为了避免或减少人工湿地处理厌氧发酵液发生堵塞,并提高系统处理效果,该试验将蚯蚓引入到垂直流湿地系统中,并与水平潜流湿地构成混流系统,用来处理厌氧发酵液。结果表明:采用蚯蚓垂直流湿地-水平潜流湿地混流系统处理厌氧发酵液,在进水平均有机负荷达1.82 kg/(m~2·d),水力负荷10、20 cm/d的条件下,对化学需氧量、总磷、总悬浮固体的去除率达到了90%以上,氨氮去除率达80%以上,总氮去除率也维持在60%以上。提高水力负荷对污染物的消减量更有优势,水平潜流湿地对总氮的消减优于蚯蚓生态湿地。2种水力负荷下,混流湿地出水化学需氧量、氨氮、总磷、总悬浮固体均能达到《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》要求。蚯蚓使混流系统对化学需氧量、氨氮、总凯氏氮的去除分别提高了2%、12%、4%,同时具有同步处理污水污泥,缓解湿地堵塞的效果,处理水质基本达标,处理污泥的成本也大大降低,因此具有很大应用潜力。  相似文献

选择宁波地区的A/O一体化、生物滤池、生物转盘和人工湿地等4种典型农村生活污水处理工艺为研究对象,于2013年1月—2015年12月期间开展各工艺终端处理设施的进出水水质跟踪监测,进行各处理工艺的污染物去除率和稳定性比较分析。结果表明,4种处理工艺的COD、BOD_5、SS多年平均去除率大小顺序均为A/O一体化生物滤池生物转盘人工湿地,TN多年平均去除率大小顺序为生物滤池生物转盘A/O一体化人工湿地,其中A/O一体化、生物滤池和生物转盘工艺的COD、BOD_5、TN平均去除率均显著高于人工湿地工艺;A/O一体化、生物滤池和生物转盘工艺随着终端处理设施运行年限的延长,COD、BOD_5、SS、TN去除率均保持稳定,而人工湿地工艺的COD、BOD5、TN去除率均呈现明显的下降趋势;各处理工艺在低温期(11月—次年4月)和高温期(5月—10月)的SS去除率差异不明显,但各处理工艺的COD、BOD_5、TN去除率在低温期明显低于高温期,其中A/O一体化工艺差异相对较小,生物滤池工艺差异最大。  相似文献

通过潜流人工湿地装置,采用间歇运行方式考察不同停留时间下土壤、砾石、炉渣基质在以NO3--N、NH4+-N和PO4--P为主要氮组分的模拟污水对污水中氮的净化效能,并研究湿地系统基质与pH变化、NO3--N和NH4+-N净化效率的关系。结果表明,当水力停留时间为10d时,土壤-炉渣湿地的N,P净化效能高于以其他基质构建的湿地。在试验周期内,各基质的人工湿地系统NH4+-N的净化效率均高于NO3--N的净化效率,氮素的净化效能上层大于下层,湿地系统中pH值先降低后升高的拐点可作为NH4+-N氧化反应结束的指示参数。  相似文献

潜流人工湿地对畜禽养殖废水的净化效果   总被引:2,自引:5,他引:2  
为了提高潜流人工湿地对畜禽养殖废水中污染物的去除效果,该试验通过改变湿地内部结构构建了4个潜流人工湿地单元,选用灰砖块和碎石做湿地填料,冬夏季轮作栽培齿果酸模和大狼把草,考察湿地运行期间对厌氧消化后猪场废水的净化效果。结果表明:湿地单元经过80 d的启动,运行稳定,有植物湿地比无植物对照湿地提前10 d左右进入稳定期。运行期间,各湿地单元对废水中氨氮(ammonia nitrogen,NH4+-N)、总氮(total nitrogen, TN)、总磷(total phosphorus,TP)和化学需氧量(chemical oxygen demand,CODCr)的去除率与气温变化均呈现显著线性正相关。在水力停留时间(hydraulic retention time,HRT)为4 d,进水中CODCr、NH4+-N、TN、TP浓度分别为520、110、120、10 mg/L左右时,4个湿地单元对CODCr、TP的去除率分别在60%和70%以上,对NH4+-N和TN的去除率分别为28%~67%和32%~58%,植物对CODCr及TP去除的贡献分别稳定在10%和4%左右,植物对氮的去除效果受气温影响较大,夏季对NH4+-N和TN去除的贡献分别可达13%和12%。与一般潜流人工湿地比较,改进的波形潜流人工湿地对NH4+-N、TN和CODCr的平均去除率提高均在3%以上,对TP去除效果差异不显著(P>0.05)。该研究可为构建大规模的潜流人工湿地处理畜禽养殖废水提供理论依据和技术支持。  相似文献

猪场废水厌氧消化液后处理技术研究及工程应用   总被引:34,自引:9,他引:34  
猪场废水经过厌氧消化后,可生化性变差,BOD5/COD仅为0.19,并且碳、氮倒置,比例严重失调,给后续好氧处理带来很大困难。采用序批式活性污泥法(SBR)工艺直接处理厌氧消化液,污染物的去除效果很差,COD仅去除8.31%,NH3-N去除78.7%。通过改善厌氧消化液的可生化性和培养高效脱氮菌种等措施,COD、NH3-N去除率改善显著,COD、BOD5与SS的去除分别达到89.6%~93.4%、97.9%,95.6%,特别是对NH3-N,达到了99%以上去除效率。将实验室结果应用于实际工程,也取得了好的效果,工程上SBR系统对猪场废水厌氧消化液的COD去除90%左右,出水COD基本上在300 mg/L以下。NH3-N去除率大于99%,出水NH3-N小于10 mg/L。BOD5去除率大于98%,出水BOD5小于20 mg/L。TN去除率大于90%。  相似文献

以江阴市陆桥湿地系统为例,采用生态-生化组合湿地工艺处理农村生活污水,研究生态-生化组合湿地的运行情况和对农村生活污水的净化效果。研究结果表明,采用生化-生态优化组合工艺达到了较好的处理效果,农村生活污水中氮、磷、化学需氧量(COD)、五日生物需氧量(BOD5)、固体悬浮物(SS)、阴离子表面活性剂(LAS)的平均去除率分别为80.87%、80.70%、67.73%、77.24%、60.98%、92.64%。但该湿地系统对氮、磷和SS的净化能力仍有一定的波动性,在冬季尤为突出。研究结果为后期生态-生化组合湿地工艺和管理的改进提供了数据支撑和理论基础,为生态-生化组合人工湿地生态系统的推广和示范研究提供了直接的理论依据和实践经验。  相似文献

This paper investigates the role of plants and sediment in removing nutrients from wastewater being treated in a representative integrated constructed wetland (ICW). It discusses the role of plants and sediment in removing nutrients from an ICW treating agricultural wastewater for more than 7 years. More nitrogen and phosphorus were stored in wetland soils and sediments than in plants. The first cell had the highest depth of sediment accumulation (45 cm). Over the 7-year operation period, the accretion rate was approximately 6.4 cm/year. With respect to maintenance, desludging of the first wetland cell of the ICW system appears to be necessary in 2011. An average of 10,000 m3 per year of wastewater entered the ICW. Approximately 74% (780 kg) of the phosphorus and 52% (5,175 kg) of the nitrogen that entered the wetland system was stored in the wetland soils and sediments. Plants stored a small fraction of nutrients compared to soils (<1% for both nitrogen and phosphorus). This study demonstrates that soils within a mature wetland system are an important and sustainable nutrient storage component.  相似文献

[目的]为进一步降低污染物浓度,提高钢铁企业水资源循环利用率。[方法]采用水平潜流人工湿地处理外排焦化废水,通过监测分析进出水中浊度、化学需氧量(COD),总氮(TN)和总磷(TP)含量,探讨冬季人工湿地植物层不添加及添加有机覆盖物对钢铁企业外排焦化废水净化水平的影响。[结果]在低温季节,水力停留时间为5d时,不添加有机覆盖物人工湿地对外排焦化废水浊度,COD,TN和TP的平均去除率分别为68.55%,14.94%,14.20%和71.26%;添加有机覆盖物人工湿地对外排焦化废水浊度、COD,TN和TP的平均去除率分别为72.54%,21.62%,20.50%和71.88%;有机覆盖膜的保温作用使得COD去除率升幅达44.68%,TN去除率升幅达44.45%。[结论]在植物层添加有机覆盖物作为保温材料,可以提高人工湿地在低温条件下的净化效率。  相似文献

The aim was to assess the role of Phragmites australis (Cav.) Trin. ex Steud. in experimental, mature, and temporarily flooded vertical flow wetland filters treating urban runoff rich in organic matter. During the experiment, ammonium chloride was added to sieved concentrated road runoff to simulate primary treated urban runoff contaminated with nitrogen. Five days at 20°C N-allylthiourea biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and chemical oxygen demand removal efficiencies were relatively lower for planted than unplanted filters. Moreover, there was no significant difference for BOD removal for all filters under fluctuating inflow concentrations of sulfate. The nitrogen removal performances of planted filters were more efficient and stable throughout the seasons compared to those of unplanted filters. A substantial load of nitrogen (approximately 500 mg per filter) was removed by harvesting P. australis. Plant uptake was the main removal mechanism for nitrogen during high concentrations (10 mg/L) of ammonia-nitrogen in the urban runoff.  相似文献

[目的]探讨湿地植物种类、浮床覆盖面积和处理时间3个因素对含抗生素养殖废水净化效果的影响,为高效利用湿地植物浮床技术去除养殖废水中的传统污染物和抗生素提供依据。[方法]分别利用巴拉草(Brachiaria mutica)和短叶茳芏(Cyperus malaccensis Lam. var.brevifolius)构建了植物浮床,每种植物浮床设置了20%,40%,60%这3个水面覆盖面积,监测了植物浮床在不同处理时间对养殖废水中的化学需氧量(COD)、氮磷和磺胺嘧啶的净化效果。[结果]各处理水质各指标随着运行时间持续变好:pH值变中性;溶解氧(DO)含量增加;氧化还原电位(ORP)上升;COD,氨氮(NH_3-N),总氮(TN),总磷(TP)和抗生素磺胺嘧啶(SDZ)浓度持续降低;不同植物种类对水体pH值和ORP值,DO和COD的含量无显著影响,但显著影响水体营养盐的去除;巴拉草浮床对水体中NH_3-N,TN和TP的去除效果优于短叶茳芏浮床;两种植物对SDZ的去除效率相当;总体上,60%的覆盖面积更加有利于水体中污染物的去除,但不利于DO扩散。[结论] 60%覆盖面积的巴拉草浮床,在运行47 d时,去除养殖废水中COD(88%),NH_3-N(97%),TN(89%),TP(94%)和SDZ(43%)的效果最好。  相似文献

针对污染物浓度较高的猪场沼液,开展了不同浸润线高度下垂直潜流湿地处理效果的对比研究。试验结果表明:湿地浸润线可改变湿地填料层中的溶解氧分布和水力流态,从而造成了3种类型湿地系统对猪场沼液处理效果的差异;在不同水力负荷下,中浸润线垂直潜流湿地(VSSF-M)对猪场沼液中各项污染物的去除效果均好于低浸润线垂直潜流湿地(VSSF-L)和高浸润线垂直潜流湿地(VSSF-H);中浸润线垂直潜流湿地利用溶解氧梯度在填料层内实现了好氧区、缺氧区和厌氧区的共存,从而使硝化作用与反硝化作用在同一系统内完成,提高了系统的脱氮能力;中浸润线垂直潜流湿地系统还可适当增大系统的水力停留时间(HRT),并可优化水力流态,从而进一步改善湿地系统的净化效果。因此,结合处理效果和出水水质的稳定性,中浸润线垂直潜流湿地对浓度较高的猪场沼液具有较高的去除效率。  相似文献

This paper presents a comparative study of the performance of ferrate(VI), FeO 4 2? , and ferric, Fe(III), towards wastewater treatment. The ferrate(VI) was produced by electrochemical synthesis, using steel electrodes in a 16 M NaOH solution. Domestic wastewater collected from Hailsham North Wastewater Treatment Works was treated with ferrate(VI) and ferric sulphate (Fe(III)). Samples were analysed for suspended solids, chemical oxygen demand (COD), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and P removal. Results for low doses of Fe(VI) were validated via a reproducibility study. Removal of phosphorous reached 40% with a Fe(VI) dose as low as 0.01 mg/L compared to 25% removal with 10 mg/L of Fe(III). For lower doses (<1 mg/L as Fe), Fe(VI) can achieve between 60% and 80% removals of SS and COD, but Fe(III) performed even not as well as the control sample where no iron chemical was dosed. The ferrate solution was found to be stable for a maximum of 50 min, beyond which Fe(VI) is reduced to less oxidant species. This provided the maximum allowed storage time of the electrochemically produced ferrate(VI) solution. Results demonstrated that low addition of ferrate(VI) leads to good removal of P, BOD, COD and suspended solids from wastewater compared to ferric addition and further studies could bring an optimisation of the dosage and treatment.  相似文献

人工湿地由于具有运行成本低、维护简单等优点而被广泛应用于养殖废水处理。然而,人工湿地技术普遍存在污染物去除效率受温度影响大等问题。在该研究中,通过构建电活性菌藻生物膜来强化人工湿地系统,对养猪废水进行了自然温度下的处理效能与微生物群落研究,在室外开展了18个月试验,结果表明:电活性菌藻生物膜强化组在夏季化学需氧量、氨氮、硝态氮、总氮、总磷、亚硝态氮的去除率分别达到98.26%、97.96%、85.45%、95.07%、94.64%和85.45%。在冬季化学需氧量、氨氮、硝态氮、总氮、总磷、亚硝态氮的去除率分别达到96.10%、91.56%、75.29%、89.94%、92.12%和83.15%。具有良好低温适应性。强化组冬季化学需氧量、氨氮、硝态氮、总氮、总磷、亚硝态氮的出水浓度均满足《禽畜养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB18596—2001)。相比未构建电活性菌藻生物膜的对照组,以上污染物去除率均分别提高。电活性菌藻膜在冬夏季节的优势微生物均为Cyanobium、Shewanella、Azoarcus,群落结构稳定性高,有利于促进冬季污染物去除率,为提高系统污水处理可靠性提供了保障。  相似文献

The efficiencies of two types of constructed wetlands for the treatment of low-concentration polluted eutrophic land-scape river water were studied in the western section of the Qingyuan River at the Minhang campus of Shanghai Jiaotong University. The first wetland was a single-stage system using gravel as a filtration medium, and the second was a three-stage system filled with combinations of gravel, zeolite, and fly ash. Results from parallel operations of the wetlands showed that the three-stage constructed wetland could remove organics, nitrogen, and phosphorus successfully. At the same time, it could also decrease ammoniacal odour in the effluent. Compared to the single-stage constructed wetland, it had better nutrient removal efficiencies with a higher removal of 19.37%-65.27% for total phosphorus (TP) and 21.56%-62.94% for total nitrogen (TN), respectively, during the operation period of 14 weeks. In terms of removal of chemical oxygen demand (COD), turbidity, and blue-green algae, these two wetland systems had equivalent performances. It was also found that in the western section of the test river, in which the two constructed wetlands were located, the water quality was much better than that in the eastern and middle sections without constructed wetland because COD, TN, and TP were all in a relatively lower level and the eutrophication could be prevented completely in the western section.  相似文献

本文采用一体式膜生物反应器(SMBR)-复合垂直流人工湿地(IVCW)组合工艺(SMBR—IVCW)系统,研究了该系统对复合废水的净化效果。结果表明,当系统进水为CODCr397-890mg·L-1、氨氮9.40-27.mg·L-1、TP4.30-10.7mg·L-1、TN45.9-75.8mg·L-1的条件下,在SMBR和IVCW的水力负荷分别为1000L·d-1和375mm·d-1的最优工况下运行,系统CODCrNH3-N、TN和TP的去除率分别为97.5%、99.0%、59.6%和65.2%;系统进出水中氮的形态组成发生了显著变化;SMBR—IVCW系统在高浓度综合污水处理方面具有良好的潜力。  相似文献

Removal of nitrogen and phosphorus from a domestic wastewater using a sequencing batch reactor (SBR) was evaluated at solid retention times (SRTs) of 9.3, 13.8, and 18.3 days respectively. Oxygen uptake rates (OURs) and sludge settling characteristics were determined at each SRT investigated. COD removal, nitrification, denitrification, and phosphorus removal were accomplished by using the following operating cycle: 15-min unmixed fill; 2-hr mixed anaerobic period; 3-hr mixed aerobic period; 3-hr mixed anoxic period; 0.5-hr reaeration period; 1-hr settling period; 1-hr decant period; and a 1.5-hr idle period. Advanced wastewater treatment (AWT) standards of 5/5/3/1 mg L-1 for biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5), suspended solids (SS), total nitrogen (TN), and total phosphorus (TP) could not be achieved with the bench-scale SBR.  相似文献

蚯蚓对不同种类填料碳的分解转化特征各异,继而影响蚯蚓生物工程床净化养殖污水的效果。为明确填料碳种类对净化畜禽养殖污水的影响特征,以水稻秸秆和水稻秸秆生物炭为生物工程床碳源填料,采用间隙式布料方式,连续22 d监测进水和出水水质。结果表明:秸秆填料的生物工程床对畜禽养殖污水特征污染物平均削减量分别为硝态氮67.2%,氨氮81.4%,总氮79.5%,磷酸盐29.9%,总磷35.2%,COD 21.4%,EC值77.8%;秸秆填料的生物工程床中添加蚯蚓后改变了特征污染物削减量,提升平均削减量分别为氨氮11.1%、总氮10.4%、磷酸盐17.8%、总磷73.9%和COD 27.3%,降低平均削减量分别为硝态氮10.3%和EC值3.4%;生物炭填料的生物工程床对畜禽养殖污水特征污染物平均削减量分别为硝态氮36.8%,氨氮86.2%,总氮53.4%,磷酸盐21.2%,总磷33.3%,COD 33.3%和EC值51.7%;生物碳填料的生物工程床添加蚯蚓后改变特征污染物削减量,削减量平均提升分别为硝态氮0.4%、氨氮1.4%、总氮10.6%、磷酸盐26.0%、总磷29.5%、COD 39.2%和EC值0.7%。秸秆填料和生物炭填料的生物工程床对出水p H值增加量平均为3.1%和7.7%,添加蚯蚓后出水p H值下降,平均下降率为0.1%和7.7%。总之,填料碳种类和蚯蚓活动显著影响生物工程床净化养殖污水的效果,秸秆填料有利于畜禽养殖污水硝态氮、总氮、磷酸盐、总磷和EC值削减;生物炭填料有利于畜禽养殖污水氨氮和COD削减,并显著增加出水p H值。生物工程床添加蚯蚓后明显提高畜禽养殖污水氨氮、总氮、磷酸盐、总磷和COD的削减,但不利于硝态氮削减。  相似文献

为了提高低碳氮比污水的治理效果,提出了厌氧/缺氧/好氧-生物接触氧化脱氮除磷工艺(anaerobic anoxic oxic-biological contact oxidation,A2/O-BCO),研究了该工艺处理生活污水的脱氮除磷性能,建立了该系统处理过程的碳(以化学需氧量计,chemical oxygen demand,COD)、氮、磷的物料衡算公式,同时分析评价了不同硝化液回流比(100%,200%,300%,400%)下各指标的物料平衡情况。结果表明,该工艺在充分利用原水碳源、深度脱氮除磷方面具有较强的优势,系统COD主要在A2/O中厌氧段被利用,通过反硝化聚磷菌反硝化除磷脱氮;系统COD的物料衡算公式平衡百分比分别为96.4%、99.6%、98.7%和98.3%,氮的物料衡算公式平衡百分比分别为99.7%、98.2%、99.2%和96.5%,磷的物料衡算公式平衡百分比分别为92.0%、98.1%、93.3%和90.4%;荧光原位杂交表明生物膜中有厌氧氨氧化菌存在,且其数量占全菌比例的0.6%~2.7%,生物接触氧化的氮损失可能是由于发生了厌氧氨氧化反应;在硝化液回流比为300%时,系统氮、磷去除效果最好,出水达到国家城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准一级A标准。该研究有助于更好地理解和分析工艺系统有机物、氮和磷的分布及变化情况,并且为评价试验数据的可靠性以及数学模型的建立提供了理论依据和指导,能更好地推广到分散型、量小且日变化系数较大的农村生活污水的治理事业中。  相似文献

针对农村生活污水低碳高氮磷特点,研究两级回流连续曝气生物膜工艺处理农村生活污水的效果和机理。在平均处理量90t/d、水力停留时间为3.0d,稳定运行12个月结果表明,该工艺对化学需氧量、五日生化需氧量、氨氮、全氮、全磷和悬浮物的平均去除率分别为75.7%、84.8%、69.2%、68.0%、58.9%和87.9%;出水化学需氧量、五日生化需氧量、氨氮、全氮、全磷和悬浮物的平均质量浓度分别在51.0、15.8、10.8、16.5、2.3和15.7mg/L以下,满足天津市农村污水处理厂排水标准,改造后工艺运行更加稳定,出水NH3-N和TN有明显改善,符合农村污水处理要求。  相似文献
