【目的】探讨不同猕猴桃品种果实发育过程中总酚、类黄酮含量及抗氧化活性的动态变化差异。【方法】以江西主栽的美味猕猴桃'金魁’和中华猕猴桃'红阳’以及本课题组自主选育的毛花猕猴桃'赣猕6号’为试材,对果实生长发育过程中总酚、类黄酮含量和FRAP抗氧化能力、清除羟基自由基(·OH)、DPPH自由基(DPPH·)和超氧阴离子自由基(·O2-)的能力进行检测分析。【结果】3个猕猴桃品种果实总酚和类黄酮含量在果实生长发育过程中大体呈现由高到低的变化趋势;但不同品种其含量差异显著,尤其'赣猕6号’总酚含量高于其他两个品种十几倍。对抗氧化活性检测发现',赣猕6号’比其他两个品种具有较强的FRAP抗氧化能力和清除超氧阴离子自由基(·O2-)能力。相关性分析显示',赣猕6号’清除·OH和·O2-能力与总酚、类黄酮含量存在极显著或显著相关性',金魁’FRAP抗氧化能力与总酚、类黄酮含量存在极显著和显著相关性,而'红阳’FRAP抗氧化能力、清除DPPH·能力分别与总酚、类黄酮含量存在显著和极显著相关性。【结论】猕猴桃果实含有丰富的酚类物质,随着果实的生长发育呈现逐渐降低的趋势。猕猴桃抗氧化能力与总酚、类黄酮含量呈显著正相关。毛花猕猴桃'赣猕6号’比美味猕猴桃'金魁’和中华猕猴桃'红阳’具有更高含量的酚类物质和更强的抗氧化能力。本试验为猕猴桃优良品种的推广、野生资源发掘、新品种选育、天然抗氧化保健药物以及功能性食品的开发奠定了基础。  相似文献

【目的】探讨不同品种杏果实发育过程中类黄酮、总酚、三萜酸含量的差异及与抗氧化活性的关系。【方法】以‘金太阳’‘凯特’‘华县大接杏’‘沙金红’‘金香’‘早金艳’等6个杏品种为试材,对不同品种杏果实发育过程中类黄酮、总酚、三萜酸的含量及清除羟基自由基(·OH)、DPPH自由基(DPPH·)和超氧阴离子自由基(·O2-)的能力进行分析测定。【结果】1.供试各品种杏果实中类黄酮、总酚、三萜酸含量均在果实发育早期(花后30 d)最低,其后随着果实的发育呈先上升后下降趋势。2.不同品种杏果实发育过程中类黄酮、总酚和三萜酸含量存在极显著差异(P0.01)。‘华县大接杏’在花后54 d类黄酮和总酚含量均达到最高,‘沙金红’在花后68 d三萜酸含量达到最高。3.供试杏果实的类黄酮、总酚及三萜酸的含量与抗氧化活性均存在相关性,其中杏果实中类黄酮和总酚的含量呈极显著正相关(r=0.882,P0.01);杏提取物清除·OH的能力和清除·O2-的能力呈显著相关(r=0.376,P0.05)。类黄酮、总酚含量与杏果实提取物清除DPPH·的能力呈极显著正相关(r=0.488、0.608,P0.01);三萜酸含量与杏果实提取物清除·OH的能力呈极显著正相关(r=0.494,P0.01)。【结论】不同品种杏果实发育过程中类黄酮、总酚含量与杏果实提取物清除DPPH·的能力呈显著正相关,三萜酸含量与杏果实提取物清除·OH的能力呈极显著正相关,说明类黄酮、总酚和三萜酸是杏果实中主要的抗氧化活性成分。‘华县大接杏’具有较高的类黄酮、总酚含量和清除DPPH·的能力,‘沙金红’具有较高的三萜酸含量和清除·OH的能力,均是功能性杏果及杏加工制品选择的理想品种。  相似文献

为了解茄子果实生长发育过程中果实品质的变化,研究了茄子的果实生长、果皮花青素、类黄酮、果肉可溶性蛋白质、氨基酸、可溶性糖、维生素C、总酚含量及抗氧化能力的变化,并对果皮与果肉的主要品质进行了相关分析。结果表明,茄子果实纵径、横径和单果质量呈先急剧增长后趋于平缓增长的变化趋势;果皮花青素和类黄酮、果肉可溶性蛋白质、氨基酸、可溶性糖、维生素C含量都呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,果肉总酚含量一直降低,总抗氧化能力先降低后升高。相关分析表明,茄子果皮中花青素和类黄酮呈极显著正相关,果肉中可溶性蛋白质和氨基酸、可溶性糖、维生素C呈极显著正相关,维生素C和总酚、总抗氧化能力呈极显著负相关,茄子果皮中花青素、类黄酮与果肉中可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、维生素C呈显著相关。  相似文献

以生长在不同地域皀4个大果沙枣品种皀果实为试材,研究其抗氧化活性及不同抗氧化活性成分含量之间皀差异和相兲性。结果表明:4个大果沙枣品种ABTS·+自由基皀清除活性、DPPH自由基皀清除活性、铁氧化还原能力(FRAP)具有显著性差异,‘八卦沙枣’和‘牛奶头沙枣’皀抗氧化活性最高;4个大果沙枣品种之间鞣质、总酚、游离酚、结合酚、黄酮含量均有显著性差异,其中‘大白沙枣’皀总酚、结合酚含量均显著高于其他品种,‘八卦沙枣’皀黄酮含量显著高于其他品种;DPPH、ABTS、FRAP 3个抗氧化测定方法测定4个大果沙枣品种皀抗氧化活性具有显著或极显著相兲性;黄酮含量可作为判断大果沙枣抗氧化活性强弱皀指标。  相似文献

以不同色泽野生种质"东北黄海棠Malus.prunifolia(Willd.)Borkh.""冬红果M.prunifolia(Willd.)Borkh.""早白海棠M.asiatica Nakai"果实为试材,对果实发育不同时期果皮色泽、果皮中叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、花青苷、类黄酮和总酚等色素的相对含量进行测定,分析果皮色素、色差的变化及其相关性。结果表明,3个种质苹果发育过程中果皮类胡萝卜素、叶绿素、总酚和类黄酮整体呈下降趋势,类胡萝卜素、叶绿素在东北黄海棠近成熟期含量略有上升,总酚和类黄酮在东北黄海棠花后50d到成熟期含量逐渐上升;冬红果近成熟期果实果皮花青苷含量增加,其他2个种质花青苷含量变化呈略微下降趋势;类胡萝卜素与叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素、花青苷、类黄酮、总酚以及L*值都有显著或极显著相关性;叶绿素与类黄酮、总酚有显著或极显著相关性;L*值与花青苷、总酚、类黄酮、类胡萝卜素、叶绿素显著或极显著相关;不同种质苹果皮色差值、各色素之间的相关性不完全一致。  相似文献

【目的】为李种质资源功能物质的科学评价与高抗氧化活性种质筛选提供基础数据。【方法】对李7个主要种和5份李杏杂交种等59份代表种质的清除DPPH自由基能力、清除ABTS自由基能力、还原Fe~(3+)能力(FRAP)和总酚含量进行检测。【结果】供试品种的抗氧化活性和总酚含量变异丰富,果实抗氧化活性与总酚含量呈显著相关,且不同种间或类型间存在显著差异。其中,美洲李(P. americana)的抗氧化活性和总酚含量显著高于其他种,栽培欧洲李(P.domesitica)的抗氧化活性和总酚含量最低。不同颜色李品种抗氧化活性和多酚含量差异不显著。抗氧化活性和总酚含量均值最大的是红色和紫红色品种,最低的是绿色品种。抗氧化活性和总酚含量较高的中国李品种有‘美丽李‘’奎丽‘’蜜李‘’紫玉’和‘绥李3号’。【结论】李种质间抗氧化活性和总酚含量变异非常丰富;不同种或果实着色的李种质抗氧化活性存在一定的差异。  相似文献

测定香花枇杷和普通枇杷各萃取部的抗氧化活性,并测定具较强抗氧化活性的萃取部黄酮、总酚的含量,结果表明香花枇杷叶片的抗氧化活性高于普通枇杷.两种枇杷具有抗氧化活性萃取物中的黄酮和总酚含量均与FRAP值呈极显著正相关关系,与DPPH的IC50呈极显著负相关关系,即黄酮、总酚的含量与总还原能力及自由基清除能力成正相关.同时试验还表明大孔树脂AB-8具有较好的富集黄酮和多酚的效果.  相似文献

【目的】明确不同石榴种质果实日灼发生情况及其抗日灼能力,进而筛选出反映果实抗日灼能力的生理指标。【方法】调查了120份石榴资源的日灼发生率和日灼指数,并对其进行抗日灼能力评价。对15份具不同抗日灼能力的资源进行总抗氧化能力评价,并测定果皮日灼面的几种抗氧化物质含量,最后对日灼指数、总抗氧化能力及相关生理指标进行相关性分析。【结果】不同石榴种质果实的日灼发生率和日灼指数具明显多样性。15份不同资源的总抗氧化能力和抗氧化活性物质含量表现出明显的基因型差异。线性回归和相关性分析表明,日灼指数与总抗氧化能力呈现极显著正相关;相关性分析表明,日灼指数与抗坏血酸、总酚、花青素、谷胱甘肽、总黄酮含量呈极显著正相关(p 0.01),日灼指数与类胡萝卜素含量之间没有明显的相关性。进一步分析发现,总酚、抗坏血酸和谷胱甘肽与总抗氧化能力的相关性最强(p 0.01)。【结论】不同石榴种质果皮的抗日灼能力具有明显的多态性;总抗氧化能力可以反映其抗日灼能力,总酚、抗坏血酸和谷胱甘肽含量可以很大程度上反映其抗氧化能力。  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱法,以64份普通白菜DH系为试材,对不同季节条件下生长的普通白菜叶片中硫代葡糖糖苷(简称硫苷)的组分和含量进行了研究。在64份普通白菜DH系中均检测到8种硫苷组分(3种脂肪族硫苷、4种吲哚族硫苷和1种芳香族硫苷),脂肪族硫苷含量最高,占总硫苷含量的80 %以上,其中NAP含量最高,达50 %,同时发现1份硫苷含量极低的材料。不同材料间脂肪族硫苷变异幅度最大,变异系数均在100 %以上。相关性分析发现,不同季节间脂肪族硫苷、芳香族硫苷和总硫苷含量均达显著或极显著正相关。方差分析表明,脂肪族硫苷、芳香族硫苷和总硫苷含量两个季节中不同基因型间差异均达极显著水平。基因型与季节之间的联合方差分析显示,吲哚族硫苷在基因型间均不存在显著差异,但多种硫苷存在明显的季节×基因型交互作用。  相似文献

Pomegranate leaves are an important source of potentially healthy bioactive compounds. Changes in total phenolics, flavonoids, alkaloids and antioxidant activities in pomegranate leaves were recorded from April 18th to September 16th, 2007. Total levels of phenolics and flavonoids decreased significantly in the early stages of leaf growth, and then increased gradually until the end of September. However, concentrations of total alkaloids increased during leaf growth and development. Antioxidant activities in pomegranate leaves were significantly correlated with the level of total phenolics and flavonoids. All bioactive compounds measured from pomegranate leaves increased during leaf growth and development. These trends suggest that the optimum picking time for tea is before May and bioactive compounds should be extracted from pomegranate leaves after August.  相似文献

嘉雪四月蕻系采用系统选育方法从地方农家品种铁梗青中选育而成的加工型叶用芥菜新品种。晚熟,冬播春收190 d(天)左右采收。梗叶比高,粗纤维含量适中,腌渍后叶色鲜绿,口感鲜嫩,菜体中氨基酸含量高,加工腌渍品质佳。冬播春收单株质量1.45 kg左右,每667 m2产量5 500 kg左右;秋播冬收单株质量1.20 kg左右,每667 m2产量5 000 kg左右。适合浙北及其毗邻地区种植。  相似文献

This study illustrates the effects of light quality as influenced by photo-selective shade nets (red, yellow, and pearl with 40% shade) and the widely used commercial black net (25% shade) on overall retail quality and phytochemical contents of three lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) varieties (two green varieties, Ashbrook and Aquarell, and a red variety, Exbury) at after postharvest storage. Variety-specific responses were observed with respect to different coloured shade nets with regards to the accumulation of β-carotene, ascorbic acid, flavonoids (kaempferol, isorhamnetin, quercetin, myricetin, anthocyanin), and antioxidant activity at harvest. Growing var. Ashbrook under the pearl net improved the ascorbic acid and myricetin contents after postharvest storage. Var. Exbury (red) produced under the black net showed higher retention of ascorbic acid, and anthocyanin contents after postharvest storage. Also pearl net production improved the β-carotene content after postharvest storage in var. Aquarell. All lettuce types produced under the pearl nets showed less weight loss, and overall acceptance after postharvest storage. Spectral quality under the shade nets enabled us to improve the phytochemical content and antioxidant properties in light-sensitive varieties Ashbrook Aquarell and Exbury, during winter season.  相似文献

Fruit of eight mango genotypes were evaluated for antioxidant potential by several biochemical assays (DPPH, ABTS, ORAC, FRAP, SASR and MCC) and tested for their polyphenol composition and vitamin C contents. The significance analysis demonstrated that the antioxidant capacity of Tainong 1 fruits were significantly higher than that of other genotypes, which was about 2.1–6.3-fold higher than Guifei assayed in ABTS, DPPH, ORAC and FRAP methods. The total polyphenols and flavonoids contents showed a great variety amongst mango genotypes and highly correlation with the total antioxidant capacity. It is concluded that significant genotypic difference exists in the total antioxidant capacity of mango fruits. Both total polyphenols and flavonoids are major contributors to the total antioxidant capacity in mango fruit.  相似文献

The pericarps of 10 litchi cultivars from two production seasons were studied for their phenolic concentrations and composition and activities of anti-oxidation. The total phenolic concentrations in dried litchi pericarp ranged from 51 to 102 g k g−1. Different cultivars varied considerably in phenolic concentration and composition. Cultivars ‘Nuomici’ exhibited significantly higher concentrations of proanthocyanidins, flavonoids, phenolic acids and therefore total soluble phenolics than the other cultivars, while ‘Lanzhu’ and ‘Guiwei’ had minor values in phenolics. The extracts of litchi pericarp exhibited considerably high ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) and strong activities of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryhydrazyl (DPPH) scavenging, lipid peroxidation inhibiting, and oxidative DNA damage protection. The crude ethanol extracts of pericarp displayed significantly higher FRAP and stronger DPPH scavenging capacity than butylated hydroxylytoluene (BHT) and catechin. Among the tested cultivars, concentrations of major phenolics had significant linear correlations with FRAP and DPPH scavenging activities. These results indicated that litchi pericarp is rich in natural antioxidant phenolic compounds and different litchi cultivars differed considerably in phenolic concentration and antioxidant activities.  相似文献

不同芹菜品种叶与叶柄黄酮含量及其与抗氧化能力的关系   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
 采用高效液相色谱方法,开展不同芹菜品种中黄酮的含量和分布研究,并探讨其与芹菜抗氧化能力的关系。结果表明:芹菜黄酮主要分布在叶中,毛地黄黄酮和芹菜素是黄酮的主要成分,槲皮素含量甚微;不同品种总黄酮含量差异较大,5个品种中,‘圣洁白芹’的总黄酮含量最高,达到732.21 mg &;#8226; kg-1,其次为‘赞比亚西芹’、‘山西紫柄芹’、‘山西岚县芹’,总黄酮含量分别为556.93、475.74和346.48 mg &;#8226; kg-1,‘文图拉西芹’总黄酮含量最低,为241.41 mg &;#8226; kg-1。研究发现,总黄酮分光光度计法检测的芹菜黄酮含量结果是高效液相色谱法检测结果的2.64 ~ 7.14倍,且品种黄酮含量排序与液相色谱法不同。在抗氧化方面,DPPH方法的检测结果表明,叶柄中总黄酮含量与叶柄清除自由基能力呈高度相关,r = 0.843(P<0.01);叶总黄酮含量与叶清除自由基能力呈中度相关,r = 0.624(P<0.01)。FRAP方法结果表明,叶柄中总黄酮含量与叶柄总抗氧化能力呈高度相关,r = 0.798(P<0.01),但叶总黄酮含量与叶总抗氧化能力之间未表现出相关性。  相似文献

This study evaluated the importance of three factors (genotype, ultraviolet [UV] radiation and harvest time) and their interaction on phenolics, tannins, flavonoids and antioxidant activity of ‘Paris Island’ (romaine type) and ‘Sanguine’ (red leaf type) lettuce plants as well as on the severity of browning of their fresh-cut product. Ten genotypes had significant effect on secondary metabolite accumulation and higher levels were found in ‘Sanguine’, while no interaction effect was found among all the studied factors. Therefore, a new analysis of variance was performed for each genotype separately. The results showed that in ‘Paris Island’ the time of harvest had a significant effect on all measured parameters with higher levels for plants from the night harvest, while UV radiation had little effect on the plants’ biochemistry. On the contrary, in ‘Sanguine’, UV radiation significantly affected the concentration of secondary metabolites and antioxidant capacity, with higher levels for plants grown under UV-open film. Browning evaluation of fresh-cut product derived from the above plants showed that factors affecting secondary metabolite concentration in whole plants at harvest did not have a similar effect. The findings indicate that there are appropriate treatments, for each genotype, that could achieve high production of secondary metabolites and improve their antioxidant properties.  相似文献

The aim of this research was to determine the effect of three different fertilizing systems, including organic, conventional, and integrated ones, on the yield, fruit quality, antioxidant activity, and some phenolic compounds of white seedless grape. The study was carried out on several 6-year-old white seedless grapevine located in the Urmia Province (North-West Iran). The results showed that the fruit physical characteristics and yield were affected significantly by different fertilization systems. The highest yield was observed in the conventional fertilization, followed by organic and integrated systems. The leaf mineral contents were obviously dependent on the different fertilization used, whereas pH and titratable acidity were not affected. Based on our results, the highest values of antioxidant activity and total flavonoid were found in the organic and integrated fertilization systems, respectively. Also, the highest contents of total phenolic, catechin, and quercetin-3-galactoside were observed in the organic fertilization system. Overall, the highest nutritional quality and biochemical characteristics of white seedless grape were obtained in organic fertilization system, which improved antioxidant capacity by enhancing total phenolics, total flavonoids and valuable phenolic compounds.  相似文献

Harvesting season for green asparagus can be extended by the use of the mother fern method and greenhouse cultivation. To evaluate seasonal variations in nutritional quality of green asparagus, the compositional profiles of fresh spears (Asparagus officialis L. cv. UC157 F1) harvested each month from March to October were compared in two locations of China using mother fern method. During the harvest season, dry matter content, soluble sugar, crude fiber, rutin and total soluble phenol in spears exhibited marked variation. Although there was no significant difference in total amino acid contents among most of months throughout the season, but quantitative changes in some specific amino acids occurred. Fresh spears harvested in warm season (from June to July) contained lower level of soluble sugars, dry matter, ascorbic acid and higher nitrate, crude fiber, total phenolics and rutin contents compared with those in cooler months. Asparagus harvested in spring accumulated relatively higher level of soluble sugar, carotenoid and chlorophyll contents than those in autumn, but total phenol and rutin contents were higher in autumn than in spring. The relationships between weather data and nutritional quality parameters of asparagus spear during harvest season were also discussed.  相似文献
