以11.85%和8.38%两个水平的可降解蛋白(RDP)及非蛋白氮(NRN)作为试验因子,进行2×2试验设计。应用体外短期发酵技术,研究了RDP及RDP与非蛋白氮组合对模拟瘤胃发酵及营养物质降解率的影响。结果表明:添加NPN处理组的pH、NH3-N浓度显著(P<0.05)高于未添加NPN处理组。高RDP水平pH值、NH3-N浓度、细菌N与低RDP水平的相比,高RDP处理组显著(P<0.05)高于低RDP处理组,说明日粮中RDP水平显著提高瘤胃内pH值、NH3-N浓度和细菌N的产量。同时发现,RDP与NPN互作对瘤胃发酵影响不显著。对瘤胃发酵营养物质降解率的研究发现,反刍动物日粮中添加适量的NPN,有利于优化瘤胃内环境,提高物质成分在瘤胃中的降解率。RDP水平对模拟瘤胃发酵时干物质(DM)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)降解没有显著影响,但显著提高了中性洗涤纤维(NDF)的降解率。  相似文献

以4只安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的南江黄羊作为瘤胃液供体,用体外产气法研究不同纤维水平日粮对瘤胃发酵特性的影响。试验设为5个酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)水平日粮(14.86%、19.88%、24.52%、28.91%和34.12%)。结果表明:瘤胃液pH随着日粮ADF水平升高而升高。在日粮ADF水平为24.52%时,累积产气量、总挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度和微生物蛋白浓度最高,NH3-N浓度和乙丙酸比例最低。试验表明,日粮纤维水平能够影响瘤胃发酵,当日粮ADF水平为24.52%时是南江黄羊瘤胃发酵的最适纤维水平。  相似文献

观察添加刺五加提取物对绵羊瘤胃发酵及养分利用的影响,以揭示其对瘤胃发酵影响的机理。选择6只健康的小尾寒羊,随机分为2组,采用交叉试验设计,分别添加0、50mg/kg刺五加水提取物。不同时间点采集试验羊的瘤胃液,测定pH值、氨态氮(NH,-N)浓度、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度;收集试验动物粪便,测定日粮中各营养物质的表观消化率。试验结果表明:刺五加的添加可以降低绵羊瘤胃NH,-N浓度,使瘤胃液pH值变化趋势减缓;明显提高日粮酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)的表观消化率(P〈0.05),显著提高瘤胃液乙酸和总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)浓度(P〈0.05)。该试验为刺五加添加剂在反刍动物中的应用奠定基础,同时对中草药添加剂日粮在反刍动物中的使用提供借鉴。  相似文献

在山羊绒生长旺盛期(9月~12月) ,选用12只安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管和十二指肠瘘管的二狼山型白绒山羊 ,采用完全随机设计研究日粮硫水平为0.15 %、0.18 %、0.22 %、0.28%,其氮硫比为10.55:1、8.73:1、7.39:1、5.68:1 ,对绒山羊瘤胃发酵、营养物质消化率、瘤胃微生物蛋白产量、十二指肠食糜流通量及饲料纤维物质降解率的影响。试验结果表明 :采食不同的氮硫比日粮的绒山羊 ,其采食量不受影响(P>0.1) ;硫的沉积及消化率呈线性增加(P<0.05)。日粮硫含量为0.22 %,氮硫比为7.39:1时 ,DM、ADF、OM的消化率最高(P<0.05) ;可消化氮、沉积氮、沉积氮占可消化氮的比例显著高于其它组(P<0.05)。添加硫使瘤胃液的 pH值升高(P<0.05) ,瘤胃液的NH3-N浓度降低。采食不同氮硫比日粮的绒山羊瘤胃食糜流通速率Kp 为4.88 %/h~6.29 %/h ,对其瘤胃总氮流量及总硫流量影响不大(P>0.05) ,但日粮氮硫比为7.39 :1组的瘤胃微生物氮流量、十二指肠微生物氮流量、十二指肠总硫流量高于其它组(P>0.05)。添加硫使青干草中DM、ADF的瘤胃有效降解率显著提高(P<0.05)。  相似文献

试验旨在研究不同脂肪酸制剂对2~3月龄湖羊生长性能、养分表观消化率和瘤胃发酵的影响。选取24只7周龄身体健康、体重相近的湖羊随机分成3组(n=8),分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加1%脂肪酸钙(对照组)、1%丙酸制剂(丙酸组)以及1%丁酸制剂(丁酸组)的试验日粮,预试期7 d,正试期28 d。结果表明,试验第2、4周各组干物质采食量、平均日增重和料肉比差异都不显著(P0.05),且各组中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、粗蛋白质(CP)等养分表观消化率差异也不显著(P0.05)。瘤胃发酵指标中,第2周丁酸组和对照组瘤胃液氨氮(NH3-N)浓度均显著高于丙酸组(P0.05);第2、4周瘤胃液中微生物蛋白(MCP)含量数值上均是丁酸组对照组丙酸组,且第4周丁酸组MCP显著高于丙酸组(P0.05)。综上可见,丙酸制剂和丁酸制剂对2~3月龄湖羊生长性能与养分表观消化率都没有显著提高,而丁酸制剂对瘤胃发酵有较好的促进效果。  相似文献

试验以不同纤维含量的日粮(40%、50%、60%)和不同酵母培养物添加剂量(0%、0.75%、1.5%、3%)为两因素,采用3×4交叉设计;以牦牛瘤胃液进行体外产气发酵48 h,测定瘤胃液发酵后产气量、干物质(Dry Matter,DM)降解率、发酵前后粗蛋白质(Crude Protein,CP)降解率、中性洗涤纤维(Neutral Detergent Fiber,NDF)以及酸性洗涤纤维(Acid Detergent Fiber,ADF)降解率、瘤胃液的pH值、氨态氮(NH_3-N)的含量、微生物蛋白的(Microbial Protein,MCP)含量。结果表明:①随日粮中纤维含量的降低,产气量和DM降解率、NDF降解率、ADF降解率及CP降解率均显著提高(P0.05),而不同水平酵母培养物添加剂量对上述指标并无显著影响(P0.05),同时纤维含量与酵母培养物添加量不存在显著互作效应(P0.05)。②纤维含量添加水平对瘤胃液pH值影响显著(P0.05),但酵母培养物添加水平对瘤胃液pH值无显著影响(P0.05),同时纤维含量与酵母培养物添加量不存在显著互作效应(P0.05)。③随纤维含量降低,发酵后瘤胃液中MCP显著提高至6.23 g/l(P0.05),NH_3-H含量显著降低至16.89 mg/100 ml(P0.05);随酵母培养物添加量的提高,发酵后瘤胃液中MCP显著提高至6.15 g/l(P0.05);在纤维含量与酵母培养物添加量互作条件下,瘤胃液中MCP含量显著提高至6.65 g/l(P0.05),并且纤维含量为40%时的酵母培养物添加组效果更好。  相似文献

在精粗比为50∶50的滩羊日粮中,添加不同比例的裂壶藻粉(0,1%,2%,3%)进行了体外批次发酵培养,测定不同时间点的产气量、pH、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、氨态氮浓度(NH3-N)、微生物蛋白(MCP)和挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)含量,计算不同组合的单项组合效应指数(SFAEI)和多项组合效应指数(MFAEI),探讨裂壶藻粉藻在瘤胃中最佳的添加比例。结果表明:添加比例为3%裂壶藻粉组产气量、pH及NH3-N浓度最高(P<0.05),2%裂壶藻粉组NDF消化率、VFA浓度最高(P<0.05),1%裂壶藻粉组MCP浓度最高(P<0.05)。研究结果显示,在精粗比为50∶50的日粮条件下,裂壶藻粉在滩羊日粮中的适宜添加比例为2%。  相似文献

试验研究日粮中添加过瘤胃保护蛋氨酸(RP-Met)对奶牛瘤胃发酵和氮代谢的影响。试验采用2×2反转试验设计。选择4头产奶量相近、体质量(610±70)kg、泌乳日龄(150±30)d且装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的健康经产荷斯坦泌乳牛为试验动物。随机分为2组,其中一组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;另一组为试验组,在饲喂基础日粮的同时添加RP-Met 60 g/d。试验结果表明,添加RP-Met后日粮中各种营养成分的表观消化率与对照组相比差异均不显著(P0.05),但中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率在数值上有所提高。在日粮中添加RP-Met对饲喂后2~6 d瘤胃液pH、氨态氮(NH3-N)质量浓度、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)质量浓度及各挥发酸的比例无显著影响(P0.05),但瘤胃液pH有降低的趋势(在早饲后4 h,其pH差异已接近显著水平,P=0.057);NH3-N和VFA质量浓度有升高的趋势。与对照组相比,试验组尿氮占消化氮的比例显著降低(P0.05);消化氮的沉积率显著升高(P0.05);尿氮排出量明显降低,乳氮、沉积氮和消化氮转化成乳氮的效率明显升高,血浆尿素氮和牛奶尿素氮有降低的趋势,但均未达到统计学上的显著水平(P0.05)。上述结果说明,RP-Met具有较好的瘤胃稳定性和小肠消化率,能够起到RP-Met的基本功能与作用。  相似文献

The negative effect of pH on rumen microbial fermentation has been associated with the total amount of time that pH is below a certain threshold. However, not only the time, but also the magnitude of the pH reduction, is important. Eight 1,325-mL dual-flow continuous culture fermenters were used in 2 replicated periods to determine the effect of the magnitude of pH reduction (5.6 vs. 5.1) during 4 h/d on rumen microbial fermentation. Fermenters were maintained at a constant temperature (38.5 degrees C) and fed 97 g/d of a 60:40 forage:concentrate diet (19.2% CP, 29.0% NDF, and 18.2% ADF, DM basis), and the solid and liquid dilution rates were controlled at 5.0 and 10.0%/h, respectively. Treatments were a constant pH 6.4 (H), 4 h/d at pH 5.6 (L), 4 h/d at pH 5.1 (VL), and 2 h/d at pH 5.1 and 2 h/d at pH 7.1 (HL). Relative to H, L did not affect OM and NDF digestion, the VFA profile, NH(3)-N concentration, CP degradation, or the flow of dietary N. In contrast, VL tended (P < 0.10) to reduce true OM digestion, reduce the NDF digestibility and the acetate and branch-chained VFA proportions, and increase the propionate proportion. Compared with H, VL reduced the CP degradation and the flow of dietary N. Relative to H, treatment HL did not affect OM and NDF digestibility, the acetate proportion, CP degradation, or the flow of dietary N but increased the propionate proportion and decreased the branch-chained VFA proportion and NH(3)-N concentration. There were no differences among treatments in the efficiency of microbial protein synthesis, the flow of bacterial N, or the flow of essential and nonessential AA. In summary, fermentation was not affected by either 4 h/d at pH 5.6 or fluctuating pH between 5.1 (2 h/d) and 7.1 (2 h/d), but when pH was at 5.1 for 4 h/d, rumen microbial fermentation was modified, suggesting that effects of low pH on rumen microbial fermentation are dependent on the magnitude of the pH decrease.  相似文献

[目的]试验旨在探究不同水平黄芪多糖(astragalus polysaccharides, APS)对锦江黄牛瘤胃体外发酵指标及养分降解率的影响。[方法]选取4头健康并安装永久瘤胃瘘管的锦江黄牛公牛,采集瘤胃液。采用单因素试验设计,试验分为6组,每组4个重复,在基础日粮中分别添加0、0.25%、0.5%、1.0%、2.0%和4.0%的黄芪多糖,体外发酵24 h后测定发酵参数、养分降解率,并评定多项指标综合指数(MFAEI)。[结果]结果表明,与对照组相比,1.0%和2.0%添加组的瘤胃液菌体蛋白(MCP)含量均显著升高(P<0.05);2.0%添加组的氨态氮(NH3-N)含量显著降低(P<0.05);1.0%添加组的丙酸含量显著升高(P<0.05),乙丙酸比值显著下降(P<0.05);0.5%、2.0%和4.0%添加组的粗蛋白(CP)降解率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);各添加组的总产气量、pH、乙酸含量、干物质(DM)降解率、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)降解率及中性洗涤纤维(NDF)降解率与对照组相比均无显著变化(P>0.05)。MFAEI指数评定结...  相似文献

为探讨日粮酸性洗涤纤维与粗蛋白比(ADF/CP)对奶牛瘤胃内环境的影响,将奶牛常用饲料配合成ADF/CP为1.3、1.4、1.5、1.7和1.9的五种日粮,应用短期人工瘤胃技术,测定瘤胃液pH、氨氮(NH3-N)浓度、微生物蛋白(MCP)产量和挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度,研究不同ADF/CP对奶牛瘤胃内环境的影响。结果表明:不同ADF/CP对瘤胃pH影响不显著(P>0.05);而在NH3-N浓度上ADF/CP为1.4组低于ADF/CP为1.5、1.7和1.9组(P<0.01),与1.3组差异不显著(P>0.05);在MCP产量上ADF/CP为1.4和1.5两个组极显著高于其他三个组(P<0.01),而两个组间差异不显著(P>0.05);在VFA浓度方面上ADF/CP为1.4组显著或极显著高于其他组(P<0.05或P<0.01),在乙酸丙酸比上各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上:在本试验设计条件下,日粮ADF/CP为1.4时最有利于奶牛瘤胃内环境。  相似文献

Fourteen Holstein steers (446 +/- 4.4 kg of initial BW) with ruminal, duodenal, and ileal cannulas were used in a completely randomized design to evaluate effects of whole or ground canola seed (23.3% CP and 39.6% ether extract; DM basis) on intake, digestion, duodenal protein supply, and microbial efficiency in steers fed low-quality hay. Our hypothesis was that processing would be necessary to optimize canola use in diets based on low-quality forage. The basal diet consisted of ad libitum access to switchgrass hay (5.8% CP; DM basis) offered at 0700 daily. Treatments consisted of hay only (control), hay plus whole canola (8% of dietary DM), or hay plus ground canola (8% of dietary DM). Supplemental canola was provided based on the hay intake of the previous day. Steers were adapted to diets for 14 d followed by a 7-d collection period. Total DMI, OM intake, and OM digestibility were not affected (P > or = 0.31) by treatment. Similarly, no differences (P > or = 0.62) were observed for NDF or ADF total tract digestion. Bacterial OM at the duodenum increased (P = 0.01) with canola-containing diets compared with the control diet and increased (P = 0.08) in steers consuming ground canola compared with whole canola. Apparent and true ruminal CP digestibilities were increased (P = 0.01) with canola supplementation compared with the control diet. Canola supplementation decreased ruminal pH (P = 0.03) compared with the control diet. The molar proportion of acetate in the rumen tended (P = 0.10) to decrease with canola supplementation. The molar proportion of acetate in ruminal fluid decreased (P = 0.01), and the proportion of propionate increased (P = 0.01), with ground canola compared with whole canola. In situ disappearance rate of hay DM, NDF, and ADF were not altered by treatment (P > or = 0.32). In situ disappearance rate of canola DM, NDF, and ADF increased (P = 0.01) for ground canola compared with whole canola. Similarly, ground canola had greater (P = 0.01) soluble CP fraction and CP disappearance rate compared with whole canola. No treatment effects were observed for ruminal fill, fluid dilution rate, or microbial efficiency (P > or = 0.60). The results suggest that canola processing enhanced in situ degradation but had minimal effects on ruminal or total tract digestibility in low-quality, forage-based diets.  相似文献

[目的]为了探索不同水平螺旋藻对奶牛瘤胃pH值、氨氮浓度和日粮营养成分瘤胃降解率的影响。[方法]本试验选择三头安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的成年奶牛,采用3×3拉丁方试验设计进行饲养试验。试验处理S1组为基础日粮,S2组为基础日粮+0.09%DM螺旋藻,S3组为基础日粮+0.15%DM螺旋藻。[结果]添加0.09%和0.15%DM的螺旋藻对瘤胃pH值无显著影响(P〉0.05),有降低氨氮浓度趋势,但与对照组比较差异不显著(P〉0.05);两个添加组对日粮DM瘤胃有效降解率也没有显著影响(P〉0.05),但显著提高了日粮NDF、ADF瘤胃降解率(P〈0.05),0.15%DM螺旋藻还可显著降低日粮CP瘤胃降解率(P〈0.05)。[结论]表明适量添加螺旋藻不影响奶牛瘤胃发酵内环境,但具有显著提高日粮纤维物质的瘤胃降解率和降低日粮蛋白质降解作用。  相似文献

[目的]研究谷氨酸渣对秦川肉牛瘤胃发酵指标、饲料瘤胃有效降解率(ED)的影响。[方法]以5头秦川肉牛为试验动物,试验共120 d,期间测定瘤胃发酵指标和6种粗饲料DM、CP、NDF、ADF的ED。[结果]谷氨酸渣可提高瘤胃pH,降低NH3-N浓度(P<0.05),提高MCP含量、丙酸相对含量(P<0.05);降低乙酸与丙酸比(P<0.05);提高多种饲料的EDDM、EDCP、EDNDF、EDADF(P<0.05)。[结论]综上,谷氨酸渣可降低瘤胃NH3-N,提高MCP含量,降低乙酸与丙酸比;增强碱性磷酸酶的活性;提高多种饲料DM、CP、NDF、ADF的ED。  相似文献

Two metabolism (4 x 4 Latin square design) experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of corn condensed distillers solubles (CCDS) supplementation on intake, ruminal fermentation, site of digestion, and the in situ disappearance rate of forage in beef steers fed low-quality switchgrass hay (Panicum virgatum L.). Experimental periods for both trials consisted of a 9-d diet adaptation and 5 d of collection. In Exp. 1, 4 ruminally and duodenally cannulated steers (561 +/- 53 kg of initial BW) were fed low-quality switchgrass hay (5.1% CP, 40.3% ADF, 7.5% ash; DM basis) and supplemented with CCDS (15.4% CP, 4.2% fat; DM basis). Treatments included 1) no CCDS; 2) 5% CCDS; 3) 10% CCDS; and 4) 15% CCDS (DM basis), which was offered separately from the hay. In Exp. 2, 4 ruminally and duodenally cannulated steers (266.7 +/- 9.5 kg of initial BW) were assigned to treatments similar to Exp. 1, except forage (Panicum virgatum L.; 3.3% CP, 42.5% ADF, 5.9% ash; DM basis) and CCDS (21.6% CP, 17.4% fat; DM basis) were fed as a mixed ration, using a forage mixer to blend the CCDS with the hay. In Exp. 1, ruminal, postruminal, and total tract OM digestibilities were not affected (P = 0.21 to 0.59) by treatment. Crude protein intake and total tract CP digestibility increased linearly with increasing CCDS (P = 0.001 and 0.009, respectively). Microbial CP synthesis tended (P = 0.11) to increase linearly with increasing CCDS, whereas microbial efficiency was not different (P = 0.38). Supplementation of CCDS to low-quality hay-based diets tended to increase total DM and OM intakes (P = 0.11 and 0.13, respectively) without affecting hay DMI (P = 0.70). In Exp. 2, ruminal OM digestion increased linearly (P = 0.003) with increasing CCDS, whereas postruminal and total tract OM digestibilities were not affected (P > or = 0.37) by treatment. Crude protein intake, total tract CP digestibility, and microbial CP synthesis increased (P < or = 0.06) with increasing level of CCDS supplementation, whereas microbial efficiency did not change (P = 0.43). Ruminal digestion of ADF and NDF increased (P = 0.02 and 0.008, respectively) with CCDS supplementation. Based on this data, CCDS used in Exp. 2 was 86.7% rumen degradable protein. The results indicate that CCDS supplementation improves nutrient availability and use of low-quality forages.  相似文献

Six rumen-fistulated Merino sheep were used in a crossover design experiment to evaluate the effects of an exogenous fibrolytic enzyme preparation (12 g/d; ENZ), delivered directly into the rumen, on diet digestibility, ruminal fermentation, and microbial protein synthesis. The enzyme contained endoglucanase and xylanase activities. Sheep were fed a mixed grass hay:concentrate (70:30; DM basis) diet at a daily rate of 46.1 g/kg of BW(0.75). Samples of grass hay were incubated in situ in the rumen of each sheep to measure DM and NDF degradation. The supplementation with ENZ did not affect diet digestibility (P = 0.30 to 0.66), urinary excretion of purine derivatives (P = 0.34), ruminal pH (P = 0.46), or concentrations of NH(3)-N (P = 0.69) and total VFA (P = 0.97). In contrast, molar proportion of propionate were greater (P = 0.001) and acetate:propionate ratio was lower (P < 0.001) in ENZ-supplemented sheep. In addition, ENZ supplementation tended to increase (P = 0.06) numbers of cellulolytic bacteria at 4 h after feeding. Both the ruminally insoluble potentially degradable fraction of grass hay DM and its fractional rate of degradation were increased (P = 0.002 and 0.05, respectively) by ENZ treatment. Supplementation with ENZ also increased (P = 0.01 to 0.02) effective and potential degradability of grass hay DM and NDF. Ruminal fluid endoglucanase and xylanase activities were greater (P < 0.001 and 0.03, respectively) in ENZ-supplemented sheep than in control animals. It was found that ENZ supplementation did not affect either exoglucanase (P = 0.12) or amylase (P = 0.83) activity. The results indicate that supplementing ENZ directly into the rumen increased the fibrolytic activity and stimulated the growth of cellulolytic bacteria without a prefeeding feed-enzyme interaction.  相似文献

试验旨在研究不同水平的粗蛋白(CP)及瘤胃非降解蛋白(RUP)的日粮对奶牛瘤胃代谢的影响。试验选择18头健康、体重相近的荷斯坦奶牛作为试验动物,随机分为6组,每组3头。采用2×3因子完全随机试验设计,其中CP设7.5%(低)、9.0%(中)、10.5%(高)3个水平,RUP设45%CP(低)、55%CP(高)2个水平,共6个处理组,饲喂相同基础日粮,精粗比为3∶7,预饲期10d,饲喂后2、4、8、12、24h从食道采集瘤胃液2d,测定瘤胃液pH值,NH3-N、微生物蛋白质(BCP)、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)含量。结果表明,日粮CP水平对瘤胃液NH3-N浓度的影响极显著(P〈0.01),对BCP及VFA的含量影响较小,总体而言,9.0%CP水平组对奶牛的瘤胃发酵略好于其他两组;日粮中高RUP(55%CP)可以显著降低瘤胃pH值且有降低NH3-N浓度的趋势,同时,对瘤胃BCP及VFA的合成有一定的促进作用。该试验条件下,日粮中CP(9.0%)和RUP(55%CP)可在一定程度上改善瘤胃代谢。  相似文献

This experiment was carried out to study the effect of a directly fed exogenous fibrolytic enzyme on intake and digestion of DM, OM, protein, NDF, ADF, and hemicellulose of alfalfa and ryegrass hay by sheep. Four diets were randomly assigned to four ruminally cannulated lambs using a 4 x 4 Latin square design, repeated in time, with a factorial arrangement (2 x 2) of diets: 1) alfalfa hay; 2) alfalfa hay + exogenous fibrolytic enzymes (enzyme); 3) ryegrass hay; and 4) ryegrass hay + enzyme. Lambs consumed more DM and OM from alfalfa than from ryegrass hay (P < 0.001). The ADF intake was not different between the hays, but NDF intake was lower for alfalfa (P < 0.001). For both hays, the enzyme increased intake of DM (P < 0.01), as well as OM and CP (P < 0.05); however, NDF and ADF intake were not changed. Alfalfa hay had higher apparent digestibility of DM, OM, and CP (P < 0.001), but lower digestibility for NDF, ADF, and hemicellulose. The enzyme increased apparent digestibility of CP, hemicellulose (P < 0.05), and NDF (P < 0.10) for alfalfa. Also, for both hays, the enzyme improved N balance because lambs retained more N (P < 0.05). The enzyme increased (P < 0.05) total VFA concentration (3 and 6 h) for both hays. Results from this trial indicate that directly fed exogenous fibrolytic enzymes may change ruminal fermentation, intake, and digestibility of forages with different nutritive value.  相似文献
