SIF) of a 3D mixed mode fatigue surface crack is detailed. A BEM model for a welded T joint is constructed referring to the test specimen. The crack corner points are indirectly estimated to circumvent the treatment of the different crack tip singularity at the corner regions. Numerical results from the welded T joint show that this procedure is reliable.  相似文献

对14个枣品种的裂果指数及其与解剖结构的相关性进行了研究。结果表明,不同枣品种之间裂果指数存在显著差异,三变红品种裂果指数最高,太谷葫芦枣、金丝小枣、油枣次之,柳林木枣、板枣、尖枣等品种不易裂果。枣果角质层厚度与裂果指数间相关不显著,表皮细胞层数、亚表皮细胞层数、表皮厚度及中果皮细胞排列紧密程度与裂果指数间存在显著负相关关系;中果皮细胞大小、维管束粗细及多少、空腔大小及多少与裂果指数间无相关性。  相似文献

The construction process of anchor,fiber concrete and its mechanical principle of interaction with surrounding rocks is studied by field tests from the view of researching stability of single layer tunneling lining. The mechanical properties of single layer lining in the practical application of tunnel engineering are measured. On the basis of this study,the mechanism of single layer tunnel lining is discussed,which is finally applied to the engineering practice,formatting a set of theoretical support for the design method of single layer lining. Studies found that close effect between fiber reinforced concrete and rock is well,which shows that the single layer lining design method to ensure quality and safety proposed in this paper is feasible,and construction characteristic of retaining structure is reliable. The method can be widely applied in engineering practice,and has remarkable economic benefit and social benefit.  相似文献

Creep characters of tunnel supports structure is analyzed according to triaxial creep test of concrete specimen of deep tunnel supports structure adopting MTS815 hydraulic servo system. The creep parameters of nonlinear creep model are presented based oncreep curve. The finite element numerical model has been established considering tunnel construction process, creep characters of surrounding rock and support structure. The displacement characteristics, the effective stress and the maximum shear stress in different position in primary support and second lining are obtained through creep characters analysis of surrounding rock and supports structure. The features of displacement and stress dependent time of tunnel supports has visible difference comparing with discard creep effect and calculation displacement and practical monitoring results is basic concordance. The creep characters of surrounding rock and tunnel supports should be considered for deep tunnel.  相似文献

我国粮食部门经过较长时间才认识到玉米裂纹的重要性。玉米裂纹是指人眼能观察到的玉米表面和胚乳内部裂缝宽度为0.1 mm左右的缝隙。玉米籽粒内部生来就有许多微裂纹,构成胚乳内众多的微毛细管。借助电子显微镜可以观察到纳米级的微毛细管。目前检测玉米裂纹的仪器需进一步改进。  相似文献

In process of the tunnel construction throw New Austrian Tunnelling Method, the result of smoothwall blasting to rock tunnel is not good, there are more and more cavities produced behind the lining. On the basis of engineering project, this paper makes the three-dimensional elastic-plastic analysis throw numerical simulation, discusses the stress-strain behavior of primary support when there is a different size of rectangle cavity behind the lining. In addition the safety factor of tunnel is calculated with cavity based on the strength reduction finit element method. This factor is compared with the factor of health tunnel. The stability of tunnel structure system is estimated through the linear regression analysis between stress of lining and safety factor.  相似文献

The crack tip region in an elastic composite can be divided into three different zones. The constitutive equations corresponding to these zones and the extent of the saturated damage zones are derived. The damage isotropy in the largest saturated damage zone is expressed by utilizing the Monte Carlo technique to create uniform distribution microcracks. The interaction between the main crack and microcracks can be evaluated by an alternating iteration scheme. In the assumption of a dilute concentration of microcracks, the interaction among microcracks is neglected, and the stress intensity factor produced by interaction between the main crack and each microcrack can be superposed. Two sources of loading are analyzed: one is for the main crack microcrack interaction under an applied remote load, and the other is for the main crack microcrack interaction accompanied by the relief of residual stresses on the microcrack surfaces. The results show that two sources of loading can shield the main crack tip, and microcracks behind the main crack tip can create the most shielding whereas the micro cracks ahead of the main crack tip play no role in shielding.  相似文献

By using near crack line analysis method and Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion,the elastic-plastic solution for near crack line of an eccentric cracks loaded by the pore water pressure under large scale yielding condition is analyzed.The elastic stress fields,the plastic stress field,the unit normal vector of the elastic-plastic boundary near the crack line,the elastic-plastic stress fields near crack line are identified.The change pattern of the length of the plastic zone and the pore water pressure is presented.Besides,the elastic-plastic analytical solution for an eccentric cracks loaded by the pore water pressure is obtained.  相似文献

为筛选出适合佳县地区种植的红枣抗裂品种,利用枣果浸泡试验,分析了‘佳县长枣’、‘狗头枣’、‘赞皇枣’、‘骏枣’、‘壶瓶枣’、‘金丝小枣’、‘圆铃枣’、‘晋枣’、‘灵宝枣’、‘木枣’10个佳县本地栽植的红枣品种裂果率和吸水率的变化趋势,比较不同品种的抗裂性。试验结果表明,在浸果过程中,红枣的裂果率在24 h内基本呈直线增加,72 h后达到稳定。不同红枣品种在脆熟期浸果后一定时期内(24~48 h)的裂果率和吸水率线性相关。不同品种之间的红枣裂果率差异显著,‘骏枣’裂果率最高,为93.3%,‘圆铃枣’裂果率最低,为26.7%,其次为‘佳县长枣’和‘灵宝枣’。因此,适合佳县栽植的较好红枣抗裂品种为‘圆铃枣’、‘佳县长枣’和‘灵宝枣’。  相似文献

In order to improve the crack speed of linux password, the crack core design idea based on dataflow is proposed. After analyzing core crack module MD5 of linux, three crack models are designed, and their ALMs consumption and run speed are analyzed. Under the structure of full pipeline, based on the idea of dataflow, the Linux crack core is designed to crack linux password fast. Experimental results show that while cracking linux password on FPGA of EP4CE40F29C8, the speed can reach up to 24.95 million/s. In the framework of fully pipeline, the idea based on dataflow makes all the pipeline data blocks in efficient working condition. Linux password crack speed increases greatly.  相似文献

采用钙制剂对鸡蛋进行涂膜处理,并将其置于30℃条件下贮藏,以蛋清哈夫单位、pH值和鸡蛋感官变化等为指标,研究涂膜对其贮藏效果的影响.试验结果表明,钙制剂处理的鸡蛋蛋清哈夫单位、pH值变化均低于PVA处理及空白对照处理;此外,钙制剂处理的蛋壳表面色泽,光亮度、蛋壳强度也优于其它处理.  相似文献
