基于SCI论文的中国水产科研态势分析   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4  
采用文献计量学、分类统计以及社会网络分析的方法,以2002—2011年Web of Science发布的SCI论文原始数据作为统计源,对中国作者(不含台湾地区,下同)发表的SCI论文从核心作者及机构、期刊及学科分布、国际合作、作者机构合作网络以及热点研究领域5个方面进行计量分析。结果表明,2002—2011年中国水产学科国际发文量及总被引次数呈快速增长态势。应用综合指数法进行核心指标排序,筛选出排名前70位的作者作为核心作者,对其发文和被引特征进行分析发现,他们的学科领域以海淡水生物学和水产学为主,与环境科学和生态学、海洋学和生物技术有较多的交叉;研究热点分布在生态环境、养殖与饵料、种群遗传多样性、分子免疫机制、污水处理等方面;核心作者的研究主题与当前的热门主题词切合度较高。国内学者间的合作网络规模较大的是以麦康森等为主导的学术合作网络,其研究方向为水产养殖和营养生理;另一个是以宋林生等为主导的学术合作网络,其研究方向为海洋生物分子遗传学、分子免疫学、海洋微生物及病害防治。国内机构合作方面,以中国科学院为主导合作机构,其主要合作机构为中国水产科学研究院、中国海洋大学、厦门大学和南京师范大学等。国际合作方面,中国与美国之间的水产科技合作次数最多,其次是与日本和澳大利亚。刊载中国水产学科论文最多的期刊是《AQUACULTURE》,发表于影响因子2~3区间的文章数量最多(1 761篇),发表文章的总平均影响因子高于该学科世界平均水平。本研究旨在为水产科研人员进行课题申报以及学术媒体进行专题策划与信息储备等工作提供科学参考。  相似文献

It is well-established in fish technology that freshness should be measured primarily by sensory procedures, though considerable effort has been expended in looking for nonsensory alternatives. A variety of methods for sensory evaluation of freshness has been described and this historical review traces developments of these methods. Much of the source material derives from the research literature such as research journals and reports of research, and the use of sensory methods in commercial quality control has scarcely been documented. There is a brief discussion of possible future developments in sensory evaluation of freshness.  相似文献

基于中国知网文献检索数据库 (CNKI),利用文献计量学中的可视化分析软件CiteSpace,对近二十年来国内核心期刊报道的浮游动物研究成果进行了分析和归纳总结。通过CiteSpace软件进行关键词突现分析,发现近二十年来国内浮游动物的研究主要集中在以下四个方面:1. 水产养殖;2. 环境监测与生态治理;3. 多样性及群落结构特征;4. 新技术在浮游动物研究中的应用。分析还发现国内浮游动物的研究热点正逐渐由水产养殖向生态环境方面转移。总体来看,国内有关浮游动物对全球气候变化的响应、生态系统修复及富营养化生物控制方面的研究不够深入,需要进一步加强。  相似文献

Bioeconomic models consist of the use of mathematics to model the behaviour of biological systems conditioned by biological, environmental, economic and technical factors. At present, market competitiveness in aquaculture is growing steadily and the amount of data that producers have to manage is increasing. In this context, bioeconomic models are a crucial tool for improving the efficiency of decision-making processes. This paper reviews the literature on bioeconomic modelling in aquaculture from 2004 to 2015. In order to find the papers reviewed in the present study, an exhaustive online search was conducted in various databases that contain papers published in the most relevant journals in this area of research. After identifying the application of these models to aquaculture throughout the last decade, an analysis was developed for the papers published in the three main research areas: aquaculture management, economic viability and risk management. The last section presents a discussion about the types of relationships modelled, the data used, the estimation techniques, and the limitations and challenges within this discipline that would improve knowledge about aquaculture management.  相似文献

This review focuses on relevant scientific information regarding the current knowledge of the yellow head complex viruses, yellow head virus and gill‐associated virus. The yellow head complex viruses have been problematic within the aquaculture industry for over 10 years and still retain their research topicality. Presently, there are numerous research papers from different journals covering the identification, disease expression and spread, pathogenesis, detection, morphology, genomic sequence and protein profiles of the yellow head complex viruses. Indeed, there has been no extensive review to compare these studies, and as a corollary, to assess flaws in contemporary research and knowledge. Additionally, the yellow head complex viruses rank within the top four prawn viruses with respect to disease impact and economic loss. This review collectively reports on all the findings and current methods of research and aims to identify weak areas of research where conclusions have been unjustifiably drawn and furthermore to elucidate areas that have a gap of knowledge.  相似文献

在当前我国海钓产业兴起之时,基地建设已被列入沿海资源型旅游城市开发利用海钓资源的实事项目之一,如何从理论与实践上解决破坏性建设与重复建设的问题成为当务之急。本文试图从基地建设的产业基础条件研究着手,通过对基地生态、环境影响要素条件的评价,结合具体实证规划研究成果,在国内业界首次提出了海钓基地建设推进路径的全新观点。认为,建立岛礁生物资源保护的长效机制是完善和保障产业基础的最主要途径;实施海洋游钓资源生态补偿制度,是实现基地建设可持续发展的基本对策。  相似文献

为了解淡水鱼类寄生虫的研究现状及前沿热点,为该领域研究工作的开展提供科学量化的参考依据,以Web of Science(WOS)核心合集数据库收录的1980—2020年共1 088篇相关文献为数据样本,运用VOSviewer和CiteSpace可视化软件绘制了淡水鱼类寄生虫研究的发文量、发文地区、发文作者、发文机构、关键词频次和突现状况等知识图谱,并对发文趋势和研究热点进行了分析。结果表明,淡水鱼类寄生虫研究领域的发文量总体呈上升趋势,2009年后上升趋势明显;淡水鱼类寄生虫的研究受到广泛关注,巴西、捷克和美国是淡水鱼类寄生虫领域的研究中心;捷克共和国科学院、墨西哥国立自治大学和新西兰奥塔哥大学等3个机构是淡水鱼类寄生虫领域的高产研究机构;Poulin R、Scholz T和Salgado-Maldonado G等3位研究人员是淡水鱼类寄生虫研究的核心力量;发文国家间和机构间形成了良好且稳定的合作关系,但研究者间合作关系较为分散,缺少跨团队合作;International Journal for Parasitology、Parasitology Research、Parasitolo...  相似文献

为提升水产科技期刊影响力,通过文献分析、现场调研、问卷调查等方式对期刊基本情况、期刊投审稿情况、期刊编委会情况、编辑能力、期刊编辑出版和传播方式等进行了分析。结果表明,水产科技期刊仅有一半左右被重要数据库收录,影响力指标低于农学类其他科技期刊;年收稿量500篇以下的占80.0%;稿件录用率低于50.0%的期刊占52.0%;高水平论文较少,仅有16.0%的调研对象对稿源质量表示满意;出版周期多以双月刊为主,占80.0%;超过90.0%的期刊都具备采编系统;在对期刊质量提升的贡献评估中,有57.1%的调研对象认为编委会的作用微乎其微或几乎没有影响。研究认为,当前水产科技期刊的出版周期略长,传播和办刊技术手段欠多样化,高质量稿件缺乏,编委会资源优势未充分发挥等因素,制约和影响了科技期刊影响力提升。文章建议,期刊管理部门和科学研究相关部门应制订科学合理的期刊评价体系支持期刊发展,而科技期刊应注重发挥学术导向作用、注重内容质量建设以塑造期刊价值,并通过建立和完善专业化办刊模式、加强新技术应用适应媒体融合、加强期刊集群化建设、加大国际化推广力度等措施,不断提升水产科技期刊影响力。  相似文献

提取鹰爪是眼柄总RNA,以眼柄总RNA为模板,根据日本对虾的具有蜕皮抑制活性的神经肽Pej-SGP-Ⅳ的氨基酸设计兼并引物,进行RT-PCR扩增,在适宜条件下得到一特异性片段。将这一特异性片段克隆到载体中进行测序,测得鹰爪虾的特异性cDNA片段由213个碱基对组成,推测的氨基酸序列由71个氨基酸组成。序列比较发现许多甲壳动物的CHH家庭神经肽与它相似。在所有与该序列推测的氨基酸序列相似的甲壳动物CHH家族神经肽中,MIH与它的相似度最高,表明由鹰爪虾眼柄特异性cDNA片段椎定的氨基酸基酸序列可能是鹰爪虾的MIH片段,它相当于MIH成熟肽的第5至75个氨基酸。  相似文献

  • 1. The fauna of inland waters has the highest rates of imperilment of any ecosystems as a result of human demands and catchment manipulations. Thus, the conservation of these systems requires multi‐disciplinary and international collaboration.
  • 2. In order to examine patterns of change in collaborative research we examined eight of the leading limnological journals over a 10 yr period, with another two journals examined over 5 yr.
  • 3. Of the 9758 surveyed papers, single‐authored papers were proportionally the second most commonly published (N=2523: 25.86%) while dual‐authored papers accounted for the greatest number of papers (N=3517: 36.04%). There was a significant increase in collaboration and a decline in the relative proportion of single‐ (r2=0.71; P=0.00) and dual‐authored (r2=0.54; P=0.00) papers.
  • 4. Collaboration between authors from different countries was recorded for 827 of the 8636 (9.58%) papers examined. While there was an annual average of 864 (8.57%) papers involving international collaboration, the range varied from 464 (5.60%: 1990) to 1374 (12.66%: 1995). There was a significant increase (r2=0.59; P=0.01) in the number of papers involving international collaboration.
  • 5. ‘Third World’ contributions constituted an average of 7.64% of papers published annually, ranging from 5.32% of all papers in 1987 to 9.31% in 1994.
  • 6. Roughly equal proportions of lentic, lotic and marine papers were published over the survey period. Taxonomic and estuarine research was poorly represented probably due to the many specialist journals available for such publications. The data do not support the assertion that there has been an increase in lotic research at the expense of lentic research. Indeed, our data show a significant decrease in the number of papers published relating to lotic systems (r2=0.51; P=0.02).
  • 7. The future of collaborative research conducted by multi‐institutional and multi‐disciplinary teams and its significance in terms of the management and conservation of aquatic ecosystems globally is discussed.

Despite increased fisheries science output and publication outlets, the global crisis in fisheries management is as present as ever. Since a narrow research focus may be a contributing factor to this failure, this study uncovers topics in fisheries research and their trends over time. This interdisciplinary research evaluates whether science is diversifying fisheries research topics in an attempt to capture the complexity of the fisheries system, or whether it is multiplying research on similar topics, attempting to achieve an in‐depth, but possibly marginal, understanding of a few selected components of this system. By utilizing latent Dirichlet allocation as a generative probabilistic topic model, we analyse a unique dataset consisting of 46,582 full‐text articles published in the last 26 years in 21 specialized scientific fisheries journals. Among the 25 topics uncovered by the model, only one (Fisheries management) refers to the human dimension of fisheries understood as socio‐ecological complex adaptive systems. The most prevalent topics in our dataset directly relating to fisheries refer to Fisheries management, Stock assessment, and Fishing gear, with Fisheries management attracting the most interest. We propose directions for future research focus that most likely could contribute to providing useful advice for successful management of fisheries.  相似文献
