Developing logistic based on e-commerce has been a hot point in the logistical field ,but putting the e-commerce logistic into reality still need further research .This paper suggests a logistical discount model. This model was directed by the ideal of logistic integration .The transportation discount was taken as a main instrument to reflect this idea. It is difficult to distinguish the cheating and other malicious behaviours in the grid service trust evaluation. A trust evaluation model for grid service based on compensation is proposed.With market mechanism, service provider and demander present the expected profit and compensate price for their behaviours to maximize their own profit. The game theory is applied to balance the expected profit and compensate price. Based on the game theory, evaluation trade strategy achieves perfect Bayesian equilibrium. Service provider and demander can choose their own trade strategy to maximize profit. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the service demanders can abandon the cheating motivation voluntarily, while the service providers can make right decision to choose trust evaluation. Compared with the existing model, the precision and security of the trust evaluation is enhanced greatly, while the calculating and communication cost is reduced remarkably. 相似文献

林地使用权流转收益是否合理,关系到流转权益各方的切身利益与林权制度改革配套措施建设成效。借助相关基础数据与理论模型,分析2000—2011年度福建邵武市不同立地质量的林地使用权理论流转收益,认为木材价格的不断上涨及政府的政策性税改让利是理论流转收益不断攀升的主要原因。研究发现,闽政文[2005]50号及南委[2007]37号文件规定的林地使用权价格明显低于林地理论流转收益,林农及基层经济组织并不能共享土地经营权流转剩余收益;延平区政府的林地定价在一定程度上可以作为邵武市林地流转的价格依据及政府制定流转政策的价格参照。创新林地使用权流转价格形成机制是合理调配权益各方利益争端,实现利润共享的必然选择。 相似文献

Two problems often appear in estate auction.The first is to whom the buyer can claim cancellation of the contract,if he can't get the estate.The second is whether the tenant can still claim his priority to the estate.In auction,we can't use the principle of agency,fiduciary and mediation to explain the relations among client,auctioneer and buyer,because it doesn't accord with the auction practices and the Action Law section 40.The undisclosed agency in Contract Law may be an adapt explanation to the relations.According to the law hermeneutic,we should narrow the scopes of the tenant priority and exclude it from auction. 相似文献

This paper studies the problem of cooperative advertising of two-echelon supply chain when the manufacturer offers a price deduction to consumers. And the equilibrium outcomes in a two-stage game and a coordinated co-op game are discussed and compared respectively. The results demonstrate that, under a certain condition, the retailer will increase local advertising effort if the manufacturer offers more price discount to customers directly. For any given price discount, the total profit for the supply chain with cooperative scheme is always higher than that with the non-cooperative scheme, and we find that the price discount will only be suitable for the merchandise with price sensitive demand. Then the Nash bargaining model is utilized to determine the allocation of the entire system profit gain. Finally, a numerical example is given to confirm the above conclusion. 相似文献

In the construction projects, the contract, which is the most important behavior norm, determines the rights and responsibilities of client and contractor. All engineering activities aim at implementing and carrying out the articles of the contract. However, as the key component of the contract, the type of contract price determines the distribution mode of most of the engineering risk between client and contractor. In this paper, the most popular types of contract price used in the international construction projects are introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of each type and the distribution mode of the engineering risk between client and contractor are analyzed. 以1991a-2006a唐山地区夏粮作物旱灾面积为基础,从产量损失和经济损失两方面对旱灾损失进行了估算。结果显示：⑴1991a-2006a夏粮因旱累计减产17.99×108kg,平均每年减产1.12×108kg;产量损失最大年份为1999a（减产2.2×108kg）,产量损失最小年份为2006a（减产0.2×108kg）;（2）按1990a不变价格计算,累计经济损失15.3×108元,平均每年损失0.96×108元。按当年价格计算,累计经济损失19.6×108元,平均每年损失1.2×108元;（3）减产利润损失最大年份为1995a（利润损失为0.68×108元）,利润损失最小年份为2000a（利润损失为-178.4×104元）。不变价格和当年价格计算的经济损失以及产量损失与利润损失间的非一致性,对农业保险政策的制定具有一定的借鉴作用。 相似文献

Based on the economics theory of market, it is proposed that the brand competition is imperfect, the differentiation of which is the result of competition and one of the determinant factors of the firm's profit. The theory of random variable distribution is applied to quantitively analyze the relationship between the probability distribution of consumers' preference and their utility and demand for brands. The conclusion is that the differentiation of consumers' preference influences the market demand for brands through prices, thus the brands should be differenced if the firms want maximum market share. Also the relationship between firms' profits and the degree of brand competition differentiation is studied with the Shaked and Sutton model, and the result is the same if the firms want the more profits. 相似文献

根据云南省2003—2016年的统计年鉴等相关资料,利用面板数据模型,分析干旱灾害对云南省农产品价格变化的影响,并提出可行建议,以期为云南省农业的可持续发展和科学决策提供借鉴。结果表明,干旱灾害的频繁发生,是导致云南省农产品价格变化的最主要因素,且干旱灾害对农产品价格具有显著的制约作用。此外,云南省年平均降水量每减少100 mm,全省农产品价格降低11.23%,并且在不同的地州,这种影响程度大不相同,即不同的地州抵抗干旱灾害影响农产品价格变动的能力大不相同,其中能力最强的是西双版纳自治州,最弱的是临沧市。 相似文献

地处西北干旱半干旱区的银川市,有限的水资源能否支撑经济社会可持续发展,已成为亟需解决的问题。为了对银川市水生态系统的服务价值进行有效评估,笔者以相关统计文献为基础,从水资源的生态、生产和生活功能出发,采用影子价格法、替代成本法、旅行费用法、恢复费用法等方法,对银川市水生态系统服务价值进行了评价。结果表明：（1）自2003年到2008年,由于城市工业用水、生活用水量的逐年增大,城市淡水供应价值逐年上升。今后,随着银川市工业化、城市化的发展,其人口规模和经济规模都必将急剧扩大,城市用水中的工业用水和生活用水将继续加速上升。（2）城市淡水供应价值和休闲娱乐价值占GDP的比重均呈逐年下降的趋势。表明银川市水生态系统的服务价值严重滞后于经济的发展,在城市GDP增长中的贡献越来越小。 相似文献
