The nodes of BOM may appear repeatedly in the different layers. While the structure of traditional tree model can not express the relation between these nodes expediently. By analyzing the localization of tree model BOM, this paper studies the essential structure of BOM and puts forward the drected-gragh with weightings of BOM. Then it provides corresponding realization of relation database and studies the method of maintenance. It also discusses the expansion of attribute based on enterprise' s requirement. Finally it provides the thinking of searching, relevant algorithm and the method of programming language realization. The mono-layer BOM and multi-layer BOM trees are defined, and two of the basic algorithms of traversal of multilevel BOM are summarized as well,which are Recursive Search and Level Search. Based on the analysis of algorithms principles, and evaluating the calculating rate, percentage of using CPU and practicability of them, a kind of improved Traversal of multi-level BOM algorithms is proposed. It is applied in relational database with high calculating rate, lower percentage of using CPU and high applicability. The software implement of these algori-thms is also introduced in detail, and the results of its application show that these algorithms are feasible and effective. 相似文献

The old PDM (Product Data Management) system can not meet the requirement of enterprise in functions and ranges of management. To retrieve product data easily, the modern enterprises need to store product lifecycle information. At the same time, it is also necessary to expand the function of PDM, in order to share its network information, meet its requirement of collaborating design and make suppliers and partners expediently take part in the management of product data. Abstract:To manage suppliers who are involved in product collaborative design and innovation, on the basis of collating and analyzing 35 literatures related to co design process and supplier management activities, a three tier model of supplier management in collaborative product development is put forward, which includes tiers of long term strategic management, product development project and co design task. In terms of collaborative product development process, an overall management activities model about suppliers is built. Methods of supplier selection and performance evaluation are studied. Product family management is a key support technology to implement mass customized production. Various products in product family are similar in functional characters, physical characters and technological characters, which is an important character of product family. Based on the products represents and mapping relations in functional domain and physical domain, a method of classifying product family is presented by comparing similarity of both functional requirements in functional domain and design parameters in physical domain. Product development is an integrated and interactive process. This paper proposes that there are three domains in the process of product development, i.e. product domain, organization domain and process domain, viewed at three angles of product, organization and process of product development. It is proposed that product domain is the core of these three domains, and then gets interrelations within them. The method of classifying parts and components in product domain is put forward, and the corresponding organization domain and process domain are put forward.
