在陕北黄土丘陵沟壑区,以油松纯林为对照,对油松与沙棘行状混交、行状混交沙棘平茬、带状混交、宽行混交和宽行混交沙棘平茬林地的沙棘郁闭度、高度、光照强度、土壤水分、土壤密度、土壤空隙度、土壤养分及油松的存活率、高度、地径、顶梢年生长量等进行13年的监测研究.结果表明:行状混交与宽行混交的沙棘郁闭度、高度均高于行状混交沙棘平茬、宽行混交沙棘平茬和带状混交;林地的光照强度为油松纯林的较高,带状混交、宽行混交沙棘平茬、行状混交沙棘平茬的居中,宽行混交和行状混交的较低;土壤储水量在11年后表现为行状混交与宽行混交的较高,行状混交沙棘平茬、带状混交与宽行混交沙棘平茬的居中,油松纯林的较低;土壤密度、土壤空隙度、土壤养分表现为沙棘郁闭度、高度越高,土壤密度越低,土壤空隙度、土壤养分越高.与油松纯林相比,行状混交和宽行混交油松的高度和地径在6年以后明显较低,存活率在7年以后显著降低;行状混交沙棘平茬、宽行混交沙棘平茬与带状混交的油松高度在7年以后较高,行状混交沙棘平茬与宽行混交沙棘平茬的油松高度在10年以后高于带状混交的油松;行状混交沙棘平茬、宽行混交沙棘平茬与带状混交的油松地径在9年以后大于油松纯林的油松地径;行状混交沙棘平茬、宽行混交沙棘平茬和带状混交的油松顶梢年生长量在6年以后较大,行状混交和宽行混交的较小.油松与沙棘混交,行状混交沙棘平茬、宽行混交沙棘平茬和带状混交促进了油松的生长,行状混交和宽行混交降低了油松的存活率,抑制了油松的生长.  相似文献

The balance in the investment of assimilate at any time into leaves and roots may depend on whether water, nutrients or radiation are limiting to growth. Also, for the same investment of assimilate into roots, the root configuration may range from intensive to extensive in both space and time, to take best advantage of the distribution and amount of water and nutrients. Intensive root configurations, which include mycorrhizas and proteoid roots, assist in the uptake of nutrients (such as phosphorus) which are rate-limiting in soil. Mycorrhizas may assist in water uptake in dry or coarse textured soils with low unsaturated hydraulic conductivities.

Adaptations which assist trees to survive in dry and nutrient-deficient environments are discussed. These mechanisms may reduce, maintain or increase growth. In production forestry, it is desirable to exploit those mechanisms which increase growth. When soil water and nutrients limit tree growth, productivity may be improved by increasing the amount of uptake of water and nutrients, or by increasing the efficiency by which they are used in growth. Maximizing water-use efficiency when soil water supply is limiting may be dependent on whether the trees are in mixed stands or in monoculture. Selecting trees with relatively less root may improve productivity in monocultures when weeds are controlled and fertilizer is added. It is well known that trees can ‘re-use’ nutrients by retranslocating them within the tree to zones of demand. Relatively little is known, though, about differences in the biochemical involvement of nutrients at the cellular and subcellular level which contribute to differences in nutrient-use efficiency in trees.  相似文献

从氮磷在植物体内的分配、氮磷与叶片光合作用的关系、氮磷与碳同化物质分配关系以及植物吸收氮磷的碳消耗等方面,对国内外研究结果进行了综述.结果表明,氮、磷对植物叶片光合作用以及碳同化物质在体内的分配有显著的影响,其作用机理主要体现在:(1)氮通过改变氮在叶片中的分配格局影响叶片的光合作用,并通过改变碳水化合物的库源关系和能量消耗水平而调节碳同化物质在体内的分配;(2)磷通过影响叶片光合作用过程中的有机磷循环以及RuBP酶的更新速率限制叶片的光合作用,并通过改变根系发育(尤其是细根发育水平)改变碳水化合物在体内的分配格局;(3)氮磷配比对叶片光合作用以及碳同化物质的影响方式符合最适理论,即氮磷间的比例失衡通过氮或磷作用于光合作用,并改变碳同化物质在植物体内的流向,进而影响植物的初级生产力.  相似文献

以浙江省龙游县的低丘红壤地区为例,采用GIS和地统计学相结合的方法,对其表层土壤的有机质和有效氮两种养分的空间变异特征进行分析,结果表明:有机质变异函数曲线的理论模型能较好的符合球状模型,有效氮对数转换后,也符合球状模型。有机质具有强烈的空间相关性,说明受母质、地形、土壤类型等结构性因素影响较大;有效氮具有中等的空间相关性,说明受结构性因素和施肥、作物、管理水平等随机因素共同影响。结合高程分级图、坡度分级图、坡向图和最新的土地利用现状图,发现有机质和有效氮的空间变异受到土地利用类型、海拔、坡度和坡向的影响,其中坡度的影响必须在同一高程范围内考虑。整个研究区的有机质和有效氮含量基本上处于中低等水平。  相似文献

The utilization of tissue culture in the propagation and genetic improvement of conifers holds promise of many benefits including faster multiplication of selected genotypes, faster development of improved genotypes and the transfer of genes between non-fertile parents. However, many of the techniques required for the realization of this potential remain to be developed. Furthermore, genetic differentiation of cells in culture creates uncertainty as to the fidelity of reproduction by micropropagation. Predicted future changes in air temperature and atmospheric CO(2) concentration ([CO(2)]), coupled with altered precipitation, are expected to substantially affect tree growth. Effects on growth may vary considerably across a species range, as temperatures vary from sub-optimal to supra-optimal for growth. We performed an experiment simultaneously at two locations in the current range of loblolly pine, a cool site and a warm site, to examine the effect of future climate conditions on growth of loblolly pine seedlings in contrasting regions of the species range. At both sites 1-year-old loblolly pine seedlings were grown in current (local ambient temperature and [CO(2)]) and predicted future atmospheric conditions (ambient +2 °C temperature and 700 μmol mol(-1) [CO(2)]). Additionally, high and low soil moisture treatments were applied within each atmospheric treatment at each site by altering the amount of water provided to the seedlings. Averaged across water treatments, photosynthesis (A(net)) was 31% greater at the cool site and 34% greater at the warm site in elevated temperature and [CO(2)] compared with ambient temperature. Biomass accumulation was also stimulated by 38% at the cool site and by 24% at the warm site in that treatment. These results suggest that a temperature increase of 2 °C coupled with an increase in [CO(2)] (predicted future climate) will create conditions favorable for growth of this species. Reduced soil moisture decreased growth in both current and predicted atmospheric conditions. Biomass accumulation and A(net) were reduced by ~39 and 17%, respectively, in the low water treatment. These results suggest that any benefit of future atmospheric conditions may be negated if soil moisture is reduced by altered precipitation patterns.  相似文献

[目的]为了明确舞毒蛾幼虫对Mn^2+和Co^2+胁迫的响应机制。[方法]采用0.40 mmol·g^-1 Mn^2+和0.83 mmol·g^-1 Co^2+的两种混合饲料分别喂食舞毒蛾4龄幼虫,测定了Mn^2+和Co^2+(LC30)对舞毒蛾4龄幼虫体质量、营养取食情况、营养成分含量及总抗氧化力。[结果]与对照组相比较,其取食量、虫粪量、体质量增长量均显著降低;Mn^2+处理组可溶性蛋白含量降低33.76%,碳水化合物含量降低57.56%,海藻糖含量降低64.05%,脂质含量降低27.77%;处理组可溶性蛋白含量降低47.46%,碳水化合物含量降低59.45%,海藻糖含量降低59.16%,脂质含量降低33.71%;Mn^2+处理组总抗氧化力增加28.25%,处理组总抗氧化力增加82.54%.表明Mn^2+和Co^2+对舞毒蛾幼虫取食量、虫粪量、体质量增长量、可溶性蛋白含量、碳水化合物含量、海藻糖含量、脂质含量均有显著的抑制作用,对其总抗氧化力有显著的促进作用。[结论]舞毒蛾幼虫是主要通过提高自身抗氧化力来应对重金属的胁迫,从而提高自身对重金属的抗性。  相似文献
