木材是自然界中分布最广泛的材料之一,在制造业和建筑业等领域有着广泛的应用。我国是木材消费和木材加工剩余物产出大国,但目前国内木材加工剩余物利用率较低、利用方式单一,与发达国家相比差距较大。通过创新木材剩余物处理方式,研发相关技术,可逐步缩小与发达国家之间的差距。黏结剂喷射(3DP)技术具有材料来源广泛、加工简单、成型效率高等特点,基于木质材料特点,以木材加工剩余物为原料,实现木质材料增材制造具有广阔的发展前景。文中以增材制造中的木质纤维及其分类为背景,介绍增材制造中木质耗材的研究现状,重点阐述木质材料3DP中典型黏结剂喷射成型(BJ)技术、散装材料选择性沉积技术和单层制造(ILF)技术等3类技术的成型原理、研究进展及其最新应用等,根据木质材料的物理特性和成型机理,探讨黏结剂、粉末床工艺和后处理等因素对木质材料3DP成型精度和成型质量的影响,并对木质材料3DP技术存在的问题进行分析并展望其发展趋势。 相似文献

随着市场需求对木质材料性能要求的提高以及其他材料竞争的加剧,木质材料的功能化已成为拓宽木质产品使用范围、提高产品社会经济附加值和促进产业转型升级的重要途径。微胶囊技术是一门蓬勃发展的交叉性技术,具有控制释放和高效阻隔的特殊优势,为木质功能材料的发展提供了一个全新平台。通过微胶囊化处理,具备电学、磁学、光学、声学、热学、力学、化学以及生物医学等功能特性的单元被分割成稳定的微小粒子,显著增大了功能单元的比表面积,增强了其功能效应。依据产品对单一或复合功能特性的需求,将这些尺寸很小的功能体均匀地导入木质材料内部或者富集于其表面,可以明显降低功能单元的消耗量,制备出效能持久的木质功能材料。在木材防腐处理中,微胶囊技术能够有效降低防腐剂对环境和人体健康的危害,实现防腐剂的缓慢可控释放。在阻燃木质材料领域,微胶囊技术可以显著降低阻燃剂的吸湿性,减少阻燃剂对复合材料胶合性能和力学性能带来的不利影响,并实现协同阻燃成分之间的高效复合。在木质材料留香处理时,微胶囊技术非常适用于提高香精的稳定性、延长其使用期限,开发具有持久留香特性的木质功能产品。在可逆温致变色木质材料的开发中,利用微胶囊技术包覆多元变色组分形成变色微粒,是提高其变色稳定性及持久性的有效途径。此外,利用微胶囊技术制备的热敏/压敏型多功能微粒,在应用于木质材料时表现出贮存期长、使用方便及用量小等优势。微胶囊技术还被用于合成缓释型甲醛捕捉剂,在木质材料使用过程中发挥长效的降醛作用。尽管微胶囊技术为木质功能材料的发展注入了新的活力,但目前仍处于兴起阶段,今后应重点从以下几方面开展进一步研究:加快开发纳米胶囊技术,深入研究微胶囊与木质材料的结合机制,实现功能体在木质材料中的快速导入和稳定结合;系统研究木质功能材料生产及使用过程中外界条件对微胶囊形态、物理力学性能及功能特性的影响,为微胶囊的应用提供更多理论依据;利用微胶囊技术改善不同类型功能单元的相容性,开发多功能木质材料;加快可逆温致变色等智能微胶囊的应用研究,推动现代家居向智能化方向发展;开展功能微胶囊相关标准化的研究,引领功能微胶囊技术在木质材料领域健康、有序发展。 相似文献

观光木是广西大力发展的珍稀树种之一,具有优良的材性和机械加工性能.本文以观光木木材用的涂饰聚氨酯清漆和水性木器漆为研究对象,研究漆膜理化性能、光泽度和色度学特征的变化规律,为观光木木材高附加值实木制品的开发利用提供理论依据和信息.研究表明:①聚氨酯清漆的最佳涂饰工艺为:砂纸选用400#(表面粗糙度Ra为2.3),底漆涂布量为50 g/m2,面漆涂布量为70 g/m2,涂饰次数为3底3面;②水性木器漆涂料的最佳涂饰工艺为:砂纸选用320#(表面粗糙度Ra为2.9),底漆涂布量为100g/m2,面漆涂布量为120g/m2,涂饰次数为3底3面;③从漆膜理化性能、改善观光木表面光泽度和色度学特征以及节约原料看,聚氨酯清漆比水性木器漆有较明显的优势. 相似文献

Friction that arises during processing for the deformation of wood under relatively high pressure levels (ca. >1 MPa) is an important factor to be taken into account when wood is processed. However, few studies on such friction have been published. The present study was undertaken to evaluate the influence of surface finishing conditions on the nominal friction coefficient (μ) of the wood and metal tool surfaces. Sticking friction was likely to arise on a relatively coarse metal surface, and the type of metal tool surface finishing was found to have large impact on the friction mechanism. The friction characteristics during exposure to high pressure seem to be affected not only by the interface contact characteristics, but also by the deformation characteristics of wood during compressive load or measurement. The value of μ on water-saturated wood was equal or higher than that on dry wood, which suggests that the contact characteristics between these two types of wood are significantly different. The water content in wood was shown to affect both the interface contact and deformation characteristics of wood. The value of μ was not significantly affected by the wood surface finishing conditions; however, changes in μ during sliding differed slightly, depending on the finishing conditions. 相似文献

In this paper we focused on the differences of mechanical properties of tension and normal wood of 1-year-old poplar trees, artificially tilted. Elastic and fracture properties have been measured and linked to the anatomy. Tension wood is well known because it prevents good surface finishing and leads to difficulties with sawing. We studied three main mechanical properties: young modulus, energy of cutting and longitudinal residual strain of maturation (with strain gauges) because of their importance in wood technology. Moreover, this work takes place in a larger project of study, the phenomena of axes re-orientation in trees (allowing by the production of reaction wood), where these data are required for biomechanical modelling. The results show that tension wood has a higher young modulus, needs a higher energy to be cut and exhibited a higher level of longitudinal residual strain of maturation than those of normal wood. The results suggest that these differences require deeper analysis of the wood than anatomy: measurement of microfibril orientation in the S2 layer and also the lignin composition in monomeric units. 相似文献

A method for evaluating the influence of the operating parameters of wood machining (planing, sanding) on the quality of a
finished surface was established. The influence of each of the operations involved was studied using different strategies.
For the planing operation, three levels were established (Level 1, 2 and 3) by determining different values for each of the
major process parameters (tool rotation speed, feed speed, depth of cut). For both, surface preparation and polishing, two
levels were established with a fixed setup. Finally, as finishing products, two different transparent coatings were selected
(water-borne and solvent-borne). The quantitative evaluation of the state of the surface was assessed by means of an artificial
vision system for the determination of the pseudo-roughness of wood surfaces. A filtering method based on fast Fourier transforms

Preparation of cyclodextrin grafting wood flour and investigation of the release characteristics of eugenol 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
Poplar wood flour, a low-cost and abundantly available material, was modified by grafting β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) in the presence of citric acid or 1,2,3,4-Butanetetracarboxylic acid, aiming to expand the application of wood flour. The products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and the technique of phenolphthalein probe. The grafting conditions of β-CD onto wood flour including curing temperature, β-CD concentration in impregnation solution and catalyst were also evaluated by the technique of phenolphthalein probe. Besides, eugenol (EG), an antibacterial fragrant guest molecule, was loaded on the modified wood flour by lyophilization, and its release characteristics were investigated by Thermo-gravimetric. The results revealed that the modified wood flour material had a thermo-protective effect on the volatilization of EG and the encapsulated EG content was reached to 1.31 %, which could demonstrate a potential application in the finishing and packing areas. 相似文献
