Abstract

Periods of maximum hard red spring (HRS) wheat (Jriticum aestivum L.) nutrient demand need to be determined in order to develop best nutrient management practices, and to provide data for nutrient uptake modeling. Aerial (aboveground biomass) whole plant samples of irrigated HRS wheat were collected from the field at 16 growth stages and separated into leaves, stems, heads, and grain for dry matter determinations and analyzed for N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, Cl, Zn, Mn, Fe, and Cu concentrations. Accumulation curves were computed for each plant part for the growing season from compound cubic polynomial models based on accumulated growing degree units (GDUs). Total aerial accumulations of dry matter, N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, Cl, Zn, Mn, Fe, and Cu were 14400, 116, 30.8, 103, 9.2, 9.3, 15.2, 32.3, 0.18, 0.58, 2.05, and 0.045 kg/ha, respectively. Grain at maturity accumulated greater than 78% of the total aerial N, P, and Zn, while it contained less than 20% of the aerial accumulated K, Ca, Cl, and Fe. Nitrogen and Fe were rapidly accumulated near 200 GDU, while P, K, Ca, Mg, S, Cl, Zn, Mn, and Cu were most rapidly accumulated near 600 GDU. Accumulation rates were 183, 2.9, 0.90, 0.72, 0.008, 1.41, 0.29, and 0.12 kg/ha/d for dry matter, N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, and Cl, respectively, and 136, 1.7, 0.48, 0.13, 0.004, 0.78, 0.20, and 0.02 g/ha/d, respectively, during grainfill. This plant information suggests the timing of in‐season nutrient applications, and when integrated with other agronomic practices could improve overall nutrient management for HRS wheat in the northern Great Plains.  相似文献

为监测堆肥过程挥发性有机物(volatile organic compounds,VOCs)排放情况,该文开展了猪粪堆肥现场试验,采用苏玛罐采样,气相色谱-质谱法分析了猪粪好氧堆肥过程中VOCs浓度。结果表明:猪粪好氧堆肥过程中可以检测出的VOCs有81种,包括烷烃类34种,芳香烃类21种,卤烃类19种,胺类1种,含硫化合物3种,氟利昂类3种;其中检出率高且浓度远远超过其嗅阈值的VOCs包括三甲胺、二甲基硫、二甲基二硫和二甲基三硫,VOCs排放主要发生在堆肥的前2周。该研究将为控制猪粪堆肥过程中VOCs气体排放提供科学数据支持。  相似文献

The goal of this study was to investigate the effect of die nozzle dimensions, barrel temperature profile, and moisture content on DDGS-based extrudate properties and extruder processing parameters. An ingredient blend containing 40% distillers dried grains with solubles (DDGS), along with soy flour, corn flour, fish meal, whey, mineral and vitamin mix, with a net protein content adjusted to 28% was extruded in a single-screw laboratory extruder using seven different die nozzles. Increasing moisture content of the ingredient mix from 15 to 25% resulted in a 2.0, 16.0, 16.3, 22.9, 18.5, 32.5, and 63.7% decrease, respectively, in bulk density, water-solubility index, sinking velocity, L*, b*, mass flow rate, and absolute pressure, as well as 11.6, 16.2, and 7% increases, respectively, in pellet durability, water-absorption index, and a*. Increasing the temperature from 100 to 140°C resulted in 17.0, 5.9, 35.4, 50.6, 28.8, 33.9, and 33.9% decreases, respectively, in unit density, pellet durability, sinking velocity, absolute pressure, specific mechanical energy, torque, and apparent viscosity, but a 49.1 and 16.9% increase, respectively, in dough temperature and water-absorption index. Increasing the L/D ratio of the die nozzle resulted in an increase in bulk density, L*, a*, and torque, but a decrease in unit density, pellet durability, water-absorption index, sinking velocity, b*, mass flow rate, dough temperature, and apparent viscosity. As demonstrated in this study, the selection of an appropriate die geometry, in addition to the selection of suitable temperature and moisture content levels, are critical for producing DDGS-based extrudates with optimum properties.  相似文献

Mineral concentrations of onions (Allium cepa L.) grown under various conditions, including factors (fertilization, crop year, variety, and provenance), were investigated to clarify how much each factor contributes to the variation of their concentrations. This was because the mineral concentrations might be affected by various factors. The ultimate goal of this study was to develop a technique to determine the geographic origins of onions by mineral composition. Samples were onions grown under various conditions at 52 fields in 18 farms in Hokkaido, Japan. Twenty-six elements (Li, Na, Mg, Al, P, K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Rb, Sr, Y, Mo, Cd, Cs, Ba, La, Ce, Nd, Gd, W, and Tl) in these samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Fertilization conditions and crop years of onions caused variations of P, Ni, Cu, Rb, Sr, Mo, Cs, and Tl concentrations in onions; different onion varieties also showed variations in numerous element concentrations. However, the variations of mineral compositions of onions by these factors were smaller than the differences between production places with a few exceptions. Furthermore, Na, Rb, and Cs in group IA of the periodic table, Ca, Sr, and Ba in group IIA, and Zn and Cd in group IIB showed similar concentration patterns by group; this result demonstrated that elements in the same periodic groups behaved similarly in terms of their absorption in onions.  相似文献

The concentration of 27 elements was investigated in 10 samples of precipitation from Göttingen, collected during May and September 1972. Göttingen is a non-industrial town of 130000 inhabitants, situated in a rural area, and essentially all the dissolved and undissolved material in rainwater is locally derived. Elemental concentrations in freshwater and shale are used for comparison with the dissolved elements in precipitation and the undissolved residue. The two phases have been separated after evaporation (concentration factors: 15 to 25-times). Phosphorous, Zn, Mn, and Pb are enriched in rainwater, while Si, Mg, Na, Ca, Cl, Fe, Hg, K, Li, and Al are depleted relative to average freshwater. Sulfate, Cd, and Cu have similar concentrations in rain and freshwater. The factors of accumulation between elements in residue and average shale are calculated after normalization to the Al-value. They are: ? 100 for Ag, Hg, Pb; between 10 and 20 for Zn, Cd, P, Cu, Mo; > 2 for Cr, Bi, Ni, Ba, Ti, V ; between 0.9 and 2.0 for Rb, K, Na, Li, Mg, Mn, Fe, Si, Ca; and 0.5 for Tl. The trace element accumulation is due to different anthropogenic sources: combustion of liquid petroleum fuels contributes to Ph, V, Ni, Mo, Hg, and sulfate, combustion of coal to Ba, sulfate, and chloride, and to the. readily volatile elements such as Hg, Cd, Tl, Bi, and Ag, combustion of refuse to Ag, Bi, Pb, Cd, Hg, Zn, Cr, Cu, Ba, and Mo in highly variable amounts. Fertilizers and road salts change the chemistry of soils and indirectly supply P, alkali and alkaline-earth metals to the fly dust. Modest industrial activity is responsible for high Cu and Cr concentrations. Despite the appreciable accumulation of some toxic elements, the precipitation in Göttingen is relatively pure compared to other areas. Favorable geologic conditions around Göttingen decrease the negative influences of potentially harmful airborne elements. The high carbonate content in the dust neutralizes the anthropogenic acids in the rainwater. Furthermore, the toxic trace elements are diluted, especially in the center of Göttingen, by a large amount of airborne dust.  相似文献

三峡移民工程中土地资源的合理规划利用需要建立在查清区域土壤营养元素背景及分布特征的基础之上,作者利用多目标地球化学调查方法,通过野外实地调查、大面积系统性采集土壤表层样品、测试分析、数理统计,探讨了三峡库区表层土壤中N、P、K、Ca、Mg、S、B、Fe、Mn、Mo、Cl等植物生长必需元素在不同土壤类型中的含量分布特征,以紫色土为例探讨了不同分布高度、不同坡度、不同植被条件对其元素含量分布的影响。结果表明:石灰土是营养元素最丰富的土壤,黄壤是营养元素最低的土壤。母岩对土壤元素分布影响明显,灰岩母岩区土壤营养元素最丰富,砂岩母质区土壤养分元素含量最低;同为碎屑岩类的泥岩、粉砂岩、杂砂岩、砂岩母岩区的土壤相比,泥岩类母岩区的土壤养分元素含量相对较高,粉砂岩母岩区土壤养分元素含量居于泥岩与砂岩母岩区土壤之间。随紫色土分布区地形坡度变化,紫色土Ca、Mg、K元素含量无规律性变化,但随地形坡度变缓,N、S、Mo含量明显增高,Fe、Mn、P含量有增高的趋势;随海拔高度降低,紫色土P、S含量增高,Mn、Mo含量有增高的趋势,而其他元素含量无规律性变化。紫色土在相同的母质、气候及相似的地貌条件下,植被覆盖类型不同,土壤中不同元素分异特征差异明显。总体来说,土壤类型是土壤元素分布的主要控制因素,不同土壤类型的元素含量差异十分显著;不同母质来源的土壤元素差异性显著;紫色土的元素分布除受土壤类型控制外,还受地形坡度、高度、植被条件等其他因素的影响,但不同元素受影响的因素及程度不同。  相似文献

以2018年6—10月降雨条件下园地、林地、荒草地、坡耕地和裸地的标准径流小区为研究对象,裸地为对照,通过研究降雨对园地、林地、荒草地、坡耕地和裸地的土壤含水率、总氮、硝态氮和铵态氮含量与土层深度和时间的变化特征,经野外试验数据统计分析,提出降雨对园地、林地、荒草地、坡耕地和裸地土壤含水率、总氮、硝态氮和铵态氮含量与土层深度和时间变化特征的影响。结果表明:降雨增加园地、林地、荒草地、坡耕地和裸地土壤含水率,加速土壤总氮、硝态氮和铵态氮水解转化硝化和反硝化速度,影响土壤含水率、总氮、硝态氮和铵态氮含量,降雨与土壤含水率、总氮、硝态氮、铵态氮呈显著相关性(P0.05)。降雨条件下园地、林地、荒草地、坡耕地和裸地的土壤含水率随土层深度增大而增大,土层深度100 cm处土壤含水率最大,分别为30.34%,27.67%,24.98%,24.03%和21.95%,总氮随土层深度增大呈先增大后减小,在土层深度为60 cm土壤总氮含量最大,分别为1.02,0.99,0.90,0.86,0.75 g/kg,硝态氮和铵态氮含量随土层深度增大而减小,在土层深度为100 cm硝态氮和铵态氮含量均最小,其中硝态氮含量分别为9.01,7.89,7.25,6.10,5.22 mg/kg,铵态氮含量分别为9.41,9.14,6.40,5.38,4.37 mg/kg。土壤含水率随时间的延长先减小后增大又减小,呈正余弦变化趋势,8月土壤含水率最大,分别为22.97%,22.01%,19.87%,19.03%和17.98%,总氮随时间的延长先增大后减小,8月总氮最大,分别为1.09,1.01,0.94,0.84,0.76 g/kg,硝态氮和铵态氮含量随时间的延长而逐渐减少,6月硝态氮和铵态氮含量均最大,其中硝态氮含量分别为13.40,12.37,11.20,10.39,8.67 mg/kg,铵态氮含量分别为18.89,17.02,14.54,12.02,8.36 mg/kg。不同土地利用类型土壤含水率、总氮、硝态氮和铵态氮平均值与土层深度和时间关系由大到小依次为园地、林地、荒草地、坡耕地和裸地,研究结果为农田土壤水肥流失控制和养分利用提供理论技术支持。  相似文献

The concentrations of 48 trace elements (Li, Be, Sc, V, Cr, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, As, Br, Rb, Sr, Y, Zr, Nb, Mo, Ag, In, Cd, Sn, Sb, I, Cs, Ba, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Hf, Ta, W, Tl, Pb, Bi, Th and U) in 14 soils derived from limestone, sampled at three sites, are compared with the concentrations in 500 soil samples derived from a variety of other parent materials. The 500 samples were collected from 75 sites nationwide in order to include the wide range of common soil types in Japan. Most analytical results were obtained by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), but Cr, As, Br, Zr, Sn, and I concentrations were determined by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (EDXRF), because the acid dissolution techniques employed in this study were found to be incapable of recovering these elements completely. In order to examine the reliability of analyses, the concentrations of many elements were also determined by EDXRF, inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES), and atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). Box and whisker diagrams (Tukey plots), constructed using log-transformed values of each element, show clearly that geometric means of nearly all the trace elements in soils derived from limestone are higher than those in soils derived from other parent materials. The only exceptions are Sr, Ag and Eu, though statistical analysis (Student’s t-test) shows that the differences for these three elements were not significant at p < 0.05. Similarly, the observed differences of geometric means for Sc, Br and Ba between limestone soils and other types of soils were also not significant at p < 0.05. It can be concluded, therefore, that the concentrations of the above-mentioned 48 trace elements in soils derived from limestone are significantly higher than those in other types of soils, with the exception of Sc, Br, Sr, Ag, and Ba, though it was necessary to exclude 81 soil samples, developed on scoriaceous (basaltic) volcanic ash from Mt. Fuji, as an exceptional group for comparisons of V and Cu, as these soils contain higher levels of these two elements. The above results can be attributed to the gradual accumulation of trace elements in the limestone soils due to the intense weathering processes.  相似文献

于20012~004年,从重点植烟县采集了410个烤烟中部叶样品,运用ICP测定方法和概率密度分布函数对其氮、钾、磷、钙、镁、硫、锰、铜、锌、硼、钠、铁、氯13个矿质元素的浓度特征进行了分析。结果表明:1)大量元素的变异系数较小,中量元素其次,微量元素较大;2)除氮、镁、硫、铜、锌、钠、铁外,其他元素的浓度在品种之间的差异显著,但不同指标在品种之间的高低秩序不同,例如,云烟87的磷浓度显著地高于云烟85、K326的磷浓度,而钾浓度按K326、云烟87、云烟85依次降低;3)所有元素在省份之间的差异极显著,但不同元素在地区之间的高低秩序不同,例如,河南烟叶的钾浓度显著地低于其他省份,贵州烟叶的氯离子浓度显著地高于其他地方;4)钾、磷、钙、硫、硼、钠在烟叶中的浓度符合正态分布,氮、镁、氯、锰、铜、锌、铁在烟叶中的浓度符合对数正态分布;5)氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、硫、锰、铜、锌、硼、钠、铁、氯的正常浓度范围分别为1.18~2.34、0.11~0.30、0.87~2.83、0.99~3.64、0.1~0.8、0.25~0.9、25.18~601.65、2.1~37.271、3.11~105.421、2.6~55.62、163.02~503.11、97.6~384.2、0.07~0.53(氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、硫、氯的单位为%,其余为mg/kg);6)氮、钾、氯、钾/氯比四个因素符合国际型优质烟叶质量标准的概率只有0.726、0.379、0.193、0.829,目前我国烤烟营养不够协调的主要方面是养分浓度偏低。  相似文献

The aims of this work were to assess the effect of drought and silicon on rice growth and productivity. A completely randomized design pot experiment with three replications was conducted in a clay soil with five levels of soil moisture content (SMC) (70, 80, 90, 100, and 120% of the soil saturation point) and five rates of Si (0, 2.1, 4.2, 6.3, and 8.4 mg Si/10 plants). When SMC was reduced from 120% to 70%, plant height, rice straw, root yield, and grain yield significantly reduced with 32, 52, 36, and 27%, respectively; however, when Si rate increased from 0.0 to 8.4 mg/10 plants, they significantly increased by 38, 97, 49, and 106%, respectively. At the SMC of 70%, when Si rate increased from 0.0 to 6.3 mg/10 plants, N, P, K, and Si concentrations in straw increased by 42, 59, 36, and 53%, respectively.  相似文献

Concentrations of inositol mono-, di- and tri-, tetra-, penta- and hexaphosphate ranged from 5.0 to 12.5, 10.0 to 27.6, 20.0 to 45.0, 22.5 to 64.6, and 20.0 to 275.4 ppm, respectively, in samples of soils that were poorly drained and mostly derived from alluvium. Multiple correlation suggested that the amounts of esters of inositol phosphate other than inositol monophosphate were significantly correlated with organic phosphorus, total phosphorus, organic carbon, total nitrogen, inositol phospate, clay, exchangeable iron and aluminium, and pH. Individually, inositol hexa-, penta-, and di- and triphosphates were significantly correlated with organic phosphorus, total phosphorus, organic carbon, total nitrogen, inositol phosphate, and exchangeable iron and aluminium; inositol tetraphosphate with organic carbon, total nitrogen, inositol phosphate, and exchangeable iron and aluminium; inositol monophosphate with none.  相似文献

The free amino acid profile of 18 samples of tronchuda cabbage ( Brassica oleracea L. var. costata DC) leaves, harvested at three different months, was determined by HPLC/UV-vis. The tronchuda cabbage leaves total free amino acid content varied from 3.3 to 14.4 g/kg fresh weight. Generally, arginine was the major compound, followed by proline, threonine, glutamine, cysteine, and glutamic acid. This study indicates that free amino acids are not similarly distributed: in external leaves, proline and arginine were the major free amino acids, while in internal ones, arginine was the main free amino acid, followed by threonine, glutamine, and cysteine. Significant differences were observed for valine, proline, arginine, leucine, cysteine, lysine, histidine, and tyrosine contents. The levels of some free amino acids were significantly affected by the collection period. In external leaves, this occurred with glutamic acid, serine, valine, leucine, cysteine, and ornithine contents, while in internal leaves, it occurred with aspartic acid, arginine, and total contents.  相似文献

The headspace volatile components of roots, stems, leaves, and flowers of Echinacea angustifolia,E. pallida, and E. purpurea were analyzed by capillary gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Over 70 compounds were identified in the samples. All plant tissues, irrespective of the species, contain acetaldehyde, dimethyl sulfide, camphene, hexanal, beta-pinene, and limonene. The main headspace constituents of the aerial parts of the plant are beta-myrcene, alpha-pinene, limonene, camphene, beta-pinene, trans-ocimene, 3-hexen-1-ol, and 2-methyl-4-pentenal. The major headspace components of root tissue are alpha-phellandrene (present only in the roots of E. purpurea and E.angustifolia), dimethyl sulfide, 2-methylbutanal, 3-methylbutanal, 2-methylpropanal, acetaldehyde, camphene, 2-propanal, and limonene. Aldehydes, particularly butanals and propanals, make up 41-57% of the headspace of root tissue, 19-29% of the headspace of the leaf tissue, and only 6-14% of the headspace of flower and stem tissues. Terpenoids including alpha- and beta-pinene, beta-myrcene, ocimene, limonene, camphene, and terpinene make up 81-91% of the headspace of flowers and stems, 46-58% of the headspace of the leaf tissue, and only 6-21% of the roots. Of the 70 compounds identified, >50 are reported in Echinacea for the first time.  相似文献

吉林西部生态农业基地土壤样品地球化学指标分析结果表明,区内N和K元素与全球土壤背景值基本相当,P,Mg,S,Mn,Cu,Zn,Mo,Cd,Cr元素质量分数低于全球土壤平均值,土壤营养元素P、B、Zn、Mo缺乏,F、Se、As、Pb、Hg元素质量分数高于全球土壤平均值。近20年来,土壤背景中F质量分数下降0.41倍,P增加1.30倍。B、Zn、Mo有效量低于土壤临界值,为显著贫化。  相似文献

研究了酵母膏、葡萄糖、蛋白胨、土壤浸液及Ca2 、Mg2 、Fe2 、Fe3 、Al3 、Mn2 、Co2 、Zn2 、Li 、Cu 、Cu2 、Ba2 、Ni2 等 13种金属离子对甲基对硫磷降解菌DLL E4降解对硝基苯酚的影响。结果表明 :适量添加酵母膏、葡萄糖和蛋白胨都能有效提高菌株对对硝基苯酚的降解 ,土壤浸液没有影响 ;金属离子中 ,除Li 和 0 1mmolL-1Fe3 外均对DLL E4降解对硝基苯酚的性状有一定的影响 ,其中Ca2 、Mg2 、Mn2 影响不大 ,Fe3 、Fe2 、Al3 、Ba2 、Zn2 高浓度时影响较大 ,Co2 、Cu2 、Cu 、Ni2 对DLL E4降解对硝基苯酚有较大的影响  相似文献

Nutrient distributions under no tillage (NT) compared with conventional disk-and-bed tillage (CT) management in the warm, humid region of the southeastern USA need to be assessed so that future placement, quantity, and type of fertilizers can be altered, if necessary, to efficiently match crop demands. We determined soil-profile distributions of pH, N, P, S, K, Ca, Mg, Na, Zn, Fe, Mn, and Cu to a depth of 0.9 m at the end of 8.5 years of continuous CT and NT management on a Weswood silty clay loam (fine, mixed, thermic Fluventic Ustochrept) in southcentral Texas. Most dramatic changes occurred within the 0–0.05 m depth, where soil under NT had lower pH, Fe, and Cu than under CT, but greater P, K, Zn, and Mn. Greater P and K under NT than under CT also occurred below the till-zone (0.15–0.3 m). At a depth of 0–0.3 m, soil under NT contained greater amounts of extractable P, K, Zn, Fe, Mn, and Cu than under CT. Nitrogen fertilization had little effect on nutrient distributions, except resulting in greater extractable K at 0–0.05 m and greater nitrate at 0–0.15 m. Few changes in soil-profile distributions were observed for extractable S, Ca, Mg, and Na. Long-term continuous use of NT on this fine-textured, high-fertility (except for N) soil had no apparent adverse effects on nutrient distributions relative to CT, but enhanced conservation and availability of P, K, Zn, Fe, Mn, and Cu near the soil surface where crop roots proliferate.  相似文献

Cabbage plants were water-cultured under 4 levels of titanium (0,0,4,4,20 ppm), vanadium (0, 0.4,4, 20 ppm), chromium (0, 0.2, 2, 10 ppm), manganese (0, 0.4, 4, 20 ppm), and iron (0, 1, 10, 50 ppm), and the effects of the elements supplied on the growth of the plants and on the distribution of the elements in the plants were studied.

The dry weight of a whole plant and of inner leaves (yield) without the addition of Ti, V, and Cr did not decrease, while that without the addition of Mn and Fe decreased slightly. The addition of Ti, V, Cr, Mn, and Fe (more than 0.4, 0.4, 2, 4, and 10 ppm, respectively) decreased the yield. Slight transition element-induced chlorosis was observed in the plots at high levels of Ti, Cr, and Mn.

The contents of the elements in the plants increased with an increase in the concentration of each element in the culture solution. The critical contents of Mn and Fe in plant-tops which resulted in a slight decrease in the yield due to the deficient injury were estimated to be about 10 and l00 ppm. The contents of Ti, V, Cr, Mn, and Fe when the yield decreased by 50% due to the excess injury were 4,6, 20, 3,000, and 300 ppm in outer leaves and 3,000, l,000, 2,000, 15,000, and 50,000 ppm in roots, respectively.  相似文献

为了进一步发展和完善棉花模型的综合模拟功能,提高其生产管理系统的机理性、数字化、可靠性和通用性水平,该研究运用软构件和参数化技术,决策支持与系统设计技术,结合GIS空间技术,充分发挥模拟模型的动态预测功能、GIS的空间信息管理功能、知识模型的管理决策功能,最终建立了基于数字模型和模拟分析的网络化数字棉作栽培管理决策系统,该系统以品种、气候、土壤、生产条件等数据作为基本输入,可为农业生产者、管理人员和科技人员等不同用户提供棉作区划、方案设计、模拟预测、实时调控、生产分析等棉花生产管理服务。系统的实现为棉花生产系统的数字化设计、精确化预测、动态化管理和网络化控制提供了支持。  相似文献

The dry weight accumulation per male and female flower as well as the concentration per gram of dry weight and the accumulation of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), zinc (Zn), and copper (Cu) were determined in walnut tree (Juglans regia L.) catkins and female flowers at the stage of flower bud and during the flower development. Catkin emergence was accompanied by a very fast hydration of the tissues. After the catkin matured, the fresh and dry weights were reduced. The female flower development period was accompanied by the dry and fresh weight increase. Total N, P, K, Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn concentrations in catkin buds were detected at lower levels, Mg in equal levels, and Ca at higher levels as compared to the nutrient concentrations in young growing leaves. The estimated values of the ratio NCmfb/NCygl were: total N = 0.54, P = 0.83, K = 0.56, Ca = 1.5, Mg = 1.0, Fe = 0.46, Mn = 0.71, Cu = 0.85, and Zn = 0.60. Nutrient concentration in female flower buds was detected in almost equal levels with the exception of total N and Fe. The estimated values of the ratio: NCffb/NCygl were: total N = 0.57, P = 1.1, K = 1.17, Ca = 1.06, Mg = 0.9, Fe = 0.47, Mn = 1.0, Cu = 0.92, and Zn = 0.85. Total N, P, Mn, Cu, and Zn accumulations in the catkin were increased during the fast growing phase and decreased after catkin maturing. Potassium, Mg, and Fe accumulation continued to increase in the mature catkin. Calcium accumulation decreased at a very late mature catkin phase. Total N, P, and K accumulation rates during the catkin fast growing phase were higher than the dry weight accumulation rate. Calcium, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu, and Zn accumulation rates at the same period were lower or equal to dry weight accumulation rates. In mature catkins, the total N, P, Mn, Cu, and Zn depletion rates were higher than the dry weight depletion rate. The continual increase of K, Ca, Mg, and Fe accumulation in mature catkin resulted in the increase of nutrients concentration also. Total N and P showed the highest remobilization values from mature catkin of 51.4% and 45%, respectively. Calcium, K, Mg, Cu, Mn, and Zn remobilization values estimated to be 22.1%, 7.5%, 3.2%, 45.3%, 33.4%, and 31.8%, respectively. Iron showed no remobilization at all. Nutrients remobilization from catkins as compared to the leaves had almost similar values for total N, Zn, and Cu, higher for P, Ca, and Mn, and lower for Mg, Fe, and K. Accumulation of all nutrients in female flowers increased after fertilization. The dry weight accumulation rate was higher than the nutrient accumulation rates.  相似文献
