本试验旨在研究竹叶提取物对热应激奶牛泌乳性能及血清生化、抗氧化和免疫指标的影响。试验于2019年7—8月进行,试验期间日平均温湿度指数为75.87,奶牛处于自然热应激状态。选取24头体重[(559.2±37.4)kg]、泌乳天数[(185.7±16.9)d]、胎次[(3.3±0.3)胎]和产奶量[(37.6±0.8)kg/d]相近的荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为2组,每组12头。对照组饲喂全混合日粮(TMR),试验组在TMR基础上添加1.3 g/kg DM的竹叶提取物。预试期14 d,正试期21 d。分别于正试期第1、11、21天测量奶牛呼吸频率、直肠温度并采集血样和奶样,测定泌乳性能及血清生化、抗氧化和免疫指标。结果表明:1)试验组热应激奶牛的呼吸频率极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),直肠温度与对照组相比有降低的趋势(P=0.09)。2)试验组热应激奶牛的产奶量和乳脂率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),乳中体细胞数与对照组相比有降低的趋势(P=0.09),但干物质采食量、乳蛋白率和乳糖率与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)试验组热应激奶牛的血清肾上腺素含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),血清前列腺素-2含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清游离脂肪酸含量与对照组相比有升高的趋势(P=0.06),但血清糖皮质激素、三碘甲状腺原氨酸、甲状腺素、葡萄糖含量及乳酸脱氢酶活性与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。4)试验组热应激奶牛的血清超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化氢酶活性极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),血清丙二醛含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。5)试验组热应激奶牛的血清肿瘤坏死因子-α和白细胞介素-2含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),血清白细胞介素-1和白细胞介素-1β含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),血清免疫球蛋白A含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清免疫球蛋白G含量与对照组相比有升高的趋势(P=0.08),但血清干扰素-γ、白细胞介素-6和免疫球蛋白M含量与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加1.3 g/kg DM竹叶提取物降低了热应激奶牛的呼吸频率和直肠温度,提高了泌乳性能,缓解了机体的代谢紊乱,增强了机体的抗氧化能力,改善了机体的免疫功能。  相似文献

对比研究热应激与非热应激期奶牛血液生化指标的变化,结果发现夏季慢性热应激使奶牛血清中甲状腺激素(T3与T4)、催乳素(PRL)和皮质醇(cort)水平均显著下降(P<0.05)。同时,热应激显著降低奶牛血清中钙(Ca)、钠(Na)、钾(K)水平(P<0.05),但对血清镁(Mg)无显著影响(P>0.05);血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性显著降低(P<0.05),而肌酸激酶(CK)活性极显著升高(P<0.01)。试验结果表明热应激使泌乳奶牛内分泌紊乱。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究泌乳母猪饲粮添加不同水平L-精氨酸(L-Arg)对泌乳母猪生产性能、血清氨基酸浓度和免疫生化指标的影响。选择32头2胎体重相近的健康母猪(长白×大约克),随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复1头猪。4组母猪分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0(对照组)、0.8%、1.0%和1.2%L-Arg的饲粮,正式试验期从母猪分娩当天开始到仔猪21日龄断奶结束。试验期21 d。结果表明:试验第10天和第18天,除0.8%L-Arg组泌乳母猪血清鸟氨酸浓度与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)外,饲粮添加不同水平L-Arg均显著或极显著提高了泌乳母猪血清中精氨酸、鸟氨酸和脯氨酸的浓度(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中1.0%L-Arg、1.2%L-Arg组的效果最好;第10天和第18天,饲粮添加不同水平L-Arg对泌乳母猪血清中总蛋白浓度影响不显著(P>0.05),但能显著提高其血清中白蛋白、免疫球蛋白M和免疫球蛋白G浓度(P<0.05),显著降低尿素氮浓度(P<0.05),其中1.0%L-Arg组尿素氮浓度最低,但3个L-Arg添加组之间血清免疫生化指标均差异不显著(P>0.05);饲粮添加不同水平L-Arg显著提高了仔猪断奶窝重、断奶均重、平均日增重(P<0.05),其中1.0%L-Arg组提高最多,但3个L-Arg添加组之间也差异不显著(P>0.05)。1.0%L-Arg组母猪断奶后的发情间隔比其他3组显著缩短(P<0.05),对照组、0.8%L-Arg组和1.2%L-Arg组母猪断奶后的发情间隔无显著性差异(P>0.05),但有缩短的趋势。回归分析表明,母猪血清中各氨基酸浓度均随饲粮L-Arg添加水平的增加而线性上升(P<0.05),但母猪生产性能和血清免疫生化指标与饲粮L-Arg添加水平的回归关系不显著(P>0.05)。结果提示,饲粮中添加L-Arg可提高泌乳母猪血清中部分氨基酸浓度、改善泌乳母猪的新陈代谢和免疫机能,在提高仔猪生长性能同时缩短了母猪断奶后的发情间隔。在本试验条件下,泌乳母猪饲粮L-Arg最适添加量为1.0%。  相似文献

对比研究热应激与非热应激期泌乳奶牛血清中抗氧化指标和微量元素含量的变化,发现夏季热应激使奶牛血清中抗氧化酶如超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性极显著(P<0.01)降低,活性氧(ROS)和丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著(P<0.01)升高,总抗氧化能力(TAOC)和微量元素Zn、Cu、Fe含量均显著(P<0.05)降低,且Zn的下降幅度较大(P<0.01),而Mn的含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明:热应激使泌乳奶牛抗氧化性能降低,微量元素代谢紊乱。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究母猪饲粮中添加山梨酸对泌乳母猪和哺乳仔猪生产性能、血清生化指标以及初乳游离脂肪酸浓度的影响。试验选用遗传背景一致、妊娠第1胎、体况和预产期相近的18头大约克母猪(纯繁),随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪,分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0(对照)、0.125%和0.200%山梨酸的试验饲粮,试验从母猪妊娠第84天开始至泌乳第21天结束。结果表明:饲粮中添加0.200%的山梨酸可提高泌乳期1~7 d和1~21 d母猪的背膘损失(0.63和1.10 mm,P<0.10和P<0.05)、日均泌乳量(18.44%和13.46%,P<0.10)以及仔猪的平均日增重(16.84%和13.49%,P<0.10)和窝重(7.80%和10.40%,P<0.05),显著提高母猪初乳和仔猪(泌乳第7天)血清的游离脂肪酸浓度以及母猪和仔猪(泌乳第7天)的血清胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)浓度(P<0.05),显著降低母猪及仔猪血清尿素氮(分别为泌乳第1天和第7天)和皮质醇的浓度(泌乳第7天)(P<0.05)。由此可见,母猪饲粮中添加0.200%的山梨酸可提高初乳游离脂肪酸浓度和泌乳第7天母猪及仔猪血清IGF-Ⅰ浓度,改善仔猪的生产性能。  相似文献

试验旨在研究热应激对金定鸭生产性能、血液生殖激素、卵巢生殖相关基因表达量及免疫指标的影响。试验选用产蛋期400日龄的金定鸭,设置对照组(常温组)、试验组(热应激)。对照组环境温度(25±2)℃,试验组环境温度(35±2)℃;测定热应激下金定鸭生产指标、血清生殖激素指标和免疫指标、卵巢生殖基因表达量。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组产蛋率、总蛋重和平均蛋重极显著降低(P<0.01);血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)含量显著降低(P<0.05);卵巢促性腺素释放激素(GnRH)基因表达量显著降低(P<0.05),促黄体生成素(LH)基因表达量极显著降低(P<0.05);血清IgG含量极显著降低(P<0.01),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。由此可见,热应激对金定鸭生产性能、生殖激素水平及免疫指标产生不利影响,其中产蛋率、总蛋重、平均蛋重、血清FSH及卵巢LH、GnRH基因表达量均显著降低,蛋鸭炎性因子水平显著增加,机体免疫力显著下降。  相似文献

用72头荷斯坦奶牛研究了夏季热应激对血液生化指标及泌乳性能的影响。结果表明:热应激期奶牛血清中γ-球蛋白含量较非热应激期的冬、春、秋季分别降低39.51%(P<0.01),35.81%(P<0.01)和16.48%(P>0.05);热应激期奶牛血清中抗坏血酸含量较冬、春、秋季分别降低26.03%(P<0.01)、13.35%(P<0.05)和15.01%(P<0.05);热应激期奶牛血清钙、钾、钠含量显著降低(P<0.01),但对血清镁含量无显著影响(P>0.05);热应激期奶牛各泌乳阶段泌乳量均显著低于非热应激期(P<0.01),泌乳前期奶牛对热应激的反应较泌乳中、后期奶牛敏感,产奶量下降幅度较大。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究酿酒酵母培养物对泌乳奶牛生产性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清生化和免疫指标的影响。选取产奶量、胎次和泌乳天数相近的健康荷斯坦泌乳奶牛45头,随机分成3个组,每组15个重复,每个重复1头牛。对照组饲喂基础饲粮组,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组分别在基础饲粮中添加精料量1%和2%的酿酒酵母培养物。预试期10 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:1)试验Ⅱ组产奶量极显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01);试验Ⅰ组产奶量较对照组提高了0.36 kg/d,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组的干物质采食量较对照组分别提高了0.22和0.46 kg/d,但差异不显著(P>0.05);各组之间乳成分和饲料转化效率差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组干物质表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组粗蛋白表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各组之间中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05)。4)试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组丙血清氨酸转移酶活性极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),试验Ⅱ组血清免疫球蛋白G含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),各组之间其他各项血清生化和免疫指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加精料量2%的酿酒酵母培养物可显著提高泌乳奶牛生产性能,改善机体免疫能力,从而增加牧场经济效益。  相似文献

在各种应激因子中,热应激对泌乳母猪的影响最大。泌乳母猪发生热应激后会通过各种机制来保持体内的热平衡,比如降低食欲、重新分布血流以及改变内分泌状态,泌乳母猪的体重减轻程度加大,母猪泌乳量和仔猪生长率降低,母猪的繁殖性能也会受到影响。本文从热应激对泌乳母猪的生产性能、乳成分、生理指标、血液生化指标及催乳激素等方面的影响进行了论述,为目前的养猪生产提供参考。  相似文献

本研究旨在探索热应激对牛miRNA表达量和血清生化指标的影响及其相互关系,筛选牛血清中与热应激相关的调控因子。选择20头体况相近、饲养管理一致的红安格斯公牛,分别于热应激期和非热应激期采集血样,进行血清生化指标及miRNA表达量的测定。结果表明,与非热应激期相比,热应激下血清Cl-浓度、LDH活性显著升高(P0.05),MDA含量极显著升高(P0.01);T-AOC活性、GSH-Px活性、IgA含量、IgG含量显著降低(P0.05),SOD活性、IL-2含量极显著降低(P0.01)。对血清miRNA定量分析发现,miR-181a、miR-486表达量显著下调(P0.05),分别与IgA、IL-2含量均呈显著正相关(P0.05),分别与IgG含量呈极显著正相关(P0.01)。而miR-1246表达量极显著上调(P0.01),与MDA含量呈极显著正相关(P0.01)。综上表明,miR-1246、miR-181a、miR-486在机体热应激状态下参与了调控免疫应答及抗氧化等方面的作用,可作为肉牛抗热应激的分子标记。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加脂肪酸钙和烟酸铬对热应激奶牛产奶性能、生理指标及血清生化指标的影响。采用随机区组试验设计,根据年龄、胎次(2~3胎)、产奶量、泌乳期相近的原则,将21头健康奶牛分为3组,每组7个重复,对照组、Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组分别饲喂基础饲粮、基础饲粮+250 g/d脂肪酸钙和基础饲粮+10 mg/kg烟酸铬。预试期10 d,正试期40 d。试验期内日平均温湿指数(THI)为79.99。结果表明:1)饲粮添加脂肪酸钙和烟酸铬分别使标准乳产量极显著提高了26.37%(P<0.01)、10.78%(P<0.01);饲粮添加脂肪酸钙使乳脂率极显著提高了31.61%(P<0.01)。2)饲粮添加脂肪酸钙和烟酸铬分别使呼吸频率显著降低了10.01%(P<0.05)、11.69%(P<0.01)。3)饲粮添加脂肪酸钙和烟酸铬分别使血清谷草转氨酶活性极显著降低了25.80%(P<0.01)、19.00%(P<0.01),血清肌酸激酶活性分别显著降低了9.88%(P<0.05)、8.89%(P<0.05);饲粮添加脂肪酸钙使血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)和丙二醛(MDA)浓度分别显著提高了14.47%(P<0.05)、23.12%(P<0.01)和38.89%(P<0.05);饲粮添加烟酸铬使血清T3、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)浓度分别显著提高了11.84%(P<0.05)、32.61%(P<0.05);饲粮添加脂肪酸钙和烟酸铬分别使血清热休克蛋白70(HSP70)表达量显著提高了39.94%(P<0.01)、28.10%(P<0.05)。结果提示,饲粮添加脂肪酸钙和烟酸铬可提高产奶量,通过调节内分泌、增强抗氧化能力、调节HSP70表达等来增强奶牛耐热性。  相似文献

This study was conducted to determine the effect of reduced lactation length and supplemental milk replacer (MR) during high ambient temperatures. Thirty nine primiparous and 100 multiparous sows (PIC, Franklin, KY, C-22) were used in a 2 x 2 x 2 factorial arrangement of treatments. Treatments consisted of two lactation room temperatures (21 degrees C [TN] and 32 degrees C [HOT]), two lactation lengths (14 or 19 d), and two parity groups (primiparous, multiparous). Pigs were either: 1) sow-reared to 19 d or 2) sow-reared to 14 d, and then reared to 19 d with MR after sow removal. All sows were fed the same diet (1.07% lysine, 3,366 kcal of ME/kg). Sows were weighed and ultrasound for backfat thickness (BF) and longissimus muscle area (LMA) within 6 h after farrowing and at the time of sow removal (d 14 or 19). Pigs were individually weighed at weaning (d 19) and after a 47-d nursery period (d 66). Heat stress increased sow weight loss (-13.35 kg, P < 0.01) and decreased sow feed intake (4.63 kg/d, P < 0.01) during lactation compared with sows in TN (+4.5 kg and 7.5 kg/d, respectively). Early weaning (d 14) during heat stress decreased maternal weight loss (-10.1 vs. -16.6 kg, P < 0.01). Primiparous sows lost more BF in both environments (-2.60 vs. -1.56 mm, P < 0.05), and both parity groups lost more BF (-3.35 vs. -2.3 mm, P < 0.10) and LMA (-1.82 vs. -0.77 cm2, P < 0.05) when lactating for 19 d in the HOT environment than those lactating for 14 d. Pigs nursing primiparous and multiparous sows in the HOT environment and provided MR had heavier individual 19-d weights (7.37 and 8.12 kg/ pig, respectively) than those nursing to 19 d (5.57 and 6.04 kg/pig, P < 0.01). Milk replacer decreased the difference normally observed in 19-d weights between primiparous and multiparous sow-reared pigs in TN. Pigs fed MR in both environments and nursing multiparous sows had improved weight gains in the nursery compared with pigs nursing sows to 19 d (428 vs. 406 g/d, respectively; P < 0.01), or reared by primiparous sows (444 vs. 390 g/d , respectively; P < 0.01). Sow weaning on d 14 in the HOT environment decreased the wean-to-estrus interval in primiparous sows (22.8 vs. 9.2 d, P < 0.10). This study shows the benefit of early weaning in combination with milk replacer to preserve the sow and to restore pig weaning weights and nursery end weights under heat stress.  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to evaluate whether administration of recombinant porcine somatotropin (pST) to sows (Hampshire-Yorkshire) enhanced lactational performance. In Exp. 1, sows (n = 84) were fed a corn-soybean meal diet (17.8% CP), or a similar diet with 8% added fat, from d 108 of gestation to d 28 of lactation. Half of the sows fed each diet were injected with 6 mg/d of pST from d 108 of gestation to d 24 of lactation. Diets were fed at 2.27 kg/d from d 108 of gestation until farrowing and then were self-fed during lactation. By d 3 of lactation, litter size was standardized at 8 to 10 pigs per litter. Treating sows with pST resulted in a 10-fold increase (P less than .001) in serum somatotropin at 4 h postinjection. Serum glucose was increased (P less than .01) and serum triglycerides, creatinine, and urea N were decreased (P less than .01) by pST. During the summer, apparent heat stress occurred in pST-treated sows, resulting in 14 deaths. Most (10) of the deaths occurred just before, during, or shortly after farrowing. Fewer (P less than .08) deaths occurred when pST-treated sows were fed the diet with added fat. Sows treated with pST consumed less feed (P less than .10) and lost more backfat (P less than .10) during lactation than controls. Increasing the dietary fat did not prevent these changes. Weaning weights of pigs and milk yield of sows (estimated by deuterium oxide dilution) were not affected by pST treatment. In Exp. 2, sows (n = 42) were injected weekly with 0 or 70 mg of pST on d 3, 10, 17, and 24 of lactation. Litters were standardized by d 3 at 8 to 10 pigs, and sows were fed the same control (low fat) diet as in Exp. 1. Sows treated with pST consumed less feed and lost more weight and backfat during lactation than untreated sows. Litter size, average pig weaning weights, and milk yield were not influenced by pST treatment. These data indicate that a 6-mg daily injection of pST from 6 d prepartum to d 24 of lactation or a 70-mg weekly injection of pST from 3 d postpartum to d 24 of lactation does not increase milk production in lactating sows.  相似文献

试验旨在研究日粮中添喂两种植物雌激素及其组合物对奶牛乳成分、血液生化指标和抗氧化性能的影响。选取健康、年龄及泌乳期相近的40头荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为4组:1个对照组、3个试验组,每组10头。对照组饲喂全混合日粮,试验组在饲喂全混合日粮的基础上添加2.5 g大豆黄酮(试验Ⅰ组)、35 g芒柄花素(试验Ⅱ组)、1.25 g大豆黄酮和17.5 g芒柄花素(试验Ⅲ组)。预试期7 d,正试期120 d。分别于试验的第0、30、60、90、120天采集乳样,测定乳成分;颈静脉采集血液样品,3 500 r/min离心15 min,分离血浆,-20 ℃保存备用。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组产奶量、乳蛋白产量均显著提高(P< 0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组乳糖产量显著提高(P< 0.05);试验Ⅲ组T-AOC显著提高(P< 0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组GSH-Px活性显著提高(P< 0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组MDA含量极显著降低(P< 0.05);乳脂产量、乳糖率及TP、ALB、GLB含量均无显著差异(P> 0.05);CAT、SOD活性均有一定程度的提高。由此可见,日粮中添喂两种植物雌激素及其组合物能够在一定程度上提高荷斯坦奶牛的产奶量、乳蛋白含量和乳糖含量,能够提高奶牛机体抗氧化能力,增强免疫功能。  相似文献

本试验旨在探讨王不留行黄酮苷和葛根异黄酮对哺乳母猪泌乳性能及血清激素和抗氧化指标的影响。试验采用2×2双因子随机设计,主效应分别为王不留行黄酮苷(0、2 g/kg)、葛根异黄酮(0、2.5 g/kg)及二者互作。选择胎次和预产期相近的经产长白母猪24头,随机分为4个组(对照组、王不留行黄酮苷组、葛根异黄酮组和混合组),每组6头猪。预试期7 d,正试期21 d。结果表明:1)混合组母猪平均日采食量显著高于对照组(P0.05);与对照组相比,各添加组哺乳第2周仔猪平均日增重均有升高的趋势,混合组显著高于对照组(P0.05)。各添加组常乳中胰岛素样生长因子I含量显著高于对照组(P0.05),且各组间均差异显著(P0.05)。2)混合组第1、10、21天血清中生长激素,第21天雌激素和第1、10、21天催乳素含量均显著高于对照组(P0.05)。3)各添加组第10、21天血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著高于对照组(P0.05),第10、21天血清中丙二醛含量显著低于对照组(P0.05)。混合组第1、10、21天的血清中总超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于对照组(P0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,添加王不留行黄酮苷和葛根异黄酮提高了母猪的泌乳量,血清中催乳素、生长激素含量及总超氧化物歧化酶活性,使母猪泌乳性能、血清激素和抗氧化指标得到提高。  相似文献

选取泌乳天数<40 d的健康奶牛 12头,按胎次、泌乳天数和产奶量相同或相似的原则,分为试验组和对照组。两组日粮组成相同,试验组牛每天添加益康XP的剂量为试验第1天至第7天500 g/(头·d),从第 8 天后减少到120 g/(头·d),分两次饲喂。试验期为60 d。于试验前 1 天,试验第 20 天,40天和第 60 天分别采血,用鲎试剂法测定血浆内毒素含量;定期测定日均产奶量、乳脂率、乳蛋白率和体细胞数;记录情期受胎率及疾病发生情况。结果表明,试验组奶牛在试验后第20天,第 40 天和第 60 天血浆内毒素均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);产奶量在第20天,第60天显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组奶牛乳脂率、乳蛋白率、体细胞数差异均不显著(P>0.05);试验组情期受胎率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);在疾病发生率方面,试验组极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。  相似文献

试验旨在研究颈静脉灌注精氨酸(Arg)对奶牛血常规指标、血清生化指标及必需氨基酸含量的影响。选用6头体重、胎次、泌乳期、泌乳量和体况等基本一致的荷斯坦奶牛,采用3×3复拉丁方设计,随机分为3组,即对照组(灌注酪蛋白模式的氨基酸混合物)、Arg灌注组(灌注37.66 g/d)和等氮丙氨酸组(灌注77.24 g/d),进行7 d灌注期+15 d间隔期的颈静脉灌注试验。结果表明:与对照组和等氮丙氨酸组相比,Arg灌注组可降低白细胞计数(P<0.01),而对其他血常规指标无显著影响;等氮丙氨酸组高密度脂蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05);低密度脂蛋白以Arg灌注组最高,但3组间差异不显著;与对照组和等氮丙氨酸组相比,Arg灌注组血浆中Arg含量提高(P<0.05),但其他8种必需氨基酸和总必需氨基酸含量未见显著差异。由此可见,颈静脉灌注Arg对泌乳奶牛脂质代谢有一定的调控作用,对血常规指标和必需氨基酸含量的影响不大。  相似文献

To investigate the influencing factors of locomotion score (LS) and its impacts on production performance and blood routine index in Holstein,body condition score (BCS),LS and DHI (dairy herd improvement) of 1 486 lactating cows from two dairy farms,and the blood routine indexes of 101 lactating cows from one farm in Beijing were measured.The fixed model was used to analyze the impacts of herd,parity and lactation stage on LS,and the impacts of LS and BCS on daily milk yield,somatic cell score,milk composition and blood routine indexes in dairy cows.The results showed that both parity and lactation stage had significant impacts on LS.The LS increased with the increase of parit,the LS increased by 0.71 from first lactation to fifth and above lactation.The LS of cow in lactation stage Ⅲ(100-199 d) and Ⅵ (after 350 d) were significantly higher than cow in stage Ⅱ (45-99 d)(P<0.05),and both were higher than 2.The LS had no significant impacts on daily milk yield,milk composition and somatic cell score (P>0.05).However,the milk yield of the cow with LS≥4 was the lowest,and a decrease of 2.29 kg was found compared with the cow with LS=1.Among the various blood routine indexes,LS had significant impacts on red blood cell count,hemoglobin content,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration and lymphocyte count (P<0.05),and had no significant impacts on white blood cell count (P>0.05).With the increase of LS,the red blood cell count,hemoglobin content,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration and lymphocyte count of cows decreased with different extents.There were some problems on the body immunity and hematopoiesis of cows with poor LS.In dairy farm,regular evaluation of LS could be used to find the management problems of feet and legs,which had a great significance to reduce the loss of production performance and early culling caused by hoof disease.  相似文献
