Bridge surface roughness is usually considered to be the main Influencing factors of vehicle-bridge coupled vibrations.The way that obtaine Bridge surface roughness by the transformation of power spectral density is effective and rapid.The Bridge surface roughness is obtained by Fourier inverse transform method and trigonometric series method respectively. It can be concluded from the comparision that the precision of Fourier inverse transform method is higher than trigonometric series method. The vibration functions for 4-dofs Vehicle and bridge were derived with the employment of d'Alembert principle and computational procedures for vehicle-bridge coupled vibration were compiled. The dynamic response of a simply supported beam and vehicle was analyzed considering bridge surface roughness which was obtained by Fourier inverse transform method.The research shows that the influence due to the bridge surface roughness is significiant and vehicle speed also effects the bridge vibrations by changing the frequency of the force acting on the bridge due to vehicle and the force acting on the vehicle due to bridge deformation.  相似文献

Random spectrum excitation samples of a road surface profile are investigated. The displacements, velocities, accelerations of a vehicle and a bridge structure are discussed using certain samples. The road excitations are numerically simulated by the random phase cosine method of the power spectral density. The vehicle bridge system responses are obtained using the vehicle bridge differential equations for different road surface profiles. It is concluded that the random phase has critical effects on the road surface profile curve shape, and the power spectral density on the curve value. The random samples possesses the same statistical characteristics. The system response values are affected more by the road surface profiles, and the response shapes are affected more as the vehicle velocity varies. Some engineering advice is proposed based on the numerical calculation with the different random excitation inputs for their significant differential responses.  相似文献

This paper analyses the generating mechanism of radiation noise which produced by bridge structures and vibro-acoustic characteristics, and reviews the current situation of the researches on the relevant standards of structure noise at house and abroad. The author summarizes the method of measurement and calculation about structural noise at house and abroad, further notes their limits. This paper explores the impact of such factors as rain speed and other different fluids on structure noise. The noise characteristics of structures like cavity structure and thin-slab structure are also discussed. Strategies for reduce the bridge structure noise are summed up by reducing the vibration of track structure, altering the structure of boundary conditions, increasing the stiffness and changing the bridge cross section. Finally it comes to a conclusion that a combination of these strategies is the root way to settle the question of the bridge structure noise.  相似文献

In order to study the vibration characteristics and radiation noise of wind power speed-increase gearbox, a torsional vibration model of wind power speed-increase gearbox is established based on the analysis of supporting stiffness of bearing and contact stiffness of gear pairs. By solving the vibration differential equation with the help of Matlab, the frequency and corresponding vibration mode are obtained. With taking stiffness excitation, error exaction and meshing impact exaction into account, the dynamic finite element model of speed-increase gearbox is set up, and the dynamic response simulation is carried out. Regarding vibration displacement of the nodes on gearbox surface as boundary condition, an acoustic boundary element model of speed-increase gearbox is built. The surface acoustic pressure of gearbox and the radiation noise of field points are solved by the direct boundary element method. The results show that there is a great difference between torsion frequency and excitation frequency of wind power speed-increase gearbox, and so the resonance doesn't occur. The maximum structural noise and radiation noise mainly appear near the double octave of the gears meshing frequency of high-speed grade.  相似文献

为探究大攻角及桥面粗糙度对扁平钢箱梁涡振性能的影响,对寸滩长江大桥主梁进行了风洞试验。应用Matlab软件模拟桥面粗糙度变化范围,根据模拟结果选取对应的砂纸在试验中模拟桥面粗糙度,分析了攻角及桥面粗糙度对扁平钢箱梁涡振区间及幅值的影响。试验研究表明:在大攻角下扁平钢箱梁的涡振振幅和范围明显增大,对桥址位于山区等容易发生大风攻角的地区的桥梁应进行大攻角试验。扁平钢箱梁的涡振响应随着桥面粗糙度增大而减小。正攻角范围内,桥面粗糙度对涡振响应的影响随着攻角减小而增大。桥面粗糙度发生变化时,扭转涡振响应更加敏感,变化幅度大于竖向涡振响应变化幅度。  相似文献

With the study of minbus's accelerated exterior noise control,the principle of sound intensity measurement was applied,the sound intensity of a minbus's surface noise was tested,and the surface noise distribution was presented.Several identification of noise source methods including sound power,sound intensity contour map,frequency spectrum were used together for surface noise analysis and study.Engine radiation noise and exhaust noise was identified as the major noise sources.On the contrary,car body vibration noise,tyre noise,transmission agent noise,air admission noise just occupied a little proportion of surface sound radiation energy.The research provides the reliable basis to determine main projects of minibus's accelerated exterior noise control.  相似文献

The three ring reducer is a kind of gear drive developed in the past decade. Adopting the new conception of "parallel and movable axis" of multiple mechanisms, this kind of gear drive has many characteristics such as large transmission ratio, high efficiency and so on. As the three ring reducer has been invented only for ten years, up to date the design of the gear drive is only made with analogue method, no design theory can be followed, there exist serious vibration and noise in transmission, which limit its wide application in industry. In this paper, the transmission principle of SHQ50 reducer is studied, the surface noise distribution of the reducer, transmission ratio 49.5 , is measured and analyzed by means of sound intensity method. The 3D distribution maps of noise on top of reducer, input side and output side of reducer, and left side and right side of reducer are drawn. With the sound intensity frequency maps of each measuring point, the sources of giving out noise are analyzed. The reducer of low vibration and noise can be designed rightly according to the analysis.  相似文献

对3种气调保鲜箱贮藏环境的气体成分变化及对杨梅保鲜效果进行了研究.试验结果表明,在0℃冷藏条件下,使用气调保鲜箱杨梅适宜贮藏时间为20天,保鲜效果明显好于对照;气调箱-2效果最好.气调箱-2在贮藏6天时O2、CO2含量达到平衡;在贮藏12~15天时CO2含量达到峰值20.65%,O2含量接近2%,该环境条件有利于杨梅贮藏保鲜.  相似文献

Aiming at a muffler of a 400 all terrain vehicle(ATV), a vibration model and an acoustics model of the muffler were built by finite element method(FEM). The vibration and acoustics characteristic analysis of the muffler are carried out according these models, it shows the 3D model is exact and it is possible to generate regeneration noise. Acoustics model can help to know further about the characteristic of each chamber and intention of the designer. According the demand of factory, some projects of improvement are offered. Urban rail transit is becoming an important means of transportation and elevated structure is one important part of urban rail transit. So the radiation noise induced by elevated structure attracts more and more attention. Based on the theory of Helmholtz integral equation of BEM and fluid-structure coupling system of FEM, the sound pressure transmission vector reflecting the relation between structural vibration acceleration and radiation of sound pressure is derived and solved by the element radiation superposition method. Micro-surfacing mix has been wildly used in the pavement maintenance for its water proofing, anti-skidding and wear resistance. However, micro-surfacing pavement has higher noise than the common asphalt pavement and its noise can not be measured effectively and accurately. Therefore, the indoor noise test method of micro-surfacing mix based on wet track abrasion test was explored. The micro-surfacing mix specimens were used to imitate the micro-surfacing pavement. The wet track abrasion tester was used to provide the vehicle loads. The sound level meter was used to measure the noise between tire and pavement. Furthermore, the indoor noise of nine kinds of micro-surfacing mixes with different gradation was examined. The results show that the equivalent sound level in the second time period has good relationship with the surface texture depth by sad patch method. Then the test method and test procedure for the indoor noise of micro-surfacing mix based on wet track abrasion test were given. Finally, two micro-surfacing mixtures with different gradations were made to validate the test method. The results show that the evaluation method can effectively distinguish the difference of micro-surfacing mixes with different gradation and can supplement the mix design method of micro-surfacing mixes.  相似文献

Based on the dynamic action between vehicles and pavement, a simplified model of vehicle dynamic loading caused by surface evenness was established. This research made it possible to find a Asphalt Pavement Rutting Prediction method based on the theory of visco elasto plasticity which is the basic theory of the dynamics, and finite element method (FEM). Asphalt pavement rutting was calculated and predicted, and the factors influencing rutting were analyzed and calculated. The good agreement between the calculation results and the testing road data indicate that the rutting prediction method is reasonable and reliable.  相似文献

The dynamic finite element model (FEM) of a prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge (PCCGB), named Zhangjiagang river main bridge, was established and updated based on the results of field ambient modal testing using real-coded accelerating genetic algorithm (RAGA), which objective function was defined based on frequency index and correlation coefficient index for evaluating the updated FEM. The dynamic FEM of the bridge was updated based on seven experimental modal parameters. The prediction ability of the updated FEM were evaluated based on three experimental modal parameters. The updated results and prediction ability of updated FEMs indicated that they can reflect adequately the dynamic characteristics of actual PCCGB by using the above objective function and RAGA.  相似文献

A method of detecting the signal frequency which is disturbed by the noise based on the autonomous chaotic system is proposed. A signal with noise was added to an autonomous chaotic system, and then a negative feedback was imposed to it. The feedback gain was appropriately adjusted, so as to let the noisy system orbit be a limit cycle. The number of times that the orbit went directly through a plane was calculated by loop phase technology, and the vibration frequency was found according to it. The frequency of system is determined by the frequency of the test signal, yet free from noise, so the frequency of the test signal is the vibration frequency of the system. Simulation results further demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.  相似文献

This paper studyies the method of controlling SC6360B's accelerated vehicle Exterior noise. First, the main noise is found, which is from engine compartment and from exhaust noise by the identification of vehicle noise resource. Second, this paper carris out the farther noise identification experiment on engine and the insert-loss experiment on the exhaust gas muffler. In the end, the authors make sure that the noise is mainly infected by direct leaked noise from engine compartment, radiation-noise caused by the vibration of engine accessories and loud exhaust noise because the muffler has dficient elimination . The corresponding methods has been adopted according to the analysis. Through the test, the noise is lowered 2.5 dBA than it was and reach the new requirement.  相似文献

The two-way branch exhaust pipe shield is the main source of surface radiate noise of a vehicle's engine.(Using) the finite element analysis software ANSYS,a finite element model of the shield is established,and then the(modal) analysis is done theoretically with this model,the result is consistent with the experiment.The result shows that this finite element model can be used for the next structual dynamic characteristics analysis.With this model,the relationship of structural parameter,structural style of the shield and the corresponding vibrative modal is analyzed.The(optimal) improved measures are adopted which is based on the practical structure of the shield.The analysis of the(improved) structure shows that the increase of natural vibration frequency is visible,the vibration noise of the shield is suppressed distinctly.  相似文献

During a minibus's practical road driving and engine test rig test for vehicle and engine reliability, the phenomenon of generator compressor bracket fracture appears and leads the generator compressor crankshaft belt rupture. It seriously affects the vehicle's operation performance. The article carries through engine test rig test and analysis, using frequency and spectrum technology to identify the bad vibration source combining FEA. It also researches vibration's occurrence, formation, propaganda and fracture mechanism. Wind induced vibration is one of the main control factors in the Long span bridge structure design. The wind tunnel tests for measuring the static wind forces on the bridge girder and the section model wind tunnel dynamic testing for Caiyuanba Yangtze River Bridge in Chongqing are introduced in this paper. The wind tunnel testing for measuring static wind forces and vortex- induced vibration test on the arch are introduced taking account of the influence between two arches. The main contents and outcomes of testing are presented. It is indicated that the bridge girder has excellent wind stability and the arch mechanical characters are rather complicated. The drag force on the hind arch varied a lot because of the font arch interference on the wind flow. The drag force on the hind arch will be negative when two arches are close to each other. It increases with the space of two arches. The results of testing will give the data of buffeting and vortex - induced vibration and flutter analysis of the bridge.  相似文献
