Phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase (PEPCK) is known to exist as mitochondrial (PEPCK‐M) and cytosolic isoforms (PEPCK‐C). They are involved in glucose production and play vital roles in regulating glucose homeostasis. This study aimed to (1) clone and characterize PEPCK‐C cDNA from golden pompano fish (Trachinotus ovatus), which are known to have poor utilization of dietary carbohydrates, and (2) analyze the regulation of its expression by varying dietary carbohydrate‐to‐lipid ratios and nutritional status. A full length golden pompano PEPCK‐C cDNA fragment of 2,652 bp was cloned, which contains an open reading frame of 1,875 bp encoding 624 amino acids and shows a high homology to cobia (Rachycentron canadum) PEPCK‐C sequence (92% similarity). The analysis of tissue distributions of PEPCK‐C mRNA showed that a high abundance of PEPCK‐C was expressed in golden pompano liver, followed by kidney; while lower expression levels were found in the heart and intestine. In liver, PEPCK is under the regulation of dietary composition and nutritional status at the enzymatic and molecular levels. Our results indicate that PEPCK‐C plays a modulating role in the adaptation of hepatic gluconeogenesis to different nutrient conditions. Thus, the absence of molecular inhibition of gluconeogenic PEPCK gene expression in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) and gilthead sea bream (Sparus aurata), which can at least partially account for their poor utilization of dietary carbohydrate, is specific to these species and is not observed in golden pompano. Further studies that examine, at the enzymatic and molecular levels, other key enzymes involved in hepatic glucose metabolism are necessary to understand the poor utilization of carbohydrates in golden pompano.  相似文献

Large yellow croaker accounts for the largest biomass production of any maricultured fish in China. However, very little is known about the genetic parameters of its commercially important traits. As an initial step towards developing a selective breeding programme, genetic parameters of nine quantitative traits were estimated using a marker‐based method. Dorsal fin samples were collected to extract genomic DNA, and GBS method was employed to construct the libraries for sequencing. Genetic parameters were estimated by REML method through a genomic relationship matrix (G matrix) constructed by abundant genomewide SNPs. The nine traits were body weight (BWT), body length (BL), body height (BH), length/height ratio (LTH), body width (BWH), eviscerated weight (EW), gonad weight (GW), eviscerated weight/body weight ratio (REB) and swim bladder index (SBI). Estimates of heritability were 0.63 ± 0.11, 0.60 ± 0.11, 0.53 ± 0.11, 0.34 ± 0.11, 0.55 ± 0.11, 0.66 ± 0.11, 0.37 ± 0.10, 0.25 ± 0.08 and 0.71 ± 0.10 for the nine traits respectively. The relatively high heritability values may be derived from calculating the genetic relationship by high‐density SNPs. To illustrate that, we had studied on the variation of the heritability estimates with different number of SNPs evenly sampled from 29748 SNPs. The results showed that the estimates of heritability generally decreased when the number of SNPs reduced. There were relatively high phenotypic and genetic correlations between the pairs of BWT, BL, BH, BWH and EW, which indicated that genetic improvement for these traits could be accomplished merely by selecting one trait. The results obtained in this study may provide a reference for the later selective breeding programme.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to screen single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of the farnesoic acid O‐methyltransferase gene in shrimp, Penaeus chinensis (PcFAMeT), and analyze the potential association between PcFAMeT gene polymorphisms and growth traits in a cultured population. Four SNPs (A163G, G392T, A708G, and T752C) were tested for association with six growth traits in 240 individuals using the polymerase chain reaction‐restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR‐RFLP) method. The association analysis of SNPs of PcFAMeT gene with the six growth traits was carried out using general linear model estimation. Results indicated that SNP2 (G392T) of the PcFAMeT gene was significantly associated with body weight (P < 0.05) and carapace width (P < 0.05). The individuals of genotype GG grew faster than those of genotype GT and TT. The results would provide potential application in future shrimp breeding programs and may be used to improve the efficiency in shrimp, P. chinensis, breeding programs.  相似文献

Effect of weaning time on the larval performance of golden pompano Trachinotus ovatus was studied in the experimental condition. The same weaning regime started on four different days of posthatch (DPH): 13 DPH (W13), 16 DPH (W16), 19 DPH (W19) and 22 DPH (W22), respectively. Growth, survival, RNA/DNA ratios and mid‐gut cell height of fish were assessed in each weaning regime over time. Growth and survival rates of fish larvae weaned in the W19 and W22 regimes were significantly higher than those in the W13 and W16 regimes. No significant differences were found either between W19 and W22, or between W13 and W16 treatments. Fish showed a decrease in the RNA/DNA ratio in W13, but a trend of increase in W16, W19 and W22. Weaning time significantly affected the mid‐gut cell height in larval golden pompano. On 24 DPH, the mid‐gut cell height of fish in the W13 and W16 treatments was significantly thinner than those in the W19 and W22 treatments. Based on fish growth, survival, RNA/DNA ratio and mid‐gut cell height, weaning can be started on 13 DPH in golden pompano larvae, but we recommend that the best weaning window be 16–22 DPH. These results are supported by histological and nutritional evidence and would guide the weaning process for golden pompano larvae, and offer a useful approach to explore the weaning protocol in larval fish rearing.  相似文献

Three single nucleotide polymorphisms, c.1462C > T, c.1663G > T and c.2023G > A, in smad4 gene were isolated and typed in a normal population (meio‐G0), a first‐generation gynogenetic population (meio‐G1) and a second‐generation gynogenetic population (meio‐G2) in topmouth culter (Culter alburnus) by using the tetra‐primer amplification refractory mutation system (ARMS) PCR. The homozygosity of different loci in the three populations was analysed to study the efficiency of gene purification in this fish. Correlation of the three populations to seven growth traits (body length, body weight, body thickness, body height, total length, caudal peduncle length and caudal peduncle height) was estimated. Results showed that homozygosity and homozygosity rates of three SNP loci from meio‐G0 to meio‐G2 increased obviously, and the average homozygosity of c.1462C > T and c.1663G > T loci was 0.930 and 0.880 in meio‐G2 population, which was significantly higher than that in meio‐G0 population. In the meio‐G1 and meio‐G2 populations, correlation of seven growth traits with the CC genotype was significantly higher than that with the TT and TC genotypes in the c.1462C > T locus (p < .05). These results suggested that the CC genotype in the c.1462C > T locus could be an advantage mutation that stably affects the growth of different generations of this fish. It may be used as a potential molecular marker for gene‐assisted selection to improve a range of growth traits in topmouth culter.  相似文献

Effects of salinity on the growth, survival, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPX) and sodium‐potassium adenosine triphosphatase (Na+K+‐ATPase) activities of juvenile golden pompano Trachinotus ovatus were studied under a laboratory condition. Experimental fish were reared at the salinities of 10‰, 18‰, 26‰ and 34‰ for 30 days. Growth and survival of juvenile golden pompano were significantly affected by the rearing salinity. Fish reared at 34‰ achieved the highest specific growth rate, while the highest survival was obtained when fish were cultured at the salinity of 26‰. The highest GPX activity was obtained when fish were cultured at 26‰, and the lowest GPX activity was observed when fish reared at 34‰ salinity. The SOD activities of fish reared at 18‰ and 34‰ were significantly higher than those reared at 10‰ and 26‰. The lowest of Na+K+‐ATPase activity was obtained in fish reared at 34‰, while the highest Na+K+‐ATPase activity was obtained when fish reared at 18‰. Results from present study indicate that juvenile golden pompano can be reared above 18‰ without sacrificing fish survival, and the best growth can be achieved when fish is reared at the salinity of 34‰. The salinity of 10‰ may be too low for juvenile golden pompano as the growth, survival and SOD activity were reduced.  相似文献

A 56‐day feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of replacing fish meal with cottonseed protein concentrate (CPC) (free gossypol < 7.9 mg/kg) in the diets on the growth, intestinal microflora, haematological and antioxidant indices of juvenile golden pompano (Trachinotus ovatus). Six diets were designed: fishmeal diets (FM) which contained 340 g/kg fishmeal, as well as five CPC diets, each with differing CPC concentrations (120, 240, 360, 480 and 600 g/kg) to replace the fish meal. The weight gain rate (WGR) and specific growth rate (SGR) showed no significant difference among groups (p > .05) with the dietary CPC level ranged from 0 to 360 g/kg. Serum cholesterol (CHO) of C36 and triglyceride (TG) levels of C36 and C12 were significantly higher than the FM (p < .05). Total protein (TP) levels of C12 were significantly lower than the FM (p < .05). Among the treatments, C36 had higher glutathione peroxidase (GSH‐PX) and total superoxide dismutase (T‐SOD) than FM (p < .05). From the data analysis of 16s sequencing, with increasing CPC concentration, the proportion of harmful microbial taxa (Proteobacteria and Vibrio) increased. The results of this study support that CPC products are acceptable in practical diets for golden pompano. And the optimal dietary CPC replacement of golden pompano was estimated to be 259.3 g/kg.  相似文献

Effect of rearing salinity on the performance of juvenile golden pompano Trachinotus ovatus (Linnaeus 1758) was studied under a laboratory condition. Fish growth, survival, RNA/DNA ratio, pepsin activity, α‐amylase activity and FCR were used as evaluation criteria. The growth and RNA/DNA ratio were significantly affected by the rearing salinity. High growth rate and RNA/DNA ratio were observed when fish were reared at the salinity of 34‰. The pepsin activity of fish was not significantly affected by the rearing salinity. However, the α‐amylase activity of fish was significantly affected by the rearing salinity. The α‐amylase activity of fish reared at the salinity of 10‰ was significantly lower than fish cultured at the salinity of 34‰. Rearing salinity can significantly affect the FCR of juvenile golden pompano. The FCR of fish cultured at the salinity of 10‰ was 5‐times higher than the FCR of fish reared at 34‰. Results from the present study indicate that juvenile golden pompano can be reared above 26‰ without affecting fish performance, and the salinity of 10‰ may be too low to rear juvenile golden pompano as fish growth, RNA/DNA ratio and α‐amylase activity were reduced.  相似文献

以传统的理论生物学研究方法,对孵化后卵形鲳鲹1~36日龄仔、稚鱼各器官测量和分析,研究其在早期环境适应上的异速生长及其生态学含义,以期为卵形鲳鲹的人工繁殖、育苗提供参考。试验结果表明,卵形鲳鲹仔、稚鱼的感觉、呼吸、摄食和游泳等器官快速分化,均存在异速生长现象。在头部器官中,吻长、口宽、眼径和头高在仔鱼期均为正异速生长,稚鱼期头高为等速生长,吻长、眼径和口宽为负异速生长。在身体各部位中,仔鱼期头长、体高和尾长为正异速生长,躯干长为负异速生长;稚鱼期各部分皆为等速生长;在游泳器官中,仔鱼期卵形鲳鲹胸鳍长、尾鳍高和臀鳍长为正异速生长,尾鳍长为等速生长,背鳍长为负异速生长;稚鱼期背鳍长和臀鳍长为正异速生长,胸鳍长、尾鳍长和尾鳍高为等速生长。卵形鲳鲹这些关键部位的快速发育,使外源性营养开始后以最小的代谢损耗获得了生存能力的显著提升,对适应复杂的生存压力具有重要的生态学意义。  相似文献

Three groups of juvenile golden pompano, Trachinotus ovatus (54.75 ± 0.25 g), were each fed one of three diets containing different lipid sources: fish oil (FO), soybean oil (SO) and lard oil (LO). Fish were reared in sea cages for 8 weeks, and the fish fed the FO diet had significantly higher specific growth rate (SGR) but lower condition factor (CF) than the other treatments. The fatty acid (FA) composition of whole‐body lipids was closely correlated with those in the diets. Although no differences can be found in hepatic fatty acid synthase (fasn) activity, the carnitine palmitoyl transferase 1 (cpt1) activity in fish fed the FO diet was significantly higher compared with other treatments. In addition, the relative gene expression of lipid metabolism‐related enzymes, such as cpt1, fas, apolipoprotein B100 (apoB100), delta‐6 fatty acyl desaturase (fadsd6) and fatty acid‐binding protein 1 (fabp1), was also influenced by the different dietary lipid sources. Serum triglyceride (TG) and glucose content in fish fed the LO and FO diets were significantly higher than those in the SO group. Accordingly, it can be concluded that FO could not be completely replaced by SO or LO in golden pompano diets. The lipid sources of a diet could impose significant influence on body condition factor and hepatic lipid metabolism of golden pompano.  相似文献

Two 8‐wk feeding trials were conducted to examine the effect of replacing dietary fish meal with poultry by‐product meal (PBM) and soybean meal (SBM) on growth, feed utilization, body composition, and wastes output of juvenile golden pompano, Trachinotus ovatus (initial body weight 16.7 g), reared in net pens. A control diet (C) was formulated to contain 35% fish meal. In Trial I, dietary fish meal level was reduced to 21, 14, 7, and 0% by replacing 40, 60, 80, and 100% of the fish meal in diet C with PBM. The weight gain (WG), nitrogen retention efficiency (NRE), and energy retention efficiency (ERE) decreased, while the feed conversion ratio (FCR) and total waste output of nitrogen (TNW) increased, with the fish meal level reducing from 35 to 21%. No significant differences were found in the hepatosomatic index, viscersomatic index, and body composition between fish fed diet C and test diets. In Trial II, a 2 × 2 layout was established, and 40 and 60% of the fish meal in diet C was replaced by either PBM or SBM. At the same fish meal replacement level, the WG and NRE were higher and the FCR and TNW were lower in fish fed the diets with fish meal replaced by PBM than in fish fed the diets with fish meal replaced by SBM. The results of this study indicate that more than 21% fish meal must be retained in diets for golden pompano when PBM or SBM is used alone as a fish meal substitute.  相似文献

为确定脂肪源种类对卵形鲳鲹肠道微生物结构和组成的影响,本研究通过高通量测序技术分析不同脂肪源对卵形鲳鲹肠道微生物菌群结构、多样性和差异性的影响。以鱼油、磷虾油、豆油、玉米油,1∶1鱼油-豆油、1∶1鱼油-玉米油、1∶1磷虾油-豆油和1∶1磷虾油-玉米油为主要脂肪源,配制了8种等氮等能的饲料投喂640尾卵形鲳鲹。测序结果显示,在卵形鲳鲹肠道内共获得1087662个序列,运算分类单元稀释曲线趋于平缓表明测序深度已经基本覆盖到样品中所有的物种。在门水平上,主要注释到拟杆菌门、厚壁菌门、变形菌门和软壁菌门4个门,且变形菌门为优势菌群。不同脂肪源对ACE指数、Chao1指数、香农-威纳指数和辛普森多样性指数具有显著影响,磷虾油组和1∶1鱼油-豆油组具有较高的肠道微生物丰富度和多样性。主坐标分析和主成分分析表明,不同脂肪源对肠道菌群结构影响显著,这可能与脂肪酸种类和含量有关。本试验结果显示,不同脂肪源对卵形鲳鲹肠道微生物菌群具有显著影响。  相似文献

选择具有生长优势的长牡蛎(Crassostrea gigas)G2(A)家系及具有明显生长和存活优势的G19(B)和G28(C)家系进行完全双列杂交,得到包括3个自交组(AA、BB、CC)和6个杂交组(AB、AC、BA、BC、CA、CB)共9个壳金长牡蛎实验组,分析各实验组在幼虫期及稚贝期不同日龄的各生长指标和存活性能,并评估了杂交组的杂种优势。结果表明,在整个培育阶段,大多数杂交组在不同生长时期均表现出较高的生长和存活性能,其中,浮游幼虫期5日龄,所有杂交组的壳高和壳长均显著大于自交组(P0.05);10日龄后,杂交组CB、BC和AC的壳高显著大于相应的自交组(P0.05),杂种优势明显;稚贝期85和130日龄,杂交组CB的壳高性能大于其他实验组。浮游幼虫期10日龄,CB组存活率显著大于AA、CA组(P0.05);稚贝期85日龄后,杂交组AC、CA和CB的存活率杂种优势逐渐增大;190日龄,杂交组AC、BC与自交组AA、CC之间存活率差异显著(P0.05)。研究结果为壳金长牡蛎新品种的培育及杂种优势的充分利用奠定了重要基础。  相似文献

通过佛山市白金水产良种选育场提供的草鱼EST库的醛缩酶B基因重叠群的2个Contig扩增该基因的序列片段,采用直接测序法,经过序列比对,共筛到C+687G、C+1042A和A117C等3个颠换SNPs位点。C+687G位于醛缩酶B基因外显子6的63 bp处,为同义突变;C+1042A位于外显子8的43 bp处,为错义突变;A117C位于内含子7的117 bp处。采用Snapshot方法对同一群体的296尾草鱼的这3个SNPs位点进行检测和分型,并统计基因型频率。3个SNPs位点中AA的频率分别为42.9%、32.8%、32.8%;AB的频率分别为42.9%、45.9%、45.6%;BB的频率分别为14.2%、21.3%、21.6%。利用一般线性模型分析3个SNPs位点与草鱼体质量、体长等重要生长性状的关系,关联分析结果显示,C+687G位点不同基因型只在体长/尾柄长比值上存在显著差异(P0.05),和体质量等重要生长性状不相关。A117C和C+1042A两个位点都在体质量等4个生长性状上存在显著差异(P0.05)。将3个SNPs位点不同基因型两两位点组成3个组合的双倍型(都去掉了频率小于3%的组合),结果显示,C+687G和A117C以及C+687G和C+1042A的2个组合分别组成的7种双倍型在体质量等5个生长性状上都存在显著差异(P0.05);A117C和C+1042A组成的3种双倍型在体质量、眼间距等2个生长性状上都存在显著差异(P0.05)。研究认为,可以考虑将草鱼醛缩酶B基因作为生长相关的候选基因,用于草鱼的分子辅助育种。  相似文献

为了探索草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)PRL(prolactin)基因多态性与草鱼生长性状和肌肉成分的关联性,通过测序法从10尾草鱼的PRL基因中筛选到6个突变率高于30%的变异位点,包括5个单核苷酸变异位点和1个插入型突变(–/CACTCACTA),分别命名为2551GA、2639GC、3247AG、5197TG、5897GA和3391–+。利用AS-PCR(allele-specific PCR)和基因分型技术对192尾4月龄草鱼的PRL基因变异位点进行检测;基于一般线性模型对变异位点多态性与草鱼生长性状和肌肉成分进行相关性分析。研究发现,2639GC、3391–+和5197TG对体长和体重具有显著影响(P0.05),2639GC对肌肉粗蛋白含量具有显著影响(P0.05)。单个位点基因型比较发现,3391–+的突变型(–+和++)个体的体长和体重均显著高于野生型(––)个体(P0.05);2639GC的GC及5197TG的突变型(TG和GG)个体的体长和体重分别显著低于2639GC的GG和5197TG的TT野生型(P0.05);2639GC突变型(CC)个体的粗蛋白含量显著高于2639GC其他基因型(GG和GC)个体(P0.05)。两位点组合比较发现,含3391–+突变型(–+和++)的组合对应体长和体重普遍高于其他组,含2639GC的CC突变型的组合对应粗脂肪含量和粗蛋白含量普遍较高,其中粗蛋白含量显著高于其他组(P0.05)。研究表明,草鱼PRL基因多态性与草鱼生长性状和肌肉成分间存在显著关联,推测相关变异位点可作为草鱼生长和肉质改良的候选辅助标记。  相似文献

肌球蛋白是肌肉细胞的重要组成成分,影响肌纤维的组成和肌肉生长。为了研究肌球蛋白重链(MYH)基因多态性与大口黑鲈生长性状的相关性,本研究采用PCR技术扩增得到编码区序列全长为9759 bp的大口黑鲈MYH基因,该基因包含37个外显子和36个内含子,编码1940个氨基酸。采用直接测序法在MYH基因上筛选到8个单核苷酸多态性标记(SNP)位点(A-305G、G-558C、A-2784C、A-2816G、T-4765A、C-6206T、C-6811T和G-6935T),有4个位于外显子上,其中2个属于同义突变。用SNa Pshot方法对从同批繁殖、同塘养殖的大口黑鲈"优鲈1号"群体中随机选取的430尾个体中各位点的基因型进行检测。结果显示,内含子上的A-2784C和A-2816G位点完全连锁,所有位点在大口黑鲈"优鲈1号"群体中的平均有效等位基因数、平均观测杂合度和平均期望杂合度分别为1.635、0.406和0.373,仅C-6206T、C-6811T和T-4765A位点的基因型频率分布符合Hardy-Weinberg定律。采用一般线性模型分析各位点与大口黑鲈生长性状之间的相关性,研究发现,C-6811T位点CC基因型个体的体质量和全长显著大于TT基因型,CC基因型个体的体高和尾柄长显著大于CT和TT基因型,其余位点不同基因型个体间的生长性状均不存在显著差异。C-6811T位点与生长性状显著相关,可作为大口黑鲈分子标记辅助育种的候选标记。  相似文献

A 5‐week feeding trial was conducted to assess the effect of gamma ray irradiation treatment on soybean meal as a fish meal substitute in diets for golden pompano (Trachinotus ovatus). A diet containing 32% fish meal served as a reference (C), and 75% of the fish meal was replaced by soybean meal that either received no gamma ray irradiation (R0) or was irradiated with gamma ray at a dose of 5 (R5), 10 (R10), 15 (R15), 30 (R30) or 60 (R60) kGy respectively. All the diets were formulated to contain 46% crude protein and 6.5% crude lipid. The weight gain was higher in fish fed diets R5, R10, R15 and R30 than in fish fed diet R0. The feed intake was higher in fish fed diets R15, R30 and R60 than in fish fed diets R0, R5 and R10. No significant differences were found in feed conversion ratio, nitrogen retention efficiency, condition factor, hepatosomatic index, body composition, waste outputs of nitrogen and phosphorus between fish fed the diets with non‐irradiated soybean meal or irradiated soybean meal as the fish meal substitute. Proteins with heavy molecular weight in soybean meal were degraded, whereas the contents of proteins with light molecular weight or peptides increased with the increase in the irradiation dose. This study reveals that gamma ray irradiation at a dose of 5 to 15 kGy can significantly improve the level of soybean meal inclusion as a fish meal substitute in diets for golden pompano.  相似文献

为筛选刀鲚(Coilia ectenes)生长性状遗传改良的分子遗传标记,基于现有刀鲚转录组数据,利用基因克隆技术获得养殖刀鲚肌肉生长抑制素(myostatin,MSTN)基因的全长序列,采用PCR产物直接测序和SNaPshot技术分别进行基因多态性的筛选和分型,并将不同基因型与刀鲚的生长性状(体长、体高和体质量)进行关联分析。结果显示,养殖刀鲚MSTN基因的DNA序列主要由2个内含子和3个外显子组成,经SNP位点筛选,仅在第1内含子上筛选到2个颠换突变位点(g.564G>T和g.755G>T)和1个转换突变位点(g.786C>T);将3个SNP位点与生长性状进行关联分析发现,SNP位点g.786C>T与刀鲚的体长、体高和体质量呈显著性负相关,具有TT基因型个体的体长、体高和体质量显著低于CC型和CT型(P<0.05),而SNP位点g.564G>T和g.755G>T的不同基因型仅与刀鲚的体高具有一定程度的相关性;3个SNP位点对养殖刀鲚的群体遗传分析显示,刀鲚养殖群体的观测杂合度(H O)、期望杂合度(H E)和多态信息含量(PIC)分别为0.280~0.480、0.332~0.455和0.277~0.351,3个SNP位点均属于中度多态(0.25T有望作为剔除劣质刀鲚繁育亲本的候选分子标记。  相似文献

A feeding trial was conducted to determine the suitable dietary protein and lipid levels for juvenile golden pompano Trachinotus ovatus reared in net pens. Ten test diets were formulated at five levels of crude protein (330, 370, 410, 450 or 490 g kg?1) and two levels of crude lipid (65 or 125 g kg?1). Golden pompano fingerlings (initial body weight 4.7 g ind?1) were fed the test diets for 8 weeks. Weight gain (WG), specific growth rate (SGR), feed conversion ratio (FCR), nitrogen retention efficiency (NRE), energy retention efficiency (ERE), condition factor (CF), hepatosomatic index (HSI), body protein content and total nitrogen waste (TNW) were dependent on both dietary protein and lipid levels. Feed intake (FI) and viscersomatic index (VSI) were dependent on dietary protein level, while body lipid content was dependent on dietary lipid level. Weight gain increased with increasing the dietary protein level (at the same lipid level) but was lower at the dietary lipid level of 65 g kg?1 than at 125 g kg?1 (at the same protein level). Fish fed at the dietary protein levels of 460–490 g kg?1 had higher WG and lower FCR than at 330–410 g kg?1. Energy retention efficiency tended to increase with increasing the dietary protein level from 330 to 410 g kg?1, while no significant difference was found in nitrogen retention efficiency between the dietary protein levels (at the same lipid level). Results of this study suggest increasing the dietary lipid level from 65 to 125 g kg?1 could not induce protein‐sparing action in golden pompano, and the suitable dietary protein and lipid levels for juvenile golden pompano reared in net pens should be 450–490 and 65 g kg?1.  相似文献

经过175 d养殖,对4个N-乙基-N-亚硝基脲(ENU)诱变草鱼家系进行生长对比,采用显著性比较,偏相关分析和因子分析统计方法对草鱼体质量、全长、体长、头长、体高、尾柄长、尾柄高、体厚性状进行分析,进而运用双向测序法对MSTN1、MSTN2基因在具有明显差异家系中进行SNP位点筛选。试验结果显示,家系4的生长速度明显大于家系3,家系4的8个性状明显大于其他3个家系;家系1中体长、尾柄长、体厚与体质量密切相关,家系2中体长、头长、体厚与体质量密切相关,家系3中全长、体长、尾柄高与体质量密切相关,家系4中全长、体长、体厚与体质量密切相关。由此可知,家系4和家系3具有明显的生长差异。对于MSTN1基因,家系3在465位点C/G、467位点G/A,家系4在465位点C/G均发生错义突变;对于MSTN2基因,家系3和4在912位点C/T均发生同义突变,家系3在1027位点G/A、家系4在366位点A/G均产生错义突变,位于非编码区1390位点A/T和1401位点G/A在两个家系均发现SNP位点。试验结果表明,MSTN1、MSTN2基因的不同SNP位点与ENU诱变草鱼的生长性状存在紧密联系。  相似文献
