为探讨不同音乐对奶牛泌乳及神经内分泌系统的影响,选用产奶量、年龄、胎次及泌乳期相近的荷斯坦泌乳牛64头,随机分成4组(莫扎特音乐组、轻音乐组、创作音乐组和对照组),每组16头。试验组早、中、晚3次给料时间各播放音乐2h,对照组常规饲喂。正试期当天起(0d),每隔20d分别测定四个试验组奶牛单产并采集血样1次。预试期7d,正试期60d。结果表明:试验第20天,轻音乐组、莫扎特音乐组奶牛产奶量均高于对照组(P0.05)。试验第20天及全期,轻音乐组、莫扎特音乐组和创作音乐组奶牛血液中谷氨酸(Glutamate,Glu)含量均较对照组低(P0.05)。试验第20天,莫扎特音乐组奶牛血液中GABA含量显著高于对照组(P0.05);莫扎特音乐组和创作音乐组奶牛血液中乙酰胆碱(Acetylcholine,Ach)含量较对照组高(P0.05);莫扎特音乐组奶牛血清中皮质醇含量显著低于对照组(P0.05)。试验第40天,轻音乐组奶牛血液中生长激素含量显著高于对照组(P0.05)。试验0~60d,莫扎特音乐组和创作音乐组奶牛血清中瘦素(Leptin,LEP)含量显著低于对照组(P0.05)。研究结果显示,轻音乐和莫扎特音乐均有促进奶牛泌乳的趋势,可提高奶牛中枢神经兴奋性,调控生长激素、皮质醇、瘦素的分泌。  相似文献

试验旨在研究日粮中添加番茄渣发酵饲料对围产期奶牛抗氧化性能的影响。选择体质均匀,预产期、体重、胎次和泌乳量相近的围产期奶牛16头,随机分为2组,每组8头,对照组饲喂常规全混合日粮(TMR),试验组在日粮中添加番茄渣发酵饲料(围产前期13%,围产后期11%)。预试期14 d,正试期 60 d(产前30 d至产后30 d)。结果显示,与对照组相比,围产后期试验组奶牛产奶量显著提高(P<0.05);整个试验阶段,试验组奶牛血清GSH-Px、T-SOD和T-AOC活力均高于对照组,其中,围产前期试验组GSH-Px、T-SOD和T-AOC活力显著提高(P<0.05),与围产前期相比,围产后期GSH-Px、T-SOD和T-AOC活力等抗氧化指标均呈下降趋势,围产后期试验组奶牛MDA含量较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),但围产前期和围产后期间无显著差异(P>0.05);与对照组相比,围产后期试验组红细胞、血红蛋白浓度、尿素氮、低密度胆固醇、铁含量均显著提高(P<0.05);其他指标两组间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加番茄渣发酵饲料对围产期奶牛机体的抗氧化性能和产奶量有一定提高作用。  相似文献

本研究旨在探讨3种不同类型的轻音乐对奶牛泌乳性能及能量代谢指标的影响。选用泌乳量、年龄、胎次、泌乳期相近的荷斯坦泌乳牛64头,随机分成4组,即轻音乐A(速度60 bmp的钢琴轻音乐《梁祝》,音色圆润)组、轻音乐B(速度70 bmp、小提琴演奏的泌乳牛情绪调控曲,音色明亮)组、轻音乐C(速度60 bmp、钢琴演奏的奶牛泌乳性能调控曲,音色圆润)组和对照组,每组16头。3个轻音乐组分别于早、中、晚3次挤奶前各播放音乐2 h,对照组无音乐播放。预试期7 d,正试期60 d。正试期每隔20 d测定泌乳量,并采集血样和乳样。结果表明:1)试验20、40 d及1~60 d,轻音乐A组、轻音乐B组和轻音乐C组奶牛干物质、有机物、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、粗蛋白质和粗脂肪摄入量均高于对照组。2)试验1~60 d,轻音乐C组奶牛泌乳量、4%标准乳产量显著或极显著高于对照组(P0.05或P0.01)。3)试验1~60 d,轻音乐B组和轻音乐C组血液谷草转氨酶、丙氨酸转氨酶活性显著低于对照组(P0.05),轻音乐C组血液谷丙转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶活性显著低于对照组(P0.05)。4)试验40、60 d,轻音乐C组奶牛血液甘油三酯含量显著高于对照组(P0.05);试验1~60 d,轻音乐C组奶牛血液葡萄糖含量显著高于对照组(P0.05);整个试验期,轻音乐A组、轻音乐B组和轻音乐C组奶牛血液游离脂肪酸含量均低于对照组,但差异不显著(P0.05)。综上所述,3种轻音乐均有提高奶牛营养物质摄入量、刺激泌乳及改善奶牛能量代谢指标的作用趋势;70 bmp的轻音乐较60 bmp的轻音乐对奶牛泌乳更为有利;与音色明亮的轻音乐相比,奶牛对音色圆润的轻音乐敏感性更高,音色圆润的轻音乐更能提高奶牛泌乳性能。  相似文献

为了探讨莫扎特音乐对奶牛产奶性能及血液激素水平的影响,试验将产奶量、年龄、胎次、泌乳期相近的荷斯坦泌乳牛32头随机分成2组,每组16头,试验组在早、中、晚给料时播放10首莫扎特经典音乐2 h;对照组进行常规饲喂,不听音乐。正试期当天(0天)起,每隔20 d测定产奶量,并采集奶样、血样进行乳品质指标及血液神经递质、血液激素水平的测定。结果表明:试验第20,30天时,莫扎特音乐组奶牛产奶量显著高于对照组(P0.05);试验0~60 d,莫扎特音乐组产奶量略高于对照组(P0.05)。试验0~60 d,莫扎特音乐组体细胞数、乳蛋白、乳糖含量略高于对照组(P0.05),乳脂率略低于对照组(P0.05)。试验0~60 d,莫扎特音乐组奶牛血液中谷氨酸(glutamate,GLU)含量显著低于对照组(P0.05),血液中γ-氨基丁酸(gamma-amino butyric acid,GABA)、乙酰胆碱(acetylcholine,Ach)、神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)含量略高于对照组;0~60 d,莫扎特音乐组奶牛血液中皮质醇(COR)含量略低于对照组(P0.05),胰岛素(INS)、催乳素(PRL)、生长激素含量略高于对照组(P0.05),瘦素(LEP)含量显著低于对照组(P0.05)。说明莫扎特音乐有提高奶牛产奶量的趋势。  相似文献

文章旨在评估泌乳中期奶牛全混合日粮补充壳寡糖对其泌乳性能、血清免疫及抗氧化功能的影响。试验将泌乳性能一致的64头荷斯坦奶牛分为2组,每组32头,每个重复4头肉牛。对照组与处理组肉牛在试验期饲喂基础日粮+0和200 mg/kg壳寡糖,试验为期6周。结果:日粮添加200 mg/kg壳寡糖对奶牛的脂肪较正乳和乳脂肪产量的影响均无显著差异(P>0.05)。壳寡糖组奶牛的采食量、泌乳量、能量校正乳、乳蛋白和乳糖含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时日粮添加200 mg/kg壳寡糖显著提高乳中尿素含量(P<0.05)。壳寡糖组奶牛血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而壳寡糖组丙二醛的含量及活性氧活力显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。壳寡糖组血液CD3+和CD4+淋巴细胞含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。壳寡糖组奶牛血清尿素氮、总蛋白、钙、磷、IgG和IgA浓度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但血清一氧化氮和IL-1浓度均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:在本研究基础上,泌乳中期奶牛全混合日粮中添加200 mg/kg壳寡糖可提高采食量、泌乳性能及血清抗氧化指标,降低血清一氧化氮浓度,进而抑制炎症反应。 [关键词]壳寡糖|奶牛|生产性能|免疫|抗氧化  相似文献

为研究中草药饲料添加剂对奶牛产奶性能及血液生化和抗氧化指标的影响,选择50头体重、胎次、泌乳期相近的健康荷斯坦牛为试验动物,随机分为5组,其中4个试验组,分别在日粮中添加不同的中草药饲料添加剂,设1个对照组。预试期为15d,正试期为35d。试验表明,与对照组相比,试验结束时日粮中添加中草药饲料添加剂能够显著提高奶牛产奶量(P〈0.05);试验Ⅳ组的乳脂率和试验Ⅲ组的乳蛋白含量有显著提高(P〈0.05)。各试验组与对照组血清中Ca、P、BUN、ALP含量均维持在正常水平。添加中草药饲料添加剂显著降低了试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组血清中MDA含量(P〈0.05);试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组的血清T-AOC显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),亦有提高试验Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组血清T-AOC的趋势(P〉0.05)。各试验组血清中IgG和IgM含量均高于对照组,但组间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。  相似文献

为了研究民族音乐、轻音乐、流行音乐对奶牛产奶量的影响及其作用机理,试验分3期开展,每期60d。每期试验均选取年龄、胎次、产奶量接近,饲养管理水平完全相同的荷斯坦泌乳牛32头,随机分成2组,每组16头。试验组早、中、晚3次挤奶前各播放音乐2h,对照组常规饲喂。每10d测定单产并采集血样一次。结果表明:0~60d,民族音乐组产奶量较对照组平均低12.61%,轻音乐组平均产奶量较对照组高10.26%,差异极显著(P0.01);0~60d,流行音乐组产奶量较对照组平均低0.73%,差异不显著(P0.05)。试验第30d,民族音乐组COR含量较对照组高8.55%,差异显著(P0.05);轻音乐组GH含量于试验第30d时,但较对照组高30.96%,差异显著(P0.05);轻音乐组5-HT含量于试验第50d时较对照组低13.32%,差异显著(P0.05)。民族音乐可显著降低奶牛产奶量,轻音乐可显著提高奶牛产奶量,而流行音乐对奶牛产奶量的影响作用有限。  相似文献

为了研究民族音乐、轻音乐、流行音乐对奶牛产奶性能的影响,试验选取年龄、胎次、产奶量接近、饲养管理水平完全相同的荷斯坦泌乳牛32头,随机分成2组,每组16头。试验分预试期7 d,正试期60 d。预试期开始给试验组奶牛播放音乐,对照组常规饲喂,每10 d测定单产并采集奶样1次。结果表明:0~60 d,民族音乐组平均产奶量较对照组低12.61%,体细胞数较对照组高45.14%,差异极显著(P0.01)。轻音乐组平均产奶量较对照组高10.26%,差异极显著(P0.01);奶牛乳体细胞数较对照组低41.24%,差异显著(P0.05)。流行音乐组平均产奶量较对照组低0.73%;体细胞数、乳脂、乳糖、乳蛋白分别较对照组高0.94%、0.27%、0.18%、0.63%,且差异均不显著(P0.05)。说明民族音乐可显著降低奶牛产奶量并提高奶牛体细胞数,对乳糖、乳脂和乳蛋白含量影响不大;轻音乐有提高奶牛产奶量和降低奶牛体细胞数的作用,对牛奶乳成分含量的影响不大;流行音乐有提高奶牛产奶量和降低奶牛体细胞数的作用,但其作用时间和作用效果有限,对乳成分含量的影响作用不大。  相似文献

本试验旨在通过在泌乳中期奶牛全混合日粮中添加包被甜菜碱,研究其对泌乳中期奶牛产奶性能及血清生化指标的影响。根据年龄、胎次、产奶量、泌乳期相近的原则选择30头泌乳中期奶牛,随机分为3组,每组10头,分别为对照组、试验I组和试验II组,在相同的条件下饲养。对照组饲喂牛场原配方配制的全混合日粮,试验I组和试验II组在此基础上分别添加6g/(头·d)和12g/(头·d)包被甜菜碱。结果表明,试验I、II组奶牛产奶量分别较对照组提高0.62kg/(头·d)和0.36kg/(头·d),但差异不显著(P0.05);试验I、II组的乳糖含量极显著高于对照组(P0.01),试验II组总固形物含量极显著高于对照组(P0.01),试验I、II组体细胞数显著低于对照组(P0.05),奶牛隐性乳房炎发病率极显著降低(P0.01);与对照组相比,试验组奶牛血清TC、HDL-C和LDL-C均极显著降低(P0.01),试验II组TG显著降低(P0.05);与对照组相比,试验I组血清MDA水平显著降低(P0.05),SOD水平极显著升高(P0.01),GSH-Px含量显著增加(P0.05)。试验证明,包被甜菜碱有提高奶牛产奶量、改善乳成分、促进脂肪代谢和提高奶牛抗氧化能力的作用。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究荷斯坦奶牛亚临床酮病对血清中微量元素的影响,选择40头产后1~15 d的荷斯坦亚临床酮病奶牛,通过应用原子吸收光谱法测定血清中Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn、Se、Co含量,应用分光光度计和比色法测定血清中GSH-Px、T-AOC、T-SOD活力及MDA含量。结果显示,阳性组血清中Cu、Zn、Se、Co的含量在整个检测过程中均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);阳性组血清中Mn的含量在第1、5天的检测中显著低于对照组(P<0.05),第10、15天极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);阳性组血清中Fe的含量与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);阳性组血清中GSH-Px、T-SOD、T-AOC的活性均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);阳性组血清中MDA的含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结果表明,亚临床酮病直接影响奶牛抗氧化系统GSH-Px、T-AOC、T-SOD的活性,间接地影响血清中微量元素Cu、Mn、Se、Zn的含量。Co是维生素B12的重要组成部分,维生素B12在肝脏内的浓度下降,从而导致亚临床酮病血清中Co的含量降低。亚临床酮病奶牛肝脏和氧化酶受损,破坏Fe的结合,机体内贮存的Fe则可以释放出来,维持机体的需要,血清中Fe的含量没有显著的变化。  相似文献

The aim of this trial was to discuss the effects of Mozart music, light music and original music on the lactation and antioxidant capacity of lactating cows.64 Holstein lactating cows with similar milk yield, age,parity and lactation period were enrolled and randomly divided into four groups (Mozart music, light music, original music and the control groups) with 16 cows in each group. Music was played 3 times at morning, afternoon, and evening per day in the three trial groups, with each time for 2 h, and no music played in the control group. From the beginning of trial period (0 day), milk yield per unit was measured and blood samples were collected for testing total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and content of malondialdehyde (MDA) every 20 d.The preliminary trial period was 7 d, and the trial period was 60 d. The results showed as followed:On the 20th day, comparing with the control group, the milk yield of cows in light music and Mozart music groups were both significantly higher (P <0.05); The serum activities of SOD in 3 trial groups were all significantly higher (P <0.05); The serum contents of MDA in light music and Mozart music groups were both significantly lower (P <0.05); And the activities of GSH-Px in light music and Mozart music groups were both significantly higher (P <0.05). During the trial period from 0 to 60 d, the serum amount of T-AOC in light music and Mozart music groups were both significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). In conclusion, light music and Mozart music had the tendency of increasing the milk yield of cows. Original music had shown no obvious effects on the cows' milk performance.Light music,Mozart music and original music had the tendency of improving antioxidant capacity of dairy cows.  相似文献

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of feeding phytoestrogens on milk composition, blood biochemical index and antioxidant capacity of dairy cows.A total of 40 Holstein cows were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups by health, age and lactation stage. The cows in control group was fed total mixed rations(TMR), and the other in 3 trial groups were fed TMR supplemented with 2.5 g dainzein(group Ⅰ), 35 g formononetin (group Ⅱ), 1.25 g dainzein and 17.5 g formononetin (group Ⅲ), respectively. The total duration of the trial was 127 d, the first 7 d of the trial was the preliminary period and the formal trial lasted for 120 d. The milk samples were collected in the trial of 0, 30, 60, 90, 120 d, respectively, and determination of milk composition. The blood samples were collected by jugular vein in the trial, and plasma was separated by 15 min, 3 500 r/min centrifugation, and saved at -20 ℃ for later use. The result showed as follows: Compared with the control group, the milk yield and milk protein yield in groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ were significantly increased (P< 0.05),the lactose yield in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly increased (P< 0.05), the T-AOC activity of blood in group Ⅲ was significantly increased (P< 0.05), the GSH-Px activity of blood in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly increased (P< 0.05), the MDA activity of blood in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly decreased (P< 0.05), the milk fat yield,lactose rate and TP, ALB, GLB of blood were not significantly increased (P> 0.05),the CAT, SOD activity of blood in trail groups had a upward trent. It was concluded that feeding phytoestrogens could enhance the milk yield, milk protein yield, lactose yield, the body's antioxidant capacity and immune function of Holstein cows.  相似文献

试验旨在研究日粮中添喂两种植物雌激素及其组合物对奶牛乳成分、血液生化指标和抗氧化性能的影响。选取健康、年龄及泌乳期相近的40头荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为4组:1个对照组、3个试验组,每组10头。对照组饲喂全混合日粮,试验组在饲喂全混合日粮的基础上添加2.5 g大豆黄酮(试验Ⅰ组)、35 g芒柄花素(试验Ⅱ组)、1.25 g大豆黄酮和17.5 g芒柄花素(试验Ⅲ组)。预试期7 d,正试期120 d。分别于试验的第0、30、60、90、120天采集乳样,测定乳成分;颈静脉采集血液样品,3 500 r/min离心15 min,分离血浆,-20 ℃保存备用。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组产奶量、乳蛋白产量均显著提高(P< 0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组乳糖产量显著提高(P< 0.05);试验Ⅲ组T-AOC显著提高(P< 0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组GSH-Px活性显著提高(P< 0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组MDA含量极显著降低(P< 0.05);乳脂产量、乳糖率及TP、ALB、GLB含量均无显著差异(P> 0.05);CAT、SOD活性均有一定程度的提高。由此可见,日粮中添喂两种植物雌激素及其组合物能够在一定程度上提高荷斯坦奶牛的产奶量、乳蛋白含量和乳糖含量,能够提高奶牛机体抗氧化能力,增强免疫功能。  相似文献

This study was aimed to investigate the effect of feed supplemented with fermented tomato pomace on the antioxidant properties of perinatal dairy cows.Sixteen dairy cows with similar physical,prenatal period,body weight,parity and lactation yield were divided into two groups with 8 dairy cows per group.The dairy cows in control group were fed TMR regular diet and that of experimental group was fed diet supplemented with fermented tomato pomace (13% in pre-partum period and 11% in post-partum period).The preliminary trial period was 14 d and trial period lasted for 60 d (30 d before delivery to 30 d after delivery). The results showed that compared with control group,the milk yield of dairy cows of experimental group in post-partum period was significantly increased (P<0.05);In the whole trail period,the activity of GSH-Px,T-SOD and T-AOC in experimental group were increased,and that in pre-partum period were significantly increased (P<0.05),while compared with pre-partum period,that in post-partum period showed a downward trend.The MDA content of experimental group in post-partum period was significantly decreased (P<0.05),there was no significant difference between pre-partum period and post-partum period (P>0.05);Compared with control group,the contents of white blood cells,hemoglobin,urea nitrogen, low density lipoprotein and Fe of experimetal group in post-partum period were significantly increased (P<0.05),and other indexes had no significant differences (P>0.05).In conclusion,diet supplemented with fermented tomato pomace had a certain improvement effect on the antioxidant properties and milk yield of dairy cows in the perinatal period.  相似文献

2015年3月至2015年8月在新疆伊犁新生源公司巴彦岱牛场为研究大提琴、小提琴及低音提琴演奏的轻音乐对泌乳牛神经递质和泌乳性能的影响。选取体重、年龄、胎次及泌乳量接近,健康状况良好,饲养管理水平完全一致的荷斯坦泌乳牛36头,随机分成2组,试验组和对照组各18头。试验分3期,每期40 d,每隔20 d采集一次血样和乳样并测定单头产奶量。结果显示,与对照组相比,3种乐器演奏的音乐均能促进产奶量,其中小提琴音乐组的产奶量显著高于对照组(P < 0.05);小提琴演奏的音乐能显著增加血清中甘氨酸(Gly)含量,显著降低神经肽Y (NPY)含量(P < 0.05);低音提琴演奏的音乐能显著降低NPY含量(P < 0.05)。结果提示,可选用小提琴演奏的音乐作为奶牛生产生活的环境音乐。  相似文献

The experiment was conducted from March 2015 until August 2015 at Bayan Dai cattle farm,Xinjiang Xin Sheng Yuan company in Yili.To study the influence of light music (cello music,violin music and bass music) on neurotransmitters levels and milk performance of dairy cows,36 health Holstein cows with similar body weight,age,parity and milk yield were randomly divided into two groups,control group and test group,each group with 18 heads.All these cows were managed at the same conditions.The test had three sections,each section lasted for 40 days.Every 20 days the daily yield was determined,and the blood and milk samples were collected.The results showed that all these three instrumental music could promote milk yield and the milk yield of violin music group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Violin music significantly increased Gly level and reduced NPY level (P < 0.05).Bass music could significantly reduce NPY level (P < 0.05).The results suggested that violin music could be used as the environment music in dairy cows production.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平莫能菌素对泌乳期奶牛生产性能和养分消化率的影响。选取泌乳期荷斯坦奶牛12头,采用重复4×4拉丁方试验设计,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,对照组饲喂基础日粮(A组),试验组分别在基础日粮的基础上添加300 (B组)、400 (C组)、500 (D组)mg/(头·d)莫能菌素。试验分为4期,每期28 d (7 d预饲期,21 d正饲期)。结果表明,日粮中添加莫能菌素可以提高泌乳期奶牛产奶量和乳糖率,降低乳脂率,其中C组和D组的平均日产奶量分别较对照组提高4.08%和4.57%(P < 0.05),D组的乳糖率较对照组提高1.99% (P < 0.05),D组的乳脂率较对照组降低7.45% (P < 0.05),但对4%乳脂校正乳(FCM)、乳中非脂固型物(SNF)比例和乳蛋白率的影响不显著(P > 0.05)。莫能菌素会提高奶牛的体增重(BWG)及粗蛋白质(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的表观消化率,其中D组的BWG较对照组提高34.62% (P < 0.05),3个试验组的CP消化率分别较对照组提高3.73%、4.35%和5.35% (P < 0.01),D组的NDF和ADF消化率分别较对照组提高7.24%和9.08% (P < 0.05),另外,莫能菌素对泌乳期奶牛的粗脂肪(EE)、钙(Ca)和磷(P)的消化率及干物质采食量(DMI)影响不显著(P > 0.05)。综上所述,在泌乳期奶牛日粮中添加莫能菌素可以促进奶牛机体代谢,提高奶牛养分消化率和经济效益,其适宜添加量为400~500 mg/(头·d)。  相似文献
