北京鸭前期产蛋量与全程产蛋量的相关分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
测定了中国农业科学院畜牧研究所Z型北京鸭育种场健康、产蛋正常的248只鸭子的产蛋性能指标:组圈后1~3周产蛋量(X1)、4~6周产蛋量(X2)、7~9周产蛋量(X3)以及全程(105d)产蛋量(Y)。以全程产蛋量(Y)为依变量,采用通径系数法计算了各自变量对依变量的通径系数和决定系数。结果表明,三个自变量对全程产蛋量都有较大的影响(通径系数分别为:0.2861,0.2766和0.5595),显然,通径分析能揭示自变量与依变量之间的真正关系。在此基础上建立了依变量(Y)对自变量(X1)最优回归方程:Y=12.4837 1.2403X1 0.8807X2 2.2459X3。  相似文献

本研究旨在揭示影响仙湖肉鸭B系全程(64周龄)产蛋量的关键因子。利用相关分析、通径分析和多元回归分析相结合的方法,对仙湖肉鸭B系的开产体质量、开产日龄、平均蛋质量和36周龄、50周龄、64周龄产蛋量进行统计分析。结果表明:36周龄产蛋量、50周龄产蛋量对64周龄产蛋量有着重要的决定作用,其独立效应、通径系数、和相关系数分别为19.954%、0.4467、0.7244和11.202%、0.3347、0.7346;而开产体质量对64周龄产蛋量起着负的直接作用;开产日龄对64周龄产蛋量的间接效应最大(-0.5164),它主要通过与36周龄产蛋量的极显著负相关(-0.6338**)来实现。估测64周龄产蛋量最优回归方程为:^y=33.447-0.0118X1+0.5556X2+0.8417X4+0.5549X5。  相似文献

以4429只优质肉鸡矮小型母系品系(S2系)核心群个体产蛋数据为试验材料,运用通径分析法研究开产日龄(x1)、开产体重(x2)、开产蛋重(X3)、24周产蛋数(X4)、28周产蛋数(X5)5个产蛋性状因子与43周产蛋总数的关系.结果表明:各性状因子的通径系数分别为-0.17576、0.051788、-0.02997、0.259459、0.597501;28周产蛋数是影响43周产蛋数的主要决定因子.各性状(X1)对43产蛋数(Y)的最优回归方程为:Y=56.826-0.292X1+0.006X2-0.030X3+0.770X4>+3.106X5(P<0.01),总相关系数为0.8760,决定系数为0.7674.  相似文献

对广东地区矮脚黄鸡、新兴黄鸡两个品种280日龄产蛋量(X1)、300日龄产蛋量(X2)、28~40周龄产蛋量(X3)、36~40周龄产蛋量(X4)及400日龄产蛋量(Y)等5项指标进行了分析.试验结果表明:①矮脚黄鸡与新兴黄鸡在主要产蛋性能指标上差异不显著;②400日龄产蛋量与300日龄产蛋量、28~40周龄产蛋量相关性较强;③矮脚黄鸡、新兴黄鸡从开产到达产蛋高峰的时间短,产蛋高峰持续时间长,且下降缓慢;④对400日龄产蛋量进行逐步回归,变量引入依次为X3、X2、X4,其中X4对Y值的影响差异不显著.矮脚黄鸡、新兴黄鸡400日龄产蛋量早期选择最佳指标为300日龄产蛋量和28~40周龄产蛋量,且其产蛋利用期可适当延长至8~9个月.  相似文献

本文通过对 182只万载康乐黄鸡 2 80日龄产蛋量 (X1 )、30 0日龄产蛋量 (X2 )、2 8~ 4 0周龄产蛋量 (X3)、36~4 0周龄产蛋量 (X4 )、开产体重 (X5)、开产日龄 (X6 )及 5 0 0日龄 (Y)产蛋量等 7项指标进行分析 ,结果发现 :与 5 0 0日龄产蛋量相关程度高低依次为X2 ,X1 ,X3,X4 ,X5,X6 ,皆达极显著水平 (P <0 .0 1)。通过对X2 ,X1 ,X3,X4 ,X5,X6对Y进行逐步回归分析发现 ,引入变量的顺序为X2 ,X1 ,X3,X6 ,X5,X4 ,确定系数分别为 0 .6 80 2 ,0 .6 82 1,0 .6 799,0 .6 76 8,0 .6 77,0 .5 85 2 ,也皆达极显著水平 (P <0 .0 1)。通过对其月产蛋曲线的研究发现 :万载康乐黄鸡产蛋利用期应为 7~ 8个月 ,不宜太长  相似文献

为研究影响贵妃鸡全程(52周龄)产蛋数的关键因子,利用相关分析、通径分析和多元回归分析相结合的方法,对贵妃鸡的开产体重、开产日龄、开产蛋重、40周龄体重、40周龄蛋重、40周龄累计产蛋数和52周龄累计产蛋数进行统计分析。结果表明:开产体重和40周龄累计产蛋数对52周龄累计产蛋数有着重要的决定作用,其独立效应、通径系数和相关系数分别为1.303%、-0.361、-0.4716和56.25%、0.750、0.44325;而40周龄体重对52周龄产蛋数的间接效应最大(-0.37212),它主要通过与40周龄累计产蛋数的间接效应(-0.31937)来实现。估测52周龄累计产蛋数最优回归方程Y=1.184X1+0.361X3+1.121X4-5.157X6-141.151,复相关系数R2=0.7581。  相似文献

鸡群产蛋有一定的规律性,开产后产蛋急剧上升,产蛋率达到50%后的3~4周即进入产蛋高峰,高峰持续4~5周后便开始下降。在良好的饲养管理条件下,平均每周下降不到1%。如果产蛋量突然下降,应主要从以下四个方面查找原因,以采取措施,控制产蛋量下降的幅度。 一、环境方面的因素 1.光照突然发生变化。如突然停止光照、缩短光照时间或者减少照度等都可引起产蛋量突然下降。所以产蛋鸡舍要保持光照强度和时间的相对稳定,如果需要缩短光照时间或减少照度,要逐渐过渡,使鸡群有个适应过程。 2.通风严重不足。密闭式鸡舍遇天气炎热而又停电,未及时打开窗户,或已打开但天气很热,停电时  相似文献

禽蛋是人们生活中的重要营养源,是天然食物中最理想的蛋白质。本试验测定了鸡蛋、乌鸡蛋和鹌鹑蛋中的水分、脂肪、蛋白质、磷脂、胆固醇、维生素B2和氨基酸的含量,通过数据对比分析,得到如下结果:乌鸡蛋具有较高的营养价值,鹌鹑蛋由于含有很高的胆固醇,并不适合老年人的食用。鸡蛋的蛋白质、磷脂和氨基酸含量均低于乌鸡蛋和鹌鹑蛋,其营养价值最低。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究芽孢杆菌制剂对"京粉一号"蛋鸡蛋品质及蛋营养成分的影响。选择健康、产蛋均匀的259日龄的"京粉一号"蛋鸡3 600只,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复300只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加3%的芽孢杆菌制剂,进行为期40 d的试验。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组蛋壳硬度、哈夫单位以及蛋黄颜色均有不同程度地提高(P>0.05);在反映蛋的物理指标上,试验组蛋黄重和蛋黄相对重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),蛋清相对重显著低于对照组(P<0.05),蛋黄蛋白比有升高的趋势(P>0.05);同时,试验组蛋黄中脂肪和水分含量显著降低(P<0.05),蛋白含量显著升高(P<0.05)。试验表明:在蛋鸡日粮中添加芽孢杆菌制剂,对蛋品质具有一定的改善作用;可显著提高蛋黄重、蛋黄相对重,降低蛋清相对重。同时,可减少蛋黄中脂肪和水分含量,增加蛋白的含量。  相似文献

1. The aim of the present study was to estimate genetic parameters for average egg weight (EW) and egg number (EN) at different ages in Japanese quail using multi-trait random regression (MTRR) models.

2. A total of 8534 records from 900 quail, hatched between 2014 and 2015, were used in the study. Average weekly egg weights and egg numbers were measured from second until sixth week of egg production.

3. Nine random regression models were compared to identify the best order of the Legendre polynomials (LP). The most optimal model was identified by the Bayesian Information Criterion. A model with second order of LP for fixed effects, second order of LP for additive genetic effects and third order of LP for permanent environmental effects (MTRR23) was found to be the best.

4. According to the MTRR23 model, direct heritability for EW increased from 0.26 in the second week to 0.53 in the sixth week of egg production, whereas the ratio of permanent environment to phenotypic variance decreased from 0.48 to 0.1. Direct heritability for EN was low, whereas the ratio of permanent environment to phenotypic variance decreased from 0.57 to 0.15 during the production period.

5. For each trait, estimated genetic correlations among weeks of egg production were high (from 0.85 to 0.98). Genetic correlations between EW and EN were low and negative for the first two weeks, but they were low and positive for the rest of the egg production period.

6. In conclusion, random regression models can be used effectively for analysing egg production traits in Japanese quail. Response to selection for increased egg weight would be higher at older ages because of its higher heritability and such a breeding program would have no negative genetic impact on egg production.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

1. The objective of this study was to develop a machine vision method for analysing exterior parameters of chicken eggs to automate the stage of primary sorting.

2. The developed algorithm based on predetermined thresholds calculated egg quality indicators, including geometric dimensions, shape index and the mottling grade. The algorithm was implemented with an experimental setup that combined the image-based and the candling methods. A total of 400 egg samples were analysed.

3. Comparison of results of the algorithm with those obtained using the traditional manual method showed that mean value of radii values difference was 0.095 ± 0.058 mm for the sharp and 0.080 ± 0.047 mm for the blunt end of the egg, with standard deviations of 0.58 mm and 0.49 mm, respectively.

4. The correlation coefficient between the shape index values determined by the two methods was 0.93; the standard deviation of absolute differences between corresponding values was 1.05%.

5. The results of mottling grade estimation were compared using F-measure and confusion matrix.

6. The results allow the possibility to perform the assessment of egg exterior quality factors in an automatic mode, independent of the expertise of a grader.  相似文献

1. Two candidate genes, namely, Gonadotropin releasing hormone I (GnRHI) and Gonadotropin releasing hormone II (GnRHII) play pivotal roles in ovulation and egg production in chicken. The objective of this study was to explore polymorphism in these genes and to estimate the effects of polymorphism of these two genes on egg production and egg quality traits in White Leghorn laying hens.

2. Single strand conformation polymorphism followed by sequencing was performed to detect polymorphism in these genes.

3. The coding regions of the GnRHI and GnRHII genes were found to be polymorphic. In the GnRH1 gene, 12 haplotypes were determined, of which the h1 haplotype was predominant and the h5, h9 and h11 haplotypes were the least frequent ones. In the GnRHII gene, eight haplotypes were found, of which the h1 haplotype was the most frequent and the h6 was the least frequent haplotype in the White Leghorn population.

4. The haplogroups of GnRHI had a significant effect on body weight and egg production up to 64 weeks of age, yolk content, Haugh units and egg shell parameters. The h1h2 haplogroup of the GnRHI gene showed the highest egg production, with 211.0 ± 24.3 eggs up to 64 weeks of age, while the highest yolk content and Haugh unit was found in h3h10 haplogrouped birds. The haplogroups of GnRHII had a significant effect on age at sexual maturity (ASM) where the shortest ASM was found in the h1h4 birds (147.3 ± 5.9 d) and the longest ASM was observed in the h1h3 birds (160.6 ± 23.4 d).

5. It was concluded that GnRHI and GnRHII genes are polymorphic and have a significant effect on body weight, egg production and egg quality traits in White Leghorn laying hens.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to determine the effects of rare earth element‐enriched yeast (RY) on egg production, coefficient of total tract apparent digestibility (CTTAD), egg quality, excreta gas emission and excreta microbiota of laying hens. A total of 216 ISA brown laying hens of 52 weeks of age were used in a 5‐week feeding trial and data were collected every week. Birds were randomly allotted to three dietary treatments each with six replicates and 12 hens per replicate. Each cage (38 cm width × 50 cm length × 40 cm height) contained one hen. Treatments consisted of corn–soya bean meal‐based diet supplemented with 0, 500 or 1000 mg/kg of RY. From weeks 55 to 56, inclusion of RY linearly increased (p < 0.05) egg production. The CTTAD of nitrogen was increased (linear, p < 0.05) with increasing dietary level of RY. In week 55, yolk height and Haugh units were increased linearly (p < 0.05) with increasing dietary RY content. However, no significant effects were observed in terms of excreta emissions and excreta microbiota in laying hens. In conclusion, dietary supplementation with RY improved egg production and CTTAD of nitrogen and slightly improved egg quality in laying hens of the late period of peak egg production.  相似文献

This study was conducted to determine the effects of diet supplementation of laying hens with antimicrobial peptides (AMP) on egg production, egg quality and caecal microbiota. A total of 360 Hy‐Line Brown laying hens (72 weeks old) were divided into three groups with four replicates of 30 birds each. The laying hens were fed with the basal diet (Control), the basal diet + 50 mg/kg AMP (group 1) and the basal diet + 100 mg/kg AMP (group 2). The experiment lasted for 45 d. Eggs were collected daily and caecal samples were collected at the end of the experiment. The results showed that AMP supplementation caused a significantly increased laying rate and decreased feed/egg ratio (< .05). Meanwhile, a distinctive difference in cecal microbiota was observed between AMP and control groups and the average values of microbial diversity and richness were lower in the AMP group than in the control group. At the phylum level, the relative abundance of Verrucomicrobia and Cyanobacteria were lower in the AMP group than in the control group. In conclusion, the results indicated that dietary supplementation with AMP can improve egg production and affect the cecal microbial community membership and structure of hens during late laying period.  相似文献
