在吉林省松原市建立了杨树对青杨天牛抗性的栽植实验区,调查了10个不同品系杨树的青杨天牛发生量,并对各杨树品系枝条的主要营养成分进行了分析。结果显示:各杨树品系间青杨天牛的发生量以及枝条中氨基酸含量之间的差异均极其显著;杨树品系青杨天牛的发生量与可溶性总糖及含水量之间有显著正相关关系(相关系数分别为0.737和0.684),但与全氮及蛋白态氮含量之间无显著相关关系(相关系数分别为-0.166和-0.100)。  相似文献

Ips subelongatus Motschulsky were raised indoors and in the field using fresh baits for study of biological and ecological characteristics during 1992–1994. The life cycle of the pest in Lishu County, Jilin Province was described. The study results indicated that temperature was a main factor affecting the development ofIps subelongatus. The initial temperature for development of egg, larva, pupa and adult was 6.1, 8.0, 10.3 and 9.8°C, respectively. To complete one-generation needs, respectively, 48 d at temperature of 18°C, 39 d at 20°C and 33 d at 22°C. The pest has different number of generations in different area as a result of temperature change. In Jilin Province, it generally has three generations, except that some individuals have 2 generations. A systematic observation and intensive study on the parasitoids ofPissodes nitidus were made in Langxiang and Xin'qing Forestry Bureau in Xiaoing'an Mountain area in 1996–1999, including the diagnosis, life history, biological characteristics ofEurytoma sp. and parasitoid complex ofPissodes nitidus. There were about 70 species of parasitoids onPissodes nitidus, including Eurytomidae, Ichneumonidae and Braconidae etc. Among them,Eurytoma sp. is a dominant species and a braconid,Ipobracon sp. is a subdominant species, and they play an important role in controlling the pest. Four-armed airflow olfactometer was used to determining the foraging behavior ofPteroptrix longgiclava (Girault) (Hymenoptera: Aphelinidae) andEncarsia gigas (Tshumakova) (Hymenoptera: Aphelinidae) to the essential oils which emitted from the healthy bark ofPopulus pseudo-simonii×P. nigra, the infested bark injured byQuadraspidiotus gigas (Thiem & Gerneck), the body and scale of fixed 1st-instar-nymph ofQ. gigas. The results from these experiments showed that the volatile oils produced from the injured bark and from the scale of fixed 1st-instar-nymph had a higher attractive ability to female adults of the two species of wasps. The essential oil produced from the scale of the pest at dosages of 3–7 μL and the essential oil emitted by injured bark at dosages of 5–9 μL had a stronger alluring effect on the host searching behavior ofPteroptrix longgiclava. The essential oil from the body of fixed 1st-instar-nymph ofQ. gigas also had certain effect on the host locating effort ofPteroptrix longgiclava andEncarsia gigas. Those two wasps did not shown any reaction to the essential oil produced by the healthy bark of poplar. Observations on life cycle, habits and characteristics ofBiston betularia (L.), which is a major pest infecting birch, were made in Daxing’an Mountain forest area, Heilongjiang Province during 1997–1998. In this area, the pest has one generation per year and overwinters as eggs in cracks of the lower part of stem. Adults emerge from mid-July to late August, and the damage of larvae occurs mainly in May and June. Life cycle table ofBiston betularia was given and control suggestions were made in this paper. Investigation and observation were made on bionomics and occurrence regulation ofPhigalia djakonovi Moltrecht, which is a major pest of white birch, in Daxing’an Mountain forest area of Inner Mongolia during 1997 to 1999. Through 5 years of phenological observations onLarix principis-rupprechtii Mayr. in primary seed orchard and studies on population and individuals of clones, the annual periodic phenological laws were revealed and the annual phenological periodic table was drawn up. The correlation between various phenophases, the air temperature and active accumulated temperature were analyzed and expounded. The authors also analyzed the similarities and differences of phenophases among clonal individuals as well as the blooming properties of male and female flowers at the same time. This study could provide theoretical reference for working out the production plan of improved varieties and other management measures in seed orchard ofLarix principis-rupprechtii. In production industry ofAuricularia auricular, the varieties quality is most important impact factor on output. For evaluating the early quality of the edible fungus, 9 varieties ofAuricularia auricular (Au9, CF09, CF05, 29, 916, chang10, chang7, Au.Japanese and 8808) were cultured on the medium consists of potato dextrose agar (PDA) and sawdust to test their mycelium growth rate, endurance to high temperature, resistance to mildew, assimilation of nutriment, and resistance to drought. The result showed that the mycelium of Chang 10, CF09, 29 and Au.Japanese varieties had the eminent characteristics such as short lifespan, stronger assimilation of nutriment, and endurance to high temperature and steady growth. These four varieties are determined as superiority varieties ofAuricularia auricular in accordance with the research results. Nitrate reductase activity (NRA) in different plant organs and leaves in different positions of Camptotheca acuminata seedlings was determined by an In vivo assay, the diurnal variation rhythm of NRA in leaves of different positions was observed,and the correlations between leaf NRA, leaf area and lamina mass per unit area (LMA) were also examined. The results showed that NRA in the leaf was significantly highest, compared with that in other organs such as roots, stems and leaves. In this experiment, the 10 leaves were selected from the apex to the base of the seedlings in order. The different NRA occurred obviously in leaves of different positions of C. acuminata seedlings from the apex to the base, and NRA was higher in the 4th-6th leaves.The diurnal change rhythm of leaf NRA showed a one peak curve, and maximum NRA value appeared at about midday (at 12:30 or so). No obvious correlations between NRA and leaf area or lamina mass per unit area were observed. Tracheid characteristics ofPicea koraiensis from natural stand in Liangshui area and plantation in Mao'ershan area were studied. The results of variance analysis showed that the tracheid length, diameter, and thickness of tracheid wall were significant differences between the growth rings. All those characteristics tend to increase from heart-center to bark. In natural stand, it has positive correlation between the characteristics. In plantation, the tracheid length has positive correlation with the trachied diameter, while both the trachied length and the trachied diameter has negative correlation with the thickness of trachied wall. The tracheid length and diameter have no significant difference in growth between natural stand and plantations. The thickness of tracheid wall from the plantation is a little thicker than that from the natural stand before 15 years. [目的]筛选出强致病菌株用于木麻黄抗病育种研究工作。[方法]在广东沿海木麻黄青枯病发病区采集病根,开展病原菌两种不同分离方法的比较研究,对分离出的31个病株进行16s rRNA测序鉴定及致病性测定。[结果]采用稀释分离法及根系溢出法在TTC培养基上共分离出了31个病原菌株,根系溢出法操作简便,杂菌含量低,分离率在60%左右,可作为常规稀释分离法的补充。31个菌株进行分子鉴定,只有22个菌株扩增出了特异性条带,经测序比对确定这22个菌株为青枯菌。青枯菌株致病性测定结果显示菌株致病性在无性系间、菌株间及菌株与无性系间的交互作用均具有极显著差异(P0.01),不同接种方法间菌株致病性相关系数值较小,介于0.496 6~0.731 0之间,即室内水培接种与小苗盆栽接种不存在密切的直线相关关系。[结论]综合选择在不同无性系及不同接种方法中均具有较强致病性的GL-2、H、M、TC-1、F、Q菌株作为下一步木麻黄种质资源抗性鉴定及抗病育种研究试验菌株。  相似文献

在1997-1999年间,利用Bier, X.H、波钦诺克、王敬文、史瑞和等人的研究方法,分别对不同品种杨树如:美×青、A100、小黑14、黑小2、613、北京605等接种冰核活性细菌,并对接种前后树皮含水量、相对膨胀度、木质素、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性、电解质渗出率以及无机元素等进行了测定。结果表明:冰核细菌溃疡病发生后,树皮含水率降低,而膨胀度(RT值)升高;树皮内电解质渗出率增加,而在-4 C和5 C时渗出率最高;木质素的含量也有所增加,且与品种的抗病性呈正相关;苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性也有所增加,且与品种的抗病性呈正相关;Cu、Fe含量显著下降,K、Zn含量显著增加,但Mn、Ca、Mg含量变化不大。  相似文献

【目的】从叶片衰老角度研究檫木叶片叶色、色素和营养元素的变化规律,为秋色叶观赏树种檫木的选育以及栽培提供理论依据。【方法】以栽植于同一环境条件下的3年生檫木为试验材料,从檫木叶片停止生长到脱落,分5个时期对叶片的叶色值、色素含量和营养元素含量进行观测和分析。【结果】观测前期与观测后期,檫木叶片叶色值、色素含量和营养元素含量存在极显著差异;叶片进入衰老阶段后,叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量呈下降趋势,而花色素苷含量逐渐上升;N、P、K含量在叶片衰老阶段逐渐下降。由典型相关分析可知,叶色a*值与叶绿素含量具有显著负相关,与花色素苷含量呈显著正相关;花色素苷含量与N含量成反比,类胡萝卜素含量与P含量成正比;N元素再利用效率的载荷值符号与N含量载荷值的符号相反,而P元素再利用效率的载荷值符号与P含量载荷值的符号相同;檫木叶片衰老分为3个阶段,第1阶段从9月中下旬到10月上旬,为叶片衰老准备期;第2阶段从10月中下旬到11月上旬,为叶片缓慢衰老期;第3阶段从11月中下旬到叶片脱落,为叶片衰老末期。【结论】檫木叶色最佳观赏期是从10月中下旬到11月上旬的叶片缓慢衰老期;从叶片衰老准备期到叶片衰老末期,叶绿素和类胡萝卜素被分解,花色素苷合成;N、P、K 3种营养元素逐渐被转移,其中N含量越高,N元素再利用效率就越低;与之相反,P含量越高,P元素再利用效率就越高。  相似文献

Dioscorea nippnica Mak is an important traditional Chinese medicinal material with significant economic value. Seeds ofDioscorea nippnica Mak were collected from three forest areas. The experiment on control ofLymantria dispar L by using different kinds of biological measures, including nuclear polyhedrosis virus (NPV) ofLymantria dispar L., BtMP-342, sex-attractant as well as botanical insecticide, was carried out in the forest regions of Inner Mongolia in 2003. Two concentrations (2.632×106 PIB·ml−1 and 2.632×107 PIB·ml−1) ofLymantria dispar L. NPV were sprayed on the 2rd-instar-larvae ofL. dispar and 70% and 77.8% control effect were obtained respectively. BtMP0-342 was applied to the 3rd- and 4th-instar larvae and the control effect was around 80%. The sex-attractant provided by Canada Pacific Forestry Research Center also showed a good result in trappingL. dispar adults. The self-produced botanical insecticide, which was extracted from a kind of poisonous plant distributed in Daxing'an Mountains, China, exhibited a good control result in controlling the larvae ofL. dispar, and 82% mortality was observed when spraying primary liquid of the botanical insecticide on the 3rd–5th-instar-larvae in lab. Bacillus thuringiensis is a major microbial insecticide and a source of genes encoding several proteins toxic to insects. In this paper the authors give a brief summary ofBacillus thuringiensis used on the integrated pest management in forestry. The derivatives of Bt strain HD1 subspkurstaki have been widely used to control the forest pests such as the gypsy moth (Lymantria dispar), spruce budworm (Choristoneura fumiferana), the pine processionary moth (Thaumetopoea pityocampa), the European pine shoot moth (Rhyacionia buoliana) and the nun moth (Lymantria monacha). Some progresses of transferring and expressing Bt toxin gene in forest trees are offered with a discussion on the limits and future prospects of using Bt products in forestry. The optimal formula of Beta-Cypermethrin aqueous capsule suspension was screened out through the experiment,preparation and manufacture of basic formulas, which has no sedimentation, suspended drops of oil, peels and agglomerating and the diameter of capsule is in range of 10-30μm, conformed to the technical requirement. The aftereffect of the 3.3% Beta-Cypermethrin aqueous capsule suspension which was manufactured according to the optimal formula was up more than 25 days. The experiments on controlling the larvae of Dendrolinmus superans Butler and the adults of Xylotrechus rusticus L were carried out with different concentrations of this chemical. The death rate reached 80% when 250 times solution of the chemical was sprayed on stem to control the larvae of D. superans. For control of the adults of X. rusticus, 200, 400 and 600 times solution of the chemical were applied and their control effects (death rate) reached 85.23%, 74.21% and 66.59% respectively. Two kinds of solution (200 times and 300 times) of the chemical were used to control the larvae of D. superans in large area, and the control effect for both concentrations was over 90%.  相似文献

Bio-control trials of Chaetomium spirale ND35 against apple canker   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A new endophytic antagonistic fungus, Chaetomium spirale ND35 from Populus tomentosa, was reported. The bio-control trials of C. spirale ND35 against the Valsa Canker of apple were preliminarily investigated. The results of dual culture on PDA plate showed that C. spirale ND35 was capable of strong antagonism against Valsa ceratosperma, and for inhibiting the mycelial growth of V. ceratosperma,.the crude extract of liquid culture of corn steep powder broth was more effective than that one of malt extract broth (MEB). The results of bio-control in greenhouse and field indicated that the disease incidence of apple tree treated with C. spirale ND35 was lower significantly than that treated by other methods. The re-isolation experiment suggested that C. spirale ND35 could colonize in stems and branches of apple trees successfully, and the ND35 colonization rate of the treatment with solid wheat bran culture was higher than that of corn steep powder broth, but the field experiment result the control effect of liquid culture of C. spirale ND35 was better than that of solid culture.  相似文献

Poplar is one of the dominant tree species for the establishment of fast growing plantations in Shandong Province.Eighteen poplar clones belonging to Populus aigeiros section were introduced from Italy, Turkey and domestic regions. Populus deltoides cv. ‘Lux‘ 1-69/55 (1-69), which was widely used in Shandong Province, China, was taken as control clone (1-69).Following a randomized complete block design, seedling test and controlled afforestation trials were carried out at Juxian County,Caoxian County and Laiyang City. The results showed that the poplar clone (Populus x euramericana cv. ‘102/74‘), namely 102/74, performed well both in terms of adaptability and growth rate. The mean height of 13.9 m (H), diameter at breast height of 18.0 cm (DBH) and volume growth of 0.1445 m3 (V) were 2.2 %, 21.6% and 52.9% higher than those of 1-69 (CK), respectively,at the age of 5 years at three experimental sites. Moreover, the clone can be propagated easily and showed high resistance to poplar disease, pest as well as salinity and had longer growing period. Furthermore, wood basic density and fiber length of new poplar clone (102/74) were as same as 1-69 (CK). It was concluded that the selected clone (102/74) was ideal for the estab-lishment of fast-growing poplar plantations, especially for the pulpwood plantations in Shandong Province.  相似文献
