Methods for determining growth traits in the field are mostly work‐intensive and/or often erroneous. Further development of multi‐temporal techniques of growth analyses provided by fast and non‐destructive tools for monitoring canopy properties may result in a substantial gain for practical use. Among them, the LAI‐2000 Canopy Analyzer can be used to determine the canopy area index (CAI) resulting from radiation measurements. In plant breeding, single‐date measurements were usually made across a wide number of genoptypes. In contrast, multi‐temporal information on canopy status is needed in agronomy. In our study, data of the CAI based on hemispherical radiation measurements with the LAI‐2000 were used to estimate developmental courses of weight‐related growth traits. For this purpose, seasonal courses of shoot fresh matter, shoot dry matter, shoot N and water content and CAI of winter oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.) and spring barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) were investigated simultaneously in field experiments from 2002 to 2006 in northern Germany with and without nitrogen (N) fertilization. Courses of 2003 and 2004 were used to calculate relationships between CAI and growth traits. Results show that each of the weight‐related growth trait is related to the CAI. In this mechanistic approach relationships were found gathered across 2 years, two N‐treatments and several growth stages being unaffected by N‐fertilization, cultivar and experimental year. These relationships were verified using independent data sets of the years 2005 (winter oilseed rape and spring barley) and 2006 (winter oilseed rape). The results of the current study show that the use of LAI‐2000 and its rapid and non‐destructive determination of weight‐related growth traits over the entire growth period will substantially improve the determination of weight‐related growth traits in agriculture.  相似文献

基因组密码子使用受多种因素的影响,本试验通过对应分析探讨了若干重要因子对粳稻品种“日本晴”叶绿体全基因组序列密码子用法的效应,结果指出,在影响最大的第一条向量轴上,基因的位置坐标与该基因的表达水平(CAI)和GC3s极显著相关(r = 0.785**和-0.804**),而CAI与GC3s高度负相关(r = -0.917**);说明基因表达  相似文献

以龙眼核为原料,采用高速剪切辅助碱法提取龙眼核淀粉。根据单因素试验和正交试验的结果,结合实际生产情况,确定龙眼核淀粉的最佳提取条件为剪切速率3 000 r/min,溶液p H值9,料液比1∶20,提取时间30 min,淀粉得率可以达到25.12%。与传统碱法相比,高速剪切辅助碱法得率高、提取时间短、对环境相对友好,是一种值得开发的新型淀粉提取方法。  相似文献

On the basis of fault diagnosis neural network model, in this paper, knowledge representation system of rough set theory is taken as a major tool to delaminate the complex neural network and in which unnecessary properties are eliminated. This method overcomes some shortcomings, such as network scale is too large and the rate of classification is slow. The good effect that reduces the matching quantity of pattern search in classification course is gotten. The structure and algorithm of layered-mining neural network model based on rough set theory are also given. This paper introduces the comprehensive hydraulic testing set for many kinds of hydraulic elements with hydraulic drive, hydraulic regulation and hydraulic loading. It has rational structure compact arrangement, reliable characteristics and advanced technique. In order to reduce the energy loss in the hydraulic system of the testing set, 1 ad sensing control is used. The static and dynamic characteristics of the load sensing system are analysed with the method of numeral simulation on computer. the testing witk load sensing control results show energy may be saved obviously and the heat load in hydraulic system may be reduced effectively, then testing quality is improved and the volume cf oil case is lessened. The lead sensing valve design is satisfied with simplifying structure so that it may be used reliably for the fixed flow hydraulic system of the testing set or other machines.  相似文献

提高作物水分利用效率(WUE)是当前半干旱地区农业研究的热点问题.利用管栽和田间干旱棚试验在两种土壤水分条件下,研究了5个不同二倍体小麦种WUE的差异及其与根系生长之间的关系.结果发现:两种水分条件下,不同二倍体小麦种间WUE存在显著差异,其从大到小的排列顺序为RR>DD>AA>BB,说明R染色体组上可能存在控制高水分利用效率  相似文献

针对模糊控制系统中切换时延较长和切换次数较多的问题,研究了一种基于模糊控制系统的垂直切换判决算法。在基于信号强度判决时将RSS作为门限值,提高系统判决能力;同时,将网络参数和服务类型作为判决因素,结合层次分析法引入并行的模糊控制系统,缩短了切换判决的时间、选择适合用户的最佳网络,做出垂直切换。仿真结果表明,该算法减少了切换次数,降低了切换时延,增强了系统的性能。与传统的切换算法相比较,该算法对切换的判决因素考虑的更全面,兼顾了用户终端的使用环境及成本问题,有效地保证了网络的服务质量。  相似文献

针对重庆山地村镇迫切的供暖需求,选取该地区典型村镇搭建了空气源热泵供暖系统实验平台,分析了空气源热泵系统性能影响因素,并从供回水温度、系统耗电量、供热量、性能系数COP等角度对运行过程中的阶段特性(启动、稳定运行及全阶段)进行阐述,发现系统在3个阶段特点差异很大:启动阶段初始温度对COP影响较为明显,除霜时系统性能下降25%;稳定阶段特性与初始温度无关,室外条件较好时,降低设定温度,COP提高明显;总体来看,启动阶段COP最高,全阶段次之,稳定阶段COP最低。  相似文献

咖啡酸-O-甲基转移酶(COMT)是木质素合成过程的关键酶,参与苯丙烷代谢。了解铁皮石斛COMT(Caffeic acid-O-methyltransferase)基因密码子的偏好性可为其功能和分子进化研究提供科学依据。采用Codon W、EMBOSS、SPSS、Origin等分析铁皮石斛COMT的密码子偏好参数,并通过ENC绘图、中性绘图和PR2-plot分析探讨COMT基因密码子偏好性形成的可能因素,同时使用SPSS19.0和MEGA6.0进行聚类分析。结果显示,铁皮石斛COMT基因ENC值、GC含量以及GC3分别为49、0.452和0.396,表明其密码子偏好性较弱,偏好使用A或T结尾的密码子;ENC、中性绘图分析显示突变压力是COMT密码子偏好性形成的主要作用力;铁皮石斛COMT基因和同为兰科植物的香味蝴蝶兰(Phalaenopsis bellina)的亲缘关系最近,两者的GC1s、GC2s、GC3s、GC、CAI和ENC也较为相近,表明物种进化关系上越相近其密码子偏好性也较为相似,但有些物种仍存在一些差异。此外,从密码子使用频率分析得出酵母菌真核表达系统适合铁皮石斛COMT基因的异源表达,模式植物烟草、番茄可以作为其遗传转化受体。本研究为COMT基因功能进一步研究提供参考。  相似文献

In this paper, the factors influencing the foundation scheme of high-rise buildings are analyzed. In accordance with the complex hierarchical structure and the uncertainty of foundation scheme, a knowledge base of hierarchical structure is set up and an inexact reasoning is realized.
