In conjunction with the current situation of the real estate market in China, the main influence caused by the credit and loan adjustment policy is analyzed. On this basis, it has proposed some suggestions on how to strengthen the competitiveness and ability to resist risk of the real estate enterprise. At the end, it is emphasized, that the credit and loan adjustment policy not only makes the enterprise under enormous pressure, but provides a great opportunity of reducing rivals and expanding its own scale to those really powerful real estate enterprises. 从核心企业的角度探讨食品供应链社会责任管理问题。从层次模型概述了食品企业社会责任的内涵和食品供应链社会责任的特征,分析了核心企业在供应链管理中的中心地位。无论是从社会责任缺失原因,还是核心企业与供应商的关系,以及食品供应链的风险传导方面来看,核心企业与链上成员企业共同履行社会责任是提高整个链条企业社会责任水平的关键。从企业文化和信息共享的角度构建了以核心企业为中心的食品供应链企业社会责任约束传递机制,分析了核心企业在整个约束传递机制中的角色和行为。核心企业可以通过培养供应商积极履行社会责任的意识,减轻供应商履行社会责任的成本压力,强化对供应商的企业社会责任监督等措施使供应商参与到供应链社会责任管理中来,促进食品供应链的可持续发展。 相似文献

A model of credit quantitative measurement and management widely used in foreign countries is introduced, and its limitation which appears while the model is used in China is analyzed. According to the chaos time serials constituted by various period credit grades' transition probability of an enterprise and the average value of its ratio of callback due to breach of faith, applying the theory of the chaos time serials and the local prediction method, a credit grades' transition matrix and a matrix of the average ratio of callback due to breach of faith is established. Which is applied to Chinese enterprises. 摘 要：农业电子商务是一种先进的商务模式,能改进中国农业市场流通环节存在的突出矛盾。中国农业电子商务还处在网上农业商务信息服务发展的初期。作者运用了竞争情报理论中的PEST分析工具,从政治、经济、社会以及技术四个方面分析了中国现阶段农业电子商务行业所处的宏观竞争环境。研究结果表明,中国目前的农业电子商务行业虽然在信用体系、农产品标准化等方面还存在很多不足,但基本的硬件条件已具备。制约农业电子商务发展的主要障碍是农民用户比较传统的意识形态。农业电子商务企业首先应充分认识到开展农业电子商务的必要性,然后以国家农业政策为依托,努力提高农业电子商务的认知度,帮助农民用户转变传统思维。 相似文献

Agile virtual enterprise (AVE) is an important organization mode of 21 st century and an important method to response quickly to the changes of the market as well. Based on the analysis of the connotation of AVE and the differences between traditional enterprises and AVE, through a variety of views including function view, human/organization view, process/control view, information view, and resources view, the concept model of AVE is established. A variety of issues during the lifecycle of the AVE are also researched. The operation mode of the AVE and the questions that must be paid attention to are presented.
