为了比较鱼精粉替代进口鱼粉在肉鸡日粮中应用的效果,试验选用720只AA鸡进行试验,试验日粮为玉米豆粕型日粮,试验分两个阶段进行,其中小鸡阶段日粮的鱼粉或鱼精粉为5%,中鸡阶段的鱼粉或鱼精粉为4%。试验结果表明:鱼精粉完全可以替代等量的进口鱼粉,两组试验鸡的平均日增重和料肉比十分接近,差异不显著(p>0.05),其中小鸡阶段对照组平均日增重为32.07g,试验组为31.83g,中鸡阶段对照组平均日增重为55.46g,而试验组为55.97g,37日龄时,试验鸡体重平均达1.54kg。试验组的成活率略高于对照组成活率。  相似文献

为比较鱼精粉与进口鱼粉在仔猪日粮中的饲用效果,本试验采用完全窝组设计,要求选健康仔猪16头分为两组,随机分别接受进口鱼粉日粮(对照组)与鱼精粉日粮(试验组)。通过31天饲养试验与消化试验的结果表明,鱼粉组与鱼精粉组试猪日头均采食量、平均日增重、饲料增重比、日粮粗蛋白表观消化率分别为990g、1026g;447g、461g;222、223;7630%、7810%。使用鱼精粉替代进口鱼粉单位增重料成本下降2%。证明本试验使用的鱼精粉足以完全替代进口秘鲁鱼粉,并表现更好的适口性与可消化性。  相似文献

1 日龄健康中华宫廷黄鸡雏鸡300 只,随机分为3 组,分别为试验组、国标组和对照组,每组10 个重复,每个重复10 只。试验组在对照组日粮的基础上每隔5d 添加半胱胺1 次,剂量为100mg/ kg 体重。试验结果表明, 试验组在1 日龄~30 日龄, 其生长性能明显优于其它两组。其中, 1 日龄~15 日龄总增重, 试验组、国标组和对照组分别为120 .75g 、112.03g 、和111 .55g , 试验组较之分别提高7.78 % (P< 0 .01) 和8 .25 % (P< 0 .01) ; 料增重比3 组分别为1 .935、1 .974 和2.03 , 试验组较之分别减少1 .98 % 和4.68 % 。16 日龄~30 日龄总增重相应为222 .25g 、212 .57g 、和202 .75g ,试验组较之分别提高4 .55% (P< 0.05) 和9 .62% (P< 0.01) ;料增重比相应为2 .19 、2 .245 和2 .254 ,试验组较之分别减少2 .45 % 和2 .84% 。  相似文献

将240只AA商品代肉用仔鸡随机分为两组,每组设两个重复,按肉用仔鸡生产系统设计主要环节,8周饲养.建立营养供给模型,准确模拟试验组肉鸡实际生长以调整营养供给水平,对照组按NRC标准配制日粮.实验结果表明:3、6、8周龄,试验组平均体重(274.34±37.42g,1095.93±104.50g,1688.46±112.80g)与对照组(213.26±18.46g,916.34±37.32g,1516.92±78.09g)相比差异极显著.试验组饲料转化率(2.19:1),高于对照组(2.40:1).鸡只纯收益(1.74元)高于对照组(1.49元).根据肉用仔鸡实际生长情况调整营养供给水平,能进一步挖掘肉鸡饲养效益.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同水平的过瘤胃保护性精氨酸(rumen protectedarginine,RP Arg)和大豆油对细毛羊肌内脂肪和脂肪酸组成的影响。试验选用健康、体重相近的 15只细毛羊,随机分为5组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加1.5g/dRP Arg、2.0g/dRP Arg、1.5g/dRP Arg+3%大豆油和 2.0g/dRP Arg+3%大豆油的饲粮。预试期为5d,正试期为 45d。试验结束后每组选 2只羊进行屠宰,取背最长肌样用于测定肉质指标和脂肪酸组成。结果表明:试验组肌肉 pH、系水率和熟肉率与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),而肌内脂肪含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组肌肉多不饱和脂肪酸含量与对照组相比显著提高(P<0.05);添加 RP Arg和大豆油有提高肌肉过氧化物酶体增生物激活受体 γ(PPARγ)、脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)mRNA表达量,降低激素敏感性甘油三酯脂肪酶(HSL)mRNA表达量的趋势。综合指标,以 1.5g/dRP Arg组与 1.5g/dRP Arg+3%大豆油组添加效果较好。  相似文献

将200只21日龄的肉鸡分为4组,每组分别饲喂0(对照组)、5%(试1组)、10%(试2组)、15%(试3组)苎麻嫩茎叶粉的等粗蛋白和等代谢能的日粮。结果,试1组的肉鸡49日龄时平均日增重和只均饲料消耗均高于对照组(P〈0.01),试2组的肉鸡与对照组相似,而试3组的肉鸡生产性能降低,各组间的饲料转化率相似。  相似文献

试验分两组,从24日龄起,在试验组日粮中添加0.15%的纤维素复合饲料酶,对照组不添加,进行饲养试验,结果表明:91)加酶组32天平均耗料量比对照组降低3.2%,料肉比降低11.1%;(2)对照组死亡率比试验组高3.3%;(3)试验组56日出栏均重高于对照组;(4)从经济角度看,试验组每只鸡比对照组净增收入1.385元。  相似文献

为评价普通氨化、盐水复合氨化、造纸废液复合氨化麦秸饲喂肉牛的效果,先后进行了60天饲养试验及常规消化试验。饲养试验用改良公牛54头,按随机区组设计分为两个试验组合,6个组,即精料按体重1%投喂的普通氨化麦秸组(对照1)、盐水复合氨化麦秸组(试验1),造纸废液复合氨化麦秸组(试验2);和精料按体重1.4%投喂的相对应的3个组:对照2、试验3、试验4。各组牛自由采食秸秆,VA每头每天10000Iu。试验结果表明:麦秸经复合氨化其含氮量较普通氨化提高6-13%;肉牛采食每kg秸秆干物质时间明显缩短;每100kg体重采食干物质量显著增加,对2、试验3、试验4分别为2.22,2.35和2.47kg(P<0.01);对照1组,试验1组,试验2组;对照2组,试验3组,试验4组各组日增重分别为0.762,0.936,0.947;0.761,1.084,1.175kg(P<0.01);秸秆粗纤维表观消化率分别为47.68、50.43和66.27%(P<0.01);秸秆有机物表观消化率分别为51.77、55.14、57.67%;试验组每kg增重所耗NEg和CP者显著低于相应对照组(P<0.05),秸秆利用率显著提高。在各项测定?  相似文献

240羽健康AA肉鸡随机均分为对照组,试验1组,试验2组。从8日龄志分别饮用含Cl0.0%、0.09%、0.18%的饮水以观察肉鸡胫骨软骨发育情况,同时对其进行了X射线、骨密度、血清学和形态学的研究。结果表明:(1)饮水高氯可增加胫骨软骨发育不良的发病率。(2)3周后病鸡胫骨近端的X射线可透区与软骨增生区的形态一致,其承重侧的骨皮质增厚。(3)试验组鸡的胫骨骨密度较对照组稍高,但差异不显著。骨密度  相似文献

文章旨在评估肉鸡在不同生长阶段饲喂不同蛋白源日粮对其生长性能、小肠酶活和胫骨特征的影响。试验将平均初始体重为(43.55±0.36)g的400只商品肉仔鸡随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复20只。试验分为1~14?d和15~28?d两个试验阶段,T1组肉鸡在1~28?d饲喂鱼粉型日粮,T2组肉鸡在1~14?d饲喂豆粕型日粮,15~28?d饲喂鱼粉型日粮,T3组肉鸡在1~14?d饲喂菜粕型日粮,15~28?d饲喂鱼粉型日粮,T4组肉鸡在1~14?d饲喂鱼粉型日粮,15~28?d饲喂豆粕型日粮,T5组肉鸡在1~14?d饲喂鱼粉型日粮,15~28?d饲喂菜粕型日粮。结果:T3和T4组肉鸡1~14?d平均日增重和采食量显著高于T1和T2组,而T1和T2组肉鸡1~14?d料重比最低(P<0.05)。T1和T5组肉鸡小肠胰蛋白酶活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05),T3和T4组肉鸡小肠脂肪酶活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05),T1组肉鸡小肠糜蛋白酶活性最低(P<0.05)。T2组胫骨灰分含量较其他组分别显著提高了9.65%、13.64%、15.74%和17.92%(P<0.05)。结论:在本研究条件下,肉鸡在生长初期(1~14?d)饲喂菜粕型日粮可以显著改善采食量和日增重。 [关键词]蛋白源饲料|肉鸡|生长性能|酶活|胫骨特征  相似文献

1. The nutritive value of squilla meal, which contained 339 g crude protein, 18.6 g ether extract, 72.8 g calcium, 17.2 g phosphorus and 7.13 MJ of apparent metabolisable energy/kg, was examined in 5 experiments with broilers.

2. Squilla meal contained less lysine (3.45 vs 6.74 g/16g nitrogen) and methionine (1.02 vs 1.86/16 g nitrogen) dian fish meal, had a lower protein digestibility coefficient (0.66 vs 0.72) and a lower gross protein value (68% vs 74%).

3. By gradually replacing the fish meal with squilla meal in isocaloric, isonitrogenous broiler diets it was shown that there was a linear decrease in broiler weight gain; efficiencies of food utilisation were also lower at all squilla meal substitution rates. Inclusion of squilla meal in the diets increased intestinal lengths.

4. Addition of a proteolytic enzyme to the diets containing squilla meal restored broiler weight gain and efficiency of food utilisation to that of birds fed on the control diet.

5. Diets containing autoclaved squilla meal resulted in reduced weight gain although efficiency of food utilisation was not affected.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the performances and the flesh quality of Pagellus bogaraveo fed with diets containing rice protein concentrate [RPC, 70% crude protein (CP) and 10% ether extract]. Three isoproteic and isoenergetic (CP 47%, 22 MJ/kg DM) diets were formulated with an increasing level of RPC: 0%, 20% and 35%. The fish (mean weight 75 g) from the Messina Straits were randomly distributed in 12 tanks (3 diets x 4 replications, 10 fish/tank). The daily ratio (1.5% of the fish biomass) was updated every 15 days. Biomass gain showed an opposite trend to the RPC diet inclusion. No differences appeared in the somatic indexes. Differences appeared between fatty acid profiles of the dorsal muscle. Fatty acid of series n-6 increased and fatty acid of series n-3 decreased in fillets of fish fed with increasing levels of RPC. The inclusion of RPC in the diets, as a partial replacement of fish meal (20%), is possible without affecting the growth performance and fillet quality.  相似文献

本试验旨在探索氧化的鱼粉蛋白质对肉仔鸡生长性能、消化道结构和功能的影响。选用健康、体重相近的1日龄肉公鸡180只,随机分为3个组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。3个组分别饲喂对照饲粮(CON组)、含2%正常鱼粉饲粮(FM组)和含2%氧化鱼粉饲粮(OFM组),试验期21 d。结果表明:1)与CON组与FM组相比,OFM组显著降低肉仔鸡体重和平均日增重(P0.05),显著提高肉仔鸡料重比(P0.05);2)与CON组与FM组相比,OFM组肉仔鸡出现持续的腹泻症状,且14和21日龄肉仔鸡粪便p H显著降低(P0.05),粪便中水分含量显著提高(P0.05);3)对于21日龄肉仔鸡回肠的绒毛高度、隐窝深度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度,3个组间无显著差异(P0.05);4)肉仔鸡嗉囊中谷胱甘肽、氧化型谷胱甘肽、脂质过氧化物和丙二醛含量和谷胱甘肽/氧化型谷胱甘肽值在3个组间无显著差异(P0.05),而OFM组与CON组和FM组相比显著提高了肉仔鸡回肠中脂质过氧化物和丙二醛含量(P0.05)。结果提示,氧化鱼粉对肉仔鸡回肠形态结构没有显著影响,但显著破坏了回肠的氧化还原平衡状态,造成肉仔鸡腹泻,影响消化道的功能,显著降低早期肉仔鸡的生长性能。  相似文献

This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of feeding mustard protein concentrate on nutrient digestibility and the performance of broiler chickens.A total of 180,day-old,male broiler chickens,weighing an average of 52.8 ± 0.6 g,were randomly assigned to one of six dietary treatments in a randomized block design.The control diet was based on wheat and soybean meal and contained 15% canola meal.The experimental diets contained 3%,6%,9%,12% or 15% mustard protein concentrate added at the expense of canola meal.The digestibility of crude protein and energy declined linearly(P0.01)with increasing levels of mustard protein concentrate.In addition,weight gain and feed intake were linearly(P0.01)reduced as the level of mustard protein concentrate in the diet increased.Feed conversion was also negatively affected(P0.01)by mustard protein concentrate while mortality did not differ among treatments.The results of the present experiment provide a strong indication that there is a factor or factors present in mustard protein concentrate which negatively affects broiler performance.The process through which the protein in mustard seed is concentrated from mustard meal may concentrate some of the anti-nutritional factors found in mustard.Previous research has reported an increase in the concentration of phenolic compounds in protein isolates from mustard and this may be the cause of the reduction in performance as the level of mustard protein concentrate in the diet increased.Further research should be conducted to test this hypothesis.  相似文献

本试验通过对乌鳢肠道内产蛋白酶好氧菌株进行分离和培养,并测定其产蛋白酶能力,来评价豆粕替代鱼粉对乌鳢肠道好氧菌组成及产蛋白酶能力的影响。首先配制以脱脂鱼粉为主要蛋白质源的对照组(D1组)饲料,饲料中鱼粉添加量为55%;然后用豆粕替代对照组饲料中不同比例的鱼粉,配制2种试验组饲料,饲料中豆粕添加量分别为35%(D2组)和75%(D3组)。上述3种试验饲料分别投喂平均体重为(10.50±0.84)g的乌鳢幼鱼8周,每种试验饲料投喂3个重复,每个重复28尾鱼,试验在室内养殖系统中进行。结果显示:随着豆粕替代鱼粉比例的增加,乌鳢的终末体重、增重率和特定生长率显著降低(P0.05)。从3组乌鳢肠道内共分离出21株产蛋白酶好氧菌,其中,D1组为16株,D2组为19株,D3组为20株。以水解圈直径与菌株直径之比值(R/r值)表示产蛋白酶能力,豆粕替代鱼粉显著降低了菌株P1004和P1018的R/r值(P0.05),但显著增加了菌株P1009和P1012的R/r值(P0.05)。随着豆粕替代鱼粉比例的增加,菌株P1018的R/r值显著下降(P0.05)。对产蛋白酶能力最大的菌株P1009进行生理生化特征鉴定和16S r DNA序列分析,得出菌株P1009为铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)。本试验结果表明,乌鳢肠道内存在着丰富的产蛋白酶好氧菌,豆粕替代鱼粉对乌鳢肠道内产蛋白酶好氧菌数量和产蛋白酶能力产生了一定影响,乌鳢肠道内产蛋白酶能力最强的菌株P1009是铜绿假单胞菌,可以考虑将其作为益生菌开发的潜在菌种。  相似文献

为研究不同日粮配方对断奶犊牛生长发育的影响,试验采用随机区组设计,选择3~4月龄西杂公牛40头,随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组。以白豌豆、豆粕、棉粕、胡麻饼等为原料设计8组(A_1、A_2,B_1、B2,C_1、C2,D_1、D_2)日粮配方,对犊牛进行180 d饲喂试验。试验分两个阶段进行,第1阶段(犊牛体重100~200 kg)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组牛分别饲喂A_1、B_1、C_1、D_1配方日粮,第2阶段(犊牛体重201~300 kg)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组牛分别饲喂A_2、B_2、C_2、D_2配方日粮。结果表明:100~200 kg阶段,Ⅱ组犊牛平均日增重分别较Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组多增重32.22 g、26.67 g、56.67 g,Ⅱ组头均日增重效益分别较Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组提高6.47%、6.74%、15.59%,4组犊牛在体尺发育方面差异不明显(P>0.05);201~300 kg阶段,Ⅳ组犊牛平均日增重分别较Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组高261.09 g(P<0.05)、225.53 g(P>0.05)、197.80 g(P>0.05),Ⅳ组犊牛头均日增重效益分别较Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组高7.41元(P<0.05)、6.65元(P>0.05)、5.58元(P>0.05),Ⅳ组犊牛的体尺指数较其他组高。说明按照犊牛在100~200 kg生长阶段营养需要配制的玉米+小麦麸+豆粕+粗饲料型日粮(B1配方)、201~300 kg生长阶段配制的玉米+小麦麸+胡麻饼+粗饲料型日粮(D2配方)饲喂犊牛可降低饲养成本,提高饲料报酬和日增重,增加经济效益。  相似文献

利用酵母和葵花粕代替日粮中的鱼粉组成无鱼粉日粮,以无鱼粉日粮和有鱼粉日粮对蛋鸡进行试验,结果为:饲喂无鱼粉日粮的试验组和饲喂鱼粉日粮对照组的产蛋率分别为67.96%和65.01%,差异不显著(P>0.05);只平均产蛋量为44.73g和42.41g,差异显著(P<0.05);平均蛋重为65.83g和62.29g,差异不显著(P>0.05);死亡率分别为1.69%和2.10%,差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组比对照组每生产1kg蛋饲养成本降低1.9%。因此无鱼粉日粮可代替鱼粉日粮在蛋鸡生产上应用。  相似文献
