紫花苜蓿对盐碱地的改良效果   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
利用建植5 a的紫花苜蓿草地,研究了人工草地对内陆盐碱地土壤盐分特性和肥力的影响。结果表明,与空白地相比,苜蓿人工草地0~40 cm土层的脱盐率分别达42.4%,盐分离子的降低幅度顺序为SO42->Na+>Cl->Ca2+>HCO3->CO32-,60~100 cm土层SO42-,Na+,Cl-,Ca2+,HCO3-和CO32-含量均大量积累,1 m土体K+和Mg2+含量相对稳定;0~40 cm土壤有机质含量提高了44.6%,全氮含量提高了53.1%。种植苜蓿是生物措施改良内陆盐碱地的有效途径之一。  相似文献

施氮对长沙地区两种水稻土铝及盐基离子溶出的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
分别用碳酸氢铵和尿素溶液对长沙地区两种水稻土进行连续浸提试验,研究氮肥施用对水稻土中Al及盐基离子溶出的影响。结果表明,随着含氮浸提液体积或浸提次数增加,土壤中Al的溶出总量,盐基离子的溶出量均随之增加,在红黄泥或紫砂泥中,Al及盐基离子溶出总量随碳铵浓度递增而增加,而随尿素浓度变化规律不很明显,表明碳铵或尿素对红黄泥和紫砂泥中土壤Al及盐基离子的溶出均有促进作用,对土训溶液Al与(Ca Mg)的是比的分析表明,在红黄泥上碳铵或尿素的不合理施用可能诱发轻微的Al中毒。  相似文献

Even in small molecules, the influence of electronic state on rotational and vibrational product energies is not well understood. Here, we use experiments and theory to address this issue in photodissociation of formaldehyde, H2CO, to the radical products H + HCO. These products result from dissociation from the singlet ground electronic state or the first excited triplet state (T1) of H2CO. Fluorescence spectra reveal a sudden decrease in the HCO rotational energy with increasing photolysis energy accompanied by substantial HCO vibrational excitation. Calculations of the rotational distribution using an ab initio potential energy surface for the T1 state are in very good agreement with experiment and strongly support dominance of the T1 state in the dynamics at the higher photolysis energies.  相似文献

采用恒温摇床培养方法,研究了不同营养源(处理1:尿素+乙酸钠;处理2:亚硝酸钠+乙酸钠;处理3:硝酸钾+乙酸钠;处理4:碳酸氢铵;处理5:硫酸铵+碳酸氢钠;处理6:磷酸二氢钾+碳酸氢钠)对复合垂直流人工湿地基质生物膜培养液pH值的影响,探讨了pH值变化过程中生物膜脱氢酶活性和多糖含量的变化规律.结果表明,处理1、4以及5中培养液pH值先下降然后再上升,但下降和上升的幅度不同.处理2、3以及6中培养液pH值添加碳源前在7.30~7.40之间缓慢变化,添加碳源后均上升至9.00左右.在培养液pH值变化的过程中,生物膜脱氢酶活性和多糖含量也发生改变.处理1、2、3中生物膜脱氢酶活性均在pH值上升的过程中达到最高值,而处理4、5、6中脱氢酶活性随pH值的变化呈下降趋势.对于所设6个处理,除处理4中多糖含量在整个试验过程中基本不变外,其余5个处理中多糖含量均在pH值上升过程中一直增加.  相似文献

本文就不同氮肥及其添加量对钝顶螺旋藻的生长量和蛋白质含量等方面进行了研究和探讨.结果表明:量添加尿素和碳酸氢铵都有助于钝顶螺旋藻生长量和蛋白质含量的增加,尿素的最佳添加量为0.02g/L·d,碳酸铵的最佳添加量为0.03g/L ·d.  相似文献

天津滨海盐土已出现脱盐碱化趋势,其碱化程度从轻度碱化到重度碱化。研究表明,采用以轻化工业排放的废弃物磷石膏为主要原料的有机无机改良剂,对碱化土壤有明显的防治作用,具体表现在土壤pH、总碱度(C032-+HCO-3)和钠碱化度(ESP)明显降低;碱化土壤中的苏打盐(Na2CO3+NaHCO3)消失;利于土壤结构和水分物理性状改良的石膏(CaSO4)出现;作物的生长得到明显改善。  相似文献

Increase in the export of alkalinity from North America's largest river   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Chemical weathering and the subsequent export of carbonate alkalinity (HCO3- + CO3-2) from soils to rivers account for significant amounts of terrestrially sequestered atmospheric CO2. We show here that during the past half-century, the export of this alkalinity has increased dramatically from North America's largest river, the Mississippi. This increased export is in part the result of increased flow resulting from higher rainfall in the Mississippi basin. Subcatchment data from the Mississippi suggest that the increase in the export of alkalinity is also linked to amount and type of land cover. These observations have important implications for the potential management of carbon sequestration in the United States.  相似文献

通过定量分析了河套灌区萌生苗造林小美旱杨不同部位八大离子含量,研究得出:叶中K^ 、Na^ 含量在5月份最高,以后各月家渐递减,Ca^ 从5月开始不断递增。一年生枝、多年生枝中的SO4^2-含量从5(4)月开始不断递增。心村、边材中Cl^-、HCO3^-、Ca^ 都是由高(4月)到低(6月)再到高的(10月)。根中Ca^2 、Mg^2 在各月份的含量较稳定,各部位各月份均无CO3^2-的存在。  相似文献

Computational studies of basic chemical processes not only provide numbers for comparison with experiment or for use in modeling complex chemical phenomena such as combustion, but also provide insight into the fundamental factors that govern molecular structure and change which cannot be obtained from experiment alone. We summarize the results of three case studies, on HCO, OH + H(2), and O + C(2)H(2), which illustrate the range of problems that can be addressed by using modern theoretical techniques. In all cases, the potential energy surfaces were characterized by using ab initio electronic structure methods. Collisions between molecules leading to reaction or energy transer were described with quantum dynamical methods (HCO), classical trajectory techniques (HCO and OH + H(2)), and statistical methods (HCO, OH + H(2), and O + C(2)H(2)). We can anticipate dramatic increases in the scope of this work as new generations of computers are introduced and as new chemistry software is developed to exploit these computers.  相似文献

The cross resistance of four resistant strains of Liposcelis bostrychophila Badonnel, an important stored-product insect pest, was investigated. These four strains included the HCO2-R (hypercarbia-resistant strain), HCLO-R (hypoxia and hypercarbia resistant strain),DDVP-R (DDVP-resistant strain) and PH3-R (PH3-resistant strain). The results indicated that there were cross-resistances between CA and insecticides, and the quantities of the cross-resistance were different. The cross-resistance factor (RF) of HCO2-R to hypoxia and hypercarbia was 3.2458, whilst, that of HCLO-R to hypercarbia was 1.8280. The RF of DDVP-R to PH3 was 3.9614, whilst, that of PH3-R to DDVP was 2.7852. The RF values of DDVPR and PH3-R to hypercarbia were 1.3550 and 1.1816, respectively. However, the RF of HCO2-R to DDVP was 2.1372. There also was a low cross-resistance between DDVP-R and HCO2-R. The RF of HCO2-R to PH3 was 3.3698. This sugqested that the insects resistant to high CO2concentration atmosphere would develop significant resistance to PH3. However, the insects resistant to PH3 remain sensitive to hypercarbia atmosphere. Both DDVP-R and PH3-R developed resistance to high CO2 treatment. There was a low cross-resistance between DDVP-R and HCLO-R. The insects resistant to hypoxia and hypercarbia were very sensitive to DDVP. There also was cross-resistance between HCLO-R and PH3-R, but the resistance of PH3-R to hypoxia and hypercarbia was lower than that of HCLO-R to PH3. The difference of the overlapping and separate values indicated that there were differences in the intercross-resistance of four resistant strains.  相似文献

利用田间定位试验,研究脱硫废弃物和耐盐牧草对土壤盐分的影响,同时研究脱硫废弃物对几种牧草生产性能的影响,探讨脱硫废弃物和耐盐牧草对碱性盐土的改良效果。结果表明,脱硫废弃物和耐盐牧草对碱性土壤0~20 cm土层的ESP、pH、代换性Na+含量均有降低作用;同时也降低(HCO3-+CO32-)含量、一价阳离子(K++Na+)含量,使土壤物理和化学性质改善,有利于植物的生长,增加产量。  相似文献

采用盆栽试验方法,研究了在盐碱土中分别施入不同配比的褐煤、沸石、牛粪、醋渣、石膏及木质素有机物对盐碱土的改良效果。结果表明:各改良剂降低了土壤的pH值,CO32-、HCO3-离子含量,以及K++Na+离子占阳离子的比例;同时土壤中SO42-、Ca2+、Mg2+含量增加,从而改善了土壤离子组成,增强了土壤的团聚性,改善土壤结构,利于盐分离子的淋洗,使土壤碱性和盐分降低。各处理中以施入35%木质素有机物+35%牛粪+30%石膏(T3)的改良效果较好。  相似文献

用浓度为2%石灰+2%尿素、4%石灰+4%尿素、5%高锰酸钾、1.5%双氧水、2.5%石灰+3.5%尿素+3%食盐、3.5%尿素+2.5%氢氧化钠+3%食盐分别处理棉花秸秆15d,分析棉花秸秆粗纤维(CF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)及半纤维素(HC)含量变化。结果表明:与对照组相比,棉秆经上述六种处理后CF、ADF、NDF、HC有明显下降,其中CF平均下降19.45%(P〈0.01)、NDF平均下降18.31%(P〈0.01)、ADF平均下降11.81%(P〈0.01)、HC平均下降7.24%(P〈0,01),显示棉花秸秆经上述化学处理后,营养价值均有不同程度的提高,其中以浓度为2.5%石灰+3.5%尿素+3%食盐溶液处理效果最为明显。  相似文献

 嗜卷书虱(Liposcelis bostrychophia Badonnel)是一种重要的储藏物害虫,经过气调和药剂的抗性筛选,可以获得抗高CO2品系(RCO2-R)、抗低O2+高CO2品系(HCLO-R)和抗DDVP品系(DDVP-R)、抗PH3品系(PH3-R)。本项研究在获得4个抗性品系的基础上,系统测定了各抗性品系对不同处理的交互抗性指数,以及交互抗性指数间的重叠值(Ov)和差异度(Sv)等。结果表明,各抗性品系之间存在着双向交互抗性,其中,HCO2-R品系对低O2+高CO2气调处理的抗性指数为3.2458,而HCLO-R品系对高CO2气调处理的抗性指数仅为1.8280;DDVP-R品系对PH3的抗性指数为3.9614,而PH3-R品系对DDVP的抗性指数为2.7852; DDVP-R和PH3-R品系对高CO2的抗性指数分别为1.3550和1.1816,但HCO2-R品系对DDVP的抗性指数为2.1372,对PH3的抗性指数为3.3698,因此,一旦形成了对高CO2的抗性,则对PH3也会产生明显抗性,但形成了对PH3的抗性品系而对高CO2仍有一定的敏感性。两个抗药性品系均对低O2+高CO2气调处理产生了一定的抗性,但当形成了抗低O2+高CO2的品系之后,对DDVP的处理仍有较大的敏感性,HCLO-R品系对PH3也形成了抗性,但PH3的抗性品系对低O2+高CO2气调处理的抗性要低一些。各抗性品系之间对不同处理均存在着交互抗性和双向交互抗性,各品系之间双向交互抗性的差异表现在重叠值和差异度的不同上。  相似文献

耕作干扰下喀斯特土壤有机碳损失主要途径及其影响因素   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
西南喀斯特生态系统原生土壤有机碳(SOC)含量较高,但在开垦后急剧损失,然而目前对SOC损失过程、途径和机制仍缺乏充分认知。本研究基于不同频率翻耕处理(分别隔6、4、2、1个月翻耕一次,以免耕为对照)的原位控制试验,以土壤团聚体为切入点,通过对土壤CO_2排放和可溶性有机碳(DOC)淋失通量进行为期一年的连续监测,探讨了SOC损失的主要途径及其影响因素。结果发现:翻耕导致表层(0~10 cm)土壤SOC和5~8 mm粒级团聚体显著降低;一年后,各翻耕处理平均损失15.4%~27.6%的SOC,土壤DOC淋失量仅占SOC损失量的0.05%~0.10%,而土壤以CO_2形式释放的碳占SOC损失总量的22.7%~35.5%,是土壤碳损失的重要途径之一;SOC损失量与Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)淋失总量均呈显著正相关,说明在岩溶作用下以HCO_3-形式淋失是SOC损失的另一重要途径;土壤CO_2排放速率与5~8 mm粒级团聚体含量呈显著负相关,说明翻耕干扰导致5~8 mm团聚体崩解、受团聚体保护的闭蓄态SOC释放后迅速矿化是喀斯特SOC损失的主要机制。  相似文献

Atmospheric carbon monoxide (CO) exhibits mass-independent fractionation in the oxygen isotopes. An 17O excess up to 7.5 per mil was observed in summer at high northern latitudes. The major source of this puzzling fractionation in this important trace gas is its dominant atmospheric removal reaction, CO + OH --> CO2 + H, in which the surviving CO gains excess 17O. The occurrence of mass-independent fractionation in the reaction of CO with OH raises fundamental questions about kinetic processes. At the same time the effect is a useful marker for the degree to which CO in the atmosphere has been reacting with OH.  相似文献

为了探究碱化土壤的改良,采用田间试验方法,研究脱硫石膏改良碱化土壤盐分组成变化情况。结果表明:改良前后土壤的pH明显下降,碱化度下降幅度也比较大。Na+、CO2-3和HCO-3明显下降,Ca2+、Mg2+和SO2-4明显上升,Cl-变化不大;土壤中的Na+被Ca2+代换,CO2-3、HCO-3被SO2-4代换,大大降低了土壤的碱化度,改良后的土地种植玉米,虽然单产相对正常的还较低,但其生态价值远远高于未经改良的土地。  相似文献

从10个具有不同镁碱化程度的采样点,采集土壤样品30个,测定土样pH、镁碱度、Mg2+/Ca2+、HCO3-+CO32-、钠碱度、有机碳、全氮、微生物生物量碳、荧光素二乙酸酯水解率、速效养分等指标。结果表明,镁碱化盐渍土有机碳、全氮、微生物生物量碳、微生物熵、荧光素二乙酸酯水解率、NH4+-N、NO3--N、速效磷等指标都与镁碱度和Mg2+/Ca2+显著负相关,表明镁碱化会造成土壤有机质含量降低、微生物群落变小、微生物活性下降、全量和速效养分含量偏低,镁碱化是导致土地生产力低下的原因之一。  相似文献

[目的]了解岩溶泉的水化学动态变化,并探讨降雨过程中岩溶作用的机理。[方法]采用仪器自动记录、现场滴定和样品的室内测试相结合的方法研究了陈旗岩溶泉的水化学动态变化。[结果]HCO3-及Ca2+是陈旗岩溶泉水中的主要阴阳离子,分别占到80%以上。陈旗岩溶泉的水化学类型为HCO3--Ca型。Ca2+和HCO3-的浓度和泉水的电导率存在良好的线性关系([Ca2+]=0.225 8 Cond+0.8076,R2=0.983 8;[HCO3-]=0.469 7 Cond+8.698 6,R2=0.999 3)。泉水的季节性变化和昼夜动态变化趋向于与温度同变(夏季白天pH值低,冬季晚上pH值高)。暴雨期间,其水化学变化以稀释效应为主。[结论]陈旗岩溶泉的水化学动态变化反映了该区岩溶作用的强弱,该研究为探究大气中CO2的库源关系及全球环境变化提供了一种新的方法。  相似文献
