不同品种间的猪肉含水率高光谱模型传递方法研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
针对目前的模型传递方法研究大多为不同仪器间的近红外光谱模型传递,该文采用高光谱技术建立猪肉含水率定量检测模型,并针对不同品种间的模型传递提出了一种分段直接校正结合线性插值(piecewise direct standardization combine with linear interpolation,PDS-LI)的传递算法。以杜长大、茂佳山黑猪和零号土猪3个品种为研究对象,以杜长大作为主品种,茂佳山黑猪和零号土猪作为从品种,采用偏最小二乘回归(partial least squares regression,PLSR)法建立猪肉含水率主模型,经PDS-LI算法对主模型进行传递后,主模型对茂佳山黑猪和零号土猪样品的预测决定系数R2p分别由传递前的0.263和0.507提高到0.832和0.848,预测均方根误差分别由传递前的1.151%和0.857%降低到0.470%和0.440%,剩余预测偏差(residual prediction deviation,RPD)分别由传递前的1.000和1.214提高到2.447和2.364。结果表明,PDS-LI传递算法能够实现杜长大对茂佳山黑猪和零号土猪样品的模型传递。研究结果为提高猪肉含水率模型适配性问题提供参考。  相似文献

霉变稻谷脂肪酸含量的光谱检测模型构建与优化分析   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
为了实现霉变稻谷脂肪酸含量无损、快速检测,该文研究应用可见/近红外光谱技术检测霉变稻谷的脂肪酸含量。考虑到直接选用霉变稻谷可见/近红外光谱数据构建脂肪酸含量预测模型存在建模费时、预测失准等问题,研究提出了霉变稻谷脂肪酸含量的可见/近红外优化校正模型。研究中通过光谱-理化值共生距离(sample set partitioning based on joint xy distance,SPXY)算法结合偏最小二乘法初步分析了不同校正集样本预测霉变稻谷脂肪酸含量的差异;利用连续投影算法(SPA)提取了反映霉变稻谷脂肪酸含量变化的特征波段;采用偏最小二乘法(partial least square,PLS)和多元线性回归法(multivariable linear regression,MLR)分别建立了基于特征波段光谱反射值的霉变稻谷脂肪酸含量预测模型,并对比分析了采用SPXY样本集划分的模型预测效果。结果表明:采用SPXY法筛选出的65个校正集样本分布与初始校正集相近,脂肪酸含量变化范围为18.55~127.26 mg,其标准差为32.39;SPA算法最终从256个全光谱波段中优选出9个特征波段,实现了光谱数据的压缩;分别建立的SPXY-SPA-PLSR模型和SPXY-SPA-MLR模型预测霉变稻谷脂肪酸含量相关系数RP为0.922 1和0.915 9,预测均方根误差RMSEP为13.889 3和14.261 0;SPXY筛选校正集所构建模型预测精度与初始校正集所建模型相当,但校正集样本数量减少为初始校正集的41%,运算时长缩短为初始样本集的32%,提高了模型的校正速度。  相似文献

基于近红外光谱的板栗水分检测方法   总被引:6,自引:10,他引:6  
含水率是影响板栗贮藏、加工的关键指标之一,该文应用近红外光谱技术对板栗含水率进行快速无损检测。试验对240个板栗样本的带壳光谱和栗仁板栗光谱采用SPXY算法进行样本集划分,利用偏最小二乘法建立含水率定量检测模型,并对微分、多元散射校正、变量标准化等多种预处理方法对建模结果的影响进行比较。结果表明:栗仁和带壳板栗的光谱经一阶微分预处理后所建模型性能最佳,其中栗仁的水分检测模型校正集和验证集的相关系数分别为0.9359和0.8473,校正均方根误差为1.44%,验证均方根误差为1.83%;带壳板栗光谱所建模型校正集和验证集的相关系数分别为0.8270和0.7655,校正均方根误差为2.27%,验证均方根误差为2.35%。受栗壳的影响,带壳板栗光谱模型对含水率的预测精度低于栗仁光谱模型的预测精度。研究表明,近红外光谱分析技术可用于板栗含水率的快速无损检测。  相似文献

为快速、无损和准确地诊断水稻营养状况,开展了基于高光谱成像技术的寒地水稻叶片氮素含量预测研究。以不同施氮水平下的水稻叶片为研究对象,利用高光谱成像技术,分析拔节期水稻叶片光谱,采用全波段高光谱数据、连续投影算法及分段主成分分析(segmented principal components analysis,SPCA)与相关分析(correlation analysis,CA)相结合的方法建立多种回归分析模型,并对模型进行检验和筛选。结果表明:随着施氮水平提高,水稻叶片反射率在可见光区域降低,在近红外区域升高。在校正集决定系数上,基于多元逐步回归分析的全波段模型较好,校正集决定系数为0.821,校正集均方根误差RMSEC=0.079;在预测集决定系数上,基于SPCA-CA结合多元回归分析的多变量单波段指数、差值指数、双差值指数模型较好,预测集决定系数为0.869,预测集均方根误差RMSEP=0.085。该研究结果为快速检测水稻叶片氮素含量及水稻生长期间精确施肥管理提供了参考。  相似文献

应用高光谱技术阐释土壤含水率光谱规律及对土壤含水率进行定量分析,为精准农业地表土壤水分的快速测定提供参考。该文以吉林省黑土土类中的黑土亚类土壤为研究对象,利用ASD FieldSpec FR便携式光谱仪在室内环境下对不同含水率的土壤样本进行光谱反射率测量和特征分析;通过对土壤样品高光谱反射率进行对数、倒数、一阶微分以及反射率倒数的一阶微分、反射率对数的一阶微分变换,运用统计分析中的相关系数计算进行了光谱反射率与土壤水分的相关分析,并提取了土壤光谱特征波段;采用逐步多元线性回归方法和指数模式分析法,进行了高光谱土壤含水率定量反演。研究结果表明,在低于田间持水率状况下,黑土土壤光谱反射率及其反射率一阶微分和反射率对数一阶微分变换的敏感波段主要集中在400~410、1 400~1 850和2 050~2 200 nm范围内,其中2 156 nm处与土壤水分相关系数最高,达0.89;在波长1 328、1 439、1 742和2 156 nm处,采用反射率对数一阶微分所建立的黑土土壤含水率预测方程的预测精度最好,决定系数为0.931。黑土土壤含水率高光谱反演模型的建立为土壤水分的快速测定提供了新的途径。  相似文献

生物柴油是一种优质清洁柴油,可从各种生物质中提炼,其特有的优势受到越来越广泛的关注。该文应用可见-近红外光谱技术原理对生物柴油的含水率进行了检测。配置含水率分别为0、2.5%、5.0%、7.5%和10.0%的试验样品并获取可见-近红外光谱,进行主成分分析,观察不同含水率生物柴油的聚类性,并采用Random Frog算法进行特征波段的提取,最后采用随机蛙跳算法(Random Frog)挑选出的特征波段作为偏最小二乘回归(partial least squares regression,PLSR)和最小二乘支持向量机(least squares-support vector machine,LS-SVM)模型的输入量,建立生物柴油含水量的预测模型。结果发现:采用Random Frog提取出的8条特征波段(563、560、642、565、562、493、559和779 nm)所建立非线性模型LS-SVM所得到的结果较好,其中Random Frog-LS-SVM的结果中R均大于0.95,校正集均方根误差RMSEC=0.722,预测集均方根误差RMSEP=0.520。结果表明采用Random Frog-LS-SVM模型可以准确的预测生物柴油的含水量,为实际应用提供参考。  相似文献

采用PLSR偏最小二乘法回归结合留一法交叉验证,利用长期定位试验田以及直湖港小流域面上的水稻土土壤样本建立最优模型,研究了不同光谱预处理方式对水稻土全磷可见-近红外高光谱反演精度的影响,探索水稻土全磷光谱反演的可行性;并结合简单相关系数法以及PLSR模型回归系数法分析了水稻土全磷光谱反演的重要波段。结果表明,光谱预处理方法对土壤全磷反演精度的影响不大;基于PLSR建立的水稻土全磷光谱反演模型的校正决定系数达0.85,交叉验证决定系数为0.70,RPD为1.8,有较好的模型精度;440~740 nm为土壤全磷光谱反演的重要波段。利用PLSR对水稻土全磷进行光谱预测是可行的。  相似文献

为研究土壤耕作层(0~40 cm)含水率的空间分布情况,利用EO-1的Hyperion传感器高光谱数据,对研究区域(106°20′~109°19′E,40°19′~41°18′N)的表层(0~10 cm)含水率进行定量反演,并利用表层含水率反演结果作为协同克里金插值的协变量,同时利用103个采样点实测的耕作层含水率作为主变量,进行协同克里金插值。结果表明:通过特征指数法提取水分反演的敏感波段集中在1 295~2 224 nm波长区间,特征指数法模型校正的相关系数r0.5但模型验证的精度较低(r0.2);通过偏最小二乘法建模,模型校正的r0.8,模型验证的r0.5,效果较好;运用协同克里金插值时,将反演的表层含水率作为协变量,可以弥补主变量耕作层含水率样本点少,变异函数欠稳定的缺点,同时,所提取理论模型的块金值(C0)与基台值(C0+C)的比值均25%,随机因素比例小,模型稳健。此外,协同克里金插值方法与利用表层与耕作层含水率线性拟合进行预测相比,能够有效提高预测精度,决定系数r2和Nash效率系数(nash-sutcliffe modelling efficiency,NSE)分别提高72.6%和89.9%,因此,将高光谱反演与协同克里金方法相结合,可以综合两者优势,节约采样成本,提高预测效率。  相似文献

该文研究了充分利用土壤漫反射光谱在可见-近红外波段的有效信息,研究快速准确检测土壤硝态氮含量的新方法。试验选取89个风干土壤样本,经粉碎过直径1 mm筛孔后,使用 FieldSpec 3便携式光谱仪(光谱波长范围:400~2 500 nm),获取其漫反射光谱。检查各土样的原始光谱的有效性并进行平均,经偏最小二乘法partial least squares(PLS)聚类分析后,选取其中的63个样本构成校正集建立模型,10个样本构成预测集进行模型验证。通过一阶微分与滑动平均滤波相结合的预处理方法,用15个主成分建立的主成分+神经网络模型为最好,其校正模型的回判相关系数为0.9908,均方根误差(RMSEC)为1.4528,预测模型的相关系数为0.7179。研究结果表明,利用可见-近红外光谱技术可以准确地检测茶园土壤硝态氮含量。  相似文献

酸度是评价砂糖橘品质的重要指标之一,为了消除光谱变量间的共线性影响、减少建模变量以提高校正速度,该文应用连续投影算法(SPA)对砂糖橘总酸近红外光谱无损检测模型进行优化。利用连接点修正方法修正近红外光谱,结合学生化残差图和模型回归图剔除异常样本,利用SPXY(sample set partitioning based on joint x-y distances)方法划分样本集,最后利用SPA进行变量选择,比较SPA选择的变量建模和全光谱变量PLS模型的预测效果,并分析橘皮对总酸模型的预测精度的影响程度。  相似文献

【目的】以富士(Fuji)、 秦冠(Qinguan)嫁接在平邑甜茶(Malus hupehensis Rehd.)上的当年生盆栽苗为试验材料,采用砂培方法,研究了缺氮胁迫和干旱对富士和秦冠生长情况、 光合参数、 植株各部位氮磷钾含量及氮素利用效率的影响,分析比较了低氮干旱条件下富士和秦冠生长及氮素利用的差异,以期为果树生产高效肥水利用提供理论指导。【方法】试验共设四个处理: 正常氮正常水(ZZ)、 低氮正常水(DZ)、 正常氮干旱(ZG)、 低氮干旱(DG)。氮素和水分均设置两个水平,分别为正常氮(6 mmol/L NO-3-N)、 低氮(0.3 mmol/LNO-3-N)、 正常供水(保持盆中砂子相对含水量为饱和含水量的80%~85%)、 干旱处理(保持盆中砂子相对含水量为饱和含水量的60%~65%)。【结果】富士和秦冠的生物量(茎和叶)、 株高茎粗等生长指标以及光合速率、 气孔导度、 蒸腾速率均为正常氮正常水(ZZ)>低氮正常水(DZ)>正常氮干旱(ZG)>低氮干旱(DG),并且相对应处理下秦冠的以上指标均高于富士;正常供水下,缺氮处理使富士、 秦冠的根冠比比正常氮处理均有所增加,富士提高了2.05%,秦冠提高了22.40%。富士和秦冠的氮、 磷、 钾含量均表现出正常氮正常水(ZZ)>低氮正常水(DZ)>正常氮干旱(ZG)>低氮干旱(DG); 氮、 钾元素含量在植株各部位的分布顺序依次是叶>根>茎,磷元素则是根>叶>茎;光合氮素利用效率(PNUE)和氮素利用效率表现为秦冠处理之间差异极显著,富士处理之间差异不显著;秦冠的PNUE和NUE明显高于富士,在低氮正常水(DZ)处理下,秦冠氮肥利用率比富士高42.07%,在低氮干旱(DG)处理下高64.14%;低氮胁迫下富士和秦冠的NUE显著提高,并且秦冠提高的幅度高于富士。【结论】施用氮肥能够显著提高富士与秦冠的干物质量,同等水肥条件下,秦冠生长优于富士;水分亏缺会减少叶片对氮的吸收,干旱条件下适度增施氮肥,可提高果树的抗旱能力;低氮干旱胁迫下秦冠的生长指标、 光合指标及氮素利用效率指标均优于富士,表现出较强的抗低氮干旱胁迫的能力。  相似文献

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is a new technique for the analysis of plant material. This study investigates the application of LIBS to pasture-based plant samples. The LIBS measurements were obtained from pelletized pasture samples (100 samples) that had been also analyzed by inductively coupled plasma–optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) following microwave digestion for calibration and comparison purposes. Comparisons for elements sodium (Na), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), boron (B), phosphorus (P), and sulfur (S) showed that LIBS could be used for almost all the standard profile total elements with concentrations down to low mg/kg levels (observed error of Na: 0.024 percent, K: 0.18 percent, Mg: 0.016 percent, Ca: 0.073 percent, P: 0.017 percent, Mn: 31 mg/kg, Fe: 150 mg/kg, Zn: 6.6 mg/kg, and B: 1.1 mg/kg). Elemental analysis at less than mg/kg levels was not possible using LIBS. The elements S and Cu were particularly difficult to analyze with reliability using LIBS at the concentration levels found in the plant samples. Replacing microwave digestion and subsequent ICP analysis with a direct analysis of dried plant samples using LIBS has the potential to improve the productivity and reduce the cost of testing.  相似文献

Staff members of the Department of Botany of Palacký University in Olomouc and Gene Bank Department – Workplace Olomouc, Research Institute of Crop Production in Prague, Czech Republic, conducted an expedition in seven European countries (Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland) in August/September 1999 to collect wild Lactuca spp. germplasm and study its geographic distribution, ecology and biodiversity. During the mission, more than 600 locations were visited resulting in the collection of 602 seed samples (accessions) of wild Lactuca species and 13 seed samples of related genera (Chondrilla and Mycelis). Lactuca serriola f. serriola, L. serriola f. integrifolia, L. saligna and L. viminea subsp. chondrilliflora were prevalent in southern Europe (Italy, France), however, only L. serriola was common in central and western Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland). The greatest diversity of Lactuca species was found in France, where also the most seed samples (165) were collected. The most characteristic habitats with a high density of Lactuca spp. populations were observed along roads and highways, grassy ditches, ruderal communities, and dust-heaps. Natural infections by powdery mildew (Erysiphe cichoracearum) and downy mildew (Bremia lactucae) on some wild Lactuca spp. were observed. Recent observations concerning the geographic distribution, population structure, habitats, and natural occurrence of diseases of Lactuca spp. are discussed. This assemblage of genetic resources of Lactuca spp. can serve as the basis of future studies of species diversification, spatial population structure, plant microevolution, domestication processes, and genetic variability of host-parasite interactions.  相似文献

The responses of tallgrass prairie plant communities and ecosystem processes to fire and grazing are well characterized. However, responses of invertebrate consumer groups, and particularly soil-dwelling organisms, to these disturbances are not well known. At Konza Prairie Biological Station, we sampled soil macroinvertebrates in 1994 and 1999 as part of a long-term experiment designed to examine the effects and interactions of annual fire, mowing, and fertilization (N and P) on prairie soil communities and processes. For nearly all taxa, in both years, responses were characterized by significant treatment interactions, but some general patterns were evident. Introduced European earthworms (Aporrectodea spp. and Octolasion spp.) were most abundant in plots where fire was excluded, and the proportion of the total earthworm community consisting of introduced earthworms was greater in unburned, unmowed, and fertilized plots. Nymphs of two Cicada genera were collected (Cicadetta spp. and Tibicen spp.). Cicadetta nymphs were more abundant in burned plots, but mowing reduced their abundance. Tibicen nymphs were collected almost exclusively from unburned plots. Treatment effects on herbivorous beetle larvae (Scarabaeidae, Elateridae, and Curculionidae) were variable, but nutrient additions (N or P) usually resulted in greater densities, whereas mowing usually resulted in lower densities. Our results suggest that departures from historical disturbance regimes (i.e. frequent fire and grazing) may render soils more susceptible to increased numbers of European earthworms, and that interactions between fire, aboveground biomass removal, and vegetation responses affect the structure and composition of invertebrate communities in tallgrass prairie soils.  相似文献

We have studied the effect of anaerobically digested (ADMSW) and composted municipal solid waste (CMSW) on mineralization and foodweb dynamics to verify the hypothesis that ADMSW would immobilize N right after addition to soil in contrast to addition with CMSW. Another hypothesis was that the mesofauna (enchytraeids and microarthropods) would stimulate N release from the decomposer community. We measured excretion of -N and urea-N from the mesofauna and hypothesized that enchytraeids would release urea. ADMSW and CMSW were amended to pots with sandy loam and barley. The pots were divided into treatments with or without mesofauna. Mesofauna, plant N and biomass, soil N and ergosterol (fungal biomass) were measured over a 113-day period of four equidistant samplings. Soil respiration, N mineralization and N release by the mesofauna were modelled from concurrent studies. ADMSW- and CMSW-treated soils initially (<20 days) immobilized N. The amendments did not increase plant growth substantially, and this was probably due to N-limitation in the early stages of plant growth. Enchytraeid abundance was about three times higher in ADMSW- than CMSW-treated soils, indicating that ADMSW contained more labile compounds, bacteria, and microfauna. The mesofauna did not affect N-content, but the cumulated -N excreted by the mesofauna was estimated to be substantial and about one-fifth of total plant N in ADMSW. An explanation for this discrepancy might be that in the absence of the mesofauna, other members of the detrivore and microbivore community performed the mesofauna’s function. Neither enchytraeids nor microarthropods excreted urea.  相似文献

Abstract

A 3-year study was carried out to investigate quality parameters in 14 tree fruit and berry species grown in southern Norway. The species were blueberry, apple, aronia, sour cherry, sweet cherry, red raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant, gooseberry, red currant and elderberry, harvested along with wild bilberry, cloudberry and lingonberry. Significant differences between species were identified for all quality parameters. The coefficient of variation between species was lowest for pH (12.5%), dry matter (18.9%) and soluble solids (25.3%), followed by titratable acids (59.3%), total phenolics (83.8%), antioxidant capacity FRAP (85.7%) and antiradical power by the DPPH-assay (97.8%), total monomeric anthocyanins (132%) and ascorbic acid (137%). Average coefficient of variation within species were lower and ranged from 4 (pH) to 62% (ascorbic acid). Only the FRAP values were significantly affected by harvesting year with lower levels in 2004 than in 2005 and 2006. There were significant interactions between species and harvesting year for dry matter, soluble solids, pH, ascorbic acid and FRAP. The results indicate generic ranges in composition within species independent upon growing location and climate, and the composition of the tree fruits and berries is not likely to deviate from these ranges. It is concluded that desirable composition of tree fruits and berries and their products should primarily be achieved by selection among species rather than searching fors broadened variation within individual species.  相似文献

Potassium (K) fixation and release in soil are important factors in the long-term sustainability of a cropping system. Changes in K concentration and characteristics of K fixation and release in rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere soils in the rapeseed (Brassica napus L.)–rice (Oryza sativa L.) rotation were investigated using a rhizobox system. The concentrations of different forms of K in both rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere soils decreased with plants compared to without plants, regardless of K fertilizer application. Potassium uptake by crops mainly came from the rhizosphere soil. In the treatment without K fertilizer (–K), the main form of K supplied by the soil to the crops was 1.0 mol L?1 nitric acid (HNO3) nonextractable K, followed by nonexchangeable K, and then exchangeable K. In the treatment with K fertilizer (+K), the main K forms supplied by the soil to the crops were exchangeable K and nonexchangeable K. The amount and rate of K fixation after one cycle of the rapeseed–rice rotation was greater in rhizosphere soil than in nonrhizosphere soil. The amount and rate of K fixation of soil in the +K treatment were significantly less than in the –K treatment. The cumulative amounts of K released with 1.0 mol L?1 ammonium acetate (NH4OAc) and 1.0 mol L?1 HNO3 extraction increased with the increasing numbers of extractions, but the K-releasing power of soil by successive extraction decreased gradually and finally became almost constant. The release of K was less in rhizosphere soil than in nonrhizosphere soil. The release of K in the +K treatment was similar to that in the –K treatment in rhizosphere soil, but the K release in nonrhizosphere soil was greater with the +K than the –K treatment. Overall, the information obtained in this study will be helpful in formulating more precise K fertilizer recommendations for certain soils.  相似文献
