现代化的灌溉用水管理是实现农业高效用水的重要措施之一,它可实现灌溉水资源的合理配置和灌溉系统的优化调度,达到节水增产目的,使有限的水资源获得最大的效益。采用手工方式进行灌溉用水管理,难以及时提供水资源利用最优化方案,因此急需研制出具有网络通信功能的可视化操作界面的灌溉信息管理系统,为灌区水资源评价和利用、规划等工作奠定良好的数据基础。GIS不仅具有强大的空间数据管理功能,还具有丰富的多元地学数据分析处理能力和直观的图形显示效果,因此利用GIS进行灌区的管理与建设将会有效提高灌区的工作效率和经济效益。笔者在实践调研的基础上,根据灌溉信息管理系统的功能规划及结构设计,利用MapX组件工具开发了陕西省冯家山灌区灌溉信息系统,对提高灌溉用水的管理效率进行了实例尝试,并着重对下列关键技术的运用进行了实践与思考:(1)阐述了利用可视化编程工具结合数据库管理技术、地理信息系统组件技术、网络通信技术等进行系统开发的过程;(2)着重介绍了基于MapX组件的空间数据库的建立与关联技术、灌溉管理信息的网络通信实现技术;(3)最后对在灌溉管理工作中运用GIS技术进行科学管理等相关问题进行了有益的探讨。  相似文献

Geographic Information System(GIS) is playing more and more important role in information management of power system. The popular GIS platform products include GeoMedia, Arc/Info, MapInfo and MicroStation. The choosing and using of power GIS platform should obey the rule in power system reality. Based on their preponderant application in geographic industry, Arc/Info and MapInfo have been successfully used in power system. The scheme of power GIS platform is put forward in this paper, referenced to the judgement and analysis of these prevailing platform, and the example of "GIS information system in Chongqing YuBei Power Supply Bureau" is given. This example shows the powerful twice developing ability, the profound network topology analysis ability of this method, which could also satisfy the needs of excessive and separate work nodes and parallel operation. All researches showed in this paper demonstrate the method could satisfy the need of power GIS.  相似文献

针对现有农业经济信息服务系统的缺陷,提出了结合地理信息系统技术的改造方案。以组件式GIS软件Supermap Objects为开发平台,C#.Net为语言环境,采用面向对象和组件式开发技术,设计和开发了农业经济信息服务GIS系统,并建立了农业经济基础信息空间与属性数据库。新的系统实现了农业经济信息数据的空间查询和空间分析,为各级农业部门提供辅助决策手段和辅助分析依据,提高了农业经济信息服务的水平。文章详细阐述了系统的体系结构、功能模块和在C#.Net中使用Supermap Objects组件对象进行地理信息系统开发的基本过程。  相似文献

This article introduces the concepts of GIS, expounds on the GIS applications in China, and looks forward to developments in GIS technology in the future while reviewing the issues that GIS application development faces. 论述了国外欧美等发达国家信息技术在土壤养分管理和施肥技术上的运用特点,分析了中国测土配方施肥对信息技术的要求、发展趋势,提出了中国目前测土配方施肥信息化处理的要求、任务和内容,分析了县市农业技术推广部门在测土配方施肥运用信息技术存在的问题。测土配方施肥中信息技术的运用主要包括:(1)应用数据库技术和地理信息系统,按照标准处理和整理土壤肥料等数据和相关图件,建立属性数据库和空间数据库与管理系统;(2)利用地理信息系统和基础数据库,结合应用模型,建立耕地地力评价系统、施肥决策系统等测土配方施肥应用系统;(3)将网络技术与已建立的应用系统结合起来,实现数据库的共享化和测土配方施肥的网络化。  相似文献

进行气象与大气环境、生物、土壤、水体、自然灾害等项目的湿地生态环境监测可以为科学地进行湿地生态系统管理提供依据。以更好地完成湿地生态环境监测为目的建立的GIS湿地生态环境监测与管理信息系统由通过系统集成的空间数据库和属性数据库构成,具有数据采集,数据输入与输出,数据统计与查询,空间分析以及比例尺变换、投影变换等一些与地图本身特征相关的功能。在对湿地生态系统进行科学管理的过程中,GIS湿地生态环境监测与管理信息系统具有进行湿地遥感分类、湿地植被生物量遥感估测、湿地景观格局演化及湿地退化分析、进行湿地评价和辅助湿地自然保护区建设等重要作用。  相似文献

森林火灾是当今世界发生面广、危害性大、时效性强、处置救助困难的自然灾害之一。安徽省森林资源丰富,由于自然或人为原因导致的火灾经常发生。本文基于RS和GIS技术对安徽省林火监测进行研究,设计和开发相应的安徽省林火监测系统进行分析、处理并结合基础地理信息数据确定火点及其周边环境信息,根据土地利用数据判定火点中心点所在的土地利用类型,利用GIS空间分析功能快速定位,通过互联网或其它通讯设施实时发布林火信息给相关部门,从而可以较少的人力、物力和可行的成本,实现安徽省林火的监测。集成的监测系统对安徽省2008和2009年监测到的火点信息建立数据库,根据土地利用数据判定火点中心点所在的土地利用类型,结合时间分析着火的原因。研究成果已为安徽省林火监测业务服务。  相似文献

The power transmission line is one of the important parts of electrical power system,the management and inspection of the transmission lines have been significant routine job ensuring the reliability of the transmission system. This paper describes in detail the basic principle of the intellectual transmission line inspection system using Geographic Information System(GIS) and Global Position System(GPS) technology.This novel inspection system is composed of pocket PC,GPS receiver and management PC,and takes full advantage of modern computer and network communication technique.Owing to the advantages of high reliability,practicability and scalability,the practical application of this intellectual inspection system shows that it completely meets the requirements for fast speed,high efficiency and real-time performance.  相似文献

An integrated water pollution management system for the Three Gorges Reservior Area (TGRA) titled as WPMIS_ER_TGRA was developed as an information based techenical tool for emergency response on water pollutant accident.ArcGIS Engine, a Geographic Information System (GIS) Module Warehouse, was used as programme developing platform, and Visual Basic (VB) as programming language.The mathematical models for hydraulic and water quality simulation were developed and integrated in the system and programmed as a DLL file via VB.WPMIS_ER_TGRA owns a new function of emergency lightening at watershed scale as well as the normal water environmental information management functions.The system was applied for emergency water pollution management by a dummy ship capsizal in Yangtze River.It was found that WPMIS_ER_TGRA could model the transfer and diffusion of the accident pollutants in rivers, quickly forecast the pollution situation and identify the influencing area and their changing with time in a few minutes just after the accident happened.  相似文献

本文阐述了地理信息系统(GIS)的内涵,针对传统木薯产业管理方法的不足与缺陷,利用中国热带科学院热带作物品种资源研究所木薯研究数据资料,结合GIS技术,设计了基于MAPX的木薯产业体系管理系统。该系统采用Oracle9i构建数据库来管理空间数据和属性数据,利用Maplnfo Professional、MAPX技术和visual B语言进行二次开发,为木薯产业体系提供方便快捷的动态管理,更能充分的利用网络资源,实现全局优化。  相似文献

数字农业(Digital Agriculture)技术的实施和完善离不开各种农业资源数据的强有力支持。笔者针对重庆江津市农业资源信息“信息孤岛”的现状,在统一网络平台的支持下,集成3S技术、Web技术和空间数据库技术,以农业资源数据库为基础,采用“元数据集中,实体数据集中”和“元数据集中,实体数据分散”相结合的模式,建立了一个集数据管理、数据的查询和检索以及数据发布等功能为一体的农业资源共享系统。应用结果表明,系统可以最大限度地利用现有农业资源数据,为农业部门的生产决策提供依据;能有效减少农业资源信息采集、加工整理过程中人力、物力和财力的投入,促进农业信息化、规范化发展。同时,系统为农业资源管理和共享提出的思路也适用于其他的行业应用,具有一定的推广意义。  相似文献

Analysis of the yield and weed distribution in arable fields in a Geo Information System (GIS)
The variation in yield was assessed and mapped in cereals, maize, sunflower and faba beans at Dikopshof Research Station of the University of Bonn from 1998 to 2000 using a CERES 2 yield sensor (RDS® Company, Minchin-hampton, UK). The calculated yields differed on average by 4–12 % from weighed grain yields depending on the crop and the grain moisture. The yield maps were georeferenced with a Geo Information System and compared to soil and aerial maps, field data and maps of the weed, nutrient and organic matter distributions to identify reasons for the yield variation. In two of the three fields studied, a strong correlation amongst grain yield, soil quality and relief map was found. In another field that was originally separated into two sections with different crop rotations, the distributions of grain yield, phosphorus, potassium and organic matter were still influenced by the former cropping system. On the basis of the results of this study, recommendations were made for site-specific crop management. In addition, the results of this study contribute to elucidation of the complex influences of soil and management on the grain yield.  相似文献

传统的历史遗产保护方法在信息处理和管理等方面具有较大的局限性。以世界遗产保护和管理机制发展为目标,通过国内外成功的案例解析遗产资源调查和信息整合GIS数据库的构建过程。分别阐述了GIS在文化遗产保护、区域文化与自然遗产保护、风景园林遗产保护等方面的实践应用情况。指出国内遗产保护领域应当多借助新的思维方式和研究方法,将GIS与其它数字化技术综合运用到遗产保护管理研究,今后尤其需要加强遗产价值和遗产文献资料保存、GIS系统检测等方面的研究。研究结果表明,信息处理、编写遗产文件、绘制专题地图是动态GIS数据库建设过程中的核心环节,可以有效挖掘历史城市突出的遗产价值,并有助于管理部门制定不同城市遗产文献保护和管理战略,从而为中国未来遗产保护和可持续发展提供可借鉴的创新思路。  相似文献

Modelbase(MB) takes an important role in Water Pollution Control Planning Geographic Information System(WPCPGIS),which endows the system with functions of water environmental simulation,data analysis,predicting,and providing feasible advices.Modelbase(MB) is the focus of this paper,with VB as the programme language,GeoMedia as the system developing platform and Microsoft Access as the database software.At the same time,the WPCPGIS Modelbase is applied in the water pollution control planning of Daxi River in the Three Gorges Reservoir Region,the water environment system relatively is simulated well,provicling planning-maker and decision-maker numerous useful informations:the distribution of pollution source,the situation of water quality,the environmental capacity of water,the situation of water quality in designing year,etc.The result of Modelbase can also be visually displayed in the digital map of GIS,therefore WPCPGIS can be directly applied to the decision-making of Water Pollution Control Planning.  相似文献
